I love how easy it is to use. My dog hates water and bath time. Taking him here is super easy, he can't get away because the door is closed behind us. He smells so much better and afterwards he gets a treat.

Nice looking store. Expensive for DIY dog wash - $17 for 30--min. Unless you bring your dog pre-washed - then it's "only" $15. Like I'm going to bring my sopping wet dog in the car just to use their blow dryer? Don't think that's enough? Bring the dog in on Saturday when "company policy" is to charge twice as much because they are busy. If they are trying to disincentivize new customers, they have succeeded with this one.
