I have been bringing my dogs to Furry Friends for just under a year. My dogs are always happy at Furry Friends and they look great.

Great service, great value. Buddy gives it two paws up. As always, Buddy gets fast, and friendly service. Prices are great as well. The employees are friendly and professional.

This place is horrible! The manager is rude and their employees. My sister took her dog here and her dog suddenly couldnt walk or move her legs when she was fine when they dropped off. My sister took her to the vet after and since she was an old dog she almost got put down. Anyways, my sister went the next day and asked them what happened and the lady was laughing at her as if the condition of the dog was funny, as someone that works with animals I would be scared to take my dog to someone that laughs at dogs getting hurt and sick. No matter if you did it or not to hear that a dog that you have known for a long time and has been loyal to you and always choose your grooming place is sick is devastating. And the manager instead of calling out his employee of her disrespectful and unprofessional behavior he screamed at my sister. Even if they didnt do it or caused the dog harm they should still be respectful and professional about it instead of laughing about the situation as if a dog being sick and hurt is something funny and coming from someone that works with animals is even more sick and wouldnt trust this person. They told my sister they checked the cameras but didnt actually showed PROOF about it but the way they acted and responded about the incident says a lot. When you have nothing to hide you dont act rude or defensive about it. UNPROFESSIONAL.

It was my mini golden doodles first time at the groomers and they did so good with him! Super friendly and welcoming right when we walked in, and explained everything that they would be doing. She said it s usually 2 hours and he was ready within 2.5! The cut was perfect and he smelled so yummy! Louie will be coming back for sure!

Our dog Abbey was groomed today and she looks beautiful! They did a great job! She s a Cavilier King Charles Spaniel and they do a great job making her look great every time! She really likes coming here and is never scared.

Hemi loves going to this groomer! We appreciate that they seem to be diligent and prompt to the appointment time. We don t like our dog sitting in a kennel all day and Furry Friends completes the deluxe spa usually within a few hours!

We could not be happier! We took our 5 month old bernedoodle to Furry Friends for her first grooming. I can only imagine how wiggly our dog must have been and yet she looked and smelt fantastic! My favorite part was the groomer left her eyelashes long. It is such a cute detail. We will fore sure be going back.

Great groomer in Draper! They really care about your pet and it shows. They are a bit pricey so know what you re paying before you leave. I think it is 100% worth it because the quality is top notch. My dog loves going to the spa (groomers!)

Quick and thorough and not crazy expensive.

My dog is very afraid of the groomers (after the last one traumatized him). No matter what we did to help playing with his paws, brushing him, using clippers, and even medication from the vet nothing has worked. They were kind enough to try three different times to fully groom him before giving us the option of coming to hold him while they finished. They stayed until 6:30 pm to finish grooming our boy (when they close at 5:00pm) , and Im so grateful. He looks great and smells even better. The communication and customer service were A+! Fury friends is fantastic!

Took my dog there for the first time today and wont be taking her again. My wife dropped her off at 10:45am, which was the time of her appointment. I got off work at 5:30pm and they had not contacted us to say she was done yet. I went there and was told they needed 15 minutes to finish her haircut. I waited in the lobby and saw them take her to the table, and it didnt look like they had started anything with her. They may have bathed her before I got there, but Im sure she was mostly sitting there for 7 hours. They did the haircut in about 20 minutes, and it definitely looks like a rushed job. Her paws arent trimmed well, they didnt blow dry or anything to get all the hair out, so my clothes and car are covered in cut hair. I just dont understand why it would take more than 3 hours to finish when you have an appointment, let alone 7 hours.

This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had getting my dog cut. We had an appointment for 1:30 PM. We got a call early in the morning saying that we could bring her in earlier and so we did. We were told it would be 2 to 3 hours. We got her back 6 hours later. Now the cut... it was SO bad!! We didnt realize it until we got home. She had matts under her chin, on her belly and under her armpits, on her tail, on her ears, her ears werent cleaned out at all, the hair on top of her head was SO much longer than the hair on her body... it looked ridiculous. It was expensive and so not worth the price. We had to go to PETCO for them to fix it. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. We wont be back.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DOG TO BE IN BAD HANDS. I came to this place two times. The first time I came it took them 4 hours to give my pup a cut. The last time I came in it took over 6 hours. Plus the lady that was cutting her, walked away from my pup while she was on the table with the neck tie to go and take care of another customer. My pup could ve accidentally jumped and broke her neck. The lady didn t know I was sitting in the waiting room and once she saw me she went back and took her down. This is ridiculous and will never be coming here again. My pup is my life and these actions are not acceptable.

We have used FF for a while but something has happened and I can no longer recommend them. I went in last week and as I left I heard a huge yelp against my best judgement I left him for grooming and he came home with a on his tummy. Take your pooch somewhere else.

Love taking my two labradoodles here. I have always had the best experience with them and i love the way my dogs look after. We usually see Cherish, who the dogs love and she is so accommodating. They should have 5/5 stars, but people tend to leave a negative review quicker than a positive one. I will continue to take my pups here- 10/10 recommend!

They dont know how to groom

This is the second time this has happen to me with this business. First time I thought it was a fluke. Their hours are from 8 AM to 6 PM, my appointment is at 9 AM and they re still not open. I tried contacting several times with no luck but I got the reminder text the night before regarding our appointment.

They were great with my dog!! He had tons of matting and I didn t want him shaved super short, they gave me exactly what I wanted. They took care of his matting and was softer than he had ever been!! He also was so happy and loved the entire staff. So thankful Tara referred this place to me. We won t go anywhere else!!!

This is the most frustrated I have ever been with a business. I took my puppy Lilly for her first ever haircut and it was horrible! I had so many stressors about if she was going to behave or be scared or bark since it was her first time. Of all the things stressing me out I didnt expect the haircut itself to be the biggest problem. When I dropped her off I showed a photo of what I wanted done. Later when I came in to get her, she looked nothing like the photo. I wanted to maintain her Papillon features (mainly the butterfly ears) and they had completely trimmed those away. Furthermore, they were not upfront with pricing. I expected to be paying their puppy pricing but she was charged an as adult. Not going here again. I wish I had read some more reviews before scheduling an appointment.

Worst experience ever. We took our Cairn Terrier here for grooming and a wash. What we got back was insane. They actually shaved our dog, which was amazing since you are not supposed to shave them ever. In addition to this it was total chaos here with all the dogs, large and small running around the place while two ladies fought with each other about what was going on. Not sure if this was just a bad day or what but it took almost six hours for us to get our dog back. We offered several times to just run our dog back down when it was closer to the time she was up for her turn but the ladies refused and basically took up our whole day coming back over and over only to get a new time. Our dogs coat has grown back now but I was so mad after our visit to this place I had to take some time before writing a review. I called a couple of times trying to get a hold of a manager but no one ever bothered to call back.

Always a great experience and groom; we have used them over the past 2 years. As noted we have a few instances where communication could ve been better but the mgmt has always made things right.

This place is really awesome. We got our chiweenie washed and the full nail grinding and toothbrushed. He was a happy little camper for the treatment and came out fresh as a daisy. We also needed to get our min pins nails ground. The receptionist was really nice and was able to do her nails while I held her. She has a lot of fear and anxiety because she is a rescue. Totally worth bringing the babies in.

I adore Cherish. She knows my dog well and takes care of him while getting bathed and groomed! I won t go anywhere else.

Horrible groomers with atrocious customer service!!! Went once then the second time I had scheduled for my dog to come in, they canceled on me THREE times, the first time not even notifying me until I got there. The girl at the front desk is unfriendly and rude. Owner gave me a 50% off a groom that the manager told me she would not honor. Do not go here! I don t know how they ll stay in business when they treat their customers this way. Simply awful.

My first appointment nobody was there. The second appointment she requested my dog vaccination card to check his rabies shot that was there and she told me that he didn t have his shot. The place is dirty full of rats and papa roach. Don t take your dog to that place.

My dog had a appointment at 11 am for a groom and bath. She was there for 7 hours and just a bath and on top of that made me pay and told me to come back next week! I have never had a issue with these guys unfortunately I need to take her somewhere else. Very sad...

Do not take your pets here. We had an appointment on a Saturday dropped our dog off at 11:15. Called a few times was told she wasnt ready. Finally at 6 when they close we just go in to pick her up. All she got was just a bath and still soaking wet, no cut or anything. They charged us for it too. Called the manager who was super apologetic and told us to bring her back in the following Saturday. Promised a full service free of charge and our dog would be the first cut. Well at 1:15pm after dropping her off at 9:15am we gave up and went to get her. Mind you we called 4 times To check and no ever picked up. To our surprise nothing was done to her. The people there are extremely rude and unprofessional. While we were getting our dog we noticed a dog soaking wet and shaking in the back just sitting on the floor. I would give 0 stars if I could. This people should be closed down or some major changes to the staff.

I started taking my golden doodle to Furru Friends a few months ago and we love them! My husband wanted a Mohawk on one of our dogs and they called someone in to help! My dogs look, smell and feel great when they leave. And I can get them in so easily! Everyone is so helpful and attentive to me and my dogs!! I would recommend them to anyone!

Good price, however they always text you some better deals. We usually wait for those unless we have to get a grooming. Also, they have really good customer service and they are friendly with your dog.

Scheduled a 9:00 a.m. appointment they text 1 hours before that they couldnt keep the appointment but could reschedule me for Noon, I said Id make it work. Arrived at Noon, its locked up and dark. Called text no response I waited almost 20 minutes, no one showed up. Ive called and left voice and text messages requesting someone call me. No calls. Very very poor business practices.

Was surprised at the affordable rate and they did a great job with my Goldendoodle Covington! I recommend coming here if you need a cut for your pet.

Ive never in my life been to a groomers where I picked up my dogs 7 hours after dropping them off. I got there at the closing and still had to wait 30 minutes just have my dogs fur half trimmed and with bleeding nails. And to top that off, I was given attitude when I drove back to complain. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE

Dont do it. Dont go here. They are unprofessional and untimely.

We have taken our dog here several times and it has been great up until this last time. We scheduled an appointment several weeks ago at 8am so we could drop him off on our way to work. The person opening did not show up until 8:15 and by this time we had to leave because we were running behind and there were 3 other people wilaiting, as well. So, we rescheduled but it seems to be very difficult to get in because well, more than a month later..... again, we scheduled an 8am appointment. The opening employee pulled in the parking lot at 8:03. (Are you kidding me?? Why is it so hard to be on time???) There were 5 of us there waiting. (Im not quite sure why theyre scheduling that many dogs at 8am when no one is there). A second employee strolled in the door at 8:10. (Still though~5 dogs vs 2 groomers??) Its finally our turn to sign in and the girl is very friendly! There is no doubt about that! She deserves to be mentioned for her friendliness. I was a bit shocked however, when she told me it would take 2 to 2 & 1/2 hours, TOPS to complete my dogs appointment. A Great Pyrenees. Bath and spa package. Really??? Because in the past it has always taken at LEAST 4 hours. And this time I added a service! (De-shedding treatment) So... just under 3 hours later my husband gets the call to pick up our dog because he is finished. Finished? You must have the wrong dog, right? Nope! Our giant polar bear of a dog is ready and waiting!My husband gets there and is told the price is $25 more than it normally is!?!? Yes, I added the de-shedding treatment (more about that to come!!) But since we booked on-line we were supposed to get $5 off. The de-shedding treatment is supposed to $20. But the best part is that this treatment is supposedly left on for 5-10 minutes followed by an extra blow dry and extra brush to reduce shedding by 50-60%. Umm.... NOPE!!!! Can I just tell you that my dog is losing hair like never before! It is coming out in massive clumps, everywhere. It is obvious they did NOT brush his belly, at all. He came back with his underside completely matted and he is constantly biting at the clumps of matted hair to help pull them out. I am really disappointed and hope this was just a one off. I will likely go back to see if that is the case but if it happens again we will be in search of another groomer.

I tried 7 times to get my little sweet dog in to be groomed. Every appointment was cancelled at the last minute because the groomer could not actually get to the facility. I was so very patient but you can t even actually speak to a live person. No one answers the phone and you can t leave a message. You have to rely on a random text from who knows who. The worst part is my little Molly is the one who suffered. I practically begged for an appointment.

Ive been bringing my dogs to this groomer for about two years now. They always do an amazing job and have great customer service! Highly recommend!

The good first: The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly, and my medium sized terrier has beautifully trimmed nails The not so good: her face was really choppy. My husband had to fix it at home. If it was a petsmart haircut, I would expect that. For a salon that cost us more, I was disappointed. Would probably only return for Nail trims since it is in my neighborhood.

(Updated) My first experiences with just walk in services were great here. However, my most recent experience was pretty poor. We made an appointment to bring our dog in for a spa package and the appointment was for right when they opened (9am Saturday). We dropped her off and expected to have her back in maybe an hour or two. We ended up calling at 2pm and was told they were just starting. We didnt get to pick her up until after 4pm. This is unacceptable in my opinion. On top of that I just recently tried to come in for another walk in service to find the store closed during business hours with no explanation and it was over an hour before their scheduled closing. (Original Review) So glad to see a wonderful new company at this location. I just needed my dogs nails trimmed and just walked in with no appointmemt. I was greeted by the friendly staff and told them what I needed. They aaked how my dog was with nail trims and offered to trim her nails while I was there to help ease her anxiety. They finished in less than two minutes with no wait. Extremely happy with the wonderful service and would recommend Furry Friends to anyone.

We ve brought our dog here several times. The last two times they totally shaved our dog, did not trim his tail or face .essentially the opposite of what we asked for. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. We will not be returning.

Terrible! Dont bother with this place. I read a lot of reviews and seen this place was decent priced and did a great job... Hell no! They messed my dogs hair up, cut it super short and made him ugly as can be. I am extremely displeased. The ignorance of these people was beyond tolerable. Pay extra, go anywhere else.

When I asked about the higher price than a pet store, I received a snide remark, we give quality care and she walked away.

Made an appointment for my cat to get a lion cut (vet recommended) at 12pm. Was told hed be ready around 4. I live about 25 min away, so I left at 3:30. Received a text at 4:51pm saying hed be done at 6. Waited 2 hours extra, but I guess I couldve called and asked before leaving. Kind of upset that it takes 6 hours and $55 for a shave. Takes me 20 minutes and thats with him walking around the bathroom. I get that its busy, but why have appointments? He probably sat there for 5 hours scared out of his mind when I couldve just brought him in at 5. Wanted to help my friend and support local business, but not again. Oh, and they cut too deep in a small spot on his back appointment was with the owner, so I guess be wary?

I have a Shiba inu that is so difficult to even bathe I gave up doing it myself a long time ago. This place took great care of him cleaning and getting his undercoat out (something no one else has done well so far). I ll be using this place for all my dogs from now on.

First time taking my dogs to this grooming place. Every part of my experience was horrible. From the check in process to the total disappointment when I first saw their horrible haircuts. Both dogs are non-shedding and needed to be shaved..... I could have done a much better job myself with no experience. My sheepadoodle came out looking like a schnauzer (didn t even know that could happen). My bearded collie no longer has any type of beard and looks homeless. And the price was totally outrageous. I called after the fact and that experience was equally frustrating and not helpful. I m not sure how they even stay in business.... and did I mention the body cut was choppy and uneven.....my older dog has bald areas on his legs from such an uneven cut.

I had to take my lab to Furry Friends unfortunately, because our regular groomer had closed due to the virus. I figured it would be okay for one time since she is a simple grooming job. I was expecting a thorough bath, de-shedding, teeth clean and to clip her nails. When I picked her up she didn t smell clean whatsoever, was still shedding like crazy, and her teeth definitely hadn t been cleaned. The only thing I can say they did was trim her nails. The price, and experience was not worth it. Highly disappointed with my service, and I do not recommend this place.

Paid $70 and they did an ok job. There was still a knot of hair on my dogs ear, some uneven spots on her feet and I asked them to really trim up her tail and it looked the exact same when I picked her up. Overall, not impressed.

I was absolutely blown away by their service and talent. I never trust anyone with my dog, but with them it was natural. Very clean environment, good prices, and all around great customer service. My dog looks amazing! Best shop in town! Thank you Furry Friends

Higher cost than petco or other chains but seemed like it was lower quality than other cuts we received. Hair wasn t super even and some spots were still matted.

Update - the owner contacted me and had me come in for a free groom. It was a much better experience. Thank you! I was a little wary based on some of the other google reviews, but they could get us in same day, and my Westie really needed a groom. Her fur is so choppy and uneven everywhere - it looks pretty bad. There is a line shaved down one of her legs and a big chunk gone under her neck. All over there are lines and uneven patches. On the plus side, she was super clean and her nails looked great. I won t be a repeat customer though.

My dog doesnt smell like hot garbage after visiting here. After his visit upon pick up he opens the door for me and fixes my meals. A game changer.

My mom just dropped off her little schnauzer for a grooming and we will never be returning. My mom walked both our dogs, Ada and Siri, over to Furry Friends and dropped them off - no problems whatsoever and it was a 10 minute easy walk to their office. Not an hour later we get a call saying that we need to come pick up Siri, that she s bleeding profusely and will need stitches.... When we asked what happened, we were told that they weren t sure and that it was done before the dogs were dropped off. An impossibility. Firstly considering the fact that the wound is ragged and fresh, something that would have been bothering her before we got there and especially on the walk there. And secondly, my mom has white bedsheets. The appointment was first thing this morning and Siri sleeps on my moms bed, which means we would have seen blood. When my mom arrived to pick her up, she wasn t greeted with an apology, an explanation or a refund. Siri keeps cowering like she s afraid of us and now can t walk properly. We are on our way to the vet right now and we are NOT happy with our experience. Would not recommend. Update: Furry Friends offered to comp Siri and Ada s grooming, and paid for Siri s stitches. However, my review still stands. They didn t accept responsibility for the damage that they caused Siri, and only offered to rectify the situation after we got upset. Hopefully this saves someone else s pup from this heartache.

Out of all the salons I ve been to in the area- this has been my favorite. Friendly staff and great service.

Brought both of my dogs to get groomed and my one dog is fine. My smaller dog came home with skin wounds, I had to take her to the vet because her skin was bleeding and had scabs. Never will use this place again and would never recommend it.

I absolutely adore this place! My dog is my child and they take SUCH good care of him every time! It s full service and they even give you a cute little accessory every time (bandana, bow tie, etc)! It s great pricing and all the girls are SO nice. Grinding nails, trimming paw fur, cleaning up the bum, bath with a spritz of cologne (or perfume) that lasts forever. I m just obsessed with this place. They text you when your pet is done and are very understanding and flexible. Easy to work with and always a good day when I take Reyka for a grooming :) 10/10 would recommend.

We give Furry Friends a 10 they were so good with our boys. We have 2 boys Buddy is our little 5 lb dog we rescued 4 years ago he hated being groomed, very nippy but with furry friends he did really well no nippy he loved them. I will recommend Furry Friends to every one. Also wanted to say when I picked our boys up they were happy and looked amazing, they were not stressed or did not have any anxiety. Thanks to all the employees and Cherish the owner was just amazing. We will defiantly be back. Thanks to the best groomers by far.

This place does not even deserve 1 star; my cat had a 3 o clock appointment, I waited for 2 1/2 hours before I called to check on her, they assured me he was almost ready my cat is female! 20 minutes later got a call letting me know that they were so busy never got to my cat, they literally left my cat over 3 and a half hours locked in her cage probably scared! I picked her up and of course No apologies. Besides they lying to me about being almost ready, She came home completely scared. DO NOT take your pets here!!! So so sad for Luna

Great service, great people, great care for our furry family members (Hurley & Canyon - golden retriever & golden doodle) . They love furry friends and are excited to get pampered each time they go.

Excellent place to take our pups! They always get us in within a day or two (which most other places take about a month). Treats our pups so good, they look and smell fresh, and were literally picture perfect for our family photography session.

Super bad service and i could ve done better on cutting my dogs hair. wont be coming back ever again. super disappointed.

Im highly disappointed in the communication of this place! I dropped my dogs off at 11am and they took 7 and a half hours to groom them. I called and they said they were behind and busy and would be ready at 6pm and I went in and saw with my own eyes they were just barely grooming them I was floored! We got no apologies for them taking so long and one of the dogs haircuts wasnt even done all the way! Hold up though Im not done they also over charged us! Quite literally please dont waste your time.

Amazing place to take your dog. We took Echo there for her 1st time and she came out so beautiful and so happy. I highly recommend Cherish Krueger to work on any dog out there, she is amazing does great work and has passion for dogs and her job. This will be Echos only place to get groomed from now on! This is definitely worth the longer drive for us.

If I could give zero stars I would. This business owner could care less about doing the right thing for her customers. First, it was my fault for getting a Groupon(spend $30 on 2) for this place but it was close and I thought it would allow me to see if this would be a good new spot to take my huskies. As normal the groupon wasn t valid for anything I needed(again my fault for getting a groupon). But, on top of the misleading groupon they put out, it was a terrible brush job vs all other groomers we have taken him too and then he came home with the flu for a week. I then decided since I spent the $30 up front, I would at least get a nail trim out of the deal. However, the salt lake location was booked(due to her Groupon groupies, I m guessing) up but she said they had openings at the Draper location. Which was an extra 15 minute drive just to find out they do not take groupons at that location. The nail trim was fine since you can t screw that up but again, she told me the $30 I spend wasn t good toward the nail trim, even though it clearly said it included a nail grind. So basically she just pocketed a nice tip her herself..... I never write reviews but this was one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had with a business owner and needed to share this here and on groupon to warn people about this complete rip off!!!!

Took our dogs there for the first time today and had a great experience from the time of drop off to the time of pick up. We were greeted quickly and given choices and options for our dogs and the groomers were great at asking questions about our dogs specifically, so they knew how to care for them. Upon pick up the dogs looked and smelled great and each had a report card listing what was done and how the dogs behaved. It was great! I would highly recommend the spa package as well. The dogs mouths, and ears look great and they came home smelling like coconut. Great place to take your dogs!

Furry Friends in Draper was AMAZING. We got them both the spa package, it included so much! Bath, facial, teeth brushing, anal glands, bow ties, etc. Definitely a great value. They took great care of the dogs. Cherish was the one who checked us out and provided cute report cards with how the dogs did. You can tell these people really care about the pets here. 10/10 recommended this business and will be back.

Furry Friends LLC in Draper- I can t speak for dogs but if you have a cat and you re looking for them to get groomed-i would NOT recommend this place. First off, I made an appt to drop off Leo at 8-told them I wanted an all over cut (legs, tail, head) and for it to NOT be nicked short but like a 2 above skin, the lady checking me in said it would be approx 45 mins but no longer than an hour and a half. I hadn t heard from them by 11:30am so I called just to check on him-they told me another hour and they d text me when he was done. I waited and waited- 4 hours later he was ready (7 hour wait) I went to pick him up and he was in his crate, I tipped the lady and left. Once I got to my car I let Leo out to check out his cut and it was not at all what I asked for. They cut him into a lion look and shaved him down to almost skin! The hair around his head was all uneven and it look jacked. He had full hair on his tail and legs all the way up.... I went back in and politely explained that this was not what I wanted (I was speaking to Cherish, the lady who cut him-she is also the owner) she explained that they do not specialize in cat haircuts and they don t do them to look nice just shave them.... I told her I wanted an all over shave and she said she couldn t do that because if she got bit, she would have to by law go to the emergency room I explained I had been there before about 8 mos ago and they did just what I wanted and did a great job-that s why I went back. She told me they changed management since then and they had a cat grooming specialist-but now they don t. (The reason I was not explained this on the phone when booking my appt I do not know and I was also not told anything when dropping him off for the appt!! ) She said she could trim his tail but she would absolutely not trim his head or legs-mind you Leo is the most tame and mellow cat everrrr!! She trimmed the tail and I watched her do it with cheap clippers I could have bought at Walmart and done the exact same thing. While Leo was being calm af, I nicely said is there anyway you can trim just a little bit of his legs? And I was given a rude sigh and a response of I can do a little bit but I will not go all the way down his leg that took all of 5 mins is all. She gave me Leo back in his crate and I asked for my tip back lol-guys I never do this!! I m sorry but if you don t specialize in cat haircuts, you should probably tell the customer that they re going to pay $60 bucks for something they didn t want and could have done better on their own at home! Or I would have happily gone elsewhere!! I will never go to this location again. She did not apologize to me and when asked why it took so long she said cats can be rough and take longer because they get scared....ummm-more like you didn t know what you were doing so you left him in his crate all day and then took 10 mins to do the job. Supppper disappointed in this place and usually I never ever tell bad reviews but damn...not happy!

They are such great people! They were sympathetic for me, when I told them about my other dog(who had been there a time prior), that he had passed away, and now his sister needed a bath. They remembered my handsome Beagle , and his situation. They made sure to treat his sister the best way they could, to not stress her even more. I know I will be back, cause she gets diiiiirrrttty!

This was our first visit to furry friends. I thought it would be out favorite spot that we could continue being our princess to. I was really happy they were able to get us in same day when our other appointment was canceled last minute. They offered great service & we felt comfortable leaving here there. After picking her up and getting in the car I quickly realized she didnt smell pretty like she usually does after getting groomed. After getting home I realized I was covered in hair. I have a hypoallergenic dog that doesnt shed so this was all hair that had been cut off her. I have never experienced this after a 80$ grooming for a 7lbs dog. :( in addition to that there are several areas that were missed that I ended up having to cut on my own. Very disappointed, as I really want to find a groomer I love.

I brought my 2 small dogs in, the staff was very nice however the quality of the cuts were not very well done. My dogs cuts were uneven and choppy. There were a few knots in the long hair on the ears and the ears werent even trimmed. They didnt cut any of the nails on one off my dogs. I took one of my dogs back as I would fix my other dog myself and after their touch ups he was still choppy with random long hairs all over. I will have to fix it myself now. While I was waiting for the touch ups to be done another customer came in to pick up their dogs and they were unhappy too! They had to wait while their dogs got touch ups as well. My dogs are around 10 years old so they have had many cuts in their day and this is the only time Ive been unsatisfied. My first and last time coming here. I wouldnt come back for a free choppy cut if they offered it to make up for the experience I had.
