I’m leaving this reviewing the hope that the manager will contact me. The wash was great but I had to pay $45 in the machine for it to work the 20 minutes. After I was done, I figured that I shouldn’t use cash, but there was still place to pay with cash. All I would like to have is my money back and I’ll definitely rate 5 star Do you have a phone number? I paid first 10$ bill, then it’s asked for 7.5 more so I put another 10, so it’s asked for 5 more so I put 5 and it’s ask for 4 more so I put 20$ because I couldn’t withdraw my money. Please help
This DIY Dog wash worked great for me and my dogs. Low stress, easy to use, you can open the window for more or less out side air. They have shampoo and conditioner, if you don't bring your own. I would recommend putting cotton balls in your dogs ears to prevent water getting in and also opthalmic eye ointment put in eyes to protect from soap burn, unless you use the tearless type. Remember to bring your own towels. Thanks for making this chore much easier!
Don’t waste your time or money! Take your dog elsewhere! This is not maintained at all! The vacuum is broke, it’s dirty, the shampoo comes out with a drizzle, the dryer is basically a low volt blow dryer! The treats are out but they keep your money. This was $11 of my hard earned money I will never get back and the worst part is I don’t even have a clean, dry dog! So frustrating! Nothing like putting a wet dog back into your car!
This place is open 24 hours which was wonderful because we had just picked up our dog and he was in desperate need of a bath. This place has all the things a dog needs to be nice and clean.
Where has this dog wash been my furbaby’s whole life? We have a 53 pound super mutt that’s extremely hairy and we can wash and mostly dry him in the 20 min for $10 that’s offered here! It is SO hard to find dog washes that are open past 6pm and especially on Sundays. I mean non-existent; the closest one to us being in South Jordan is Dog Mode in SLC. My husband can wash him here while I wash our car and teardrop trailer so triple bonus here! 🙌 Thank you so much for this amazing dog wash that’s open 24/7, 365. Every car wash should have one but alas yours is the only one so you’re top dog! 😉
THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! IT'S OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY... I hate it when most all the places to wash your pets have bankers hours. It's so convenient to have a place that you can take your pets to wash when you want, and not have to waste time and money to go to the groomer. It's $10 for 20 minutes of wash time with many options if you don't have your own products. It's only 1 bay for you and your pet, I have used other places that have terrible cold water!! They have also had broken ramps, dryer hoses, card readers that don't work. And good luck trying to get ahold of anyone to have them fix anything that is broken. I have 3 bulldogs and I will definitely coming back. If your dogs don't want to get into the tub, you can even wash them on the floor at this place! And best of all, you can do it anytime that works for you, 24/7. It is definitely worth the extra 20 min drive from my house.
Inexpensive, easy to use self service dog wash. Includes all the shampoo, conditioner, and other treatments you need! Also a blow dryer for drying off! Bring your own brush/towel if needed. Has a door to open for a breeze in the summer since no AC which helps!

You re better off just washing your pet in the backyard with the hose unless you wanna throw away $11 for using piss powered water and some great value ahh vacuum, then go for it. Bring your own towel to help dry them off

Would be perfect if the water pressure didnt go down significantly with shampoos and other product! The rinsing water pressure was fabulous as was the dryer and value.

Took my long haired large breed dog here for a wash, and there s just not enough warm water to wash a larger sized or longer haired dog. My dog was literally freezing/shivering because of how cold the water got, and it was 30 degrees outside. I d only recommend this place for smaller dogs or short haired breeds.
Its super easy to use! When drying your dog, I have found its easier to cup your hand around the tube to help direct the air flow in a specific direction, which helps you focus on a specific area.

Looks like a nice dog wash, however I could not try it on my dogs. Id looked online to find a do it yourself dog wash to wash my 2 golden labs. I live in Lehi and the one near me isnt open late. I had my choice of going to Orem or Draper. I loaded the dogs in the truck, made sure I had enough cash to wash both dogs. When I arrived there are signs on the doors stating that they dont take cash. I assumed I had my card with me but hadnt double checked. I thought that being that its at a car wash they would take cash. Id suggest the owner add this to their website. Time and gas wasted
I like that this thing seems to be self service like a car wash but unfortunately it was out of order when we went. Seems pretty nice for when it does work though.
It works well for a simple dog wash box. Straightforward button-pushing to get between shampoo and conditioner etc, ten bucks for twenty minutes it was worth it for us!

Easy to use and to go with multiple pets. I very pretty long haired dogs (think rough collie coat) and the water pressure was not enough given how dirty they were. But would be 5 star for most dogs. Super long haired/dirty dogs my go somewhere else. It was good enough

$12 for 15 minutes. Its usually pretty clean as long as the last person rinsed down after finishing. Shampoos smell good and the deodorizer they use works really well and keeps the dog smelling clean for quite a while. I usually only do it after the dog park or camping to make sure that they get as clean as they can be and not make the mess in my house
Excellent wash good value
This place had good reviews. Looked nice n clean when we arrived. I was excited to come wash my dog who thought it was a great idea to go roll in some deer poop today. Unfortunately the machine does not decide for the difference between quarters and gold dollar coins and after we have put in $8 it started over and said to deposit $10 to start. Theres not a button to post to get your money return to you so you leave your money and get no service.... Totally disappointed. I did walk around and found a posted phone number so I called and left a voicemail and sent a text and I guess well wait and see what comes of it. Off to find another dog wash crossing our fingers & plugging our noses to the next place and hopefully it works.
