I have been taking my dog to them for a while to have his nails trimmed. I will never go back to them again. I believe the groomer hit my dog in the face and broken a blood vessel in his eye. I can not prove it but, he was fine before I took him in. When I got home his eye started to swell and he had a broken blood vessel. I know he doesn't like to have his nails trimmed and he may have bit the groomer, but that is no way to treat a little animal.
Brought my 100 lbs Bernese Mountain Dog in and NERVOUS because so many people do not understand how to cut them. They did amazing! He was so soft and fluffy and happy to see me! The lady who helped me at the front desk was peppy and very nice!!! Will definitely go back! Can’t beat the prices too!
I’ve been bringing my dogs for many years. They are the absolute best. They give authentic Schnauzer cuts! My dogs are always EXCITED when we come here - which is very impressive for a grooming salon! It’s certainly worth the drive. Aubrey even fit me in when it was time for my grey mini schnauzer to cross the rainbow bridge. I wanted him to look his best and they made sure he did, and gave me a card with sweet messages from all the staff members saying how much they loved him. I will never forget this sweet kindness at such a tender time.
My pup is extremely anxious and hard to groom. Everyone at Peppy Paws is so patient and kind with him. Plus, he always looks so handsome after. I know he is in good hands when I drop him off for his grooming appointment.
I’m also in the “my dog came out looking like a naked mole rat” crew. I’m seriously almost in tears. I told them when I got there that I had never taken a dog to a groomer before, so this was a brand new experience for me. I also told them how much I loved her curls, but just wanted them a little shorter for the summer. I don’t know if they didn’t understand what I was saying or just how inexperienced I was, but I am honestly so unhappy with our results. I was completely shocked when I came to pick her up. I took my curly girl in for a trim and they gave her a buzz cut. There’s literally nothing I can do but wait for it to grow back and hope it comes back as curly and fluffy as it was before. I liked what they did for her face, and they left her tail and ears alone, but this was not what I asked for or expected. She was such a pretty pup, and now she’s an ugly rat dog. But bigger. When I expressed my surprise at how short it was, they told me it was because her hair was so flat, and assured me that this was what I asked for. I wish they had showed some sample photos of what different cuts would look like or something. They need to be explicitly clear on what to expect. I was not prepared for this experience. I still tipped because she’s a puppy and not trained, and I’m sure she nipped, but I don’t think I’ll be comfortable taking her back there again. I’ll YouTube how to groom a dog before doing this again. Sorry the pics aren’t super clear. I couldn’t get her to hold still.
UPDATE….Aubrey (the owner) groomed my dog this time around and she did amazing! She was kind and called me after the last appointment and refunded my money even though I was okay paying for the groomers time. I’m just not a person to ask for a refund. She made things right this time around and I will be going back to her for future appointments. Sophie’s tail will take time to grow back, but she still looks cute and not like a naked mole rat. I appreciate her kindness and willingness to make it right. Thank you for making my Sophie look amazing! Changing my review from a one star to five because not only did Aubrey handle the issue with grace, kindness and professionalism but she made my Sophie look so cute and that is true customer service! Worst service ever! I’ve taken my dog there three times and I won’t go back. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking they just needed to get to know my dog and what I wanted. She messed her up the first time as well. I have a Shih Tzu and never in my life time owning a Shih Tzu (I’ve owned five of them) have my dogs ever come home with a haircut this bad. The girl shaved her super short head to tail. I’ve never asked for that, I asked for the teddy bear face haircut with a short body, long tail, medium lashes. I have never asked for an overall short haircut or for her tail to be shaved. Either they never updated their notes from the second haircut or they put in the wrong notes from another dog. My dog looks so bad!! She obviously doesn’t know how to groom a Shih Tzu. I would rather drive far away to get a groomer that knows what’s she doing, than drive two minutes down the street for a bad haircut just for convenience.
So far so good! Took my mom’s dog and my puppy here, and they did a great job on both of them! They did a “puppy” groom (second pic) a couple weeks before the full haircut to make sure she wasn’t traumatized or anything for the real one. I loved that! They seem to take great care of the dogs. I also love the little cute seasonal accessories they give them. Customer service is decent, nothing super great, but hey they specialize in dog grooming so I can’t complain. Honestly will be bringing my puppy here as long as they are around!
My dog looks amazing! She went in looking a mess (we went a month or so longer than usual), poor thing! But now she's smelling wonderful and her haircut looks great as usual. And you can see her precious little face again! (She's camera shy😉) The location and prices are also perfect for us. This is now our go-to place for making Rosie look her best🩷🐶

Would not recommend! Been going here for a while since a little after they opened to take my 2 schnauzers. They ask every time if you want the same thing as last time, I say yes and they still review my request, but they still groom them wrong. They act like they don t know what they re doing and they don t listen to what you want. It has happened twice now that I ask them to leave a skirt with detailed instructions and they have shaved it completely.
I took my long hair cat here for a lion cut and they did an amazing job 5 stars

I ve taken my puppy for ear plucking (our dog grows a toooon of hair inside his ear canal that has being itching him a lot), cleaning his ears, face cleaning and claws trimming and it was great! I ll bring him back whenever I need this services

Scam Pricing! Owner is rude and has bad customer service. Dont Go! I thought I would try this place after reading good reviews and their pricing was cheaper than where I had been taking him. It was much closer to home. I made an appointment with the owner to get an experienced groomer and showed pictures of how I like him cut when I dropped him off with explanation as well. I was so mad when I picked him up because everything I said I didnt want is what they did, they didnt clip his tail, his nose had a big bald spot between his eyes, they took his lashes off, he was very uneven on his face. I could tell the person that cut him was not the owner. My dog came in perfect unmatted condition and has the best temperament ever. My previous groomer said he is wonderful to groom. My charge for his weight according to their site shouldve been $85 and they charged me $102.00. I complained to the owner to see what caused him to be more and she gave some ridiculous excuse that his breed takes more shampoo or might have a thick coat, or might have oily hair. None of these are true for him, so I wanted to know what was wrong with my dog specifically to cause an increased charge. She could not answer. Be careful!!!!! You will not get who you scheduled with. They didnt do a great job! They put low prices on their site to get business but will charge more even though nothing is wrong with your dog walking in that would be any different than a normal dog. They base it on that breed and worse case scenario even though thats not the condition your dog comes in like. They charged me full price even though my dog wasnt how I asked and looked bad, I thought an owner would make all this right but was rude and wouldnt do anything for this visit. I would never refer anyone here or go back. Its worth driving to Pleasant Grove. Beware!!!!
Dropped my 2 dogs off at noon and wasn t able to pick them up until 5. There was barely any communication while they were there and when we picked them up we were told they had overbooked and were trying to work around an aggressive dog. The dogs look good but I was really uncomfortable with the lack of communication throughout the day.
Brought our two senior dogs in the other day, and we were met with the nicest staff, the friendliest environment, and most relaxed atmosphere. Both of our senior dogs have become quite anxious, and with the quality of Petsmart in American Fork having gone downhill, we decided to try Peppy Paws for the first time now that they have opened so close to our home. Both of our dogs were incredibly relaxed both coming in and leaving. They both came back with the most complete spa cleaning they have ever had in the 12 years that we have had both dogs. The bows were a great touch at the end too! Nails were ground down low enough that we will not have to return until their next cleaning. We are completely satisfied and so happy to welcome Peppy Paws to the Eagle Mountain community.
Peppy Paws did an amazing job with our German Shepherd. He has bad anxiety, but they did an amazing job at providing him with a calm environment. Definitely will be coming back again.
I ve taken my giant schnauzer to a few different groomers. They either messed up the cut, or charged an arm and a leg. Peppy Paws gave exactly what I wanted and was totally affordable! Hallelujah! Excellent service, clean facility, friendly staff. If you don t live in Eagle Mountain, I promise it is worth the drive. Don t think I ll go anywhere else! Thank you Peppy Paws!

My big boy had a bath here and they did a fantastic job! They were able to cut his nails short (which is very hard for us to do). He came out extremely soft and fluffy :) Very happy with the results.
They are flexible, easy to schedule with, and are so good with our dog. He is an anxious little guy and they do a great job with him!

Editing my review because after I wrote this, the owner, Audrey, reached out and offered to fix the bad haircut. Not only did she fix him but she offered to make it right if I gave them another chance. Im so happy I went back. Audrey did a fantastic job on my Shorkie, cut him exactly how I wanted. I will be using Audrey at Peppy Paws from now on!! Even my dog is happier this time around (2nd picture is the 2nd time around). I took my Shorkie in for a bath and cut. I told them the length and that I wanted a teddy bear face on him, i even showed them a picture of his last grooming that was exactly how I wanted him done.When I got home I noticed one ear was chopped all uneneven and the other ear wasnt even touched. His legs werent trimmed at all, and he definitely does not have a teddy bear face. I will not be using them again. Not happy at all!!

We ve been using Aubrey as our groomer for over a decade. She is the best at taking care of our dogs! One of our dogs even has stress seizures, but Aubrey can groom her without any episodes happening.

My dog goes in to get a bath and brushed out about every week. The groomers here are amazing, they take care of the dogs very well and do an amazing job. Id recommend them for all my pets.
Sadie has been grooming my cocker spaniel for a couple years now. My dog hates the blow dryer and will try to attack it every time. I gave up washing and drying her years ago! Sadie it s patient with her and she always comes out looking adorable! All the groomers at this location are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about specific breed cuts.
Maja has anxiety and is a handful as a large breed puppy. This is the only place I have found that can handle it!
