Love this place! My handsome boy has had terrible experiences with groomers in the past and they take such good care of him here. They communicate well with us to ensure we know if there s any issues. 10/10 recommend

Loki is a 100+ pound Golden retriever, 3 1/2 years old. He was in dire need of a good bath and haircut. He came home looking like a different dog. Pet Angels did a great job!

They took such great care of my cat. My cat is almost 17 years old and was quite matted. They gave him a cute shave. I was worried about shaving him in the winter but my cat seems to be enjoying it. I am very grateful they could help my boy. Everyone was very friendly and I will be back. Thanks everyone for taking care of our old man Joker

I Just moved to Lehi and was looking for a dog groomer and found Pet Angels. The facility was clean and tidy and had a very welcoming atmosphere. They were wonderful! Kind and ftiendly. My dog Molly looked amazing and smelled wonderful when I picked her up They groomed her on a timely manner, and it was very pleasant I will definitely be using them again!

I took my dog Toast (short hair approximately 60 lbs) and it was $115 with a deshedding treatment. I thought the staff was friendly and they did a good job. I however felt the service was over charged and will not be taking her back. I have had similar treatments on her done for $60 so I will just be continuing to take her to a cheaper place.

I have been to Pet Angels twice for my 2 dogs. I had a very positive experience both times. My pups were very matted and I could tell the groomers went nice and slow cutting their fur and took really good care of them. I have recommended Pet Angels to others and will continue to use them as long as I live in this area.

Great little small grooming shop. They are a bit more expensive than PetSmart, but not much more and they were easier to schedule and did not play games trying to add extra fees. Both my dogs had great haircuts and came out looking good. One has a double coat while the other has a single coat that constantly mats badly. They were great to work with and I love how the dogs look now. I have been wanting to find a groomer that was higher quality and I think I have now.

My senior shih tzu loved getting groomed here! They were so fast unlike other groomers that take 5+ hours and at her age my dog gets grumpy and stressed but she was very well taken care of and was calm when I picked her up. Her cut came out great and she also smells really good! :)

Pet Angels is the only place I will ever take my dog to. My dog is my baby and they are soooo good with him and I m always so happy with their results. Very clean and incredible place.

Pet Angels is amazing! They communicate very well and listen to what you would like your dog to come out as: a giraffe, zebra, cute teddy bear. They re so sweet and seem to treat the pups well too! We always leave with a cute new bandana for our pup to parade around. What s even better, they do nails, ear spray, teeth brushing, cuts, all within the most reasonable prices I ve seen. Top doggy salon in the area for sure!

Wonderful service, I recommend it, our cat came back so beautiful , the girls sound so careful, and making appointments for them is super easy, she reminded me of all the details and even 2 days before so I didnt forget the appointment. super effective, for sure Shadow will come back again in 3 months, thanks for everything guys, you are incredible

I wanted to have this be our new go to spot but unfortunately there was a couple of things. 1. Our dog was already partially half groomed, I shaved all of his back, leavening his belly, legs and face which were short. 2. I asked that she focus on his eyes and mouth, those where the problem areas. She ended up charging us $95 + the tip that my fiancé paid when he picked him up, I was shocked. And his face practically looked the same as far as his eyes and mouth. I know he s fussy, but he s gotten over 50 haircuts and most people do a great job completing cleaning his tear duct area, which gets very stained. So I just thought it was overpriced for what we got and ultimately he was groomed in the areas I needed the most. But overall she did good on the rest of his body.

Absolutely incredible experience! They worked wonders on our cat Gizmo. She had managed to get some really big mats in her fur that would not come out with brushing. We took her in to get shaved and they got us in super quick, just days later and their customer service is wonderful! They did such a good job and she looks so good now! They even told us she was a pleasure to work with and that they were able to brush a few smaller ones out so they could still give her that lion look. We love how she looks and I know she feels better! They even said she didn t want them to stop brushing her!

Weve loved taking our Bernedoodle to Pet Angels!! My wife and I had been searching for a groomer who was fairly priced and did a good job and we definitely found it! Our dog has come back looking great every time and they do such a good job of giving her the trim were looking for. HIGHLY recommend if you have a doodle!

I ve taken my dogs to quite a few groomers trying to find a good one and these people are by far THE BEST!! They are in a nice building, a cute waiting area that is very clean and welcoming, and each groomer has their own room. This was perfect for my dogs with anxiety around other animals. The staff was very friendly and kind to both my dogs and me. They did an amazing job as well. I can t recommend them enough!

Super pleased with Pet Angels! Took our 4mo goldendoodle for her 1st groom. We knew it could go a million ways depending on how our girl tolerated it. Pet Angles called, gave me a report & asked for more time to finish the summer cut since our girl was being quite wiggly. I loved that! I wanted the experience to be pleasant & LOVE that the groomers went at my dog s pace, letting her feel comfortable rather than rushing through & making her endure her first cut in fear. Plus they managed to give an adorable cut despite a wiggly dog. We could tell our girl wasn t scared of this place either bc she wanted to stay & play in the grass outside afterwards, which is a really important component to me when leaving a dog anywhere. We will definitely be back!!

We have always had such a great experience at pet angels. Our dog has alot of anxiety and they work with her so well.

I love this place but prices are high and kinda hidden as well. Dont know if I will be going back. 65.99+tax for bath! $20 haircut(cant to a haircut without bath) $15 flea charge and they cant do anything about the fleas.

Best grooming experience I ve had. My dog is 80 lbs so a lot of groomers won t even take him except for bigger stores. Whenever we would take our dog to these stores he would get super stressed. At pet angels my dog walked into the modern, friendly, and clean environment and didn t pull or get anxious at all. They groomed him super quick, and then when I picked him up they told me he got snippy and made some recommendations to help with that. Even though he was snippy they still did a killer job and gave him the best cut yet!

This is honestly the best place I ve taken my puppies! My pups always come out looking so good and happy! The customer service is through the roof which is a huge bonus! 10/10

This is my second time coming to Pet Angels, I love it! They are prompt with scheduling and always finish my dogs (yes MULTIPLE LARGE DOGS) before I expect it! My dogs are anxious, large, and ATTACHED to me and each other. The ladies at Pet Angels love my Saint Bernard and White German Shepherd like their own and cater to their needs to be comfortable at the groomers!! And for that, I will keep coming back!! Fairly priced and love how local it is! Would highly recommend Pet Angels!!

I love Pet Angels! Their staff is friendly and they take such great care of my pup. He seems happy when he gets there and happy when I pick him up. I love that rather than taking 4 hours for a haircut like the other groomer, they can get him done in 2 teeth brushed, nails trimmed and looking and smelling great too!

everytime i take rusty in i get very nervous about leaving him but each time they show me how great they do with him and how loving they are twords him! i couldn t ask for a better place to bring him to!

Completely shaved my dog when I stated not to. Tried to say their fur was matted after they had already shaved them. Dont take your dog here.

I had my boyfriends sister schedule a grooming for my cat with them. Very unhappy with how i got my cat back from this place. They did not even finish her hair cut or do most of the things listed that come with the full grooming besides a horrible haircut and her nail trim. I added the list of things that were supposed to be done that were sent to me by my boyfriends sister. They also argued and claimed they bathed were which i don t believe is true because she came back still with very oily fur and looked like she hasn t been bathed. They did not clean or blow dry her off before giving her back to us because she came back with an excessive amount of fur still falling off of her. Not only did we get her back with a bad haircut but she was also very mean and upset when we got her back. She is normally a very sweet cat and has never lashed out on us which makes me worried that she was not treated very well during her appointment. Her hair cut was supposed to be a lions cut and like someone else mentioned in a different review it looks like a 2 year old went crazy on her with a pair of scissors. $148 for an uneven haircut. We were able to get a partial refund but that doesn t change that they completely butchered her. i am extremely unhappy and upset with how she was returned to us and i suggest if you care about your fur babies you do not go to this place ever!!!! I will add some before and after pictures. EDITED - my review will not post with pictures not sure why

If I could give no stars I would have. I brought my 7 1/2 month old soft coated wheaten terrier to this shop. The owner, will state that my puppy was severely matted. She did have matts but she was not severely matted. They state that they cater to your animals however they do not. The owner complained that the groomer had been working on my dog a long time. She is a puppy. Puppies take a little longer. SO not understanding the need of my puppy and her breed. The groomer shaved her. Take a look at the photos on their website. That is all they know how to do. I have no idea if these groomers are verified what kind of training theyve had. But this young lady did not know how to groom my little puppy. The owner couldnt even tell if my puppy was male or female. I had to correct her in a text message. Was I irrate absolutely was I upset absolutely. They honestly do not know how to groom dogs. They do not cater to the needs of the animal. Because shes a puppy. The owner complained that the groomer had to take more time with my little puppy. Do not trust these people wish you were beloved pet. I went ahead and took a picture of her first groom then I want you to imagine this little puppy being Shaved. I guarantee you it will break your heart like it broke mine. This puppy has only been groomed 2 before going to your shop. You stated that other groomers stated the same. Which is a lie. You stated that i didn t pay however you forgot to mention in your replay that I did offer to pay. YOU STATED that since I was not happy I did not have to pay. So I left. Your groomers shave the dogs coming in. All one has to do is look at the photos. Folks if you truly love your pet like I do. Do not take your dog to this place.

We had the best experience ever! My Bilbo is a little nervous with new people and places as he s still a puppy. The staff and owners were so kind and understanding. The job they did was A+ and at a great price as well. You can tell they actually love what they do. Will definitely make them my groomers of choice from now on. Thanks PetAngels!

Amazing job with my two bernedoodles

I took my dog to get groomed 3 times. Her last time I picked her up and she clung on to me. She acted so different from the other times I picked her up. I took her home and discovered that she had been cut under her arm pit. It was open enough I had to take her to the vet. She ended up getting stitches and being on an anti biotic. $600 later and 5 hours at the vet. No one told me that this happened and it was so noticeable. I called them the next day and they tried to blame me for it. My dog is an inside dog. In a very safe home. I ve had her for 7 months and she s NEVER had a problem!!!!!! She will be going to a different groomer!!!

Ashley did an incredible job grooming our Bernese/Newfie mix! Our Cece was in desperate need of a de-shed, paw trim, tooth brush & had some matting behind her ears. She looks, feels & smells so clean & I cant wait to take her back soon!

This place is not what it used to be. We started with them when they had just opened up and she was so kind. Understandably they ve gotten busier but the owner and receptionist have also changed. Good luck if you re 3-10 minutes late. They blow up your phone, charge an insane late fee and cancel your appointment.

I recently had my dog groomed at Pet Angels and it s the best grooming he s had! I was a little anxious taking him because he s never been without our older dog (who we recently just put down). But the the attention and care he got at Pet Angels was amazing! Char was my groomer and my dog absolutely loves her!!! She did a wonderful job and was so sweet to him. I definitely recommend Pet Angels and Char.

Took a chance on this place because our regular groomer was booked out. I have a husky mix dog that needed a deshed, bath & light dusting of a trim to make everything look shapely and sanitary. Upon picking her up, I instantly knew this place didn t do enough of a deshed for it to be worth over $200 (which is more than double what I ve typically paid for this dog in the past, even at other locations). On top of that, they only took about an hour when my normal groomer takes easily 2-3. That s also a huge red flag to me that the groomer didn t do a complete job. I ended up having to take my dog to a 3rd groomer to finish the job & still had to pay full price. I m really sad this place didn t work out because I live so close, but with the low quality & extremely high prices, I won t be coming back.

We love Pet Angels! Our fur baby is 14 years old and has trouble standing for long periods of time. Our groomer is Char and she has been so good to make sure our sweet little lady is okay. She is so kind and makes sure she gets a break if she needs one. Char does a fantastic job! I would highly recommend using her.

It s the 3rd time I have taken Queta to Pet Angels since I arrived to Utah and the truth is that I am more than happy with their groomer Char. Queta loves her and wags her tail every time she sees her. I highly recommend it!

They send out your dog curly, not fully fluffed and blown dry, her feet and leg feathers were chopped at like a 2 year old took scissors to, and they text you over and over and over again with horrible grammar until you respond. Super unprofessional place. Will not recommend or go back. (Posting with a different name because I know they will respond to cover up what they did.)

Love the people!!! They really care about our pets. Prices are reasonable. But my cats last haircut was kind of shaggy, not a clean cut. I would have liked to seen her a little bit cleaner cut. Maybe there was a miscommunication as to exactly what I wanted. Overall, pleased and I will return there. Its the only place I feel comfortable taking our pets.

This place was amazing at first. Easy scheduling, fair pricing, thorough work. It quickly became pricey, inconsistent in cuts, and honestly careless. Scheduling became difficult as well. We received many up-charges, on top of asking for high tips. The last straw was spending close to $250 last year. Haven t been back since.

Im so happy I found this place!! They did and amazing job with my Whiskey dog . I been to so many places where I ask to please clean his ears well but they never did and I always had to take him to the vet to get them done properly. Well not no more!!! I was also very nervous about cutting my babies fur because he lost most of his coat in the spring due to allergies and i was afraid they were going to just shave him off completely to make the coat even. They did not!! He looks so handsome Thank u!!!!!!

I had a truly exceptional experience here. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating when I was looking for a next day appointment during busy season. I was not expecting to be able to make an appointment but they found room in their schedule for me and made me feel very welcomed and treated my dog with so much care and attention. I definitely recommend them!

Lively place and great service

This was our first visit to Pet Angels, and my wife and I were very pleased! They had appointments only a week out (compared to 2 months at my last groomer), the process was simple, the staff was friendly, and the cut was great (I ll try to remember to snap a pic later and add it here.) Highly recommended! I just don t want too many of you coming here and bumping out that lead time

I took my great pyreness to get groomed yesterday and she looks amaizing. The groomer was so loving to my Norah. Customer service is excellent. Im happy to have found Pet Angels.

This place is awesome! I had the best experience, staff is super friendly and they take pride in their work. Our Bailey was so matted up because apparently we had not been brushing her hair correctly with a de-matting brush, and even though we don t want the poodle look it was all we could do to start over. As soon as I saw Bailey I could tell the groomer (forgot your name so sorry! I am horrible with names) took her time to make sure She looked fresh! This will be Bailey s salon from now on!

I used Go Pet Angel for the first time today for my three dogs and they did such a great job! I had all three bathed with nail trims and my mini schnauzer mix got a hair cut! They did such a great job with her haircut and she actually seemed so happy when I picked her up like she was having a good time! I live in Spanish Fork but its so hard to find groomers who are taking new clients. I found this place by searching online and gave them a call and they were able to get us in within the next few days and were so friendly when I talk to them. It was nice to hear people who were happy and sounded like they love their jobs. Even though I live in Spanish Fork I will continue taking them to Go Pet Angel!

We took our 1 year old Aussiedoodle here to get groomed for our wedding. We called a week in advance and Alicia was able to get us an appointment. She was was so nice and professional, just went above and beyond for us. And we re so impressed with how are puppy turned out! We highly recommend and we definitely be regulars now. A fantastic experience. We were apprehensive only because our previous groomer said our dog was problematic. We changed to Pet Angels in hopes of finding a place that our dog felt comfortable. After our first experience and info from Alicia about our dog being loving and kind I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

I have struggled to find a groomer that takes cats, and even if they do take them there are a lot of restrictions. When I called they were willing to help right away. My cat hates water and grooming and he did great with them! I am super impressed!
