We emphasize compassionate care and exceptional customer service to every pet and parent that come through our doors.
The staff and vet are excellent! They are always very kind and attentive to my puppy, and help answer all my questions. They are our go-to to take care of our little Rusty.
Compassionate, Empathetic, Patience, Kindness, Generous, Affordable, Professional, Caring and Fun. There aren't enough words in a thesaurus to describe the amount of gratitude and joy I have for Valley Vet (Draper). I drive from South Salt Lake to see them for one of my dogs that has had a very serious injury with very serious follow-ups needed. The image attached shows their fantastic stitch work. Not only do I trust the entire staff from the Drs to the front desk, I owe them a tremendous amount of thanks for all their hard work, as well as their ability to address my situation with tact, grace, fantastic customer service and the utmost quality. This isn't a review, it's not even a recommendation, it's an obvious testimony to their dedication and passion across the board to take care of your pets. Addendum: I would like to add that they are always clear about their wait times and the structure of their waiting room. I have waited for myself in an Emergency Room for much longer and in both cases (human vs pet) I absolutely understand and adhere to the process. I make sure to come with a bottle of water, headphones and anything else I would need to make the time go by faster. Valley Vet is busy due to the amount of people that trust them. As such, if I want to be seen by their team, I will wait patiently as long as it takes.
Took my doodle here in September for his ear infections. They were so great to him and me. The communicated everything they did before they did it and brought me an estimate before they did anything. Prices are very affordable and care was priceless. We are actually going back today for some other concerns with my dog but I’m so happy they were able to get him in.
Valley veterinarian is the best vet in Utah hands down! They’ve always been kind, compassionate, and highly professional. We drive clear from Salt Lake City down to Draper to go to them, even though there is a vet two blocks from our house. If you love your animal and want to give them the best, this is it.
Thank you, Dr. Vetter. You were so empathetic and quick to see my dog, Annie, today. Her acute pericardial effusion came on so quickly and you gave her and myself so much comfort in her passing. You clearly articulated her issues and went above and beyond in consulting to provide her options. I appreciate your staff coming out to my car to assess her and the countless hours you gave us. Your entire staff gave us the utmost respect and time. It was a very hard day, and I appreciate all that you did.
Dr Vetter and her staff were exceptional! Easy to talk to, easy to understand. My poor pup had an eye ulcer and rather than making us feel bad for not coming in sooner, she was gracious and kind and was happy we came in today to help our sweet pup. The wait time was not bad at all. Will definitely recommend!
I have gone to Valley Veterinary Hospital (in Draper) only a couple of times in the last few years, but I am so happy with the care they have shown my cats. The costs are very reasonable and I will be using them as my primary vet going forward. I would recommend them to anyone with dogs and cats.
Super friendly staff that took in my pup when he needed a walk-in appointment. Many places around here did not accept new patients, which was frustrating since I am from out of town. They helped him and we’re very knowledgeable. Thank you very much everyone
I thought this animal hospital was great but they aren t. All they care about is money. I spent over $3,000 for my 14 yr old dog. I brought him in because he had a lump on his bum. The vet convinced me it was because he wasn t neutered and it was hormonal. My dog has never, ever had any issues at all. This was the 1st time he did. I brought him in & was told it s because he was intact and needed to be neutered and also have the lump removed so it wouldn t happen again. I had a full blood & urine panel done before surgery to make sure no other problems. Came back super healthy, nothing wrong. I scheduled the surgery same day to remove lump and neuter. I was hesitant because he was 14 but vet reassured me they do this all the time . They told me surgery would only be maybe 1 hour & 1/2. I didn t want to leave to ensure he woke up from anesthesia. Surgery ended up being 8hrs, I was there the entire time. Within a few days he started vomiting, took him back, charged me another $500 to run blood tests and told me he was now diabetic. I was able to give him 3 insulin shots before he passed away & those didn t help, he was still vomiting every single hour. The last 24 hours of his life were awful & traumatizing. They knew he was going down hill and still took as much money from me as they could. I feel like the vet knew he was going to pass. They wanted an insulin tracker put in 5 days after giving him insulin to ensure he was getting the right amount. Guess who has never called to follow up or ask about him . I believe something happened during surgery as I was told it would be an hour surgery that turned in to almost 8 hrs, then he all the sudden was a diabetic. He had never had any health issues all 14 yrs of his life. They never called to follow up or check on him after . They knew his body was shutting down & instead of telling me, they took another $500 and never called to follow up again. Too bad for them, I would have spent any amount of money. I have 2 more dogs & if they were honest with me, they d have me as a client forever. I d have brought the other 3 here. If you re taking your pets here and they want surgery, get a 2nd opinion. I wish I never would have done the initial surgery, I know if I hadn t my boy would be here today. All they care about is $$$$ - Be aware & always get a 2nd opinion . Rest in peace Sprocky (Sprocket) boy. You were the absolute best boy anyone could ask for and gave us 14 great years. I m devastated and miss you like crazy. You were my best friend & always will be.
We brought our 1.5-year-old Boston Terrier to Valley Veterinary Hospital this past Friday due to a torn dew claw. Although we were informed there might be a 45-minute wait as walk-ins, we were pleasantly surprised to be seen within 15-20 minutes. The staff was incredibly kind, and the treatment process was clearly explained and handled with great care. Overall, we were very impressed with the service and would highly recommend this clinic! They even called and followed up to see how Bruce was doing today, very considerate!
Ive been here 2 times now and recieved the best care! My dog ate a cat toy and had to get it out and they did! Thank you!
This is the only vet place that I trust now. They are so nice and awesome about getting my dog in when there is a problem.
We ve been bringing our dog here for a while and have loved their hospitality and professionalism.
Super helpful and empathetic during a stressful time.
Valley Vet Hospital was fantastic! We ended up there on Christmas Eve and they were super helpful and kind. The vet and techs were awesome with our dog and treated her really well. They have even called a few times to check in our dog. I would recommend this vet to anyone!
Valley Vet is very helpful and truly care for your pet!
The vet was amazing and very caring, my terrified dog was felt comfortable with him. Every visit they have called the day after to ensure my dogs were doing good. I appreciate this as a person that loves my dogs to pieces!
I brought my dog here & the staff was amazing and immediately knew what to do to help my pup.
They got my cat in for a same day visit (new years eve) very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We will be back. Thank you
When your beloved pet isn t doing well and you have to find a vet to go to. It is stressful on top of being worried and concerned. We are grateful to have stumbled onto Valley Veterinary for the care of our cat Aurora. The whole staff was so kind and caring. From the first phone call to the desk staff and techs. The dr was empathetic, kind and explained everything. I feel like my cat is in good care here. And look forward to the continuous relationship with them and our other pets.
We love Valley Vet! Dr Bean is wonderful with our dogs! We have nothing but positive things to say about this office!
The staff treat my pup extremely well and are so kind. Love Valley Vet!
The staff is awesome! I had to have my dog euthanized. Everyone was so compassionate and kind. Dr. Stockstill was so kind and explained everything she was doing. I highly recommend Valley Veterinary in Draper.
The staff here are great. Reception is polite and Dr. Bean is awesome!
I really appreciate how caring this hospital is they are very nice to my dog even when he is difficult they always take the time to take care of his problems
Their team is the best we have ever had an experience with. While the outcome for our fur baby was not the best, the team at Valley Vet was the sweetest. We will forever appreciate all their kindness and hard work.
Extremely kind, attentive, helpful, urgent - everything we needed in a dog emergency
They are always awesome. We travel 35 miles, past many other vets, to bring both of our pups here!
We moved to UT recently and this was our first Vet visit since weve been here. Super happy with care and service for our 2 toy poodles!! Thank you!
Very knowledgeable, personable very patient and kind
Great staff ... honest place .. decent prices
I ve been to plenty of vet clinics and hospitals and i m sticking to this one! Staff is sweet and professional, i want to shout them out for being in this field and being so great at their job. My two cats have been serviced here and i am yet to be disappointed. They are pretty open availability and flexible. It s not 24/7 but their regular hours are good. Quick to respond to email or phone calls. Sometimes you might have to wait a little due to emergencies coming in but still fairly quick. For the service you get, the price is fair compared to other hospitals. They closely monitor your pet and serve their every need. Thank you for servicing Draper Utah!! I hope more locations can open.
The love and care Cami and Jamie gave our 5 month old golden doodle was excellent! They were very reassuring and confident in their treatment and we fill confident in their advice. I highly recommend Valley Veterinary Hospital and will continue to use them and refer them to friends and family.
This office was amazing!! I am so glad they could see my dog same day. Everyone was so caring and kind. Dr Bean was so knowledgeable, warm and friendly.
Just left my old vet of over 30 years for these guys. They definitely have the old feel customer service that makes you feel like they love your fur babies and it isnt all business and move you through so they can get to the next one. Friendly and professional. My new vet for sure.
Theyre fantastic, smart, and get you and your loved one in quick in emergencies for very little extra cost
This place is terrible at time management.. the staff are very nice, but if your pet is in need of help in a timely manner, I wouldnt come here.
Excellent service with our little dog. All the staff were great, professional and kind. Specially Camila. Thank you so much for taking care of our dog!
So friendly, so professional! The only vet you should take your pet to.
My cat hurt her arm and they were able to see us within 30 minutes. I felt like they really cared and did a great job of explaining everything and going over the cost.
Such an incredible veterinary!! Every one I ve seen, has been amazing and have taken great care of my baby! 10/10 recommended!
Been coming to Valley Veterinary Hospital for a couple of years, and I absolutely love how they treat my pets. Dr. Vetter is incredibly kind and very knowledgeable, and the staff is so helpful and champs with my feisty kitties! 10/10 would tell anyone to come here for their pets needs.
Super nice and positive staff!
They were so helpful & kind and gave us all the medication we needed for our puppies.
So very friendly. Explains all treatments in detail. Love this vet!!
We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Park for his exceptional care and dedication in saving our beloved kitty. When we brought her in, she was very ill and we were honestly preparing ourselves for the worst. Dr. Park went above and beyond to diagnose and treat her, offering us hope when we thought there was none. His compassion, expertise, and commitment to her recovery were truly remarkable. Thanks to his efforts, our kitty is healthy and thriving again. We can t thank Dr. Park enough for everything he did he gave us back our furry family member when we thought we might have to say goodbye. Highly recommend!
Dr. Stockstill, was very empathetic and took great care of our Benny. She was able to provide us with answers to all our questions.
This place is awesome! After our sweet little chihuahua ingested a raisin, they were able to quickly help her get it back out. Friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
Weve had really good experiences at Valley Veterinary! Dr. Bean has a great memory, and it is evident that she loves animals. She is very thoughtful and caring, and she has been a great resource to us with our 15 year-old Yorkie.
They were very caring of my pet. Very helpful in explaining and showing me how to care for her as well. But the pricing did seem steep to me.
The staff did a wonderful job with our dog Raiden. Thank you!
Great care found here. My old veterinary hospital couldnt see my pet for urgent care and honestly, I didnt want to go to an emergency clinic. The vet suggested Valley Veterinary. I was able to get my fur baby seen, same day. Since then, their popularity only increased. They have available for urgent walk-ins. No doubt theyd prefer a courtesy phone call prior to showing up. I admit I didnt call first for my latest visit, as my dog was extremely ill, by my standards anyway. After a short, yet expected wait, my baby was examined and I was provided an estimate for all levels of suggested care. We agreed on a course of care that I was comfortable with. After all was said and done, my dog was given fluids and sent home with appropriate meds and care instructions. Mind you, this is for one visit. I referred my daughter for kitty care. Her baby had an obstruction which required surgery. Valley Vet worked with us and other providers for testing and care for the best pet outcome. Will keep using Valley Veterinary Hospital. Side note - they do not provide overnight care. However, this was the area they helped to coordinate care for the obstructed kitty.
Great experience. Awesome staff, quick visit. In an out two pets, checkup and vaccines in 30min!! Very happy
Friendly and caring staff and doctors. We have had a very positive experience every time we ve been here with our dogs and today with our cat. I love that they give you a detailed estimate and it s up to you to decide what you would like to go ahead with and what you can afford. I highly recommend Valley Veterinary Hospital in Draper.
I have brought both my dogs here several times and the vets are totally approachable, knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. It is a huge relief to know that if something happens you can get into this veterinary clinic M-F 8-8.
Very friendly staff and clean environment. Always would return for a visit. Love it!
Brought in my 8 week old puppy that had a broken leg and they took amazing care of him. He went to the Daybreak vet and it was 10x more expensive and they did not recommend a splint like Valley Vet did. Now my puppy is healed and doing amazing! Affordable, caring, easy to book. They call and check on him and it makes my heart happy to see they care thank you for your help
They are so kind and caring. Our dog just delivered a litter and they took care of her and her pups. They educated me as it was my first time breeding. They take time and explain very well. Every time has been a great experience.
They were very kind and gave me a breakdown on the cost before they did any thing. I really appreciate that.
Wonderful, caring veterinary and staff. Highly recommend.
We had a really good 1st visit today. Very attentive. Dr Park spent so much of his time answering all of my questions about my 17 y/o cat and providing several treatment options for us to consider. I appreciated them getting us in quickly even though we weren t established patients.
They got me in for an emergency when my dog broke his leg.
First time puppy owner and Dr Vetter and staff has answered all questions and addressed all concerns about everything my new baby needed
So thankful they are open late and take urgent appointments!
Want to say thank you to Josephine for all your help with the stray dog. You made a huge difference.
We took our Noodles to the clinic after Labor Day weekend due to severe diarrhea. The staff here were friendly and professional. They gathered all the necessary details about Noodles and provided a clear breakdown of the charges.
The staff and Veterinary doctors are so caring and sincere in the care they give. They are knowledgeable affordable and helpful. It s my favorite Veterinary Clinic
I brought my cat here a couple years ago when he had an abscessed tooth. They took amazing care of us, got him in for same day surgery, and called to check up on him after. Pricing for the surgery was surprisingly lower than expected. I came back here a few weeks ago because my same cat broke off a tooth, and again was taken care of amazingly. The staff is really kind and caring and I recommend Valley Vet to my friends and family. Thank you for all that you do!
They took really good care of my dog while in surgery. The staff and doctors are very nice and knowledgeable.
Everyone was very kind and helpful. Clinic was clean. My dog responded well to their care and patience.
Took my dog here as a walk in after noticing he had bloody urine. They quickly diagnosed him with bladder stones and a UTI, and we attempted dietary treatment for a few months which was unfortunately unsuccessful. They then recommended surgery to have the bladder stones removed. Dr Bean and the whole team were so caring and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this office for all your pet s needs!
Our first experience was as a walk-in patient. We were impressed with the entire visit from the front desk to the amazing Vet, Alex Park. We appreciate having the ability to be seen on weekends and holidays. After the first visit, we decided to use Valley Veterinary as our regular veterinarian.
My Dog had her first visit today and I left very satisfied and impressed with the staff and Dr Bean. The Dr quickly diagnosed the issue and was very kind and easy to talk to. She gave me ample time to ask questions and explore my dog s history, behavior, eating and habits. I came in for just a wellness check and vaccines and left more aware and better educated about my dog. They were also very considerate of the cost of things, gave quick and detailed estimates. The facility was clean and it was easy to schedule with them unlike other vets in the area that aren t accepting new patients.
Dr. Vetter and Cami provided the best vet experience I have had so far. They took time to ensure all my questions and concerns were met and did not rush anything with my pups. Very informative and knowledgeable, and provided a lot of information for me to help me understand how to care for my two guys at home. I trust them entirely with my pets!
valley vet is probably the best vet i ve been too. they are very caring about there animals and they are very helpful. they always make sure my fur baby is healthy and they actually care. i ve been to other vets with my grandmas dogs and they don t seem to care very much about the animals and just there to get a paycheck. this place is very heartfilling and my dog always has a good experience when he comes here
This place is very clean & organized! The staff is great and really cares about the animals! My dog Oscar feels comfortable & enjoys getting milk bones when checking in :)
They used to be the best to go to, but recently their prices have gone up. It s cheaper to go other places.
Have two cats and have come to valley since we moved and had to get a new vet. Valley has been great and cares for the a small patients that they see. The only thing is how expensive it is for teeth cleaning and if any extractions.
Dr bean was awsome. Thank you
We brought Nemo in last week he wasn t eating. The vet did tests and found a stomach bug so they prescribed an antibiotic which killed the bug and now he s eating. Nice!! Thanks everyone!!!
Great experience! They show they care about my dog
We took our Frenchie here a year ago due to a broken leg and they were amazing! Since then, Valley Vet is the only place he goes.
First time visit and will definitely be using this vet again for any pet issues. Brought in our English bulldog Winston for what we thought might be a cyst but after his paw not getting better we suspected foxtails. I was pleasantly surprised how fast my dog was seen especially being a walk in with no appointment. After being seen the vet suspected the same. My dog was treated (he in fact did have a foxtail) and I was called within a couple hours for pickup and care instructions ready. I also appreciated the follow up phone call the following day to check on my dog. They truly care about your pets here. Thanks again Dr Crawford and staff!
This veterinary clinic always does an amazing job working with my anxious dogs :) They go above and beyond to handle them gently and with care, and always help with their issues. Definitely recommend!
Valley Vet has been great. Always super nice and professional. They really care for the animals they treat. (Unlike Sandy Animal Clinic). Been coming here about a year and got my pup spayed here and they ve always been great. 10/10
Very professional and work efficiently to get you back as a walk in. Been here a few times and will continue to come back.
We feel very lucky and happy to have found Valley Vet as our old veterinary practice closed and our beagle Buddy had to have emergency surgery to remove his eye due to glaucoma. Dr. Park was very kind and empathic and I immediately felt comfortable with him and his staff. I am so glad we found this practice and know they will take good care of both Buddy and our other beagle Charlie!
Great experience. My Penny was treated very well.
We have had nothing but great experiences at Valley Veterinary Hospital. Our dog Echo has been here for all of his shots, check ups, and emergency care. The staff, techs, and doctors are friendly, empathetic, and professional. I highly recommend this hospital.
I had to come here a few weeks ago for my dog Thor and they were absolutely amazing. My dog was very well cared for and loved even though he basically just had a stomach ache! They let me bring him back two other times just to recheck him and make sure all the bubbles in him tummy were passing through. They made sure I was aware the entire time of what was going on and kept me super informed on my pups treatment plan. I will be bringing my dog back here for anything he might need!
Valley Vet is our absolute go to vet! They are always extremely nice and call to check up on the pups the following day. They are responsive, friendly, and informative.
This was our first time coming to valley veterinary and I will absolutely be coming back. Everyone who helped us was so kind and gentle with my dog. The facility was very clean, it was such a great experience all around!
Awesome staff very gentle with my fur baby. Will be my vet from now on.
Took my pup to be checked out. Awesome people Very friendly Fair pricing Definitely recommend to others
Our poor Bengal kitty was constipated and we were at a loss of what to do. We took him to Valley Vet and Dr. Vetter and her staff were absolutely amazing! They were super sweet with our boy and walked us through every step of the process! Would definitely recommend them!
I took my dog in as a walk-in visit and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They gave me an estimated wait time and was able to get me back in half the amount of time. The technician and vet were great and thorough throughout the whole process. They treated my dog with care and kindness even though he is very timid of unknown individuals. To top it off, the following morning the staff reached out to see how things were going and if I had any concerns. I will definitely be returning here in the future.
We brought in our cat Vader for a routine visit - but he wedged himself under the car beforehand and got covered in oil. The staff were super accommodating with us being a few minutes late, and helped us clean him up!
We have been in twice per a recommend from my daughter. We are very pleased with the staff, service and clinic. Thank you for taking good care of our fur babies.
We have had a great experience with Valley Veterinary Hospital. The staff is super great and does a great job explaining the different procedures. I also love that there is an option for walk in and emergency appointments. We ve taken our dog here a few times and every time it s been great.
They were very nice and helpful listened. Very informative . Prices were great and fair
The ONLY vet clinic we trust with our Winnie girl. Always honest. We love their walk in hours for last minute needs
Brought my new puppy Ruby and I am very pleased. Pleasant office staff, professional vets. My other 2 dogs have been here as well. We switched from MT View, so much less added bonus
Great
This was my first visit to this Vet and it will not be my last! My 9 year old dog was panting non stop and struggling. I was so impressed from the minute I walked in. The vet tech was caring and kind and Dr. Park was amazing!! He took the time to listen and explain everything and I didn t feel the least bit rushed. I also love that they don t push unnecessary tests or other treatments. Dr. Park was honest yet left all decisions to us. I highly recommend taking your pets here!!
Our little dog took a sudden turn for the worst last night. We frantically were trying to find a vet that was open later in the evening. We found Valley Veterinary Hospital online and headed there unannounced. When we arrived they immediately began helping us and took our pup back to evaluate her. Unfortunately she was to far gone and we had to make the hard choice. We were, and still are heartbroken. We want to thank the staff for their kindness and compassion helping us make it through this difficult time. Even though we showed up not long before they closed they did not rush us at all. They told us we could take as much time with her as we needed, both before and after the procedure. That meant so much to us. Thank you.
The staff was awesome and the vet was very knowledgeable. We will be back!
My dog, Charlie, got a foxtail seriously stuck and infected in his paw. I had to wait about 2 hours to get into a drop in appointment, but considering the service it wasn t bad. Very friendly, helpful staff. I saw a knowledgeable vet who was very patient with my questions and sweet to Charlie. Good atmosphere and very clean which isn t usual for vet offices and pet hospitals.
We found Valley Vet a couple years ago when our girl Athena jumped through a window and cut her paws open. So when we adopted a pit mix from the shelter named Lui, we started going to Valley for his allergies. The staff is incredible. They are compassionate and kind to our babies. Lui takes a little bit of time to trust new people but he had never had an issue with any of the staff at Valley. Their prices are competitive and actually lower than most other urgent walkin clinics. They also accept CareCredit, which is a tremendous help as vet costs can get pricey. A lot of clinics automatically want to muzzle our Lui due to his breed and the fact that he is vocal. We authorized Valley to use a muzzle if they felt it was necessary, but they never have. We can call with concerns and they will give advice over the phone, unlike other clinics that simply tell us just bring them in. They also follow up the day after a visit to make sure our babies are doing ok. They care so much about our babies, its almost like having an extended family. I would recommend Valley to anyone looking for an amazing clinic. There can be times where there is a wait, as the accept walk ins, but they are great at communicating what is going on...
I really like this clinic! They take walk ins and dont charge you an extra walk-in fee. I have had to come here for urgent care several times. I feel like their prices are reasonable and the staff is super friendly. I used to work at a vet clinic, so I feel like I have a pretty good idea of what good services are, and I really love this place!
The best veterinarian in the valley. The easiest to deal with. And always love our boys!
Fast friendly service. Very skilled technicians and vet
They were quick to act and saved my cat s life. Very grateful!
I drive across the valley to bring my critters to this vet. They are very honest, compassionate and respectful not only to me, but my fur babies. By far, the best vet in the valley and the ONLY one I trust.
This place is top notch they have 2 or 3 people always at the front desk. They dont bypass you if your a bit late. They will call you b4 they bypass you. Obviously by all the 5 star reveiws this place is busy so I wouldnt just walk in but if you do probably be a 2 hour wait. They will sneak you in asap. Their prices from what I know are on the lower end considering their professionalism. Had a ton of foxtails get in my boys ears. They are so worried about him being in pain as these weeds busted his eardrum. No worries they said he can still hear and he seemed like he didnt even need meds real happy dog again. If this place is closed and you need emergency care I suggest AVC in millcreek they also are ready 3 people at the front but only emergency care 24-7.
They re so attentive and caring. They call and check on you the day after as well
They were great with my kitty, and as far as my research informed me, this practice doesnt do any unethical procedures like ear cropping and elective declawing. Highly recommend as a great place for your pet
Great experience taking my dog here! The vet and techs are all super knowledgeable and friendly. I feel like they always give me the facts and options and allow me to make the best decision for myself. Thanks Valley Vet! P.S. Katie the vet tech was amazing and answered all my questions (and there were plenty)!!!
This was our first visit to Valley Veterinary Hospital for a wellness check and they were awesome! We will be back for all of our future needs!
Theyre able to get me in quicker than any other place in Ive been in the Salt Lake Valley. Their prices are reasonable for around here and their staff seems to really care about your pets. I would recommend then over most other vets Ive been to in Utah.
We brought our 12 year old fur baby here for a multitude of sudden stomach symptoms and they made time for us immediately, treated our fur baby like one of their own beloved kids, and provided us a thorough game plan to nurse him back to health. We greatly appreciate these pros and highly recommend their nurturing services!
Called in with questions and they answered quickly
The vets and techs here are wonderful. You can tell they really care for animals. They listen to your concerns and do everything they can to make your pet healthy and happy.
Took excellent care of our dog!
Took my sweet Daisy in for a checkup. The wait time wasnt too long and the staff were very friendly, educated, and efficient. All very appreciated!
Very happy with them as a vet for my two dogs. Switched over from VCA because I could actually get an appointment when I needed one. Everyone has been fantastic with my pups and professional to work with during check ups and any issues I ve had. Highly recommend them.
I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to vet, but I feel so safe here.
Fast and easy just like me!
This place is amazing. Words cant justify how much they have helped me out through all the stuff my dog and I have had to go through. Best vet Ive ever been to.
Horrible Place dont go here. We had an emergency situation and they told me 3 hours and didnt offer to see if he was stable but when I called they told me they would get him right in. Wasted my time and not to mention the place was so nasty it was not clean.
There was a stray cat (sweetest cat ever) in my neighborhood that had an eye injury from a foxtail. I could not set up an appointment, it had to be a walk-in appointment because there are days we cant find him (the cat). Even though they were really busy, we only waited an hour and 15 minutes to be seen. So much quicker than a lot of places. I didnt have a lot of money for a cat thats not mine. They offered us a free cat carrier, they got the foxtail out quickly, the people working here are AMAZING and so gentle with animals, and this did not cost us as much as ALL of the other places weve been to! I cant believe this kind of service comes at such a low price! They truly care about the animals too! I appreciate all of them so much! I cannot thank them enough for all that they did to help us!
This place was great. I called ahead of time to make sure that they had availability. I appreciate that they had me wait in my car because they were concerned about spreading of diseases because my cat was sneezing. I didnt feel like I was pressured into unnecessary treatments or medications, which I have had problems with in the past. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will be going to them over my original vet.
We love the Doctors and staff. They are very caring and kind.
I do feel that they took my concern seriously. I ve been to other vets where they just want you to pay a bunch of money but they legitimately don t care. It was my first time coming here. We aren t 100% sure what s going on w/ Olivia but they at least helped me take the first steps with her. I feel that the vet was easy to talk to about my concerns. The pricing was not bad either for X-rays and several medication(s). I will use them as my normal vet.
Have never been treated so kindly as we were here. The staff was absolutely awesome. So glad Lone Peak wasn t able to get our sweet Rey in and suggested Valley Veterinary
Was having a difficult time finding the right fit for my Kitties. Dr Bean has been perfect for that roll. Her and the whole staff are wonderful and treat them well. Thanks Dr.Bean!
You have to wait your turn but they are the best
They fixed our dogs puncture wound well. Now we just need to get the stitches out.
June 2024: back again. This is the best vet to go to for same day service. Another walk in visit with only a half hour wait which is amazing! And they always take such good care of Kalin, they even remember him October 2023: back again for the third time this year poor Kalin has had it rough. Service here continues to be great, Kalin was even seen within half an hour of our walk in visit which I think is our shortest wait yet. I hate when Kalin is sick but it helps a ton having a reliable, kind, and knowledgeable vet to take care him when he is. July 2023: had a similar vomiting/diarrhea episode with my dog last month (June 2023) and had the same helpful experience. Back again July 2023 for side effects from his annual tooth cleaning (at Park Animal Hospital in Provo, they were booked solid as usual for urgent visits so sent us up here) There is a 1-2 hr wait for walk in service but the care is great, and much more accessible pricing than an emergency vet. This is our go to vet for anything urgent without breaking the bank. Love that once I arrived and checked in to the walk in clinic we could wait in my car until they were ready, that made it less stress for my dog. 2022: My dog had vomiting and diarrhea. They saw us within a few hours, very helpful and caring. Really listened and took time to explain care options and answer all my questions. Everyone friendly, clinic clean and calming. My anxious dog was so comfortable he didn t even shake like he normally did.
My daughter and I take her dog here for treatment and care. The Doctors on border always kind, sweet and they listen. They do thorough investigation on your animals and explain all the x-rays and tests they do if needed. They have a compassionate level of care & concern. Theyre overall environment is clean and organized.
These guys are great, they are so caring with my pets. I ve walked in and had appointments and they were very honest with how long I would wait, the vets and techs really care and are very knowledgeable.
I recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize my beloved dog Franco, who was suffering from a brain tumor. The compassion and professionalism displayed by the entire team at Valley Veterinary Hospital were beyond exceptional. Dr. Crawford and the staff handled the situation with such empathy and care, making an incredibly difficult moment as peaceful as possible for both my dog and me. They took the time to explain the process, ensured my dog was comfortable, and gave me the space and support I needed. A week later, I received a thoughtful condolences card from the clinic, which truly touched my heart. It was a beautiful gesture that showed how much they genuinely care about their patients and their families. I am forever grateful for their kindness and the dignified way they helped my dog transition. I highly recommend Valley Vet to anyone in need of veterinary care. Thank you so much for being there during such a difficult time.
Love this place. I have two springer doodles that have been here a couple times. Staff is great. Very satisfied.
Highly recommend. I was a walk in so I had to wait quite a while but they warned me of that when I called so I anticipated that. The tech and vet were very kind, patient and understanding. They were very sweet with my cat who needed an access drained. I have had to go to another urgent vet and this place was by far very affordable.
The staff is very professional & kind. The Doctors are fantastic too, taking time explaining exactly what they are going to be doing or what treatment is needed for your pet. Im happy to have them for our pets.
Valley Draper has been an amazing experience for us during a very hard time. Our cat got sick very unexpectedly, and they were able to see us same day, throughout several followup appointments over the course of a week. Through each step of the exams they were clear, thorough, and very upfront about the costs of every option and treatment. Their staff was very skilled, genuine, and compassionate, and they did everything in their power to accommodate and educate us. The care we received was worth driving up from Utah County, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone seeking care for their pets.
Wonderful and helpful staff and Dr Park did a great job with being very thorough in assessing my sick pups symptoms with her illness to figure out what was going on and figure out a solution.
Our dog had a traumatic injury/emergency and the staff were amazing. They took great care, provided emergency surgery and were sensitive to our feelings about the whole thing. Prices were MUCH lower than I expected! I ll be back!
Dr Park is amazing! And so are all the staff.
I am aware I am a hypochondriac when it comes to my dog, so its really reassuring knowing Valley Vet accepts walk-ins, open M-F 8am-8pm. The vet clinic we have been using regularly is just 5 minutes away but it is impossible to see them without being on the schedule, and then you get charged an emergency vet fee. At Valley Vet, I called to get an estimated wait time, and after we arrived, the 30-40min wait ended up being less than 5 minutes. The vet tech we saw was very gentle and calm with our anxious dog, announced the vitals which was informative, and explained all the costs of any procedures up front. Dr. Park has a very calm, unhurried personality and very clearly explains what he thinks is going on. He respected my worries and his suggestions seemed reasonable. The 30 minute drive to Valley Vet is absolutely worth it, and very happy to have a clinic like this in the area.
Provided great info on our pups concern.
Thanks for saving my dogs life!!! Valley Veterinary Hospital gave me a much more affordable quote for emergency surgery than I got from VCA. She had a open pyometra, but it advanced to closed pymetra. Not only were their services great, and the price, but when I picked up my dog, I could hear ALL of the staff in the back loving on her. They care SO MUCH! And I even got a follow up call two days later, from them wanting to make sure that my dog was doing well. Another thing: I didnt receive any judgement or comments for having a dog that hasnt been spayed, and wasnt perfectly groomed. I received a lot of judgement from VCA. Thanks Valley Veterinary Clinic!!!
Staff is very kind and communicated well!
I ended up at valley vet because I couldn t get in to any vets in my area. I really liked the vet that we saw that day, she told us that the thing on my miniature schnauzer s chin was nothing to worry about but could have it removed if we wanted. So we scheduled him to be neutered and had it removed at the same time. We have been back a couple times since then and saw two different vets, both were fantastic. So worth the 30 mile drive.
I dont leave reviews very often, but I just have to speak on the amazing experience I had here at Valley Veterinary Hospital! my two cats had a quick onset of eye irritation/infection and as a worried cat mama who works a lot it wasnt an option for me to wait days for an appointment or pay a huge fee at another emergency vet. This place is affordable and it seems like they have an incredible system to do things quickly, efficiently and compassionately. All of the staff were so kind and you can tell that they really care about the animals that they see! everyone who saw my cats was so gentle with them and tried to do things in the best and least stressful way possible that kept my cats happy and PURRING! The staff was upfront about the testing and prices and explained very clearly what they were going to be doing with my cats and why. I was able to quickly get a medication prescribed for my babies and the checkout process was smooth. They even called me the next day to check in and ask how they were doing! 5 star care! I am considering adopting them as my primary vet, even with a 20 minute drive, i think its worth the commute!
I ve had a great experience with my cat here, he got a foxtail in his eye and they helped him get better!
Great staff so nice and knowledgeable, and great with our New Found land
This place is awesome they really care about the animals and are very good people highly recommend
Had a scheduled appointment and I was in an out super quick! Great follow up by the staff, and everybody was very helpful.
Friendly and competent staff.
Dr. Bean and the rest of the team from the receptionist who checked me in, to the veterinary technician were really kind. I didn t have an appointment but was able to walk in and be seen almost immediately and was in and out in less than an hour.
Came here on a Friday for a walk in for abdominal pain in my dog. They got us in after about an hour, which I was very pleased about. Techs and vet very nice. Gave me options and didn t push for x ray if I didn t want it and didn t talk down to me. Dog already feeling much better.
Great place, staff friendly, good with animals. Conscientious of other animals and illnesses. This is our second experience, our furst was to put pur dog down they were professional, gave us space to grieve. New puppy experience was good, they are Highly recommended.
We came in and got seen right away Dr was pleasant and my Leia my french was comfortable. Love coming here.
My sweet cat wasnt feeling well. We were able to walk in and get seen within 30 minutes which was very nice. The staff and the Dr were very nice and was able to give me some options for treatment. Will definitely be using the vet from now on!
We love valley veterinary. They always take great care of our dogs. Very nice to have a walk in service to see my dogs last minute. When we had to sadly put one of our dogs down, they sent a very nice card sharing their sympathies. Highly recommend them! :)
Highly recommended. I drive all the way from Utah county for their awesome care. Dog owner approved.
Very nice staff, and they took good care of our pup!
Awesome! They were the only place in Utah County to accept walk ins. They were friendly quick and gave my cat excellent care! I would go here again if I needed faster care outside my regular vet.
I can not say enough GREAT things about this place and everyone I interacted with the staff. DR. Beans bedside manner was incredible & calming, and the way that she explained things so I could clearly understand was just wonderful. My bulldog ended up having surgery that same day and the price was reasonable! No, not just reasonable, I think it was actually low!!!!! Ive been bragging & recommending this place to all of my friends!! Ive been to another place, AVC, and lets just say I will never go there! THIS PLACE CARES ABOUT YOUR BABIES!
THIS PLACE CARES ABOUT YOUR BABIES & wallet! Best staff & Dr. Bean is a very calming & amazing doctor. My Bulldog had to have surgery & both of us made it through with flying colors! My dog is doing great & the cost was lower than I had expected!
Very happy with my visit here. The vet techs and the vet were awesome with my dog. Pricing was fair, I was given lots of great info.
My best vet experience yet! All of the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. My vet tech Cami was absolutely wonderful with my scared cat, Slippy, and went above and beyond to help me explore my options. Dr. Stockstill was also really thorough and personable and great! All veterinary care is expensive but they really helped me go through all my options to save what money I could. 5 stars and I will absolutely be back if needed.
Gave me the peace of mind and saw my boy the same day after he was bit by another dog. Stitched him up fast and were so kind and gentle. Wait time was 45 min or so(more for the surgery), but that is to be expected with walk-in clinics. They have great pricing compared to a lot of other vets in the area. Walked me through after care and sent me home with detailed instructions and required prescriptions. Overall 10/10 experience.
Very helpful in getting my dog filling better and Super friendly staff
Valley Vet has been my go to with my two kitties whenever they have issues. They are always so kind and friendly to me and my kittens and I m so grateful for all the work they have done. Thank you Valley Vet!
I recently adopted a sweet 3 year old Papillon mix and discovered hes got severe anxiety about loud noises and car rides. I couldnt get into my regular vet quick enough and they recommended Valley Veterinary Hospital. I gave them a call and they were able to get me an appointment the following day. Their staff is so friendly I felt right at home. And even though it was just for anxiety the vet and very tech both did extremely thorough physical exams to make sure my new fur baby was in good shape otherwise. Even though they were busy I never felt like a number. They took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me all the options to help treat my new dogs severe anxiety. I highly recommend them for all your pet care needs.
Great experience for my new oversized bundle of love. Thank you Valley Veterinary, Miley is a happy dog!
Thank you so much they answered our calls, responded super fast, and made sure our visits were top-notch. Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I cant imagine going anywhere else.
Very friendly and their walk-in service is so nice! Forest was awesome!
Valley is a phenomenal vet! Without them we would not have been able to save our dog. They did an amazing surgery and took such good care of our boy! All of the staff is so kind and so loving to every animal that steps through those doors. Kami was especially great! She went in-depth on recovery and how the surgery went, from medications to being a shoulder to cry on! I seriously cannot recommend Valley Veterinary Hospital enough!! Thank you all so much! You truly made such an impact on my family s life! We will not be going anywhere else!
Brought in my dog who was in a ton of pain. Very knowledgeable staff and they have set us up to manage the pain and monitor. Good pricing. Clear outline of the different possibilities
We had a wonderful experience with our foster cat, Juice. He was having stomach problems and the team did everything they could to make sure he was healthy and even recommended some stuff for the future!
Dr. Bean is amazing and takes the time to hear all concerns before creating a plan. We appreciate her patience and dedication.
Dr. Melissa Vetter has been caring for my animals for 11 years, and Ill continue to follow her wherever her heart leads her! I have two dogs and a cat, ranging from the age of 7 to 14, and shes provided the most loving care to them, and to me. She helped my Senior cat fight heart failure, and kept him alive 2 extra years after the first vet gave him a month to live. My dogs are shop dogs, and Melissa has guided me through the vaccinating and booster process, being sure I understand the risks and benefits of everything she offers. I could go on for days about how much we love Aunt Melissa, but Ill stop there Valley Vet is a BEAUTIFUL, clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable facility, AND they have LIVE PLANTS in their lobby!
BEWARE. I brought my dog during an emergency for a sunken eye and stumbling. The vet sent me to an eye specialist saying he believed it was Horners. The entire time my dog was actually having a stroke. He should have sent me to a Neurologist to get proper care but instead sent me to the wrong specialist. Never even mentioned it might be a STROKE.
My Harley is not the easiest dog with strangers. The staff at Valley Veterinary are so good with her. We ll keep using them.
Love bringing my animals to valley veterinary, everytime I have come they re always so good and make sure my furbabies are comfortable!
These guys were so helpful and made sure they stayed in my budget to help me the best they could in my time of need. Thank you for helping my puppy!
The staff here is always friendly and helpful. We have had both our dog and cat in to see the doctors and they have been great with them and never made us feel belittled like in some other places we have been.
This place is amazing! They re willing to work with you on cost, everyone is so friendly and I really feel like they took the time to listen to all of my concerns for my cat. Thank you for helping FishBone, we really appreciate all of you!
My 7 month old dachshund puppy was experiencing diarrhea and vomit. We were very worried and decided to take him to the vet as he could get dehydrated. After calling over 5 different vets they all did not have availability and would refer us to different vet hospitals who all said they cannot see us and are booked atleast 1 week out. Our final resort was Valley Veterinary in Draper. They listened to our concerns, gave us recommendations, and were able to see him the very next morning. The vet is very clean and service is great. The vet recommended some test, we ruled out parvo, and we decided not to go with other diagnostics. They are very patient and empathetic and don t push you to take tests. They are very upfront with pricing and gave us medication for his symptoms. It is a relief to have found a Vet that does walk ins but does not affect the level of service.
LOVE Valley Veterinary in Draper. They got us right in and Dr. Stockstill was really good with our little fur baby! The price was extremely reasonable too. Bonus we found out that Dr. Bean is here, so we will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you Dr. Stockstill and everyone at Valley Veterinary! You guys are awesome!!
Customer service is awesome here , I think its so nice , valley veterinary hospital call to check to see how Maiyah is doing and that we can call if we have any questions.
The best veterinarian office we have found! The boys love them
couldn t recommend this place enough. we brought in our 9 week old puppy, bagel, when he was having diarrhea and vomiting symptoms today. the check in process was easy and they made sure we understood the entire process and were very comfortable. both the vet tech and the doctor were very sweet with our puppy and treated him with such gentle care. they gave us so many recommendations for treatment and made sure we had the most cost effective plan to fit our needs and bagels needs. we will be returning for any future needs! thank you thank you thank you valley veterinary hospital! <3
EDIT: Although the paw print cant be replaced...Shantel did an amazing job at making up for it. They provided us with a great memorial gift at no cost to apologize for the mistake. Mistakes happen and it does seem that they truly felt horrible about this one and they did everything they could to make up for it. It shows someones true character on how they handle their mistakes and if they can admit they messed up. Thank you again for caring for Brixie. They FORGOT to do the paw prints on our dog that we brought in to be put down before they sent her in for cremation. She was 18 and a member of our family. She was my dads dog who we have had since childhood and she outlived our dad. Very very disappointed in this lack of care.
Had the absolute best experience here! All the employees took my pets comfort and health seriously and were extremely reasonable on pricing Very transparent and professional 10/10 would highly recommend brining your loved pets here!
Amazing team! They truly love what they do and it shows in the quality of care they provide! They are extremely thorough and make sure you are fully aware of what is going on. I will always recommend them!
this place is awesome, super friendly and very helpful! also very cleanly and well set up
Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Definitely recommend!
Valley Vet is a wonderful vet. The staff and vets are amazing.
5 stars - friendly and caring service every visit!
We absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Valley Vet! We were in there a lot with our boxer Titus who had a mast cell tumor removed. Dr. Bean was amazing, knowledgeable and caring. She always answered every question in detail and in terms we could understand! We NEVER felt rushed through our appts. The front desk and techs are amazing too! So, so nice and caring as well. Every time we were in there, they were mopping and keeping the place clean. Valley Vet really took care of us and Titus tricky situation and I would highly recommend them!
I have brought my dog here several times now. Very professional and get you in and out as quick as possible. If you don t have an appointment get there before 9am. Better chance at getting in quicker. PS: I just wanted to add more to my review. My dog ended up passing away very quickly from when we noticed issues at the start of 2024 to when we had to put him down Feb 9th. Every step of the way the vets were there to support us. In probably one of the most difficult times in my life was putting down our dog who was still wagging his tail, and had energy even after not eating for over 3 days. The final process meant so much to us as a family. The vet (I wish I could remember her name) was even crying with us at the end. They really care for you and your pets at this place. I got a card a week or so later with nice comments from the staff. If and when I can get myself to get another pet, you can bet I will be using Valley Vet again! Thank you for everything and I will see you guys in the future.
Valley Vet has been amazing through the entire process of Kobes procedures and surgery. The Drs and staff made us feel so comfortable every step of the way. You can see that they really care about us and our fur babies.
I m so grateful that they could fit me in with a short notice appointment because my dog was in pain. Dr. Melissa Vetter was very thorough, caring, kind and professional
REALLY GOOD SERVICE AND CARE FOR MY PUPPY WOULD RECOMEND 1000%
I love these guys I will not take my pups anywhere else. They saved my friends dog and when my dog got sick I took him there he was in a serious condition with his health. He s home now doing well, they call to check on him. They are the best.
They were very good with my puppy!
great techs. great dr. were very good at explaining what is happening with your pet.
PLEASE READ. If I could Id give this place negative stars. We brought our sick cat in December 18th (he was only a year old). Spent hundreds of dollars on x-rays and testing. Spent about 5 hours there waiting for results and to be told what was wrong. The vet told us he was constipated and sent us home with an anti nausea medication. We thought he was fine considering the Dr. sent us home. About a month later he started to have these same symptoms but worse. Our cat was not eating or drinking and would not walk. We took him back here hoping theyd have answers since they saw him before. The vet tech came in with a price sheet as we were sitting in the room not knowing if our cat was going to make it. Super unprofessional. The vet finally came in after 4 hours of waiting. We had more x rays taken to just try and get answers. When the vet came in all she could say was looks like he made some poor eating choices, prepare for the worst. We took him home not knowing what to do considering he was only a year old and we were still given no answers after spending hundreds of dollars more. We ended up waking up to him not being able to breath very well. We rushed him to an ER vet where they gave him oxygen and listened to his heart and heard fluid in and around his lungs. (The vet from valley vet never even listened to his heart only the tech). We believe this was missed and if this was heard before something couldve been done. We ended up having to put our 13 month old cat down do to valley vets mistakes. This was extremely devastating to our family. This vet only cares about money. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS THERE FOR HELP YOU WILL GET NO WHERE
Love this place! They took great care of my dogs
We saw Dr Vetter and Nikki because our dog was old and was having a rough week. Unfortunately, we decided that it was time to say goodbye to our buddy. They and the whole staff were very kind, supportive, and understanding. They really helped us through the worst part of any pet owners life. Thanks again Dr Vetter, Nikki, and the rest of the staff. I really appreciate everything you did for our family.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Took care of all dogs needs. I highly recommend them.
so glad they take walk ins and were able to help our sick kitty breath better.
They care nd are so attentive to my pets needs I recommend them 100%
Really cared for my dog and took care of her
On the phone was told 20-40 minute walk in wait. Was told 1 hour wait time once I checked in. After 3 hours of waiting I was told it would be another 30 minutes. Terrible customer service.
They took wonderful care of my geriatric cat, and were definitely going to be back.
I have always been able to get in within the hour of calling or stopping by. Very professional and so good with our sweet pup.
The took a last minute appt when my dog was sick. Took great care of her and was also able to do same day vaccinations. Great staff! Dr Vetter was great
I absolutely love how caring and loving they are towards not only pets but towards us to they were more than willing to go over multiple options with me on different treatments that were the most cost effective for our family!!! Thank you for taking care of my little bubbies
We were very impressed with how organized the Valley Veterinary Hospital was. We were walk-ins, and the service that we received for our Yorkie was great! We would definitely go back! The office was clean and neat, and the staff was very considerate and answered all of our questions. We didnt feel rushed, and yet they spent the time needed to evaluate our dog! We were probably in and out in about an hour or so. Thanks again!
This is an awesome place! The staff and vets are kind and caring. Post visit, they check on how your pet is feeling. It s much more of a family atmosphere than some of the profit hungry vets we have tried before. They also accept walk ins for cases where urgent care s needed. Five gold stars.
Weve had great experiences working with them. We did a walk in visit and were seen in about 20 minutes. They were really great about doing follow up calls and checking in after our appointments.
They fixed up our pups broken leg after hours when no other office was open. Great crew if professionals.
I really appreciated how efficient this place is. The first time we were a walk in but this time around we scheduled an appt and didn t have to wait as long so I do recommend doing that. But the techs and vet were kind and gentle and seem knowledgeable. I d recommend to a friend.
Super clean. We are happy with the service and the professionalism. Took really good care of our dog. We were a walk-in. We will be back if needed.
End of life care was painful and did not have to be! Skip the catheter, easier for you but not the pet!
We live 50 minutes away and couldn t find a vet to help our dog with a broken leg ASAP. Valley Veterinary could see our puppy as a walk in and got him comfortable and no pain within the hour. We were treated with love and care. From the front desk to the assistants and the vet ..every one is so nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
I appreciate the walk-in appointments as they have helped when unexpected circumstances occur. We have been here twice under a walk-in appointment and although they sometimes can take a while (30min-2 hr+), we are happy they can be seen the same day. The Vets are very friendly and helpful in answering any question. The front staff is also friendly and give good advice. Thank you!
Our dog roku was in a lot of pain and the dr Bean was very patient and understanding and provided a good plan towards a solution, we hope he feels better soon!
One of my friends took our kitten there since it had something going on and they told her it was fine even though it kept going limp and so she took it back they told her it was fine and it died a couple hours ago.
Is very good place , nice customer service and doctors are amazing
The people were very kind and i am grateful for that. I brought my cat Jub in hoping that he would get better. They sent him home to me and said he was in stable condition. On the ride home jub started mouth breathing so i turned right back around and brought him back. They said there was nothing wrong and that he was cold so they warmed him up and sent him home. Jub just died very warm and very fed in my arms about 5 minutes ago. There was something wrong. 240 dollers down the drain for a dead cat. - edit - they called me and offered me a partial refund which i am extremely grateful for. The lady at the desk who handled the refund could have been a bit kinder considering my cat just died, but i work in customer service and i know it is sometimes annoying to give refunds.
We have been very satisfied with our service at this clinic, and especially appreciate that they take walk in patients. Our animals have always been well cared for. Staff is friendly and prompt and facilities are clean.
This place is great! The entire staff is sympathetic and knowledgeable. My sweet cat of 16 years suddenly started having trouble walking and wasnt eating and drinking. I called multiple vets and nobody could see her any closer then 4 days. One of the vets I called recommend these guys to me and I went down. Dr Park saw Candy my cat and we found out she had a kidney infection and diabetes. I was givin medication and sent on my way. It is an emergency vet so they treat the most severe cases first so I was there for a while as a few came in while I was waiting but thats understandable. They do have a $85 walk in fee but if its something that cant wait its a small price to pay! The next day Candy had different symptoms and so I gave them a call. The were very patient with my anxieties and made me feel better. Later in the day I gave them another call feeling a bit guilty for bothering them again but they were just as kind and patient with me as the first time around. They advised me to go back in as candy wasnt eating with her medication. They gave her a hunger stimulate and checked her over again. The day after my first visit a friend of mine asked me where I went as her own cat Violet needed to see one before being able to schedule an appointment. She also had a great experience! Love these guys!
Very compassionate staff. They called us the day after we were seen to check in on our cat. We live in Spanish Fork but it was worth the drive.
Absolutely the best vet and staff
Very kind and helpful Dr. Park is genuinely one of the best vets Ive ever met.
The staff and Dr. s are so kind! We love Dr. Bean!
Today was a really hard day for me. I lost my pal of 10 years. I am new to a Utah and found Valley Veterinary Hospital. They were the only ones who could see us that was nearby me. I definitely recommend. The staff and doctor were empathetic and quickly helped give us answers and comfort through saying goodbye to Panda Bear.
Thank you for your excellent care for my dog in pain. Most vet clinics turn away walk in patients but you did not. Thank you so very much.
They took exceptional care of our dog Titus great experience would recommend it over anybody in the valley
I have a dog that gets very anxious at the vet and have had a hard time finding a place that can/will give her proper care. Valley is it. The folks at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly, our vet tech was so relaxed and friendly with my dog, and Dr Park was great with my dog as well. Dr Park was able to conduct a thorough eye exam for my dog (reason I took her in) and also a wellness exam. This was the most calm my dog has ever been at a vet clinic and this is now the only place I ll go. Dr Park and Rachel were just wonderful with my pup. I d recommend Valley to any friends and family.
So nice and professional. We have an outdoor cat and he is always getting injured and VVH has always been there with quality and timely care.
Quick and accurate analysis of the problem with my German Shepard. The medication worked well. Recommended!
Great experience and great physicians! Really nice ppl all around.
The staff is all very friendly and great with the animals! The doctors are amazing and they always take good care of my Bennie!
They got us right in and was so helpful! Thank you so much Valley Veterinary!!!
We moved to the area recently and needed to find a new vet, came here because they had available walk in appointments. The vet tech/front desk were super helpful and nice to us and Mesa and the vet was awesome and super helpful and okay with all my paranoid dog mom questions! Awesome clinic and great staff and if you need to get on asap the walk in option is so helpful!!
Very good service, everyone is is so kind
Love this place! They re so nice! And they always take care of my furry baby! Thank you all for being so great!
Such a good place to get great care for your pet. The facility is very clean and it is also a place where you can get same day care.
My poor girl is all swollen and having some type of Allergic Reaction to who in the heck knows what. The walk in service was pretty quick, easy to get through, not hostile or defensive and service to us seemed very caring and attentive. It s our first time here, and fingers crossed we don t need to be back to any VET Hospital ever, but if we do, we know where we are going -VALLEY Veterinary Hospital - Thank you ladies and Techs. Manchita and I are thankful for the help and care. She already is looking better and swelling is starting to come down form the injections. Just got to wait a few days. **update ** it only took a day for her to fully go back to normal! She is doing so much better for now.
They did a great job and were super helpful with our 6 puppies! They were helpful, caring, and super supportive. I won t go anywhere else now. 10/10 recommend.
Very caring and friendly staff with decent pricing came in on a walk-in for my cat and maybe waited 15 minutes before he was seen
Valley vet is the real deal. They very much care about the animals. They worked with me so graciously when my dog needed emergency surgery.
I was in a bind today trying to find a vet clinic that takes walk-ins that wasnt a crazy ER room for my golden retrievers escalating ear infection. The space was incredibly clean, and it was the first vet office that my dog didnt seem nervous in. The staff was super friendly and validated my concerns. I didnt have to wait a long time to be taken into the exam room, which was lovely. I got my boy some much-needed meds, and we were on our way. If I lived closer, I would make this clinic my permanent care facility!
Received the right treatment and diagnosis Doctor explained everything properly. Staff was very welcoming
Love the doctors and all the staff, there the best with our pet.
My dog was not seen here, but I spoke to somebody on the phone and they were extremely friendly and helpful! My dog received horrible care by our personal veterinarian and I was concerned so I called the veterinary hospital and the gal listened to my concerns and even spoke with the physician there regarding my situation and provided me advice. I am eternally, grateful. Thank you so much!
We came in for urgent care so it wasnt scheduled. It took awhile to get in and to get the lab results, but they were very helpful. They even called the next day to check on our pet.
3 months ago I brought in my Chihuahua for a wellness check. I waited so long to be seen by the veterinarian. Was recommended blood work because my dog couldnt control his bladder or pooping and he was blind. Only to be told he was fine and to just make sure my dog goes out potty more often. My Chihuahua died a couple week ago.
I brought my dog in for a wellness exam and vaccinations and was very impressed with Valley Veterinary Hospital. The staff was friendly and great with my dog and we were able to get right in and out. Well definitely be coming back.
A super great staff! Gave lots of options and were really understanding, will definitely be returning!
I live like 40 minutes away from this place and this is my preferred vet for my dog. I first came across these guys when I was trying to find a walk-in appointment for my dog a while back. I would recommend making an appointment because walk-ins can be unpredictable, as they recommend. Theyre very communicative and make sure to do follow-up calls the day after an appointment/treatment. Theyre also cheaper than my local vet in Orem. Ive had great experiences with the staff, especially Dr. Park.
Valley Veterinary Hospital is truly exceptional. The expertise and compassion displayed by the entire staff create a welcoming and nurturing environment for both pets and their owners. The hospitals extensive knowledge and genuine love for animals shine through in every interaction. Valley Veterinary Hospitals state-of-the-art facilities and personalized care make it evident that the well-being of pets is their top priority. The attention to detail, clear communication, and dedication to providing the best possible care make Valley Veterinary Hospital a trusted and cherished partner in keeping our beloved pets happy and healthy.
Although my pups didn t actually get seen here, the customer service was phenomenal, the staff was very nice, I ended up taking my dogs to their normal vet, but overall I will definitely return here if I need to in the future. Definitely recommend.
I brought my 4 cats here because they were having skin itchy sores. They helped me diagnose and treat them. It was a lengthy process but they were always patient and straight forward with the care. We are not symptom free yet, but I have confidence that we will be soon. I highly recommend this veterinary. Andrew Krois
The experience was wonderful. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The doctor was amazing with my little kitten and they were able to squeeze us in last minute as a walk in. Great experience!
Our old dog Batman had a seizure and needed to be seen. Valley Veterinary took us as a walk in. Dr Crawford and the tech, Lindsey, were very attentive, showed care for our concerns and took the time to explain options, care and what to look for. Well staffed and caring little vet clinic.
I walked in for this hospital, and then they told me wait for a hour. And I waited 3 hours only for the vaccination. This is so terrible experience. Dont recommend this hospital
They have such a great staff. They see our pet as quickly as they can when we walk in. Highly recommend
Our family cat, Zeusy, was recently diagnosed with CKD by the team at Valley Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Bean and her entire team had a caring, considerate, and very knowledgeable approach. They took the time to answer all of our questions. They also stressed sound solutions supported with science. Our task now is to extend Zeusys quality of life for as long as we can. Thank you Valley Veterinary Hospital!
I went there when they first opened on a Thursday. Despite being super busy, they were able to get me in and out in around 30 minutes. A big, big thank you to Hannah and Dr. Stockstill for taking great care of my cat. I didnt catch the name of their receptionist, but she was an absolute rock star. Ive never seen anybody multitask so efficiently in my entire life. Many kudos to her.
Valley Veterinary Hospital was there for our beloved Kona when she needed help urgently, and her regular vet really wasnt.
Vet techs have poor standard hygiene practices, they don t use thermometer covers on rectal thermometers or clean them off properly after use. I brought my dog in for an open draining wound she she examined the wound with out gloves on and did not wash her hands afterwards. This is a sensitive subject since I brought a previous puppy here for vaccines that contracted parvo from this clinic and ended up passing away. These vet techs need to be audited and re-educated on standard precautions.
Honestly, best vet walk-in clinic Ive been to. I do think the wait times long HOWEVER, They are busy and if you dont call ahead thats on you. The vets are very diligent, knowledgeable and quick (not rushing theres a difference). They ask thorough questions before hand then, vet will come diagnose. My poor boy was just in so much pain, today after his procedure yesterday, has just turned around behaviorally, the care makes the difference. They not only made sure that they thoroughly went through his at-home care with me, but also told me to look out for signs if he doesnt improve. And overall treated my pet like their own. The desk staff was very pleasant and despite me not having to remember where my animals medical records came from they still went the extra mile to call those places. The pricing was more than fair, I would have spent $600 verse the fee of $355 sedation AND meds included. Also just got a follow up call from them asking about my beloved cat and Im telling you, the sweetest thing, made sure I had no other questions and just checked with me on things! I really love this place. And whoever does the responding on negative comments from reviews needs a raise lol there is only so much a Vet can do, you dont get things for free. In my honest review please take your pet here, see what they say. Then go from there. Everywhere else wanted to charge me more for walking in. Im thankful to their staff and the way things played out., I felt so relieved and reassured. Thank you VVH!!!<3
This is by far me and my cats favorite vet that we ve been to. They typically let me stay in the room with my little guys (which isn t the case everywhere) and it s easy to tell that, from the people at the front desks, to the vets themselves, everyone who works here genuinely cares about the animals that they see. They always call in the days following the appointment to check in. They also have walk ins available, which has been so convenient when we have immediate concerns. If nothing changes, I would be happy to bring my cats here longterm.
We are very grateful for Dr. Park and the team at Valley Vet. Our Basset Hound Toby was very sick this past week. The team and Dr. Park were very supportive over 2 back to back visits. In the end we got a clear diagnosis and a treatment plan that will benefit our dog for life and hopefully cut down on future emergency vet visits. We are very grateful for the expertise, care, and competency of Dr. Park and the team at Valley Vet. 10/10 would recommend to anyone whether you are dealing with an emergency or standard care and check ups. Pricing was very competitive especially compared to other emergency clinics I have had experience with. The wait time without an appointment was not bad at all. When it comes to emergencies specifically this was BY FAR the best experience I have had and I am sure their standard care is just as good.
These guys are great! Very caring and accommodating. I love that they have a walk-in option.
So I took my dog clover into this amazing place today and I couldnt be happier. The staff was amazing, and the doctor was nothing less then incredible. And the food that I was provided, well my dog ate 2 cans already. Before this she hasnt ate for days. I will always bring my dog clover here, and same goes for my future animals aswell. Thank you valley veterinary hospital for being you.
We bring the doggies here anytime we have an emergency. This place is a life saver because you dont need an appointment. I highly recommend them to any pet owners.
I started coming here as a walk-in and continue to come back regularly now. I like that they give you an estimate of the charges before doing anything and the option to choose what you want based on it. Appointments are best for time, but I like that they also do the walk-ins.
Grateful that it offers walk-ins though there can be a long wait. We ve needed their services more often than I ever expected and this is the place that always comes to mind in the case of illness. Very pleasant and competent staff, paid attention to details to give good care.
I took my daughters kitten Freya for a follow-up lab draw. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The wait time for the vet tech to come and get Freya was very short very impressed. Thank you!
Dr. Park was amazing with my cat. He discovered solutions to help Arthur which was such a relief! He and all the staff were kind and helpful. I had virtually no wait with my appointment. They called a few days later to check in on his progress. I m so happy I found this vet!
First time visiting and they got me in quick as a walk in. Everyone is so nice and extremely loving on all the animals. Very clean and just a positive experience!! I m definitely going to make them my home vet!! Highly recommend!
They were so sweet and accommodating! Our cat felt so safe there
I cannot say enough good things about this hospital. From the moment we walked in, to the time we left, everyone was so kind and accommodating. My husband and I brought in our mini dachshund puppy on a Monday at 8am and we only had to wait a few minutes until they took him in. (I did some research beforehand and saw they took walk-ins which was awesome.) They determined he had acute neuropathy and a high fever which was very hard for us to hear. We decided to put him down. We were a wreck and the sweet assistant (I cant remember her name!) kept on checking in on us to make sure we were ok. Dr Park was so sweet and gentle with our little guy and talked us through the whole process. Pricing was also very transparent which we appreciated, cause we were on a tight budget. In the end, humane euthanasia was the best option, because our little pup would have most likely suffered his whole life with his condition. We decided to have a private cremation and we got his ashes back the same week. Another sweet surprise was we got a card in the mail from the entire vet staff with sweet notes. I honestly cant believe how incredible this place is. We are planning on getting a new puppy soon and we are absolutely bringing him back here for future check ups. Thank you again Valley Vet, Dr Park, and all the sweet assistants that helped make the process a bit easier.
I went into this place over a year ago with my 13 year old dog that i have had ever since i was 12 (Im 25 now). I brought her in sobbing because I knew that she was very very sick and needed help or else she was going to die. Everyone there was so nice and soothing to me, but I want to extend my gratitude to the doctor. He immediately found out what was wrong with her and he was the one who performed emergency surgery on her. I genuinely didn t think she was going to make it, i sobbed and sobbed all day thinking there was no way she would survive the surgery because he was honest about the fact that the risks are really high for her. I appreciated that he was honest. But i appreciate even more that he did his best and was able to save my dogs life. As I sat at home for 6 hours without knowing the news, i had assumed she was dead. My heart was broken that i wouldn t be able to see her happy again and running after her little chew toys. I prayed and prayed that she could just have a little longer to stay here and be happy just one more time because she deserves that. She is the best dog anyone could ask for. Anyways, later in the day my dad tells me that she made it through the surgery and all the pain went away. I was so so tremendously grateful and as I still am for the workers in this hospital who saved my dogs life. She is now happier and running around more than ever. It truly brings me the biggest smile to see my sweet Leah get to live more life even if it is for a few years longer. THANK YOU SO MUCH DOCTOR! I THINK ABOUT YOU AND SAY MY THANK YOU PRAYERS TO YOU DAILY!! YOU GAVE ME EXTRA YEARS WITH MY DOG AND FOR THAT I CAN NEVER REPAY YOU!
Nurses were very kind and professional. They care about your animal. Got me in right when I needed them.
My grandpa s dog was having accidents in the house which is new- I noticed blood in the urine as well. This facility worked hard to get his beloved Sophie in and checked out- Dr Bean was wonderful explaining things and taking care of Sophie.
Saved my little Priscillas life. I am forever grateful and you will be too choose valley veterinarian
They diagnosed my cat with feline herpes. they gave medication for the herpes so i asked for a full pcr to be ran to confirm and see if anything else was going on with her. they only tested for the herpes which came back negative. Now my cat is even sicker than before and wont give medication for the correct diagnosis since she was missed diagnosed from the beginning. They want me to pay full price for a new panel to be ran would not recommend.
I brought my cat in to Valley after he started showing symptoms of a stomach illness. We were very worried that he might ve had an intestinal blockage and no other vet could see him before the long weekend. Luckily, a few people recommended we try Valley as they take walk-in patients. I did have to wait a couple of hours and there was a mixup with my phone number that resulted in a longer wait but the staff here went above and beyond to correct the issue and make sure my cat was seen before the end of the day. Dr. Bean and the vet technician who helped us were so knowledgeable, kind, and really made me feel like they cared for my cat as if he was their own. They patiently listened to my concerns and examined my cat gently yet efficiently. The pricing was very transparent and reasonable and Dr. Bean helped me with a care plan that worked for my budget. I m so glad that we were referred here and will likely make this our primary vets office for both of our kitties. A big thank you to everyone at Valley!
We came in with our 7 week old puppy Lucky after he became lethargic and limp. They took such good care of him! And kept us update about what was going on with him throughout the whole thing. They were very upfront about pricing so we didn t have any surprises either. They will have our business from now on. Thanks for taking such good care of our little guy <3
I love Valley Vet! They re so friendly, quick and efficient, and I can bring them in first thing in the morning as a walk-in. They also contact my regular vet for records. It saves me a lot of headaches.
Great place. Super nice people. If you care for your pet, and Im sure you do, this is the vet for you!
First visit. Came in for an emergency when I thought my dog had bloat. Price was comparable. All the humans were exceptionally kind. Doctor was great, informative. Put me at ease. I will definitely come back to see Dr Park.
They are always so helpful and kind to my pet!
Great place. I highly recommend the staff and the doctors
Love this place!!! My pup needed a nail trim. They were very busy taking care of all the other animals that needed to see the vet. Even with them being busy they got my Roxy in and nails trimmed in 15 minutes. Super professional. I would recommend them to anyone that needs quality vet services
So happy to have my regular vet recommend this when they couldn t get me in. FAST walk in service and the staff and were all professional and caring. We received top notch care quickly and for a reasonable fee.
There got me in quickly as a walk-in and took care of Scout who had some pain from a tumble. Thank you!
I have wanted to leave a 2,000 star review but haven t been able to as the tears still flow. My Big Kitten, Murphy, started to have swollen paws. Having worked in the veterinary world, I knew what it was but denied it. I called every hospital on a Friday afternoon to get my Big Kitten seen and no one would or could fit him in for at least two weeks. VVH was my last call and they said I could come in but there may be a wait. I went over right away and waited maybe 10 minutes. They gave me an estimate for an X-ray which I quickly approved. It confirmed what I knew last stages of heart failure. The doctor walked me through my options and I never felt judged by not opting to go to a specialist or have an ECG done. They drained the fluid and put him on meds, and he was good for 2 weeks. When he wouldn t correct his front paw (curled under) when he walked, no longer wanted treats and stopped eating, I knew. I screamed and cried and got mad that their lives are so short. VVH took my call and they understood what I needed between my sobs. They got me in right away, again, and confirmed the fluid was back around his heart. It was even more difficult for him to breathe. The vet and I had the quality of life discussion, followed by what to expect during the euthanasia process. They let me call my family and gave them time to get to the hospital to spend our last moments with Big Kitten. I lost all concept of time but we had to have been there for at least two hours. They never pressured us. They waited for us to reach out to them. They gave me a blanket and let me hold him as long as I needed, though it was never long enough. Big Kitten gave me over 17 years of love. I hope I did him right. VVH assured me the decision was the right one from a medical point of view. My husband had to carry me out of the room as I was so distraught. There was nothing but love and respect from the staff and no amount of words can thank them enough. From me and Big Kitten, thank you.
They took my puppy in day of and did a thorough exam while listening well to all of my concerns. I am so grateful they were able to help and calmly teach me what I needed to do
So awesome, I feel like they care about my dog at much as I do
Everyone always takes such great care if our dog when we come.
They got us in a room in 5 minutes and we were in/out within an hour as a walkin. The facility is super clean and the staff is very professional. They isolated our pup until they were sure what was going on, I really appreciated that. They were all so caring too. Great experience. We will go here from now on. Our pup is ok btw :)
We came in on Friday, 1/26, after our 6 month old lab had been getting sick and not eating since Tuesday. We did not, prior to this experience, have a local vet and were very nervous about what to expect. And after taking the recommendations from a few friends, we decided on Valley Vet. They were able to get us in as a walk in after about a 10 or 15 min wait, and after an exam and x-rays, determined our puppy had a GI blockage that was causing the problems, and a surgery would be required. The staff was amazing. From the front desk, to the vet tech, to the doctor, everyone was very kind and eager to make sure we felt comfortable and understood well what was happening, even as we went through a pretty scary and emotional visit with the dog. They were also very upfront about costs, and even itemized the estimate so we knew exactly what was involved and what we would be paying for. I feel that is an important touch when dealing with such a high stress situation. We are now about 3 days out from the surgery and our dog is doing really well. We still have a week and a half of recovery time but he is doing great, and the staff also made sure we understood what to expect and how to care for him during this recovery. We will definitely be using Valley Vet for our future vet needs. The staff was amazing, we felt listened to, and most importantly they did a great job with diagnosing and correcting the problem. We really appreciate you guys!
