Went in to checkout the food bar. I liked the variety of food, a little discouraged because the prices weren t really posted, so i overall paid for a small salad

Although this is technically an actual While Foods - it is the poorest example of a Whole Foods. The store is dirty, small and unorganized. The staff are rude and angry. Very weird.

Overall, I am a big fan of Whole Foods. Some of their prices are all over the place. Very reasonable on some items, very overpriced on others.

Its a typical whole foods. There warm/cold food selection where you pay by pound is a lot smaller than other whole foods, probably the smallest once Ive ever been to at this point. Besides that staff was pleasant and its you typical while foods.

I ve never left a review on any restaurant or business in my life. But I had to for this, I ordered a pizza at their Deli/Prepared foods . I get there to pick it up, open it just to see it is severely undercooked, cheese not melted and just looked terrible. I mentioned to the deli employee that it was undercooked, and he gave me this look/ rolled his eyes and said it s fine and instantly had an attitude. Normally I would just want them to heat it up more but it looked so bad that I just said if they could make me a new one and they said ok with about as much attitude as possible. After about 30 minutes of waiting , I go and talk to the guy again to see how much longer for the pizza , and they didn t even remake and thought that I had left even tho they clearly saw me waiting for it. I was able to get my refund thankfully and the other staff was helpful with that. I wish I got the names of those individuals , but they know who they are. Terrible service literally 1/10 wasted my time

Bakery gals helped us get our hands on the big chantilly cake within the hour. As my fiancee picked it up he tilted it and messed up the cake (men!) thankfully the ladies got us a new one.

No one ever wants to help you in the deli/prepared foods section and this has been well over a year, in my experience. Once they finally do help you, you feel like you re putting them out. It s ridiculous.

Whole Foods just isn t for me. Just needed some basic staples for the week and paid too much for food that marketed as healthier but really no significant difference from a regular grocery store. The take out pizza was decent but really not good as leftover the next day.

I shop here often and the prices are to be expected, however the seafood, meat, and dairy selection is unrivaled. Oyster Fridays are awesome, and having access to grass fed beef, bison, and venison is great. Lara is the friendliest Cashier at any grocery store Ive ever been to. Always has a smile and answers questions knowledgeably while working efficiently. 5 star employee and person!

My first time in a whole foods and I really dont understand the hype. No local products? 5000 varieties of supplements but not a single actual medicine? 300 types of soap that all have overpowering smells make even being in the store a sensory overload, but I do like that they had a wide variety of juices in glass jugs and the employees were personable

We love this location. The people who work here are kind and friendly. They even have stickers for kiddos. Their produce is amazing. I love the abundant selection of vegan and gluten free foods.

Rotisserie chicken was extremely dry. We threw the whole bird out and that was $13. Everything else was pricey and not the best quality.

This is a fairly small Whole Foods Market compared to some of the other ones I have been in. However, it does offer a nice variety of food options throughout the store, including the prepared foods section. I highly recommend their sushi!

Such good selection but such high prices. Even sprouts and other organic markets come in much lower on their prices.

Okay, so updated review: definitely a different experience this time around. Employees are actually super friendly and helpful! Thats what Ive come to know what whole foods is all about. Everybody was engaging, The bakery gave my friend a sample of bread lol which was really nice. I asked for help from one of your back workers and he out of his way to get me help. Really good experience! Old review: By far one of the rudest whole foods I have ever visited! Ive shopped at three times and each time Ive had a negative experience with an employee. Its worth the drive to sprouts from there trust me.

Bakery department rocks! I was looking for a bigger Chantilly cake, and a bakery team member happily went to see if any of the fresh cakes were ready. He updated me, and one would he ready, which it was. Also, I picked up some beautiful peonies and used my Amazon account for a nice discount! Whole Foods never disappoints!

This is the most poorly managed WF Ive experienced. Im a consistent WF shopper. Their deli is super inconsistent runs out of food and doesnt place food timely. You will go in for something simple like a tuna wrap at ten forty five in the morning and its completely empty. They are not consistent with the type or quality of food at the hot food bar. compared to the other Whole Foods locations in the country theyre failing terribly at what they do.

Wish they werent owned by Amazon and our Evil Overlord Jeffrey Bezos. Over the last two years of frequenting this whole foods i have made friends with multiple of the staff and am happy to see them when I do

The store smelled bad like potatoes or fish gone bad.

Most things are overpriced. The pizza slices are the best deal in the entire place. Produce is tiny, often rotting, meat has fat and tendons left on more than other places so you get less meat. I dont understand paying 3xs as much for a fraction of the product. Plus they are all owned by Amazon, so not a mom and pop or even local organic grocer. Harmons is better, so is the other sugarhouse organic store on 2100 s 1100 east.

I come here only to do Amazon returns. Their support has been good enough.

Good products inflated prices

I was here for a specific item. Even though the website and manufactures said they carried it, they dont and never did. The next time was looking for a Marys chicken because they were the closest place likely to have it. They not only had it, they had the heirloom ones. That was perfect. I see a lot of good stuff, but nothing that makes want to leave the places I currently go that have equal quality and are locally owned.

The prices are ridiculous.$11.99/lb of salad...6.69 for a gallon of milk. The staff was too busy socializing with each other to answer any questions. I rarely shop at WF and this experience confirmed why I wont be going back

I love me some WH but I found a molded English muffin package as I was searching for one to make eggs Benedict this weekend. When I tried to get a coworkers attention to inform him, he purposely ignored and I followed him to inform him! He casually took the MOLDED package and put it up front without even acknowledging the issue. management seems to be hiring any dud these days.

The salad bar is very good but the pricing is far too high to visit often. I do like they won t allow guns in the store it really increases the quality of the customer base.

10/19/2023: l was in my local Whole Foods, up in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, and I saw that they had some Ceylon Cinnamon so I grabbed four bottles and started to leave. It was at that moment that I noticed that they also sell Ceylon Cinnamon from another vendor. Ill be back for a few of those bottles as well. As I was now content with my initial purchase, I decided to purchase some White Tea for a change from the Black Tea, and Green Tea that I normally consume. A gentleman that worked there for Whole Foods was in the Tea aisle and he asked if he could be of some help. I informed him that my quest was for some White Tea. He actually took the time to go back and check for the item that I was after, and he was SO nice and thoughtful. It was a very pleasant experience and I enjoyed it very much. THAT man deserves a RAISE!!! :^) In any case, I feel that he went above and beyond his normal shift requirements and brought a superior experience to my Whole Foods visit today. I will certainly be back again. Plus, he made my day with his genuine, positive attitude. It actually put a smile on my face. DUDE, YOU WERE VERY COOL!!! Thank you for all of your efforts on my behalf. :^)

Some of their options within the store have changed over time. I find them less favorable

Produce department is the worst I ve seen at a Whole Foods. Customer service (cashiers) are pretty bad too. Not sure how they let this location stay open.

Amazon spot was so small I couldnt even get the Handicap cart up to the counter.

Its wonderful that Whole Foods has organic products, and unique items (vegan, gluten free) that arent sold in other big chain stores, but everything is SO very over-priced. Also, they dont have consistent stock. Many items I purchased regularly have been discontinued. Often, items are just sold out, so I never know if I can find what I want. Their hot food bar is not tended to regularly so it often looks unappealing. I hoped that would improve with the acquisition by Amazon, but no.

Just take the handles off the paper bags. I had two things in my bag and it still came off when I picked it up. Broken sauce jar all over my garage and broken eggs. Like why attach them in the first place if they can t handle even a pound of weight??

This is the smallest Whole Foods Ive ever seen. The hot bar is 1/4 the size of every other store. The meat and fish departments are tiny. There is a very limited selection of fruits and veggies. Overall the store is clean and carries some of the hard to find products that I go to WF for. It lacks the variety and selection that Im used to, while still having extremely high prices even compared to Sprouts down the street, which is shocking because usually sprouts is smaller than WF. This WF is notably smaller than Sprouts. The next closest WF is 15 minutes away. The small hot bar was very old and many food items had run out. Granted, this was at 2pm well after the lunch rush. Im sure at meal time the hot bar is fine. In the larger stores they keep the hot bar fresh at all times. Overall I am disappointed and will not return to this store.

Love me some Whole Foods, but this review is specifically for Rick that works in the specialty meat and cheese section!! He is an absolute legend and went above and beyond to help me and my husband. We were tasked with doing a nice charcuterie board for a baby shower, and we didn t really know anything about pairing cheeses/ flavors. Rick walked us around the store and helped us pick everything out, taught us what flavors pair well together, and gave us tips on the best ways to slice each cheese and meat. It was some of the best customer service we ve ever had and we had to give him a shout out!

Their pastry and dessert section consistently has lots of problems. Bought a berry chantilly cake (usually very tasty at any Whole Foods), and it was clearly days old: dry and sad. When I bought the slices (tiramisu, cheesecake, toasted almond), they were heavily frozen on more than one occasion. Seems like they freeze goods and dont sell them fresh. They also downgraded their vegan chocolate cake recipe. I hope they up their game.

Love their cheese collection which they had more deli meats .. looked a little poor

Thrive market is cheaper

The food is overly healthy tasting, with everything being dry, gritty, fibrous, and seedy. It is also very expensive. The baked goods are soggy and disappointing. The sushi was fresh and delicious but very expensive. The produce also looked great, but was a good $.20 to $.40 more than Dans across the street.

Bought some lunch at the hot bar that was completely uncooked, no other words for it. Bought potatoes and carrots along with some mushrooms. Mushrooms were tasty, but the potatoes and carrots were hard like they had never made it into hot water. I can understand when items like carrots and potatoes are a little crunchy as they take a while to cook. THIS was not that. Never thought food could be this mistakenly under-cooked. Not good at all, and since its so expensive my lunch cost 20$+, very unhappy that I spent so much just to buy uncooked food.
