Really love this TJ Maxx. They are clean and are always organizing something. The cashiers will open another lane when its busy and frequently it is. I dont always find clothes that work for me, Id say their workout wear is my favorite; but always find good suitcases and pans and homewares here. Employees are friendly, too!

Was packed and disorganized. Honestly was pretty hard to find things but I did dig up some treasures.

Its like a more organized and slightly more expensive version of Ross.

There is no surveillance equipment in such a large shopping mall. I can t find anything I lost!

Fully stocked al the time. I love this location for women over 50 who want to dress fashionably. Plus I never leave without girl baby and toddler clothing,cookware and organizers!!!

It was one of the worst places which I have ever been. Cause, I was looking for a carpet at the back side and on that time everything just falling on the ground, though there was an old Mexican lady who is working there, she just looked at me and left, even without saying a word like do you need any help

I shop at TJ Maxx all the time, however TJ Maxx in Draper is awful fitting rooms are always closed unfriendly staff and I totally understand short staff is a real thing but sure don t need to treat customers poorly.

Usually has a lot in stock. Aisles usually have everything arranged nicely. Quite a bit different than most other stores.

i had bought an sweater at this location a couple months ago but misplaced my receipt. i went to exchange or get store credit. the manager and the store rep would not return for store credit or exchange even though the item had the original adidas tags. so this item is new with tags and they couldn t help me out. i do not recommend shopping at this store because of their strict policies.

Its similar to Ross, name brand at discount prices. Small mens section, mostly for the ladies.

Great selection of everything from housewares, pet supplies, shoes, clothes, seasonal and purses. It is also very big and the lines move pretty quick.

My experience shopping here was SO bad, that I ve decided to never step foot in a TJ Maxx ever again. Idk if my standards have risen or if the quality of clothing items have just continued to get poorer over the years. I m guessing the ladder. I have a holiday party at work tomorrow and couldn t find 1 single article of clothing that would even be worth buying. One pair of pants I tried on, one pant leg was obviously bigger than the other. And the only sweater I found that was even remotely nice had stains all over it. It was marked down only 1 dollar. If the price had actually been reasonable for a stained sweater I would ve risked it to see if I could get it out on my own. But I m not paying basically full price for something damaged. Also, the shoe selection for 6-61/2 was so minuscule. And maybe only 2 or 3 different pairs of shoes or boots for cold weather. Everything was so cheaply made.. and I mean EVERYTHING. I find better stuff going to the DI. TJ Maxx is now on par with Burkes outlet and Ross..

My wife goes here for a quick item or two and I dont see her for weeks. I dont know if she sleeps there or what but they have her attention. She really loves it. I have been here to shop and enjoyed my visit but never enough to spend weeks there.

In the past, I have usually found at a minimum one great article of clothing at TJ Maxx that I was excited to bring home. Most of the time it was several. But the last few times I have visited TJ Maxx, I literally found nothing that I even wanted to try on. Zero. I wear XL, XXL, and 1X. There was very little in the XL sections, almost nothing in the XXL sections and I dont think they even have a plus size section anymore because I was unable to find it despite the fact that I walked the entire womens section. Come on, TJ Maxx! Please do better for those of us that are curvy. We want stylish clothes at discounted prices, too. I also found zero shoes that I liked in the shoe section. That definitely never happened in the past. So...on this last visit all that I left with was hairspray and some gummy worms I grabbed at the register. Such a bummer. (The two stars are because I am sure that they had some great stuff in the home goods section but I did not check that section out during my recent visit.) I truly hope that TJ Maxx can do better and can make beautiful discounted clothing available for women of all sizes.

Sometimes you can get lucky and find something attractive. Today I found 2 gorgeous summer sundresses. Other times, it just feels messy.

Wasted an hour here today picking out some tops but the changing room was not available so I walked around a bit and was going to check out but the line was so long with only 2 Registers open I just put my stuff back and left. Im sure its not their fault, probably just short staffing.

I did not receive a bag of merchandise that I purchased, called to see if the associates could find the bag I was treated like I was trying to steal product. Terrible customer service and no help.

Terrible management! The manager who identified herself loud enough so anyone on the floor could hear her yelled at an employee while he was trying to go to lunch. She was mad because SHE wasn t the one who got to tell him he could go and when the manager found out it was another employee who said he could go she decided to have words this female employee also just as loud. She also said multiple times, I m yhe manager not you. I have the final say. And when she didn t want to talk to this employee anymore, The manager held her hand up to the women s face as if she was done talking and done listening. So unprofessional. Left a bad taste in my mouth so I put my things down and left the store.

Mostly lovely experience. Should go here more. Tons of good clothes and other items for cheap. The kind of place I could wander for an hour or so. The only thing was there was a decent line, and one open register. Another employee was uselessly moving carts around inside the store even though I know she saw the line. The one cashier was great though.

Suppose to be open till 9:30pm but i got here at 8:45pm and they re already closed.

This store typically has what I m looking for when I go. But they like to close early due to labor shortages and not update their hours or answering services. I drove from south Utah county to get baby diapers that have been discontinued by the manufacturer, I called earlier to have them hold them. Got there and they were closed 2 hours earlier than normal. The associate I spoke with earlier quoted their normal closing time when I asked. My guess is whoever was on shift didn t feel like staying until closing so they closed early. So now I have to drive all the way back up there tomorrow and get them. Very disappointed.

The lady was super patient and sweet with me. Regretting not getting her name. But I came in right before they were about to close and she helped me get a moon stone ring and hair chop sticks. She didnt make me feel like the burden I was, coming in just minutes before they closed.

The have a packed line. No customer service. And only 2 registers open.with a whole store full of employees.

Selection/stock is pretty solid, but customer service is lacking. Last visit I saw no less than ten employees on the floor, with one cashier open. There were 12+ people in line for that one person and no one else seemed in a hurry to help.

Great selection! They are also doing a great job of being open during this pandemic. I feel safe there and would recommend them to everyone.

I basically live here. The Castile soap is always a really good price. They have amazing skin products. Cheapest place for natural lotions/ body wash/ bamboo tooth brushes/ dry shampoo. Plus I love their clothes. Affordable and great quality. The line can be long but... I really love the products they put in line. I m always looking at them and forget I m in line.

The price is very reasonable

The main good thing about this location is that its not as messy as other ones and that why it gets bumped to a 4 stars instead of 3. But other than that ..pretty average. You can find some good finds every once in a while but this place feels lacking in variety and collections compared to other locations. I havent always found what I was looking for..but havent had a bad experience yet.

This shop is a curious mix of 2nd rate goods.. the one in Brickyard has a substantially better selection but their lines to get in and lines to pay are unnerving.. Retail is almost dead.. Amazon has the goods always.. Culling through this wreckage of goods is a waste of time. Even the sox I evened up getting , choke my calfs as too tight.. Will I drive to return them in Draper? Not at all likely!

Love this place

There is very slim picking when it comes to mens clothing. Even with the options there, I rarely find anything I would even consider wearing. Being back hurley, element, volcom, quicksilver, ONeal and other name brand graphic shirts. Especially in large or XL.

Good greeting and organized store however I feel disrespected when they cut me off when I m speaking about saying I don t want their credit card. I am fine with be offered it of course but someone telling me it would really help me if you would just sign up and then rolling their eyes is a little bit much for me. There s others that if you try to explain why you don t want it they will straight up interrupt you. That is the thing that rubs me way off ! And the other locations have always been respectful. Love the items but dread checking out.

Was helped by an associate named Abby who helped me pick out some great jewelry for a gift. Her suggestions were spot on and they loved the gift.

After waiting for the next associate for eight minutes while the two registers were occupied by a mass purchase and somebody applying for a credit card, the two associates getting with the card moved on to doing other things behind the counter while eight people were waiting behind me. I left my cart at the front of the line and walked out without making my purchase. The lack of customer service was astonishing.

The staff here are always really friendly and helpful. especially at the cash register. They do a great job of keeping the store organized for how many items they have too. I love shopping here because I can find brand names for a steal.

No order in this place it was disorganized and messy. I shop other TJ Maxx and there is random items but there is order to it not here. The clearance rack was confusing. The bedding was a wreck. I purchased nothing while here.

The doors still weren t open at 9:32, so I called the store. The associate stated flippantly well... the doors are open. I responded no they are not and she said well are you in Draper??? So as 10 or more people stood there I knocked on the locked door and someone let us in. Any apologizes .... no none. Do your job!!!!!! That is not how people should be treated.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The manager is extremely rude and stood there doing nothing except bossing her ONE employee around as everyone was waiting in line. I had a return from another TJ Maxx and was told I couldn t return it or exchange it there. I wanted to purchase the exact same thing just in a different pattern. I asked if I could switch straight across and I was told she just simply couldn t do that. Horrid customer service. Horrid attitude. Severely disappointed.
