Stopped in after going to pick-up order at Einstein Bagels. Staff was friendly and I got out fast. Was on my way to host an event at Lone Peak Hospital so it was convenient.
It had rly cheap ice cream called Kong cones at the deli, and they tasted good too! Also, great customer service!
What a beautiful grocery store. Friendly staff and the line for their ice cream was ridiculous which told me their ice cream must be ridiculously delicious! Great prepared food selection and fair prices to boot!
As soon as I walked in to the maceys in Draper, I immediately thought of zootopia and the sloths.😂 We went to the deli area to get ice cream and it was like time moved very slowly. The girl at the register seemed very depressed and didn't want to be there and the other coworker was doing all the work. If I were the manager, I would speak to them and remind them of the importance of customer service and a smile and how far a smile can go. Great place
This store is terrible about having a checkout manned. Almost every time I have gone in, there is nothing open but "self checkout". Clear that the store does not think very much of their customers! All we keep hearing is that payroll to man a business is such a great part of running the business expense. If that is the case, and they want their customers to do the work they should be doing, why don't they give a 20% discount to those who want to check themselves out. That is less than what they claim they pay in payroll to run the business, and we are doing the work they should be doing. I don't work for Macey's, why should I do their work for them?
Update 9/24: this Maceys donated AGAIN!!! 30 snacks to help support an art in the perk event for foster teens. Thank you so much Frank! This Maceys is the BEST! They donated 120 sugar cookies for an even for foster teens. I volunteer with Common Thread, we’re a local nonprofit that helps teens 12-20 transition from the system to adulthood. We host 2-3 community building events a month and couldn’t do it without the generosity of businesses in our communities. Thank you again Frank, the teens had so much fun!
I had such a great experience this morning. I went in early to get balloons as I was told they open balloons at 6. Jeremy let me know that that was wrong and he could have turned me away until they open. He was the only one working and he put aside what he was doing and he proceeded to help me with 15 balloons. He made conversation with me and blew up my balloons not once complaining. He was super helpful and saved my Halloween costume! Definitely the best service that I have ever received at a grocery store. Thank you Jeremy! 🎈
The pharmacist here, Talia, is exceptional. She remembers and connects to people, she’s confident and knowledgeable, and she makes great eye contact with those she is helping. This Macey’s is a smaller store that carries the essentials. They have some local produce, which is nice. The store itself is well-organized and designed.
Holy extortion! Went to get green beans and they were charging $9.99 a bag. Went to Walmart which is across the street and paid $3.99.
Randy, Dan (a butcher, could be different name) and Adam were super awesome and helpful. 10/10

I like the store and the staff is friendly. My only issue is that they close an hour earlier than every other Maceys store in the valley. Somehow I always try to go there at 10:10 before I realize they close so early.

Lower prices, then Harmons and very helpful staff. I live in Lehi and have a Harmons within a mile or two and still drive over to Draper Macys
As bad as grocery gets. Was once honeybee natural market. Now its all mountain dew coca-cola and Tyson meats. Drive the extra mile to Harmons.

Very good. It was easy to find everything I needed. The signs were bigger and legible than some other nearby options. However it was kind of small, and they dont have everything.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. No complaints about the people at Maceys. The prices are out of control. Anywhere from 50-100% markup over Winco. If they dont manage their prices, they will go out of business soon.

Cute place but extremely limited on plant based options. Would really like to see this store carry meat alternatives. Prices are also very high compared to the nearby Walmart grocery store for the exact same items.

Very small Maceys, there is usually at least one or two items on my list that are unavailable. When I have placed pickup orders, half the time I am given either an incorrect item or something that Id like to be fresh but is very close to expiring. Maceys has been my go-to in the past, but not this specific store.
Great store!! Friendly, courteous, helpful. Clean and organized. Love the pharmacy and their staff as well. I go to this store whenever possible.
Good location need on in central utah
This grocery store has the best customer service hands down. Every employee is so friendly. Its a nice alternative to the big box stores like Walmart that seem to have forgotten what helping customers even means. The store is always spotless and groceries are easy to find.

Nice neighborly place. They accept google pay. We couldnt get the SKIP checkout to work. They have the best bagged ice.
The perfect neighborhood market. Theyre staff is so nice. Lots of young people yet very respectful. They have a cute display of vegetables. We love coming here. We even walked here once and got a King cone. Delicious soft serve for just over a dollar if I remember correctly. Their sushi or really good by the way!! Like date night good! There are is an easily accessible bathroom btw. I dont remember if it had a charging station or not, sorry!

I went here to get my Covid Vaccination. From the call I made to the pharmacy, to the fantastic pharmacist giving me the vaccine, I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy.

Oh my gosh these are the nicest people ever! I just moved here from horrible Massachusetts and the employees here were going above and beyond to help me find something. So extremely nice. Its so pleasant to deal with nice people again. Its just horrible in Massachusetts. So happy to be in Utah. (Im orginally from Colorado)
Great store! Well organized, had a lot of in-store made stuff that is really good! Got some peanut butter bars, that turned out to be really tasty! Produce was really fresh and presented very well, too! Well done Maceys.... well done!

Pricey and limited protein bar and plant based diet selection in their deli. The lady in the deli was phenomenal though, she worked today, monday, at 8:30 a.m.

One of the better locations!
We had a few problems with our order for shop and go but they were super quick to make sure and correct everything. Ordering groceries online is a lifesaver for those with young kids!

Not sure if the covid crisis is still going on but seems like the 2-3 times Ive come to this Macys they are out of stock of many items like milk and juices. Other than that the store is always clean and the staff are friendly when you can find them!
Maceys has a good balance of quality and prices. They also make the best donuts of any grocery store.
I love this store. If you usually shop at Walmart, you ll be shocked when you go to Macey s It s a lot cleaner and feels a lot better inside. Pro tip: the sushi is $5 on Wednesdays and it s pretty good. They also make these glazed croissant-donuts at the bakery, I haven t been able to find them anywhere else but here and they are AMAZING.

So, I like doing my online grocery shopping at this Maceys in Draper. The employees are super friendly and they are really quick. My order is always correct. If they are missing any items, they let me know and make sure they dont charge that to my card. Definitely will be coming back.

All employees are keeping to wearing masks, and they are very helpful. Multiple people asked if I was finding products and the manager actually walked me to the turkey .

I had issues with the online system to place my pick up order. I called and got ahold of someone that helped me right away. They took as much time as was needed for me to go through each individual item with them again to fix them. I also love how it s quick to place orders for a few hours later and they text about items being out of stock or replacements!
One word, Kong Cone! Get one. Also cheap sushi on Thursdays. And a good selection of curated craft root beer. They also have groceries and some of the nicest employees.

What outstanding customer service! I ordered online through the website and had a minor problem with my order. The store was very gracious and not only fixed the issue quickly and with aplomb, but they overcompensated us for our trouble of having to return to the store with fresh cookies and a giftcard! That kind of personal assistance, attention to detail and caring can really only be found in a local family-owned store. I loved shopping at my local Maceys grocery store before, but Im definitely now a lifelong customer.

Love maceys, always have loved this location and employees ever since fresh market. As of the last few months, I have felt very uneasy during my self checkouts. Linda seems to be helpful, but she also seems to step on toes as well. I go through self checkout due to not having to talk to anyone and get out fast and easy. She comes very close and watches tediously as if I am about to steal my items. I work a few doors down, and a few other employees have had similar experiences. I understand having a mediator, but she definitely does not need to be breathing down our necks while checking out. I feel a good 4 away should suffice for the job she is doing. I have a bubble, and she is constantly in it. I will not return any longer and will pick up items elsewhere if need be. I shop there everyday that Im at work. Thats 40hrs a week. Im not trying to get her in trouble, but I feel she needs to know that people like their own space, thats why we go through self checkout. Thank you.

Nice place, poor service. Second time this has happened when Ive done online order pick up. I called for my pick and the phone rang and rang and rang. Finally I had to go inside and nobody was there at customer service so I waited another 10 min. Finally I was helped and had to wait again while they went and got my order. I wouldnt waste your time doing online order here. Itd be faster to just go in the store and shop.

Macy s is a good place. I don t like there King Kong kones I LOVE there King Kong kones . It all depends on the person that makes them. There ultimate is huge!!!!! My fist one I had was bigger than my head. There s some beggeners that don t make them that big. Other than their wait every thing ok but whoever reads this you HAVE TO TRY THERE ICE CREAM CONE there so cheap an Ultimate is like 2 bucks. Thank you for reading I hope it s helpful.
Its a very clean store but very expensive..i only go there if they have a good sale on things, you need to look at their expirations on the items you buy.
I finally gave Maceys a try for a bigger shopping trip because it s so close to my house and I used to love coming here when honey bee was there. I should of gone to Smiths like I always do. Selection is poor. Had to wait for a long time in the deli then the same thing in a meat department while store staff was socializing and dancing. Thank you to the produce manager who got me help in the deli then saw me standing at the meat department and helped me herself there. I tried to get macaroni and since their Barilla selection is minimum, i went with their brand. I had the go through five bags until I found one that was not opened and spilling. Produce sections had only five bunches of bananas and less then ten limes to select from. I got the last green onion. I ll come again for king cone for my kids and maybe last minute cheese/can goods pick up but for nothing else.

I recently placed my first ever online order and pick up. I had a wonderful experience but when I got home I realized they forgot my milk... I called and talked to Lisa she was so kind and apologetic for the mistake then she personally delivered my milk to my house! This kind of service doesn t happen. At this location, they are still switching over from Honey Bee Market, which used to be on this site. Over time, their prices might fall in line with other Maceys stores. They do seem to be working toward that end.
