Lorraigne did such a good job with my dog!! She took the time at the beginning of the appointment to discuss with me how I wanted her groom to look. By the time I picked her up I could see that my dog was comfortable around her and she had bonded with my dog. Her haircut looked so good and exactly what we discussed. Highly reccomend her!!

I can t say enough good things!!! I brought my dog here for the first time today, and Lorraigne did an amazing job. My dog is not easy to groom, but I felt so safe and content to leave him in her hands. I knew she would provide the best care while also giving him the best grooming experience. As long as I m in Utah, we will be loyal customers!!!

Legitimately incredible service. We adopted a stray who was in desperate need of a professional cut and a bath, and they delivered to a T everything we asked for. They were knowledgeable, very kind, and were also mindful of our pups undercoat which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Lorraigne did an amazing job with my 2 doodles on a last minute grooming appointment. She was very thorough with questions about my dogs to ensure the safety and well being of other dogs being served at her facility, as well as ensure she addressed our expectations for the grooming of our dogs. We absolutely loved how our pups looked and smelled when we picked them up. Its very apparent she loves what she does and loves all the animals in her care.

ShowerLove Pet Grooming Spa was WONDERFUL! I appreciated Lorraigne and her expertise, she took the time to go over the process with me and made sure I felt 100% comfortable with everything. I chose to do the deshedding because my Australian shepherd really needed it and it s been a week now and I m still amazed at the difference! I have a 16 year old Labradoodle. This is the only place I have found that pays exclusive attention to her needs. I will not take care anywhere else. If you want the best for your baby, with no hidden fees, this is the place.

ShowerLove was such a great experience for me and Isolde, my lab poodle mix. This was her first groom at 2-years-old and she is a little timid around new people. She warmed to the groomers immediately and I can tell she had a relaxing experience. Communication was great and I also appreciated that they were able to get her in on short notice. She needed a good bath, summer haircut and nail trim. She looks and feels great and I would highly recommend ! Lovely staff!

Both me and my dog had the best experience here! My dog typically HATES getting groomed but she was so comfortable and happy with Lorraigne and her nephew. Lorraigne was also kind enough to show me the brushes she uses so I can better tackle my dog s unruly mats between visits. It was truly such a wonderful, calm experience. I felt so comfortable leaving my dog in such kind, gentle and capable hands.

Such a great experience! When I called to make an appointment with my regular groomer, I was informed that she no longer worked at my vets office. I really loved her and didn t know how I could find a replacement for her. I looked at reviews for groomers in my area and finally decided on Shower Love Pet Grooming. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. Lorraigne was so sweet and gentle with my dog and did.a great job with the grooming. She sat with me and went over exactly how I wanted my dog groomed. I would highly recommend her and am thrilled to find such a great new groomer.

What a great place to take your dog. My dogs are never stressed out when I pick them up. They always look great and smell nice! I recommend this place!

Do not go here. She wanted to charge me $30 dollars more, because my dog is 13 years old. On her pricing board it says the $30 is for behavior problems, not for elderly dogs. She said elderly dogs are special so it costs more. My quiet, loving, gentle, 10 pd. Shih Tzu doesn t even bark. Her shop looks nice, but it s just a show, she is very unpleasant. She is the only groomer.

My Little Shih Tzu/Maltese Buddy is difficult to get his hair done because he freaks out. They don t accept him at Petsmart anymore. So I found this place. Lorraine was awesome with my dog Buddy. She had some calming music for him, she would talk to him and try to calm him down, but he still had his issues. But she was able to cut his hair even while I was holding him. I felt bad she went through so much trouble and time. But she was great! Thank you!

I brought my 12 year old shepherd/golden mix here to get groomed. He sheds more than any dog I ve ever met, and this was the first time that someone actually was able to de-shed him effectively. On top of that, my dog loved Lorraigne and felt completely comfortable by the end of the visit. I ll be bringing him back here for his grooming.

I have a scaredy 7 month old pup that needed her 1st full groom, haircut and all, and Lorraigne made sure my pup had a great experience. Came out looking wonderful with her new cut and I love that its a one dog at a time experience to minimize sounds and distractions.

Loraine did an amazing job with our golden. Doodle Emmett she s the first person who knows how to groom a golden doodle to perfection! Can t wait to take Emmett back to his haircut today again. She made our dog feel at home and comfortable.

This place is wonderful! They have groomed three of our large dogs and have done a fantastic job each time. Lorraine and Clint are so patient and take care of the dogs as if they are their own!

In all the years never had a groomer that really knows the difference in each dogs needs. My two dogs have now received the care and grooming that they deserve. Loraine really loves her job and her clients. We love her because she really cares.

These ladies know their business and did a flawless job for our dog, who loved her 3 hours at ShowerLove Spa. Well be back.

I love it here. I have a very nervous, reactive dog and she prioritizes him and doesn t have several dogs whining in the back. She takes 1-2 dogs at a time which means the most to me because it reduces his nervousness. And she gives my dog the ugly cut I want even though she doesn t like it ;)

We tried this groomer because we could not get into our normal groomer unfortunately both of our retrievers ended up with scabs and nicks from the guard used to groom them. Our normal groomer has never advised that our dogs were scared of the blower for drying but they reported that the dogs were very hard to work with. People here seem very nice but not well versed in grooming I won t be coming back I did wait to tell them about this because we didn t wanna be complainers but after waiting we feel it s best to review our experience with the groomers here. I hate to leave a bad review for a small business but I don t want anyone else s dogs to have to experience the same thing in the future.

This was my puppy s first grooming and they made sure to make her first time the best and least scary experience as possible. Most places just want to shave your dog because they don t want to put in all the effort. This is not ideal for small dogs in the winter. I was able to choose the grooming size attachment and give specific instructions on how I wanted her to look! They did a fantastic job and my baby did not leave feeling traumatized like how they do with many large chain groomers (I.e, PetSmart). They walked me through the whole process and showed me all the products they were going to use. I felt reassured and comfortable with leaving my puppy under their care. I will be bringing my baby girl here every time!

I m a first time puppy parent I always look at reviews to insure my puppy Rio gets the best care and let me tell you these review do not lie Lorraine is amazing she showed me all the tools and what she can do for my lil Rio. I will continue to keep coming back!

This was definitely our best grooming experience! I was worried and feeling guilty about how shaggy my goldendoodle had gotten. They were so kind to me about it and showed me everything they were going to do to fix it for me! My puppy Tuxedo was literally smiling when I picked him up. And he wouldnt stop following his groomer around as we were paying! I also thought they were really good priced! We all really loved this place and we will definitely be coming back regularly!

She treated my dog excellently and her haircut was very nice, my dog is very nervous, unfortunately in other places they couldnt help her because she wouldnt allow them to help her since she is very big and strong, they struggled and here they helped her and she came out very happy I recommend them

We just took our puppy in for its first grooming and couldn t have asked for a better service! Lorraigne took the extra time it needed for our puppy to have an amazing experience so that he would wanna go back and not be frightened! You can tell Lorraigne truly has passion and a gift at what she does!

What a wonderful experience!! Our Coco has a tendency to be a bit anxious and Lorraigne knew just what to do to calm him and make him feel right at home. He even responded well to the blow dryers!! Lorraigne has such a patient and loving way of handling the care of each dog. We love it here

Lorraigne is incredible with these dogs, she treats them like they are her own. I have a really hyper doodle, and I know he s not easy. Lorraigne took the time to make him look so incredible, and when I went to pick him up they were best friends and he didn t want to leave. Some grooming establishments are dirty or gross, but this groomer is so clean and really focuses on the best care. We love Showerlove!
