Trader Joe's in Draper

My favorite item: samosas Sometimes they have a good treat or random food staple. They have something for everyone. The location is in a good spot, they always have pretty plants at the entrance. This place is always packed and they cant keep the shelves stocked, everything flies off the shelves. Until they open more locations I dont see them catching up, so I would vote for bluffdale and daybreak for more stores in the SLvalley to give the traffic flow at this location a mini break The photo on this Google maps location shows organic pineapple in a jar posted directly by Trader Joes...yet they are non existent in their store or their store database.....very confusing

I love the fresh flowers at Trader Joes and their chocolate truffles and star cookies are delicious (available during Christmas holidays).

This is a lovey Trader Joe s. The aisles appear to be wider than other locations. We went on a Saturday and it seemed less busy/crowded than usual for the day and time that we went. The selection of food is great. They had everything we came for (and more). We never knew TJ s carried filet mignon so that was a lovely surprise. The workers are very pleasant and helpful as always. There is plenty of parking. My daughter loved the smaller carts I just wish there were a few more. They ran out, so we had to wait for someone else to be done before she was able to use one.

The staff is always amazing! The store was so cleaned and organized. I was really impressed by my whole experience.

Trader Joes is Avery cool place if you find this cute stuffy then you get a lollipop.And it also has stickers that are for free. And each time you go there you will hear your child say Can we stay.

Its a Trader Joes ... I go here primarily for all of their gluten free food options, and their seasonal Kringle danishes. Its a great store for higher quality food options, that are also a little off the beaten path.

The staff is so friendly and was so friendly while I was looking for a really specific item, especially on such a crazy shopping day! It was two days before Christmas and the whole team was on point.

Trader Joes is a regular stop for us when we pass through the Salt Lake valley. Our son loves their ketchup (or is it catsup?) and will just go without any ketchup if its not Trader Joes ketchup. They always have lots of great produce and other tasty and unique items. Unfortunately some of our favorites have been discontinued year after year, which is typical of things we like for some reason. Maybe were just weird. Also prices are going up like everywhere, but thats unfortunately predictable and expected.

I now understand the hype...its a great place. ,)

Great TJ location. Staff was quick and attentive. I was in and out quickly. I love the unique products and there are such great snacks and options for entertaining. I love the reasonably priced fresh greenery and florals available, too.

First time today going into a traders joes store and the customer service experience was amazing. I came in just for flowers and when waiting in line one of the cashiers came up to me and said he could help me and asked me about my day and I told him I ve never been here before and I just saw online you guys have a flower selection and then he asked if I wanted a bucket for the flowers and I said sure I didn t know it was free and they put water in them..which was a bonus, he also gave me a free bag. I m definitely coming back to do some grocery shopping. That first experience was amazing. Sold me right there. Wish I got that young man s name. He is the reason I ll be back. 10/06/24 10:40am

I grew up in SoCal, so I grew up with TJs. I was SO excited to see them come to Utah!! I love their selections and always feel better about purchasing things there than most other grocery stores. We need one over in the West side now!! Jordan Landing maybe?? Help a West side girl out :)

Many frozen food options available.. I dont prefer frozen food and always like to eat fresh.... But their veg patty is similar to what we get in India...enriched with flavor and spices....

I love this store. They have some unique items and the TJ products are good. I by the bourbon vanilla bean paste which is delicious.

This TJs location is so great. Ive always been treated well here. Kelsey deserves a shoutout in particular for making my day a lot sweeter. If more people treated others how the TJs employees treat people wed have peace on earth.

HOWEVER I was surprised to learn when my vehicle was hit in this parking lot that no where in this complex has security cameras. I understand things happen but I felt it only right to advise women shopping alone at night to be careful !

I love this Trader Joe s and after today, love it even more. I was so lucky to be in Kelsey s check out line. She was so friendly! She asked if I had any fun plans for this weekend. I mentioned I was going to Hale Theatre.She then tossed me a bag of peanut butter cups and said here s a snack for the show . How incredibly nice. Ty Kelsey

I love Trader Joe s! I ve been to this location several times and it is always full of friendly employees and you can tell the customers want to be there too. My most recent trip, they were out of or on the last few of several items. A lot of the produce was low stock and had a disappointing display. For example, the bananas had several individual bananas laying on the shelves and were extremely picked over, some of them even having the peel cut and exposing the fruit. The avocados in bags were also very picked over and what was left didn t seem to be the best quality. My main motivation for this trip was to get a couple essentials and frozen meals. I found what I needed in the frozen section very quickly and they had enough stock. The other essentials I wanted they did not have, such as a can of corn. I don t know if the chain doesn t sell this overall or just this store, and I realize it s a smaller, more exclusive type of market but I thought I would at least be able to pick up a can of corn. Meanwhile, they did have small, soft training treats for dogs which was on my list and I was happy to see that, just surprised that I could get that, but other staples for a lot of recipes, I couldn t get The staff was great at checkout. They interacted with me and each other. Friendly and upbeat as always and giving recommendations or showing excitement about products I was purchasing. I find that I save money here as a single person who can get two meals out of a frozen bag of pasta for $3.49. I don t know if the savings would be the same for someone feeding a larger family, but as an individual, my money actually goes further here.

I cannot go without Trader Joe s Unexpected Cheddar and their frozen gourmet pizza s. Voila they make my meal planning so easy with ready-to-go salads and their great prices can t be beat!

Newest Trader Joe s to Utah is in Draper right off of the freeway, pretty nice and pretty convenient if I do say so myself! It gets crowded but it s never been as crowded as my previous stores were (Cottonwood Heights and downtown on 400 S). Most recent favorite canned deliciousness is the vegan chili it comes in a can for less than $3, and I love to add the fake spicy Mexican cheese to it as well as the vegan cream cheese and stir it all up in and together until it s creamy and delicious. Doesn t get old even in summer for me! Trader Joe s forever!!! 5++++

Their food is great. The frozen food is so good. I recommend the frozen pizzas that they have to offer. They also have good cookie dough. They also have good specials during the holidays. New favorite place to shop for food.

This is the largest Trader Joes Ive ever been to. Great atmosphere and variety of options. The staff were very friendly and willing to help.

ETA: the crew member s name is Preston I was checking out on Tuesday when I ran into a relative that came up to me to give me a hug and say they are sorry for my loss. My partner passed away just a few days prior. As we embraced and cried together, the young man who was checking me out, slipped away and came back with a bouquet of flowers saying they were from my Trader Joe s family and that they too were sorry for my loss. I was completely blown away at the kindness of this young man. For him to be present enough in my moment of public grief.. and then present me with flowers! I wish I wasn t so consumed by grief, and pleasantly surprised by his gesture, that I missed catching his name. He was a tall, young man with amazing curly, dark hair. Thank you from the bottom of my broken heart.

Usually a great visit but this May 5th morning it was weird. An employee was machine cleaning the floor along the perishables lane and everyone had to move. No cheerfulness or apologies to the customers that had to keep moving. And the rest of the staff was off as well. Seemed like a new crew overall. Even the checkout experience was not the usual. Hopefully this was a fluke and not the start of a staff and management problem.

Very cute Trader Joe s! It does become pretty crowded, the layout could be better. The staff are always friendly and they always have what I m looking for!

Trader Joes is a fun place to go and caters to those wanting to eat more healthy food with more selection and better prices than a regular grocery store on these types of items. My favorite thing to buy there is the flowers! Amazing selection and great price.

I have no idea what the Trader Joe s craze is all about. Had one of their ready-made salads that was really really bland and the dressing was like pure sugar No produce was organic in that store that I could possibly see. And their Trader Joe s coconut water, that was organic taste like nothing but pure water. I m just not a fan.

I enjoy their seasonal items. They are great quality and I have found some of my favorite treats.

Great store! Amazing flowers, balanced frozen meals, and great cheese selection. I would recommend going somewhere else for grocery staples like flour, milk, fruit, meat etc due to pricing and quality. Try their frozen orange chicken and sweet potato glass noddles!

Finally made it to Trader Joes in SLC! Im from NYC and visiting my gf here, and wanted to come here to get their organic Valencia salted peanut butter, as its the best PB out there IMO. Always great prices and high quality selection of everything. Love it!

Their products have a great novelty factor. Not everything is a winner, but thats an exception. Love their stuff, green tea matcha mix, is it the Korean style BBQ chicken?, the frozen pastas, yum, and the sweet treats....sooo good.

Super clean and nice I usually go to the one in orem. I think this one is a little more busye rbecause a lot of things are out of stock. But when I went it wasnt as busy on Sunday Inside. I could tell that they were stocking everything too.

Ive had many great experiences at Trader Joes in the past, but I needed to share about one recently at this location my mother told me about. Earlier this week when she walked in the door and was greeted they asked how she was doing, which she replied. Not well, my grandson is in the hospital and continued on. After she finished her shopping another employee gave her a free bouquet of flowers. Thank you for this, it was a small gesture but it made her happy on a very long difficult day. Thank you for not just doing the bare minimum, but for comforting someone who was hurting.

This particular location is great. Its always super clean, its never too busy, its well-staffed, theres plenty of parking, and the store is well-stocked. The cashiers are always super friendly and welcoming. One of the better Trader Joe locations Ive been to.

It s Utah so there is no wine, or liquor. Other than that it s a Trader Joe s

Trader Joes is this funky place that sells an interesting variety of fresh foods, drinks and other specialty items, but unlike some of the other boutique chains at a much more reasonable price. Definitely worth adding to your weekly shop

I had never been to Trader Joes before. I was very impressed with what they had. The people who worked there were very nice. And I think the prices were quite reasonable. They had very different things. My dinner tonight was all from Trader Joes & it was delicious. I definitely will be coming back!

Trader joe s can be a hit or a miss, today they were unfortunately out of the chicken soup dumplings which are a favorite of mine. Overall I do love Trader Joe s and lots of the products are a great value for the price.

Best Trader Joe s in Utah!! Joe (who unfortunately moved) was the highlight of this location! His smile was contagious and was such a people person!

Although I enjoyed the experience because it was different and inexpensive, I would not return. Honestly, its not worth the hype. We bought a bunch of items that looked good, but in reality, they all tasted like play-doh and/or preservatives.

I love Trader Joes, and this would be a 5 star review if it werent for the 1 problem Ive had consistently with this Draper location. Every time I go, the cashiers overstuff the bags. As you can see, they used 4 paper bags (2 bags double bagged) and the bags were so overfilled, they ripped on the sides and handles ripped off, just getting them from my cart to my car and from my garage to my counters, maybe 20 steps total. The bags are packed haphazardly, with items that could be easily crushed on the bottom, or breads and eggs stuffed in the sides of the bags. If the same items were evenly distributed through the 4 bags they gave me, less potential damage would occur. I dont mean this review to be overly negative, as I LOVE TJs and shop there weekly. Its just disappointing to get home to crushed items and ruined bags that cannot be reused for the next trip.

I love that in this location there is actually space enough to park AND shop. Friendly and helpful employees as per the usual Trader Joes standard. Very clean and tidy.

I love Trader Joes. I would go everyday if it were closer. They always have what I go there for, even if its the most popular item, and always have new great stuff to try. Id like one in my backyard please
