I wouldnt take my dog to be groomed anywhere else. Not only do I know that I can trust Linzyand her team to do a superb job of grooming, but I can trust that she will take great care of my baby while hes there. Brush Bath and Beyond is a totally professional establishment. There are many grooming places that I can go to around my house, but I choose to travel 30 minutes to Linzy at Brush Bath and Beyond instead.

I randomly found BBB on Google. I admit, I brought in a very tangled and muddy goldendoodle. I was shown patience and understanding by the staff. Its obvious how much work and love they put into transforming my dog into a svelt and clean super dog. I recommend this company to anyone!!! I would actually give a sixth star if I could!!

Building is super underwhelming and parking confusing AF. A mural like in SLC and really anything would make the place more apoealing. Counters need to be loweref- it hinders connection as is. Groomers very kind and competent- just recommend that when they come out, theu introduce themselves

They did such a great job on my double fur golden retriever. He looks and smells wonderful. This is our 3rd time going there for grooming and he gets excited to come in and get groomed. No stress signals. They seem to genuinely like what they do.

Very nice place

We have a very old Cocker Spaniel dog that needs grooming about every 6 months. We have been taking our dog to Brush Bath and Beyond for about two years. Each time the results are excellent: the dogs hair is uniform in length and the perfect length; there have never been any nicks or cuts; the hard-to-reach areas (such as hair around the paws) have been perfect. The dog is happy when we pick him up and not stressed. Kudos all around!

The staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and my dog was so happy, which is a clear indication of the treatment she received.

I used to just go to PetSmart, but Brush Bath and Beyond is a way better experience for my dog. Its obvious they care about my dogs experience and have the expertise to help her feel comfortable while getting the job done.

Felt very welcomed and felt like my dogs were handled very nicely and carefully. The ladies there are very compassionate especially because my 50 lb Vizsla puppy is very timid of having his nails trimmed. They made him comfortable and handled him very well.

We have taken our pup Casper here multiple times and every time they have done a stellar job!

They did a great job with my dog! She s trimmed just the right amount, including nails! Raegan was fantastic and I ll definitely go back. The price, including tip, is less than that of Petco before a tip (wash, trim, nails, and teeth), and I m happier with how she looks and feels! Normally, my Pomsky comes back still shedding fur, but they managed to get all the extra fur! I ll go back for sure!

Have brought my dog after a groom to find him whimpering and has random shave spots. I repeat. Do not go here there s better groomers who care more for the pets then money and getting it done fast

Happy pups=happy owner. It s easy to schedule (they are popular so book in advance) and every single person is so nice. I ve had multiple employees bathe or groom my dogs and I ve always been even more obsessed with my dogs than when I dropped them off.

These groomers seem to be completely incompetent to know when a dog is a female and should be groomed as such. The groomer even called my dog Sunny a boy when she gave it to my husband at pick up. All my yorkie s hair was chopped horribly, no style whatsoever. Her lame excuse was Sunny is a neutral name . What a joke. They did not take responsibility in any way for their mistake in grooming her like a male, street dog. Don t bring your pets to this place. Going back to my amazing groomer, they know what they are doing, not overpriced, a very reputable business and the trip all the way in Herriman is SO worth it. Forget these clowns!

Amazing experience for my little guy!! He was very nervous when I dropped him off, being his first time in but after picking him up, he was cool as a cucumber and looking like a million bucks!!. They knew what I was looking for after a few questions. Jax will definitely be back!!

Not flexible with their clients schedules. If you are 15 minutes late your service is terminated and you get a VERY hefty fee. Extremely frustrating. Surprising level of rigidity, considering their pick up times always vary when they finish grooming your dog. They can t hold themselves to the same standard of punctuality that they expect from their clients.

They are literally the best. I brought in my stray for her first groom after the rescue & my pup seemed so much more comfortable and confident afterwards <3 I can tell they were gentle and patient. AND update: after going 4 or 5 more times, we are moving to Oregon & the sweet groomer wrote down instructions for the next groomer since she is a wired hair mix dog. Most definitely recommend!

The two folks who took care of my dogs were lovely. Everything was super clean, they were very efficient, and my dogs looked beautiful when they came home! AMAZING WORK! For reference my dog is well over 100 lbs and has a double coat. No other groomer has come close to making him look this good! The staff is super kind and welcoming to me and my dog!

Very friendly staff. They seemed to truly care about the animal s wellbeing and comfort. Our dog s grooming was done when they told us she would be done when we dropped her off. The grooming was the best we have ever had, her paws were trimmed perfectly, there are no ragged cutting of her fur, and most importantly she didn t shed at all when we picked her up (we usually have hair flying everywhere for days after we pick her up).

Brought my baby girl- lily here for the first time! They were so nice and professional! They gave me all the info early on. It was a good calm environment too! They told me details about her behavior after (she did great!) I will be bringing her back!

Best groomers in town! So happy I found them. They treat my babies like their own.

They do an okay job of grooming, but their prices are outrageous. $140 for a 40 lb dog is ridiculous. There are always a few tufts of hair they miss so the premium price is not worth it for me.

Probably the best place I could ever go and trust my fur kids. I hesitate on saying how amazing Chelsie is because she will be snatched up by others, but if she wasn t there I wouldn t drive from Park City to Bountiful to have my dogs groomed there. I just love her!

This place is inconsistent and do not treat returning customers right. The first time was good, but the second time they did not clip my dog s nails nor trim his neck hairs as requested prior to the appointment. I still tipped her. Additionally, I thought I had a 2 PM appt (3rd time booking) scheduled instead of 1 PM. It was an honest mistake and I called them at 1:36 PM to rectifying the situation. They insisted on charging me a $40 no show fee when it was clearly just miscommunication. I will take my business elsewhere in bountiful.

We got our dogs groomed by Tess. She is so great! She is able to put our anxious dogs at ease. She has a great grooming style and even gave us Christmas tree ornaments with our dogs names on them! Great place where our dogs get great care.

I have a long haired, geriatric cat (23 years old). Prior to our appointment, he had some severe matting, thickened claws and is unable to take baths per his vet s recommendation. Afraid of injuring his paws and delicate skin with at-home care, I extensively researched groomers in my area. I was drawn to Brush Bath and Beyond because of their certifications, and was completely impressed by their cat grooming experts! They were gentle with my fragile cat, quickly removed his hard-to-reach matting, & trimmed his claws. They also recommended better combs and brushes, and water-free cleaning tips for in-between appointments. I am so grateful that I found them and already have our next appointment booked.

They did an excellent job with my senior dog who has never been to the groomer before. He was shedding like crazy and they did the best job deshedding him! He has never looked so good!

The girls were so attentive and bubbly when meeting my great pyrenees! They handled her size with stride when she was fearful at the hand off, and definitely reassured her quickly. I have been taking my dogs here for about a year and recently the quality has gone down hill. They never do what I ask, and my dogs always come home with severe razor burn or cuts. With their price increase I thought I would be getting a better outcome, but I was wrong. I will not be going back.

Picked up my schnauzer and his hair was butchered. He has razor burn on his legs, stomach, face, and private area (see photos). They did not follow instructions at all. I asked specifically for them to leave his black eyelashes that he has grown out for 5 years, but now they are completely gone. I also asked specifically to leave the length of his beard, also now gone. They shaved the top of his nose and took the width of the clipper blade between his eyes, cutting his eyebrows. Worst schnauzer cut I ve ever seen, and my baby won t quit licking his wounds. Never going back. I can t believe I paid $80 for this. I didn t realize the extent of the damage (like the razor burns) until I left.

Do not come here !!! They basically mistreated my dog and poor communication was giving to me, service is poor and they didn t take care of the cleaning properly, they charged me 150 dollars for a service without consent which basically is theft. That service it was something I was going to be able to do at home for less money manager is rude and disrespectful. basically they stole my money and due the poor service my dog received they don t wanna give me back the amount. DO NOt USE THIS GROOMING basically they never inform to me anything they never text me or call me when the dog was ready. Clearly this is not yeast infection you didn t know how to cut the hair and you made some cuts on his paws.

Had an appointment today at 11:30 and my wife forgot to drop off our Shih Tzu. At 11:50 BB and B called and I told them my wife could be there at maybe 12:05 or 12:10. The girl said the policy is that they can only take them up to 30 minutes late, but said they could still take him and they are relaxed with that policy. My wife shows up at 12:15 and is told they won t take him and they could reschedule. We have been bringing our Shih Tzu to this location for like seven years (back to when it was located in a basement in Woods Cross). We are usually told he will be about three hours and there have been several times it has been five+ hours. I have also never been late apart from this time and even kept going when they jacked up the price like 50% last year. I will now be finding a different place. I realize the loss of my business will not affect them, but this was handled terribly, especially considering how little they have valued their customers time over the years.

I ve had some good experiences here but the last couple times it has not been smooth. This last time I got my cute kitty back it was 4.5 hours later (late, again). Plus she was completely shaved even after I described and showed the length I wanted the hair to be. When I picked her up, the first words out of the girl s mouth at the front desk were, How does she look? (Pause) The groomer did the best she could . Ummm

My small controllable dog whom has never taken over 2 hours to be groomed was kenneled and bumped for over 3 hours while my dogs groomer helped with a a wild, uncontrollable dog who didn t want to be there ! I had to pick her up after 4 hours without her being finished because I had a had a business appointment. Why was the uncontrollable dog not kenneled or his owner called. Of course they charged full price to me. Beware what your pet goes through at this place. My dog hates the groomer too! She now has a limp from them hurrying to do her. And the groom is unacceptable.

brought my dog in for his first ever groom. He s not a difficult dog to groom since he s a shorthair pointer. He smelled so good after and they did an amazing job with his nails, which is the main reason I brought him in. I ll definitely will be back in a month!

These girls are so sweet with my yappy little chiuahuahs. I appreciate it . They always take great care and are fast and efficient. Plus the pricing is great for a nail trim or drill. Other places charge as if my dogs were getting acrylics! My only complaint is that youre closed mondays when I have my car , and sometimes you have been closed on random days. But other then that you guys are the best ! stay open forever !

This was the first groomer I visited once moving to the area. My dog was very grungy after a summer of hikes and adventures, so I knew that she needed some extra attention during her groom. The staff was very attentive to my questions and concerns, especially the supervisor. The price was fair, and my pup is happy to be clean again (I think ). I ll definitely be back!

These guys are always so great with my dog. She has really bad allergies so anytime she is being groomed it has to be done very carefully as to not cause her hives and they always do such a great job and take lots of notes.

I take my 2 dogs and I will keep taking them back. The only reason not 5 stars is the price. I have big dogs, and its a small fortune to get them groomed. But I love the service and quality I get from the ladies that work there!

We have taken our dogs here a handful of times and paid what I felt way to much just to get a basic puppy groomed. We have always show up for appointments and had a family emergency and missed our appointment. Brush Bath & Beyond was unkind ,and they went ham on us because we didn t show. When we explained we had been a loyal customer and would be happy to split the cost of our incurred charges they were rude, not understanding or sympathetic. This wasn t we expected after being a loyal repeat customer. They also never texted or called when we didn t make it ~ they were just super anxious to explain the fees incurred after our missed appointment. We feel Brush Bath and Beyond are much more about fees, than customers or their beloved animals. If I could I could would rate them zero stars.

My boi always looks and smells fantastic after his grooming here. They are friendly people, and they also offer good advice on keeping him clean and happy at home. Its expensive, but as long as I can afford it Ill be coming here for a long time.

I have a 14 year old Shih Tzu. He is mostly blind and does not hear well, and absolutely hates to be groomed.. with a capital H. I ve tried several groomers in the Bountiful area, but each time it has ultimately been a stressful ordeal because I know my dog is not easy to groom.. and not everyone has been nice about it. I gave these guys a try for the first time today, and I have to say, I think we ve found our new and only groomer! They were understanding when I was running late, treated my sweet boy like one of their own, and made us both feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Cannot say enough good things .

I have a very old, frail, Lhasa Apso with some nasty matting. They are always so kind and gentle with her. She feels so much better after she has been to see them.

I just took my 2 dogs there one was a total mess and got the full groom he is super cute and we are happy to pet him now. The other is a jack Russell mix and I Highly recommend the shed less add on, we dont get handfuls of hair now when we pet him! Super nice staff and relaxed atmosphere, both my dogs were wagging tails and happy when I went to pick them up!

Not happy with results from my first(and last) visit. They butchered my dog. He was irritated for 5 days and counting. My poor dog now has dollar sized scabs from where they clipped his skin.

Take both my dogs here or to the SLC location. They re wonderful and our pups (mini doodle and Aussie) always have just the right amount trimmed off

I have 3 dogs and I only take them to BB&B. We ve been loyal customers for years. BB&B takes such good care of my girls and I ve never had to worry about them getting hurt here as I have at other places. I love how they include services like teeth brushing and nail care that would otherwise cost more money at PetSmart. If we ve ever needed something fixed (this happened once when my doodle s ears weren t quite short enough) they took her right back and did exactly as we requested immediately rather than having to book another appointment. The staff is also wonderful! I was over 15 minutes late to an appointment once because of work and they charged me a late fee (totally understandable). I was having a rough work day and this was the last straw so after dropping off my dogs I walked to the car and broke down. Well, they saw me in my car and called me a few minutes later to tell me that since I was such a loyal customer for years they would happily waive the late fee. It was totally unnecessary but such a sweet sentiment. This is the kind of customer service you can expect from BB&B. Thank you for taking care of Kona, Lulu, and Maven!

I have two large German Shepherds, and they took them both at the same time. They both got the full treatment, and looked so amazing when they were done! Such a great staff and so sweet. I received a text that my boy Jack was having a hard time with the dryer, so they were taking it slow and would need more time. It was so considerate of them to take the time to make him comfortable like that, and I am so appreciative and thankful to them for making it a good experience for my puppers. 10/10 we ll be going back for all of our dog grooming needs!

Such a great place! I recently adopted my dog who has been taken here before by her previous owners, I didnt realize my dog had some behavioral issues when it came to grooming but they were so kind about it and still willing to work with her while I work on training. My dog was a little difficult but they did such a fantastic job and were so good about communicating. Im grateful they were so understanding, this will definitely be my regular grooming place for my dog!

I have been taking my dog here to get groomed for a few years now. Tiffany is the sweetest and the best, I know she treats my anxious dog with such care. And whatever adjustments I ask for she is always accommodating. And my dog always looks great and is so happy when we leave! Everyone there is so nice! And the prices really cant be beat. I have dealt with many groomers over my years of having dogs and this is the best place ever. I cannot say enough good things about them.

First time taking our Shih Tzu to Brush, Bath, and Beyond for grooming. It was easy to schedule the appointment online. We didn t have to wait long to get her in. Staff was very friendly. Their grooming area is open so I was able to see them grooming the dogs. I thought that was very nice as most places do it behind closed doors. Bree did a great job on our dog and the price was more than reasonable. I ve already booked our dog s next appointment. Highly recommend Brush, Bath, and Beyond.

Absolutely AWFUL!!!! The worst grooming job my dog has EVER had!!! They shaved her so close to the skin they cut her in multiple places.. they never called to get my permission to see if it was OK to shave her THAT close!!!! Worst Experience ever!!!! No compensation at all... was told to call the owner next time so she could get us with a groomer who had more time.... my dog was there for close to 5 hours!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! TRAUMATIZING AND NEVER AGAIN WOULD WE EVER GIVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE!!!

My dog is very sensitive when it comes to getting groomed. Brush, Bath and Beyond have listened to me and my concerns from the beginning. They keep notes about my preferences and the areas to be careful on my dogs body. The result is a great haircut and a happy dog. No drama after I bring him home! This is the best place to bring your dog! Im so happy I found them!

I have never had such a bad experience with groomers in the 15 years that I have owned dogs! I began taking my four dogs to Brush, Bath, and Beyond four years ago. I book online, and have for as long as I have been aware of this option. Their website is not very mobile friendly, and I have to double check that I have selected the grooming service that I need. Apparently I didn t check closely enough, and I accidentally chose bath and brush instead of a full groom. When I arrived and found out that there was an issue, I asked if their schedule would allow for a full groom on my dog. The manager said yes, but it would be a $10 error fee. About four hours later, I received a vague voicemail from the manager saying that my dog (who is only a year and a half and only they have groomed), is out of control and deficated on herself repeatedly so I need to pay more fees. I returned the call but no one answered . . . For over half an hour. I ended up calling another location just to find out if my dog was ok. The other manager looked through the files of all my dogs and told me that they had never had issues like this with any of my dogs, which is what I had always been told when picking up my dogs and everything would work out great when I picked up my dog. (This took a few phone calls, and a fair amount of time.) When I picked up my dog, the owner condescendingly explained how to book online and was surprised when I explained that I had been booking online for quite a while without error fees. Then both the manager and the owner lectured me on how they spoke with the other manager and my dog was alway poorly behaved so I can now be prepared for next time. Because I could not get a straight story on what was happening with my dog, I know that either 1) something happened during this visit that horribly traumatized my dog or 2) my dog gets anxious during haircuts and the groomers at Brush Bath and Beyond decided not to keep me informed regarding my dogs care when they are at the groomers. Either way, I will be working with a groomer who understands good communication and customer service so that I can trust that my dogs will be safe when they are groomed. UPDATE about 6 weeks ago, we took my dog to a new groomer. My dog behaved perfectly. THIS ISSUE WAS 100% RESULT OF BRUSH BATH AND BEYOND TREATING MY DOG POORLY!

Took my husky lab there today. He came back smelling amazing and I when I pet him a ton of hair doesn t come out. I will definitely be bringing him back!

Kerri gave my toy puddle a beautiful grooming. There were no nicks despite some little growths, and it was even close enough on the face. I m not sure if she didn t understand because of the mask, but there seemed to be a little confusion about some details I specified, but my pouch looks good. There was a time when my dog was groomed by someone in training and things didn t work out so well.

I felt really good about this place the first time I took my dog there back in June. A few months later I took my dog and the price had increased by about $10, and no one had informed me. But he looked okay and that wasn t that much of an increase. Yesterday I took my pup in then 4 hours later got a text he was done and gave me the total, $120 which was $35 dollars more than last time. When I asked about why it was so much more, they said they must have forgotten to mention it during the drop off as it was chaotic. But that they had just had an increase in price that started that day. They said they sent an email, but I did not get it. I don t know why they could not have mentioned it in the 2 reminder texts I got about the appointment. It feels very dishonest to not be completely upfront about that big of a price change.

They were very nice, and clearly have a lot of satisfied customers! Somehow, we had a different experience. When we got home there was blood in my car, as well as tracked all over our kitchen. When I called about it they said they cut her nail and that she was bleeding, but they thought the bleeding had stopped. I was really surprised they didn t mention it when I was there so I could plan for it! We also specifically asked them not to cut our pup Judy s beautiful long eyelashes, and I was so sad to see them trimmed off when I picked her up! In addition, our pup has slept in a crate for over a year with zero issues, but ever since she was groomed there, she won t go in her crate anymore! She s been groomed several times at other places without any problems. Not sure what happened, but we don t feel comfortable having our dog at BB&B anymore.

I was nervous when their answering machine said For a faster response, please text. I did, and I was not expecting anyone to get back to me for a few days. Within 10 min, someone wrote. And was very helpful in setting up an appointment. I get my cat and dog there for services, my dog left comfortable... when she arrived, she was nervous to get out. And my cat, I forgot to tell them to do a lion cut and to leave the tip of her tail alone. They did it! Automatically. Hands down, I am a repeat client.

I wasn t going to say anything but what happened to one of my dogs is not ok. One of my golden doodles was groomed here last week by Lorraine. When I got home I noticed that he was traumatized and acted differently for about 5 days. I thought it was because I don t take him to the groomers too often but I started to inspect him when we got home and found cuts that were bleeding on his legs, privates, and cuts on both ears. He was matted a bit but not on his ears. I would have rather had her skip parts instead of hurting my dog. I was also never told at all that my dog was bleeding and hurt in more than 5 places on his body. You guys have to communicate when you make mistakes. Also, don t charge extra for matting when you re just going to slice up my dog. Not ok at all. I will never bring my dogs here again.

We ve taken our 10 lb. Havanese mix there a couple of times once for a full groom and once for a nail trim. They ve done a great job and we re very happy with the service!

My mini schnauzer was so dirty and unkempt as my usual groomer has been closed. I took Bailey there today and I am so pleased! He looks adorable! He didn t come home stressed and exhausted like he usually does. I can t recommend them enough!

PLEASE READ!! Please look at the pictures (before and after) We have a beautiful Pomsky with a double coat, we had minor issues but never close to anything like this. Since his haircut, we ve invested so much to make sure his coat makes a full recovery and now that it s growing out these have been the results from that one hair cut! I want to warn people to not trust this place with their dog, one of the girls ruined my dogs fur, I asked her to keep it at a certain length and our dog came out with only his undercoat showing, almost bald! The girl said that was as long as she could leave him???? Saying she traumatizes her own dogs hair cutting it that short. His fur feels and looks terrible, people commenting he looks horrible and asking why we asked for that when he is such a beautiful dog. Another groomer said it will take his fur 2-3 years to get back to normal, please please find a different place. The manager of the shop was super amazing, I asked for a refund even some money back and she said she d let the owner know. The owner on the other side, didn t contact me, a week later I had to contact them again. I did get a refund but the way the owner handled it was so unprofessional, she didn t even introduce herself and honestly before that, the manager made me feel comfortable enough to say I will continue going there but that was completely ruined.

We love taking our 2 pups to Brush Bath and Beyond. They are all so nice and love our dogs too. They do just what we ask and the pups look so clean, fluffy and happy when we pick them up! Dani is our favorite!!

I ve been taking my 9lb Shorkie here for a couple of years and have always had positive experiences. They are professional and really get to know your dogs and your preferences on their cuts over time. I ve only ever had one mildly bad outcome with a groomer that I believe was new and in training at the time (bad meaning some spots we re missed while shaving so the cut was uneven.) Since that experience I ve just requested that only certain groomers work on my little guy and I haven t had any issues since. Our preferred groomer also gives us advice on how to care for his coat and help his dry skin as well as recommendations on good vets she s had experience with since we didn t have one for him at the time. I would definitely recommend this place!

Brush Bath and Beyond exceeded my expectations. Casper the terrier looks FANTASTIC! Close to my house, easy access to the salon and right on time. I only wish I tipped more. Ill catch you on our next appointment. Chelsea was awesome and so kind!!!

We started bringing our little doggo to get groomed at Brush, Bath and Beyond and we LOVED it. We were welcomed with open arms and everyone was so kind. Kovu came back looking handsome as ever! He is a pretty nervous pup and they made our visit super comfortable.

Brush Bath & Beyond has been taking care of my dogs for at least five or six years. Recently I took in a 14 year old yorkie that no one wanted, she was in pretty bad shape and pretty traumatized from being discarded. Brush Bath & Beyond gave her a really good bath, trimmed her up, and helped her feel better. The one thing that I really super appreciate is they were very gentle and tender with her. Shes been through a lot and I didnt want her to have a bad experience and she didnt.

I feel torn about this place, this haircut on my dog was amazing and I do love it. Especially his face. But I felt it was overprice. And When picking up my dog at the end of his appointment they mentioned to me what he struggled with but I don t feel that they really helped with ways to deal with it or anything helpful (or at least what they told me) I recently adopted my dog from a shelter so I wasn t sure how he would do. But I wished they were more compassionate and helpful when it comes to those things my dog had anxiety over.

Great experience! I brought in my kitty Drumstick for a nail trim. She is the sweetest cat EXCEPT when it comes to trimming her nails. She gets quite protective of her paws. This groomer let us hold my cat while she trimmed her claws in less than 30 seconds. Awesome experience, will be back next month or so.

I absolutely love this place. I have a very nervous Maltese and after reading the reviews decided this was the best place for her. After the first visit I knew I made the right choice. Alayna was so sweet and made Navie feel safe. She also did an amazing job. Recently we had a incident where my dog got into some burrs and we needed to have her shaved to get them out. Alayna came in early the next day to help her. I am so grateful to have someone who truly goes above and beyond to help. You dont find that kind of customer service very often.

Im not from here and I did a lot of researching to find the best dog groomers. Some were way to expensive and a lot didnt have great reviews. I stumbled upon these ladies and Im so happy I did!! They were super friendly and did the haircut exactly how I asked!! My dog came out looking better than ever and they were super reasonable too!! I highly recommend them!! This was our dogs first time being groomed and she loved it there, also I didnt know what I wanted and they wanted to make sure I would be happy with end result.They are cash only but you just pay at pick-up.

My dog had never been groomed before. She s a rescue and a bit shy and scared. The wonderful ladies at Bath Brush and Beyond took her in. Made her feel comfortable and safe. She has a lot of hair. Lorraine(the groomer) did a treatment for shedding and the results are AMAZING!!! I have found a permanent groomer in Lorraine and highly recommend her and Brush Bath and Beyond for your grooming needs. 5***** rating from me!
