Pet Owners: BE WARNED During a routine grooming appointment our dog was injured, even though we previously warned them that the pet has anxiety twice before the appointment. Our dog returned with a severe limp and both dogs were not eating for two days after our appointment. After a trip to the vet, both had post-grooming folliculitis, and the anxious dog had a torn thigh muscle. After reaching out online I recieved no response. I returned to the business to speak with the manager. We spoke and I was assured that they would make things right and that they would cover cost of care and medications as well as reimbursement for our grooming. That would have been great. However, as soon as they received bill amounts they quickly back-peddled and reimbursed only the grooming and meds. They refused to even cover the basic exam fee to get into the vet, even though we went above and beyond to get treatment for the other dog without a second visit, and did not insist on having skin cultures taken. After our dogs became sick we were shocked to encounter several individuals whose dogs also contracted folliculitis, despite the manager acting as though they had no idea what folliculitis was. Ironically, as soon as we were finishing our conversion, I offered that this is an infection resulting from poorly cleaning equipment and facilities, they became instantly defensive and stated that they do all those things and had no idea how this happened. Interesting change of tune.

Loved pup tub. Made it so easy to give our new little puppy a bath. They blue tubs are perfect and the shower is so easy to use. Then when you need to dry your pup they have tons of towels, a dryer with adjustable speeds and a great atmosphere. Will always take our pup there instead of fighting them in the bath at home. The staff and young lady that helped us were so friendly and you can tell they love dogs there. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment at 3 oclock. They said it would be 2 hours. I showed app at 5 and they hadnt even touched her never going back to this place ever again.

Awesome experience every time

The past 2 times I have taken my dogs there k have been disappointed with the quality of groom. This time my dogs fur was patchy and uneven. Last time he had cuts and sores from the grooming. The prices keep going up and the quality is going down. The shop is very close to my house and it is convenient. The wash seems thorough enough but the grooming leaves a bit to be desired.

I have taken my dog here three times and only one of them was a positive experience, which was for a rinse & blow dry as a puppy. During the second appointment he got a full groom & came home with cuts. I heard this could be somewhat normal so I gave them a third chance. On the third appointment my dog came home with more cuts in a different location. Our vet said these cuts look like theyre either from a piece of grooming equipment or possibly from another dog and put our pup on antibiotics. Im giving one star because my dogs toes were trimmed correctly.

Our dog Ruckus enjoys his grooming with Maddie. She always does a fantastic job. Their online booking and reminders system is great.

I have a senior Pomeranian who I was regularly taking to Pup Tub for grooming. Unfortunately, on our last visit, the groomer mixed up her grooming card with another dogs and completely shaved her. If you ve owned a Pomeranian, or are any kind of professional dog groomer, you know that you cannot shave a Pomeranian under any circumstances. It causes shave shock. We are now a year later and her hair STILL has not grown back...AT ALL! I was not offered even a discount on the botched grooming. Don t ever come here!

pup tub is the place to go! when i bring my dog in for his haircut he runs to his groomer and is so excited. the groomers do a phenomenal job and are very attentive. they offer great services and are very reasonably priced. the staff is always kind and always gives you great service. they tend to your pets special needs always. they are very professional also.

Self wash your pup or for a small fee theyll wash your pup. The tubs are great and keep the mess out of your house, the price is reasonable.

$18 for a nice spot and supplies to wash your dog. Help if needed. Includes drying also.

I loved their self service station. It was very convenient and they provide you with all of the supplies you could need.

We tried to use the self serve dog wash and got there at 6:32. We were told that the cut off was 6:30 - but I didn t see that anywhere on their website. Just 2 minute difference and we were just told to come back tomorrow and were very dismissive.

Im picky about how my Goldendoodle is clipped. At PupTub she gets an authentic Doodle do. I love the place!

We have 4 dogs, and have been loyal PupTub customers for over 2 years... However, today we were 30 minutes late for our appointment... resulting in us being charged a service fee, and them refusing to groom our puppy. The receptionist turned rude and cold with my wife, saying: Fine, we will cancel ALL of your future appointments. and hung up on her.

I ve been taking my four legged kids to this location for a couple of years now and they are always friendly and always inclined to serve. It makes me feel comfortable to know they care and they pay attention to details and that they are loving to the dogs. I usually prepared my dogs s shampoo and they are so good at handling every instruction they re given. Love this guys, thank you for caring

The employees are very friendly and customer oriented. They were prompt and timely. Our dog was done on time and as requested. The only negative was that they are a little pricey compared to some places.

We have been very happy with Pup Tub for three years, until today, when the groomer ignored our breed-specific instructions and completely shaved our dog, including non-matted areas. Pup Tub has lost a customer, I can no longer recommend them.

I have been taking my doggies at this place for a long time. But I cant recommend this place any more. I took my doggies for a full service, they charged me the total price, and they did not even do their job, (and in the website says the service I paid for includes *bath, brush, cut/shave, nail trim, glands, paw trim, and sanitary shave* Services includes shampoo, conditioner, brush out, blow dry, nail trim, ear cleaning and glands* And they gave me my dogs with long nails, they are absolutely not trimmed, and wet. Just go ahead and look for another option if you care for your doggie and wallet.

Im not sure about all their other services, but weve used them for the self-cleaning dog washing stations. The dogs dont clean themselves , but the owners get to clean their dogs. Way more convenient than doing it at home. And it only costs $18. Great, especially if you have a very large dog.

The best haircut my 13 year old pup has ever had! Maddie and Chris are great! My dog is blind and has diabetes so they take extra care to keep him trauma free.

I love going here! The staff is so nice and theyre priced well compared to other people. I also enjoy that they have a reward system!

My dog sheds a ton so they did a treatment on her fur and it really helped! They bathed her and trimmed her nails and she looked great!

Friendly staff and lots of stuff to assist cleaning your dog.

I loved bringing my dog here but got told my dog was aggressive towards other dogs. Every time I was in there with him, he seemed just fine with all the other dogs around him. Got told to bring the dog in on a less busy day. I ve tried calling 6 different times in the last month and got told no due to other dogs being there. Very frustrating.

I have done both the self wash and had them wash my dog. They did a great job, one of the best Ive seen. For self wash, they are extremely helpful and provide everything and more needed for a nice wash.

I came here a month ago on a whim to get the glands and nails done on my three smallish dogs. The receptionist is super kind. He did a great job explaining the services offered while my pups were in the grooming area. There were two other medium size pups there hanging out after a bath so the vibe in general was relaxed. The groomer was friendly and informative. She also trimmed a whack job I did on my shitzu to make her more presentable to the world. The price for all three pups was very reasonable. Overall I had a very good experience and I booked another grooming appointment.

I have a 200 pound great Dane and my tub at home is just not bug enough to bathe him . This place was so amazing. Not only are their tubs big enough for him to be bathed in but they have a tub insert that made it easier to bathe my small Pomeranian and they have multiple shampoo and conditioners to choose from. They supply everything you need and they do the clean up. I will definitely be going back.

The girls that were there, had an attitude, when I came to get my puppy, he looks aggravated, he wasnt acting the same for a few days. They did cut his hair cute though, but I never taking him there again either way.

We brought our teacup yorkie, Leah, here today for the 1st time here. Our groomer Victoria moved to PubTub from a different place. I wasn t sure what to expect. I told them our dog gets anxiety, stressed out staying at the groomers for couple hours & gets sick. They told me they will call me immediately when she was almost done. It took about an hour and PubTub called us saying Leah was ready. Compared to other places they would have her for 3-4 hours which i don t like. We arrived, Leah looked fabulous & trimmed up the way we ask, so pretty!! I am so happy with PubTub, Victoria done a great job & we will be coming back here again! The girl in the front was nice & answered all my questions. I would highly recommend you take your dogs here. They are very nice & the price was worth every penny. They took care of my baby. Thanks!

PupTub was a great place to wash my great Dane. The staff was fantastic, he knew so much about the shampoos and conditioners. The staff was great to help you and show you what to use. I will definitely be back!!!

Love! They wanted to make sure I had the exact cut I wanted for my dog. My dog seemed to love everything about them and they were so sweet to him.

Great self serve dog wash. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good products and nice bath tubs better then any other self serve dog wash place I have been to.

Unfortunately I wont be returning to this establishment. During the week the staff have been quite pleasant and very accommodating, the Sunday staff however have been rude and extremely unfriendly. I thought at first the groomer was just having a bad day and so I gave her another chance, only to find she was just as rude as the time before. I was also quoted a price on three different occasions, but when I arrived to pick up my dog the price was considerably higher each time. Im very disappointed and sorry to say I wont recommending Pup tub.

The best place to get your pet groomed in Cottonwood Heights. Very friendly staffed, decently priced, and they did a great job with my schnauzer. Other places end up shaving her skirt but the PubTub worked out all of the knots as if it was nothing. I highly recommend these guys!

This is a great place to go self wash your dogs; especially if they are like mine and shed...a lot. They have a FURminator treatment that you can use in the self wash (I think they can do it if they do the grooming, but I am not sure) and it makes it so the hair comes out so well! They have the tubs and supply the shampoo, conditioner, everything you need. The people there are so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend going here.

I LOVE this place! They are very nice, they take there time, and give the dogs treats when they are done. I would recommend this place. I am highly satisfied!

I brought my dog Yeti here to get groomed and they did an amazing job in a short amount of time. They went above and beyond to comfort Yeti since he has anxiety and is scared of the clippers, and the price is extremely competitive. Worth every dollar!
