Great joint health supplement for my two Rottweilers. Excellent customer service!
I h ave no problem with the product. It's great. But if you do autoship and use paypal, they can't help you with any changes to your order. You can't change the number of boxes, nor can you change the date of shipment. In orde for the company to have "control" you have to use a credit card. It is very frustrating to work with them.
This stuff is AWESOME! Both of my pit bull mixes are on it! They both had started limping. Within 2 weeks, I saw improvement and within a month their limps were gone! I tried very expensive medicine from my vet for one of my dogs, it did nothing! Plus the customer service with this company is exceptional! Thank you Extend Pets for giving my fur babies a new lease on life!
My 13 year old Doxie has back problems typical of the breed. In the last year, he began dragging himself. We bought him a wheelchair but he doesn't care for it. At his age, I really didn't want to put him through the back surgery so I began looking for something besides drugs to help him. I ran across this product and did the $10 trial for 30 days. With in 30 days, I saw improvement. He was choosing to walk rather than drag himself. Unfortunately, I forgot to order the refill in time so I ran out and he started getting worse. I ordered his and three more boxes for my other aging fur babies. I am so happy with their improvement. Our 15 year old Lab had lameness and each day she is improving. She even ran some around the yard!
