I came into your store for the first time to buy some cbd oil for my 10 year old cat that has arthritis in her right leg she was limping and I could tell She didnt feel could! The staff was very nice and took the time to explain cbd oil for her. Dosage. How often! I am happy to say it is working ! Not limping and has more energy! I want to thank you! Shelby is amazing! We have a very nervous Rez dog that hates being separated from her family and is wary to most situations. Shelby is so patient and kind to our sweet girl. We send her in for bath and brush out and our dog leaves Shelby looking and feeling like silk. Idk what she s doing back there but it s amazing and helps with the hair level in our house. And our 2 year old human child freaked out when we left out dog food at the shop and Shelby took the time to show her around! 10/10

Awesome place to go in and wash my dog myself, they mixed me some shampoo, the water was nice and warm for my boxer, and it was Indoors so we didnt freeze, they even have a dog blow dryer all for just 10 bucks. Super nice staff as well the lady gave my dog and my daughter both treats!

I can t say enough good things about this place! My dog has severe allergies and they have been helping me find food for my dog. It hasn t been easy but they never gave up! I would definitely recommend!!

One of my favorite local pet stops. My dog is a pretty swift chewer and their cowhide chews are the only things he hasn t managed to get through in five minutes or less. He is also prone to an upset stomach and their powdered probiotic has been a god send! Would 200% recommend a stop

Been coming to this store (since I moved nearby) for the last 6 months and have never felt welcomed at the store. I felt like someone they put up with so they can make the sale. Now I rather drive further to my old pet store b/c they have great customer service there. Actually I ll go to any other pet store b/c I ll feel like I m treated as a person.

My new go to pet store for food/supplied for my pup. Everything is so good for animals and the owner and employees are beyond nice, and so insanely helpful! I have a miniature schnauzer, she is the love of my life! I have been trying to find a groomer for her. I tried 3 locations before I found Healthy Pets. The other 3 locations did not know how to cut a schnauzer. Thankfully I took her to Healthy Pets! My Ruby looks AMAZING!!!! I am so happy. She has never looked so good. Thank you so much. We love this place and we love the owners. They all take great care of me and my pups and they have the biggest hearts. Best place to buy things for your puppies and kitties. When we adopted our senior they recommended CBD for his crying and nighttime anxiety. First time I was able to sleep in a week. Couldnt live without them. We also love taking our baths here.

I love everything about this place! They have a great selection of food (wet and dry), raw toppers, freeze dried, frozen raw, etc. They also have RMBs (raw meaty bones) and other [unappealing] items that are extremely appetizing to my 2 boys. I have 2 Doberman Pinschers and they love chewing, so rather than my walls, carpets, furniture getting chewed up, I stop by and grab them treats from here - their favorites are the marrow bones! Additionally, and probably my favorite part of this whole store, is the owner, Linda. She is the most awesome, kind, animal-loving person. She, along with her family, run this place and they all make it worth a visit. They are super helpful and want what s best for your animals, so what more could you ask for?!

Go here a couple times a week to wash my son...they are very kind & welcoming. They help us out & tell us when is the best time to bring him in since he can be grumpy around other dogs. They have a large selection of treats & toys to chose from and will happily give you suggestions.

I came into this store with my dog after his vet visit to get him a treat for being good. Its seriously the best pet store weve ever been to! The woman who helped us was so sweet and helpful, and she was knowledgeable about products. The store was clean and well designed. The products are well priced and well stocked. The water fountain they have for dogs was a wonderful touch. Youve won us over, we will be back! Update: They continue to be just wonderful and amazingly kind! The quality of their items is really good, the store is always clean and the people working here are so so so nice. They are so patient and nice with my dog, hes a disabled elderly dog with dementia. This is the only place I trust to take him. The really seem to care about the pets and the people. You have a client for life!

I switched from buying my dogs food online to buying it here recently, since they have the specialty dog food I need. Im trying to support more local small businesses. The first time we came the employee gave my dog a big turkey chew for free, which was so nice of her. Will be going here from now on. Theyre switching locations to just down the street soon.

This is my favorite small business in the area. The owner and full staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, and their product selection has me finding new and exciting goodies for my dog every time. You go to this place and they have a self service dog wash and then then you go there and they tell you sorry the dog groomers need it. Go somewhere else.

Shelby used to be a great groomer.. until she wasnt. Suddenly had issues with my Schnauzer whom shed groomed multiple times and who has never had a problem with anyone EVER. She didnt complete his groom and proceeded to over charge me. A week later, after she groomed my moms Schnauzer, the dogs eye was swollen shut for over a day. Would NOT recommend this groomer!!

Friendly staff and super easy in and out if youre looking to wash your dog. Everything you would look for in a self-wash station and all sorts of goodies to tempt your pet on the way out.

This store is unique. You find things here you wont see in the big chain stores. It is very comfortable. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The groomers are a cut above and go out of their way to work with you. They are a sister team and work great together. The owner runs a very professional and casual store. My pleasure to recommend .

Hands down the best place for pet supplies and grooming in the valley. Highly recommend this place.

Really nice staff. Great products, and product selection. We love going there. We keep buying the small multicolored fluffy balls for our cat. She loves playing fetch with them. We have also bought some cat food that is gentle on the stomach, which worked great for our cat when she had a hard time eating for a while. And our dog loves their dog treats!

The staff here is so helpful! Lots of good suggestions for special food for his stress colitis, and this is where we found the only toy he s ever bothered to play with. They have grooming services and if you bring your pet in and he spazzes out, it s generally nice and quiet so it s not so stressful.

Local owners. Family business. They have my devotion and business from here on out.

Helpful staff. Good environment. Large selection. I have a balancing disability and could not carry the large bag of dog food to my car. The lady at the desk didnt even hesitate when I asked for help. Not everyone would ne that helpful. They also had two of the three dog food brands I was thinking of switching to and a fairly large selection of others. I didnt use any of their other services but if you need quality dog food. I would recommend them.

A great place to bring your pup for a self service dog bath. Some local products, including some very nice dog collars. They have deer antlers, chicken feet, and duck feet with make for a great post bath treat. Also the staff is very friendly. Its our go to for treats, toys and baths for our pup.

They are so friendly and knowledgeable! I had my dog groomed regularly at another establishment. He always came back nervous, itchy, and sad. I just thought his sensitive personality had to do with it and he just didnt like being groomed. I decided to try Healthy Pets grooming and asked them to used their mildest soap and conditioner. They listened to my concerns and wishes. He was happy, perfectly groomed, and hasnt stopped to itch once! I am so happy to have found Healthy Pets and will continue to use them.

What a great experience. Priced competitively and the staff is very knowledgeable. They gave me some food to try for my dog because we are trying to figure out an allergy or skin sensitivity issue. This earned my business for a long time.

This place is awesome! The staff are great and my dog gets so excited when we get there. (Until she gets into the bath tub) but we love the self service dog wash and the shampoo that comes with it makes her fur so soft without being charged a premium for specialty shampoo.

These guys are as good as it gets! I love the inventory. The people who work at the shop are super friendly and know how to address concerns about your pet, and know how to refer you to specific products to help. Also, we have a long-hair snowshoe kitty-cat who is just miserable in the summer months. After talking quite a bit with their groomer, we decided to take the plunge. I have to say the cut was incredibly beautiful, but more importantly, she was so calm and happy when I went to pick her up. Im talking about an indoor C-A-T who has not ever met anyone else but us after being adopted, what??! I LOVE THIS PLACE and would recommend it to every person who is lucky enough to have a sweet pet!

Wonderful store... lots of selections of toys and food that is healthy and safe for cats and dogs. And their grooming department is AWESOME... my dog does not want or like her nails clipped... but this is not a problem at Healthy Pets Mountain West... she had her nails clipped in less than 5 minutes and there was none of the blood curdling crying that she does when I try to clip her nails. THANK YOU SO MUCH :-) Your the greatest!!

My sweet dogs are sensitive, nervous, and sweet. Both of them were greeted at Healthy Pets with tenderness, and Im sure patience once the grooming began. They look adorable and were clearly treated well. Thank you, Healthy Pets.

Healthy Pets provided us with great service! Self dog wash area is clean and they offer all the tools needed to wash your dog. Afterwards I grabbed treats for my dog and they said it was on the house! Dont forget your punch cards! I also took my dog there for grooming. Nikki was great! I picked him up and he was happy, super soft and smelt wonderful. I will be back! Everyone there truly are dog lovers!

This is such an awesome store! They have great costumer service and tons of healthy food options for your pet. I recently got my Yorkie groomed here by Shelby and she did an amazing job! My little guy is not the easiest to deal with but with Shelbys awesome energy he did great. I will definitely be going back.

I seriously love this place. Every employee is very nice. So helpful, cheerful and you can tell they really love their job. When they are able to, I always walk away with extra free stuff (e.g. treats, accessories, new samples of food to try) I truly think they are the best pet store in all of Salt Lake County. I try my hardest to support local business. Even when I may get a product cheaper somewhere else, I usually opt to purchase my dog/cat food from Healthy Pets Mountain West. Strongly recommend.
