Did such a good job, so patient, and even got my dogs in same-day!

I have two dogs and I have taken them to Bone and Tail for several years. I love how well and gently they are treated. My poodle gets very nervous when she is being groomed. The people at Bone and Tail are very patient with her allowing her to adjust at her own pace.

I ve been coming here for years. The owner is the absolute best and doesn t look at the pets as just a number. She gets to know them so that they are comfortable and my dog loves it here. We won t go anywhere else.

This is the first time we used this place and they were amazing. My dog can be nervous at times and many times when we pick him up he is scared and shaking. To my surprise he was having so much fun when we got there he barely paid any attention to us. Its clear that this place loves dogs and treats them well. Of course the grooming was amazing as well. Recommend!

My dog Pepper is not a fan of grooming. She is a Shih Tzu and has a mind of her own but she loves her groomer and she looks so adorable when we pick her up. I took my anxious dog to Jolene for the first time, and it was amazing!! Daisy, my Aussie shepherd mix, usually doesn t do well with grooming, but Jolene was so patient and sweet with Daisy! I bring my 2 dogs ( yorkie tcup and pug) to Bone and Tail they are pretty hyper and anxious but the experience was awesome, they were happy when I pick them up they did an amazing job and you can see the experience that they have in dogs care she recommend a few tips for the care of my dogs totally recommend it, worth every dollar that I paid really reasonable price

Amazing! My girl was one big knot. The team stayed late and worked Extra hard to make sure my girl was taken care of, in the BEST WAY! They also shared some techniques to help me out in the future and I set up future appointments. My girl is happy, clean and healthy! I highly recommend!

We took our german shepherd mix to bone & tail for the first time yesterday. Koda is anxious with the dryer but she seemed completely fine & happy when we picked her up; such a relief to have found a place that cares for our pets! She came home looking and smelling so fresh and clean! It was a full service at a really reasonable price. It was easy to schedule an appointment, convenient to locate and we will be going back without hesitation.

Our 4 month old Bernese Mountain Dog came home clean, fluffy, healthy (she caught and treated an ear infection) and most importantly, happy! This was her first interaction with a groomer and she was so well taken care of. She was given water, taken out to the bathroom, and given the cutest pink bandana to wear home. We won t go anywhere else!

She did an incredible job on my two dogs! They look and smell amazing and she took her time. She even explained to me what might help in between appointments to care for my dogs. I m very pleased and will absolutely return to her for regular appointments! I recommend 100%!!

This was my first time taking my English Cream Retriever, Lily, to a groomer. She was very scared when I dropped her off but so happy when I came to pick her up, she was hugging the groomer. They did a very good job, my only downside with this experience was that I was originally told it would be an hour when I made the appointment, then moved to 3 hours when I brought her in, and then it was ultimately was 5.5 hours before she was done - which meant me driving to pick her up twice and having to cancel plans that day so I could do so.

Sent my two pups for grooming, they are so soft! They definitely had a good time and were well taken care of.

Bones & Tails were so good! Zoe s first time to her and she groomed her so good as a doodle! Zoe is 11 months and very hyper and Zoe left loving her and looking beautiful! Looks like we found Zoe a permanent groomer

This was our second time taking our sweet 13 year old little yorkie to Bone & Tail, I have never been so impressed with a groomer! When you drop your dog off, youre basically dropping them off at a spa! My yorkie is so timid when I drop her off but is so happy when I pick her up. I love knowing shes in such good hands and being loved on while Im not with her and that a good experience with the least amount of stress for the animals is the groomers top priority. You will not regret Bone & Tail!

I highly recommend Bone & Tail Pet Grooming! She did an incredible job grooming my dog. Not only did my dog come home looking so cute with his new well done cut, he smelled good as well. The groomer was so loving and took time to help my dog feel comfortable. Other places definitely feel like factory mode, while Bone and Tail was very personal and took extra care throughout the entire process. She went out of her way to help my dog. Such a wonderful experience!!

My family just moved to the area, and I was concerned about finding a groomer we liked as much our last one, but WOW! Bone and Tail is AMAZING! We have a smaller dog who is friendly but nervous around new people. The groomer made sure to give him his space and let him smell her before getting too close. She asked me to leave the leash in case she needed to take him for a walk so he can get to know me better. The haircut was fabulous. She asked to see pictures and did exactly what I asked. But Bone and Tail is SO MUCH more than just a haircut. She also cleaned his ears, brushed his teeth, shortened his nails, and deep cleaned his private areas. She spent just over 4 HOURS on our dog. She did say that it would be between 3 and 3.5 hours, so plan on it taking a little bit longer than expected. However, I was pleased to see such a commitment to doing a job well. Typically shy, my dog was all smiles when I came to pick him up. She charged exactly what our previous groomer did, so I was pleased with the pricing, too. We will definitely be going back!

Taking my giant, iron-willed husky to the groomer is always an experience, but I knew from the moment we walked in the door that Bone & Tail would take great care of him. She was attentive and patient with him. He came home happy, with soft, shiny fur that smells and looks amazing. Loki will definitely be a repeat customer!

This place is AMAZING! We have a full grown German Shepherd that hasn t had a doggy spa day because we are always told he wouldn t stay calm We dropped him off and drove down the road awaiting the famous pick up your naughty dog phone call. But that phone call never came. They were great with communicating with us and letting us know when our dog was ready for pick up. When we went to pick him up, I swear he was smiling, he was in such a good mood and looked amazing. We have been a couple of times now and we are extremely happy with the results every time we go. Great people and great Business.

I took my 12 year old Pomeranian in today and felt so comfortable leaving her there. She looks SO good and I could tell she was loved and treated with care. Hand down best groomer she s had! Highly recommend!

Our dog is about to have puppies and its huge pregnant and incredibly shaggy/ scruffy. Bone and tail did such an amazing job handled her with love and care. Check out there before and after! We had another dog that was scared and aggressive abs instead of telling us he couldnt come back she worked out a plan with us on how to help him feel more secure and ok about coming! 10/10 recommend!

Jolene is the best groomer. My puppy has been to several different groomers and this is by far the best one I ve ever taken him too. Yalinne was awesome! She got us in last minute and did a great job with our goldendoodle! She s still a puppy and was very nervous but Yalinne was so patient with her and took the time to make her comfortable and she looks great!
