Extremely disappointed of the outcome. They absolutely butchered my dogs ears it looks like someone went in with the razor and just shaved off the tip of it left uneven layers on hair. I am extremely disappointed on the outcome and I ve been a client for many years now. This is absolutely so sad. Then the groomer decides to comment and say I did not cut the way I wanted to and I didn t like the results as well We still paid the full amount plus tip, but just absolutely embarrassing of the groomer. Then proceeds to say my dog was being difficult to handle. When my dog has came in twice already and never had issues.

The staff is very friendly. You can tell they really do love animals. Beckie always does a fabulous job on my dog Bella. She always gives me a full report on Bella when I go to pick her up. Bella has made a friend for life with Beckie.

We absolutely LOVE Synergy!! If you like to feed your fur babies freeze dried raw treats this place is the holy grail! We ve stopped in to stock up on our kitties favorites and always have such great service and the employees are always so kind! We told them about how our kitty will not let us near her nails for trimming and they told us they have a resident cat whisperer that can handle the spiciest of cats THEY WERE RIGHT!! Beckie was absolutely magical and beyond wonderful to work with!! Our sweet Calico kitty Goose was so nervous but from the moment we walked in she got so many loves and was far more chill than we anticipated. Beckie came and chatted with us and met Goose and our other kitty Lenny. After a few pets she picked up Goose (who took it so well especially for a don t you dare carry me kitty) and got her nails trimmed so fast!!! When done the employees all congratulated her and got her a special treat (which she didn t eat till we got home but she is a big fan, THANK YOU!) When it was Lenny s turn Beckie once again blew us away! After it all was done Beckie helped educate us on some cat behavior things that we didn t know and was so kind in doing so. The whole experience was wonderful and smooth. We talked about how wowed we were by the service and the employees the whole way home!! The gentleness and kindness us and our kitties were shown speaks volumes. We will 100% be back. If you are looking for cat grooming THIS IS THE PLACE!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!

We just moved here from Ca. so everything is new to my Bonny. She didn t seem as stressed coming from her groom! I was so glad. Plus she didn t have to rub her ears on the carpet when she got home from the hair left inside! Again I was so glad ! Meagan Ahlstrom was so kind.

Their cat groomer is amazing! She knows cat behavior like an expert and knows how to make sure yr cat is comfortable during the process (as much as they can be), 100% recommend Beckie for cat grooming!

***PLEASE READ BEFORE BRINGING YOUR PET HERE*** I brought my Mini Golden Doodle to get groomed here and I asked for them to cut close to the skin since she was very furry. When I came to pick her up 4.5 hours later, they said A boo boo happened. My dog had a protective cone around her head and they showed me a cut on her knee that turned out to be pretty deep. They implied that it was my dog s fault for being too wiggly, but aren t all dogs??? 1) If a dog is too wiggly, don t cut it as short 2) If you cut it short anyways and CUT HER LEG while doing so, call the owner *immediately* I get it. Accidents happen. I m definitely someone who forgives an honest mistake, but they then proceeded to charge us full price, ask for a tip, and they NEVER once said sorry or apologized in any way. Our dog hasn t been the same ever since and the wound is deeper than any of us thought (we may have to take her to the vet) so we called today to get a refund and the manager, Liz, gave us a refund and was kind about it. That s why this review is 2 stars instead of 1. Consider this before you take your pet here to get groomed.

I took my orange long hair tabby cat (O Malley) to Synergy Pet Spa to help with some matting problems and I was aligned to Missy. They did fantastic and I m so grateful for their services. I was worried my cat would be severely traumatized but he enjoys his new haircut and I m pretty sure Missy is his new bestie! I have been bringing my dog Gunner to see Missy for about 5 months to get groomed. She always does an amazing job and is so good with him. Missy and the team are always so friendly and fun to chat with. They are quick to respond when I reach out to set up an appt and are very accommodating. The salon is very clean and organized. They carry a lot of great pet products and fun stuff. I highly recommend Synergy Pet Salon.

Kalie is wonderful! She does a professional schnauzer cut. My three schnauzers love her. She gets kisses from Thor every time. She is a trooper, extremely kind and warm. I would highly recommend Synergy Pet Salon. I have been going there for over seven years.

Stephanie is an amazing groomer who pays a lot of attention to detail.

I used the DIY dog wash with my malamute/husky mix and it was awesome. They have everything you need for a double coated dog- high velocity dryer, large dog tub, deshedding shampoo and conditioner, and a way to tie my mal up at every station. They answered any questions I had, and even provide an apron to protect your shirt! Not that it does much to protect from a 90lb fluffball, but it helped.

Picking my dog up from Synergy is the only time I ve ever picked up my dog from a groomer and doubted that he was actually bathed or groomed.

I am so impressed with how good my pups look! I know this is no easy job because I sweated and fought for 4 hours with one to try and trim him up and it was a disaster. These folks do an amazing job and its worth every penny.

I ve been looking to get my cat groomed and couldn t be happier that I went with synergy. The whole process from the phone call to getting him checked him was fast and simple. They explained everything before my cats apt and did exactly what I asked for. Everyone there is so friendly and I know my cat was good in good hands. They did an amazing job, I m so glad to have found a reliable and efficient cat groomer!

We have been coming here for years and have always been happy with the service. The employees are kind and always excited to see my puppies and know them by name.

I m just annoyed that I can t get a hold of you to set up an appointment and you don t have a voicemail box set up.

Went to pick up my dog and she actually looked pretty good. The cut looked as good as it normally does. The new groomer they have there whose name is Michelle is very competent and we have used her for the last six or seven years. Recently she has moved to Synergy and we notice our price went from 65 to 85. And that was 2 months ago. Today I went in to pick up my dog and it was about $125. Shes a small to medium dog probably more on the medium size and again happy with the work done. But please read the small print before you sign the paper and leave your animal. It may cost you an arm and a leg. PetSmart will charge 40 to $60 depending on the temperament of the dog for the same haircut. Thats where Ill be going next time.

I would leave 10 stars if I could!! The groomer Missy took such wonderful care of our kitty. This was his first professional grooming and he looks amazing. He is a typical cat who doesn t do the best adjusting to new situations, but was immediately his normal self when we brought him home. To me that spoke volumes about how he was treated and handled while at the salon. I would confidently recommend this place to anyone.

She came home with a treat and very soft silky fur coat! The price definitely reflects the quality. She s never looked this good! Wow! Thank you Synergy!

They groomed our puppy for the first time and it was a lovely experience! Since our puppy was new at all this, they didn t force her to get a cut just to get money. Instead they suggested us coming back in a month when she s older.

I ve been a customer at Synergy for a few years and the team, services, and customer service are unmatched! They truly care about your pet and love what they do! My giant fur baby always comes back so soft, clean, and happy and I love the cute bow he got!

I took my cat in to be groomed. I have never taken a pet to be groomed before and my cat has also never been bathed. They did great and Beckie exceeded my expectations, I would definitely recommend.

Was very satisfied with the grooming performed on my cat Trixie. She can be a bit of a nervous Nellie but was not traumatized by the experience at all. She was so soft and lovely afterwards and I really appreciated her not being overly deodorized/perfumed.

They really care about my dog here. I had a pretty bad experience previously but when the owner heard they contacted me and made sure to make it right. They personally saw to my dog to make sure that my pooch and I were properly taken care of. They were so polite and incredibly helpful. They even helped me know what to do to help my dogs coat at home. Definitely earned my business back.

I had the best experience at this lovely salon. Max looks so cute and was a happy boy when he was finished. The people were kind, supportive, attentive to detail and unbelievably accepting. We have a standing appointment.

Aubrey is always so professional, courteous, and seems genuinely excited to see my Daisy, which is what any dog owner wants, right? I ve been really happy with her. Other dog groomers in my experience I ve felt a little judged by as I navigate being a new dog owner. I never feel that with Aubrey. Thank you!

I take my long haired cat to Beckie and she is AMAZING with him!! He always comes back looking so well groomed, she shaves him very very evenly and I know she is particular about his grooming. I ve taken him to several other places where they state that he needed sedation or that he was too difficult but I ve taken him to Beckie 4-5x now and she s never sedated him or needed extra help. I think it comes down to your cat s groomer and their presence and energy, not necessarily the cat 100% of the time :) Highly recommended Beckie at Synergy for cat grooming!!

Sadly, we will be finding another groomer. Prices have raised too much, as well as bad customer service. I have waited twice for over an hour for their groomers to get to work, during working hours for me as well. The one time i have ever been late, I am charged $20 per dog (i have 2) with no warning at all. I was an hour late, which i take full responsibility for as I mixed up the days. One would think that loyal customers would get a warning, but apparently they have enough incoming customers that they are not worried about keeping their current ones. We have been coming to synergy for two years now, every 3 months, tip well, and loved our groomer Kaeli. She does do a great job, but if they are going to treat loyal customers this way, I don t want to be one.

First time bringing my dogs here and I was very happy with the service! The facility is clean, the staff was very friendly and my dogs came back looking great. They were happy to accommodate my problem child doodle and handled him well. I definitely love this place and will be bringing my boys back!

Jessica, our groomer, was so knowledgeable and surpassed expectations with our dog s grooming services. Scotties are tricky and she nailed it. Already booked our next appointment. The store is super cute too with lots of treats, chews and toy options.

Grizz comes home looking snazzy and smelling fantastic (currently he smells like sugar cookies.) Grizz has received superb care, he s never had any irritation, his cut, nails, and teeth look fantastic after he s had the full treatment at Synergy. Katy Memmott has been doing his grooming, we appreciate her work.

Brought my 3 month old pup with very specific hair care needs and Stephanie went above and beyond! Not only was our puppy s wash and cut perfect, but the staff took time to socialize with her and make her feel welcome before taking her in to get her haircut. We had the greatest experience and will be going back to Synergy for all our puppy needs!

Meghan did a fantastic job with my nervous little dog. She was able to groom him in a fairly short amount of time to reduce his stress. I ll be back to synergy!

I was a little nervous to bring my cat in because she s 4 and never been groomed before but needed something to help her with her long fur. Missy did such a good job, she looks so good and apparently and a really nice day at the spa because she made friends with everybody there! Will for sure bring her back.

So expensive!! For my 25 lb goldendoodle, they charged $118! Luckily she was well behaved because when I showed up, they said they charge $110 ($118 with tax)-$130 for small doodles, depending on how hard she was to groom. Be aware of what you re getting into before you make an appointment.

Hands down one of the best pet salons I have ever been too! I have been to several over the years and the level of service has severely declined, most likely due to the influx of dogs, thanks covid. But this place was incredible the staff was super friendly, and accommodating, they took on my three crazy pups like it was nothing. When they were done they were actually done, usually I have to ask for a bit of touch up, or they tell me to come over and they are still working. Amazing experience, and we will be back there if our friend is full again (which is highly likely).

I took my 6 month old Goldendoodle here for her first visit to the groomers. Having never experienced the logistics of a dog groomer, I wasnt entirely sure what to expect. Missy was assigned to groom my pup and did a great job explaining the process and putting my nerves at ease. I picked up my pup 3 hours after drop off and was happy with the results. The first visit to the groomers, I was informed that it is more of a preliminary visit before they can actually cut your dogs hair. They do this to see how well your pup does in that scenario. I wasnt aware of this process (not having any experience with this stuff) and wish they would have made that more clear on the website or my confirmation email. They did wash, trim nails and trim hair around the face/feet/underside/backside for about $70+tip (Medium sized dog, 30 lbs). They also sell all the dog treats, bones, toys, etc. but I didnt purchase anything (I will on my return visit). Overall I was pleased and will return for the full haircut.

Christie does an AMAZING job with all of my dogs, especially my Pomeranian. The entire Synergy team is always friendly and always so welcoming. I drive a bit further just to go to synergy because I love how the grooms turn out and their shop is so cute!

I take my 2 elderly dachshunds in for their nails trimmed. One of my dachshunds has special needs and can t stand. They always accommodate us and let me hold him while they trim his nails. I have always had a positive experience and everyone has always been so nice.

I take my dogs here for the self-groom option, when they get filthy between their visits with their regular groomer. Nice facility, great supplies for the grooming process, good water pressure, and the blow dryer is great! Plus everyone loves seeing Duncan.

I called to schedule an appointment and they said they were booked out for about 3 weeks but called me 2-3 days later and said there was a cancellation and could fit our dog in the very next day. They were very nice and I felt comfortable leaving my dog with them. They did such a good job. You could tell they really love their job and that they love the animals. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Love when I business uses texting. Simple text let me know about appts and when my Quail doggy was ready. Quail came out so happy, like she was just at a day at the spa. She san Australian shepherd and her cut was perfect. She was so soft and fluffy again. Super super recommend.

My dog missy loves to go to the groomers. Ginger is so loving with her. My dog has warts in her body and Ginger takes special care not to nick them. We love synergy! Only thing I would recommend is to book early because they fill up fast.

I am a Covid dog owner and had a hard time finding a place that I felt would treat my dog with the loves that he deserves. Ginger Ford is SO sweet and he has come back looking so handsome the two times Ive gone thus far. Definitely going to be a repetitive client of hers.

We could not be be happier with our visit!! Ginger was absolutely incredible with us and our Golden Doodle. She listened to what we wanted and treated our dog so well. Our golden doodle can be very anxious during and after grooming appointments, but we could tell Ginger was so so good with her. Can t say enough good things about this place. I came in to buy some dog food for the first time from here. Because I ve heard a lot of good things about the brand that I bought and you can t get it in normal stores. The bag of food was marked as $26, but when I went to check out, it rang up as $30. I pointed out the discrepancy and was told that it must have been labeled wrong because the system says $30 and she did not offer to lower the price to what was listed. Buyer beware: the actual price may be higher than the listed price. Edit: I was just issued a refund digitally for this discrepancy. I m impressed that they would act this quickly to make this right, and I appreciate it. Raising rating.

I am beyond pleased with Synergy! Katy Memmot groomed our labradoodle & she did an amazing job. We brought him in the next day after camping and he was pretty knotted down to the base of the fur. Yes, we did bathe & brush prior but doodles fur is something else. Katy did an EXCELLENT job on the cut. We had very specific instructions for the cut & she did exactly what we wanted. Hopefully the five-ish hours of brushing out those knots, bathing and trim didnt scare her off. We will definitely be back!

My dog (a Pom) is really sensitive about ANY grooming activity and the groomer, Amanda, was AMAZING. He looks SO GOOD, and the cost was the same as the big chains which wont even work on him because of his attitude.

First off, we ve taken our dogs here for a couple years now I believe, the haircuts they ve received have always been great and the groomers are all very nice! What I don t understand is why they keep your dogs there all day, we always booked our yorkie and Maltipoo together so just assumed that s why it took so long. At their last appointments we had to book them separately. We brought our Maltipoo in at 10:15 and at 3:15 asked for an update. We were told the groomer was just about to get started on him ..he had already been there for 5 hours so that was a little concerning. He was ready about an hour later. Our yorkies appointment a few days later went about the same we dropped him off at 9:45 and at 2:45 sent a text asking about an update. We were told they forgot to send the message to us telling us he was ready. When we asked how long he was ready and waiting they said about an hour before we checked in. All in all was very disappointed with our last two visits and as much as we love supporting local businesses we will not be taking our dogs back.

My dog is very old, deaf, and has a heart condition. I love taking my dog to Synergy! They do a wonderful job!!

They used to be good when Itzel was there, after she left place went down. They charge you extra from the set price. And they never follow instructions, they groom whatever they want. I wil never return. And do yourself a favor, find another groomer.

Kaeli at Synergy saved the day! Our poor kitty, Harry Potter, got into some cockle burrs that turned his fur into painful matted areas within a week. He was miserable but wouldn t let us touch them. Kaeli was shave him without drawing blood (hers or his) and now our hairless Harry is running around full of energy again! The Salon was clean, welcoming and reasonably priced.

I really enjoyed my visit here. I love that you can bring exotic and domestic animals. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and its a beautiful clinic. The doctor I saw was so personable and kind, and I loved the fact that I could have my rat and my dog seen at the same time. They really go out of their way to make you and your pets feel welcome and cared for.

First time I checked the place out, I was in and out pretty quickly. I will definitely be going back for sure. The only issue I could see the the amount of space they have, not that big of a deal.

We love coming here during the cold months to bathe our dogs when we cant at home. They are always so friendly and make it easy for us to bathe them ourselves!

I love Synergy for my two Yorkies! They have the best staff who loves the dogs and are excited to see them. There is such a good energy there, with lots of love and my dogs are always so happy and groomed so well when I pick them up. I highly recommend

We have always had a great experience at Synergy Pet Salon. We have been going there for years, first with our Australian Shepherd and now with our Bordoodle. We have had multiple groomers and they all have done a wonderful job. We have had bad experiences at other salons and will only use Synergy.

I love this pet salon. They treat my dog so well, do such a good job on the grooming, and their prices are very reasonable. We always schedule with Ginger.

Our first visit here was great! Our labradoodle looked amazing when they were done with him. This last time he looked a little choppy, a few missed spots and not quite as clean as the first time. However, he does great there and doesn t have a problem going in. We ll keep going back.

Ashlee groomed my little girl, Veah, she is a long haired Chihuahua and I never really know what to have the groomer do because there are no typical long haired Chihuahua grooms. So, I usually just tell the groomer to trim her up and honestly Im never satisfied with the result but OH MY GOODNESS Ashlee did THE. BEST. JOB!! She even dyed her tail multiple colors and we just love it! We actually had to stop into a pet store after the groom and people were literally calling out across the store to say how adorable she looked!! We loved it! And our Veah is such a ham, she just LOVES having people gush on about her lol We have 100% found our groomer and we will not be going ANYWHERE else!

They always take their time with my dog and give him a great hair cut, comes out exactly how I described it to them.

We have had two different groomers cut our Ty, and they have both been fantastic! Our dog is a Bichon, poodle, and cavalier King Charles mix, and he looks best with a Bichon cut. The ladies at synergy have been the best groomers we have found in Utah county. Highly recommend

The two groomers that Ive LOVED are Aubrey and Ginger. Aubrey has been amazing and patient with my yorkies and even reached out to me when one of them passed away. Ginger has been very sweet and loving with my Aussiedoodle. Highly recommend either of them, they treat your animals as if theyre their own pups.

Our groomer did a great job on my Pomeranian. I have other groomers that, you feel lucky if they respond to you. But, Synergy was so easy to schedule with. And I didn t have to wait three or four months.

Ashlee did an AMAZING job grooming our English bulldog. I have never really been impressed when we have gotten our dogs groomed in the past, it s always been just an okay job. But our dog looks and smells so good! I can t say enough good things. We will never go anywhere else! And I m not one to leave reviews but I just couldn t pass up telling others how awesome our experience was!

Ashlee did an awesome job on our dog. He looks so good, and his nails were trimmed perfectly. We really enjoyed having such a talented and kind person like Ashlee to groom our dog. We also spoke with Tony who picked up the phone, and she is kind, helpful and awesome. Overall a great experience!

They dont have availability for months

I am so extremely happy with Synergy Pet Salon! They did exactly what I asked for on my Goldendoodle. It was Rosies first time getting a haircut and they were the sweetest when we dropped her off and explained everything on how she did when we picked her up. Kailie Thomas (not sure how to spell her first name...sorry) was the groomer and she is AMAZING!!!!! We will be back! Greatly priced as well! Thank you

Our first experience at Synergy was wonderful. She seemed happy when we picked her up and it only took two hours. Contrast that to the first place we took her (not Synergy) where she had to stay for 8 hours because they said she had too much anxiety with the dryer and clippers. Synergy Pet Salon made her look amazing, quickly, and for a reasonable price. Thank you Synergy and Mckale our stylist!

Ginger was our groomer. She was very nice and Willow went right to her. I m very impressed with the results. Willow was quite matted and needed a short cut the first time. She asked me how I wanted her and she did exactly what I asked her to do with her beard. I made a return appointment for Willow and also for our other toy schnauzer, Red. Totally recommend!!!

We have taken our dog to Synergy for the past 3 times he has had a grooming and we will continue to do so. They are very accommodating to our pets needs, they are good to schedule with, they communicate with us to let us know of our appointment and let us know when we can come by and pick him up. I really enjoy working with them.

My overall experience was really good. Eustace my puppy came back with a great haircut and he seemed to handle the experience really well especially for his first time. He looks great and is much happier with his shorter hair and they were able to keep the schnauzer look with his summer cut. My only complaint was the obviously did the nails last and didn t clean off the decent sized area of dried blood where they hit the quick on one nail. Not a big deal but it was something that could have been done better.

Ashley worked really well with my year old Labradoodle, who has lots of energy. Coco looks fantastic!

It was my little goldendoodles first hair cut and my Vet actually recommended Synergy. Im beyond glad we decided to come here! Ashlee was absolutely wonderful. My little pupper totally adored her. We couldnt be more impressed.

We ve been coming here for a few years now and I ve always had such great experiences. Her dog always looks and smells so great when he s out from his fresh shower and haircut. They are so great about getting him in and are so great with him and all of the other dogs. Plus they have some really great dog food, treats and toys around their store. We totally recommend taking All of your dog needs here.

Had a good experience with our new puppy. It was his first grooming session. Ashley Jewekes was awesome. Very comforting, and the clean and cut turned out great.

This was my first experience taking my puppy to get nails trimmed. I was super nervous, however the staff was amazing. They did a great job and were quick so I was able to get it done while on my lunch. Will definitely be using them going forward.

My dogs come out looking so amazing every time! They are so good with them and patient too. My little Silky has always come home from the groomers traumatized. But not at Synergy! She comes out happy every time!

I did not have a good experience at this salon. Instead of making the customer satisfied they acted negatively. They need to give their groomers training on different styles. Accept where you need to improve and make changes instead of making your customer feel inadequate. Save yourself and your furbaby the expense that you could do yourself better. Find another salon. Skip this one. Very unprofessional. Didnt even ask for shot records. My baby has never looked so bad. In response the owner... Yes my daughter made the appointment sonita under her name. Your 9 oclock appts. So disappointed.

Update from May 2020 visit - 2 Stars. My Aussie mix was not well groomed or de-shed this last visit. I had to shampoo and condition her the next week because she started getting bad tangles/knots. Their prices are high enough that should never be the case. Unfortunately, I havent kept track of the names of the groomers they employ so I dont know who has done well or poorly. But after 5-6 visits over the past couple of years the results have gone downhill. Between professional visits I groom and shampoo and condition and my dog using Mane & Tail. I imagine that individual groomers come and go frequently, but if someone is great the salon should pay them more to keep them. Ill be looking for some place else and will start tracking individual groomers so I can stay with them.

Christie is awesome! She is wonderful with dogs! She makes it comforting that my little Stella is in good hands!

Our 5 month old Shih Tzu s eyes were buried behind fur. Synergy answered the phone with the most upbeat professional receptionist. She got us in within an hour when everyone else was 5 plus weeks out. Our puppy was groomed exactly the way we requested by Kaeli and came out cuter than we could ever imagine. My daughter was so nervous about leaving our puppy and begged me to call the salon to check in on him. Kory was so sweet and offered to take some pictures during the grooming session and texted them to me right away. We received exceptional service at an affordable price. We will definitely be using their service again and recommending Synergy Pet Salon to all family and friends.

What a cute and clean pet salon! Katie Memmott did an excellent job on my two dogs. I have one small shihtzu and a large Newfoundland poodle mix. They have never been fluffier and cuter... they look like they are ready for a family photo! She did an excellent job on their haircuts. I also know she had her work cut out for her because our big dog is only a year old. We will be bringing them back for sure!

Its been hard to find a groomer in the area that knows how to properly groom an Australian Shepherd. Most will just use a shaver which damages their undercoat, but Kaeli Thomas here is a pro! Have gone here now 6 times and everytime I have been super impressed.

I have a puppy named Mashed Potato and it was his first professional groom. He still bites, and he wasnt really crate trained, so I was really worried about him. Just for context, my puppy is a maltipoo and hes about 8 lbs. I didnt know what I wanted, so they did their best to make him look good. I couldnt be there when he was picked up, but my mom who did told me that he seemed happy, and that he even kept running back to the groomer. He looks really good. Theres a few things Ill change next time but its great considering I didnt know what we wanted. He is super soft, softer than hes ever been, and he smells great. I can actually see his eyes! I will definitely be going there again.

I took my cat in for her first haircut appointment ever, naturally, I knew she would be nervous. The groomer was able to finish the haircut but my cat refused the bath part, so I can t blame her on that. The haircut looks great. What she didn t mention was that my cat soiled herself during the visit and I only found that out once I let her out of her carrier. That s why I give four out of five stars.

The groomers are very caring and careful with your pets - I have 3 I take there and theyre always good at greeting my dogs to warm them up and make sure theyre comfortable, they obviously love dogs and they do a great job with their grooming, always asking if I would recommend changes or am happy with the job. You can tell they care!

Update 11/1 - The management and groomers at this salon provided the best customer service Ive ever experienced. They made the effort to reach out to me to set up another appointment to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my pups cut. They understood my concerns and re-groomed my dog to my liking. They did a great job. The fact that they are willing to put in the additional effort to work with you and rectify the areas youre unhappy with, make them a great place to take your pets for a groom. Great customer service! Initial review 10/27- Took my standard Goldendoodle in for a haircut. While the haircut was mostly decent, it was uneven in a couple spots with tufts of hair sticking out. Questionable quality for the price charged. One of my dogs nail was over clipped and left partially cut and there was bleeding. I understand that these things happen even in a professional setting, but I would have appreciated them being open and honest about it when I picked him up. Some pros : The 2 people at the reception desk/front of the store were kind and accommodating. And, the groomer respected the requests made prior to the haircut.

Theres the grooming salon and a pet supply store in the same building. Ive never had an animal groomed here, but the staff are super knowledgeable about food, good at giving recommendations, and so kind!

We love synergy! It s has cute homie feel when you walk into the shop and everyone is friendly. We take our puppy there once a month and go to Annalynn! She is amazing! We totally trust her with our pup. She communicates with us during the haircut to let us know of any changes. She takes care of our sweet puppy and always makes her look super cute. They also send reminder so you never forget about the appointment. It s awesome! We will never take our puppy anywhere else now!

I love this pet salon. I dont live in Utah but I come down to visit my sister every few months which is about the time my dog needs to be groomed. Both times Ive taken him they have been so sweet to him. Other groomers have badgered me about how nervous he gets. Yall I know! But they take care of him just as he is. They also have great availability which is so nice! The girl that helped me book on the phone was so personable as well.

I am so glad I found these peeps. They always take care of my little guy and keep him looking handsome as ever. They are very gentle with my pup and he doesn t wine when I drop him off.

We love Synergy! Our very anxious pet dies really well there. Christy is so good with her, and she comes home very pretty and smells amazing. I appreciate that if this don t look right, I can take her back (but I haven t ever needed to do this). The best indicator is how my dog lives to go in and comes out happy. She has had rough experiences in the past with other groomers, and they are so careful with her.

I have taken my Westie so many places to be groomed and this is the first place I can really say I loved. She looked wonderful, and the price was comparable to other groomers. I can here on recommendation from my mom who brings her Pomeranian here and always has a good experience as well. This will be my new groomer!

Synergy is the best! We started taking our Mini Aussie, Kirk, at the beginning of this year after getting a stellar recommendation from a friend. I have been consistently impressed! The staff is friendly and professional, and the environment helps both pets and pet parents feel at ease. Kirk always looks, feels, and smells amazing after his appointments. I am also grateful for how educated the staff is about each and every breed. I never have to worry about my Mini Aussie s coat not getting the right care. Highly recommend!

I take my Maltese Bichon in to Synergy every few weeks. Annalynn always takes incredible care of him. She greets me at the door, asks how I want him done, then gently takes him. They text me directly when he s finished and always comes out smelling and looking amazing! In addition to grooming services, their cute shop also has a doggie daycare, washing stations, and a store for toys and treats! I will forever recommend Synergy to anyone looking for a safe place to send their dogs for a grooming or anything else they might need!

Everyone is soooo nice and helpful. It s clean and has everything I need as far pet food and supplies. They treat my dog like family. All of the groomers are very talented and I never worry about leaving my dog there. I d drive out of my way if I had to. They recently started a daycare too!

We have struggled to find a place we feel comfortable taking our dogs to be groomed. We LOVED Synergy the moment we walked in! It s clean and organized and the staff is SO FRIENDLY. Both our dogs have anxiety and one has health issues but the staff made us feel at ease, and their hair cuts looked so cute. We will definitely continue to use Synergy. We highly recommend them!!!

Absolutely amazing, they took such great care of my Sottish Terrier and gave her the most amazing cut, and followed all instructions. My Stella was so happy too when I dropped her off even though it was her first grooming, and was super happy when I picked her up as well. I made my next appointment right after too!!

Last time we brought our small French Poodle we paid $60 for her cut, today after being told she was hard to cut and she did not get the cut we requested I still had to paid $90. Last time I will go there. Different price plus $15 for her doing circles when they cut her. Great way to treat reoccurring customers!! Or great way to loose them I guess.

Our dog has black nails and after hurting him a time or two clipping his nails. He definitely does not like it being done. So we decided to try Synergy. My wife was so nervous, but the staff was welcoming and confident. Had him in and out in no time with no problems. Will definitely be going back. Website is a bit confusing with prices and info. Also hard to get a hold of.

I was hesitant about taking my dog to get his nails trimmed. I have never had anyone cut them before. The girls here are incredible! They made him feel safe and it only took them a couple of minutes. I would definitely recommend them!

My absolute favorite salon ever! They take such great care of my dogs and they always come out looking AMAZING!

Drop off was clean and quiet. The groomer pulled up photos of my dogs breed on her phone and we looked at images of possible cuts. Pick up was clean and efficient. The place didnt wreak of wet dog, like some others. (Before and after photos...)

Anna was amazing with bailey. This was her first salon visit and I was told she did great! The staff are pleasant to work with and they are friendly. The price for everything was decent. I am amazed at the transformation that took place. The place was clean and the waiting for someone to help was minimal. I am happy with their service and would recommend anyone in need of a groomer to take your dog here. They also have the option of self wash station for larger dog which is great!

Our small dog gets very nervous and aggressive around new people so getting a grooming has always been stressful for us. That stress has been taken away since joining Synergy, we know Aubrey is going to take care of and love our Toby whenever we go. In fact last time we went they even told us that Toby loves Aubrey! Thats truly an amazing thing that she was able to create a relationship with him even though she only sees him every other month. Take your pet here, you wont regret it.

We ve use their services for our bichon frise - miniature poodle mix twice now. Both times they have been friendly, quick and have done a fabulous job. They listened to what we wanted and were willing to work with us to make sure it came out just right. Exceptional support with texts. Very responsiveness and answered all our questions. We will definitely come back.

I adopted two Rescue Kittens from Synergy. Theyve got a fantastic, knowledge staff to help and answer questions. They have a huge selection of pet food, Pet grooming area. Its a very fun place to check out! Id recommend them to any one with a fur baby.

They did a wonderful job on my poodle! She was moderately matted and I thought shed have to be shaved bald, but Ginger at Synergy gave her the cutest cut and now shes so soft, clean, and gorgeous. Highly recommended.

We took our dog here and he always looked great. But our most recent visit will ensure I never go back here. Our dogs stayed with a relative for two weeks while we were out of town, their property had some foxtails so we told our groomer at Synergy about the foxtails and said he had an appointment with the vet the next day. When we picked him up, the clerk at the bakery inside of Synergy (not even our groomer) came and told us how irresponsible it was for him to have so many foxtails. She informed us that they had split his nails and caused an infection in his paws as well as an infection in his ears. She was so rude and demeaning, as if we had no idea how to care for our dog. The manner in which she spoke to us was so disrespectful and appalling. She kept waving her hands in our face as she spoke and pointing at us how you would scold a child. She told us there were a lot of foxtails they couldn t remove. (Which we expected, and why we told them about the vet appointment ahead of time.) We felt so horrible and were heartbroken for our sweet guy, and we felt so dumb like we should have known. So we sat there and took it while she talked down to us. We couldn t find the injured paw they told us about but figured the vet would. We called the vet to let him know he might need a longer appointment the next day. After the vet examined our dog, he said there was no infection on any of his paws anywhere and no split nails at all. He said yes he did have an ear infection but that it was not caused by foxtails at all. He said they are very common in this breed and sometimes happen despite great care. He also said they went over him three times and only found two more foxtails. I absolutely loved the groomer, but I will not go to a place that allows employees to treat customers that way, especially when they are completely uneducated and wrong. Believe me, if you neglect your dog and cause them pain, you deserve a scolding. But we love our dog and treat him so well. He went to Synergy every month to be groomed with a full haircut and bath. Now we will have to find a new groomer.

Absolute most consistent & best salon I have used in this area! Ive only tried like 20+ from South Jordan to Orem, so what do I know?! Theyve always been on top of their game, ON TIME, and EVERY grooming has been a consistent success! No low self esteem cuts here! Ask my dogs - they agree! No one hanging their heads in shame as we leave this salon - not the pets NOR the owners! THRILLED to have found them! And, they are responsive to calls, texts & website inquiries! RARE!

I have never had my dog trimmed before, he is a Norwich Terrier. When I took Leo (dog) to Synergy, I let them know that he was not well behaved. What a difference in a PERFECT grooming!! He is the cutest little guy Ive seen! Didnt know what a GREAT job they would do on Leo. The groomer said that he was a perfectly behaved and they had no issues!! THANK YOU!!!

Their online cost estimator said about $38 per dog so we decided to give them a shot. We have two 5lb yorkies. The final bill was $160 for both of them. $60 per dog and $10 extra per dog for nail grinding. They told her the cost estimator isn t very accurate and depends on the groomer. I ve also never had to pay extra outside the groom for nail grinding. $160 for 2 tiny dogs is a little steep. I m also not to impressed with the cuts. They look a little ragged and one still has a hairy chin that gets covered in food. They need to be more upfront with their costs and please be aware if you re going by the cost estimator that isn t accurate . We would also buy our raw dog food here but now will commute to Draper for it.
