This Walmart Market Place is very convenient for me I live about amile and half away, it has alot of the stuff I need, plus they have my favorite fuel stations Im a member of Walmart + so that gives me an Xtra 10 cents off the already low price of gasoline I highly recommend Walmart Neighborhood Market Place

Fully stocked, clean, self check employees are super nice

Save yourself time and frustration and don t order online from this location. In the last month we ve not received items, or received substitutions that were never communicated before delivery. I ve called and spoke to managers, and just got my third jacked up order in 3 weeks. Why order online if I just have to go to the store to return items or pick up items I needed that day. Hit up Riverton super center for all your online orders.

They dont kick u out when u r pretending to be shopping but arent really. So like, SLAYYYYY!!!! 5 STARS!!!

The lady at the door turned me away because I was trying to return a small item I bought online. She said it s because they don t sell it in the store, but the email from Walmart said I could return it to ANY Walmart. Upon further investigation I learned that managers don t like the returns because they get less of a bonus if their store has lots of returns. What a waste of my time and terrible customer service.

Unfortunately every time I come the bread on the shelves is already expired/ a day away/ or several days expired And theres only usually ever the option to self checkout. Which usually I wouldnt mind but it can be hard on different disabilities

Terrible supervisors. When I asked why they refused to return an item the supervisor claiming to be a manager said I can make the policy absolutely awful treatment. I will be speaking to the actual manager on Monday. Don t bring your business here!!!

Employees here are helpful, happy, and kind. They often have what Im looking for even with dietary restrictions. Sometimes the GF food is smushed and nothing is done about it even after I brought it to an employees attention.

Girl on the self check out counter was quick and helpful to cancel my accidental double scan. Unfortunately I hit the 1 button instead of 5 on the review screen(confused so Im sorry). 7/6/24 9:31 transaction.

I really am surprised how much cheaper the ITEMS I BUY ARE HETE. I SAVED $100 at least tonight.

This location had everything I needed and I was in and out very quickly.

Really nice little place. I didnt even know Walmart had neighborhood markets, but dont be fooled by the name, its still a normal Walmart. Not a super center, but got pretty much everything you go to a Walmart for. Store is clean and well maintained, shelves are stocked and organized, overall a normal, slightly smaller, Walmart

I like being able to do shop, traffic is not good going through the construction site at to the larger store.

Does Walmart even offer customer service? There were three employees at the self-checkout doing nothing but talking among themselves. There was no one at any of the cashier stations to help customers check out their groceries. Many moms come here to shop with their kids and have a lot of groceries and need assistance. It would be great if Walmart could provide better customer service in this store!

Danielle was working at service desk and was extremely rude.. Even though manager said I could return items here with receipt she said it doesn t matter if I have a receipt, she said I must go to the original Walmart I made purchase at.. i again explained I spoke to a manager and was told with recipt could return to any Walmart and she said that s not true Extremely rude she should not be customer service calling people liars etc, horrible experience will not return to this location , Thanks for wasting my gas , and lunch break Danielle

Definitely not a full sized one!!!!

So much of their produce/products are expired, and one of the supervisors, Danielle I believe, yells at and belittles her employees. An absolute disaster of a experience.

Love this store! Gas is cheap and everything is so nice and organized! The workers are so friendly and helpful!

Regular day at big box store. Walmart has recently moved their stock around-so it can be a bit confusing at first.

Just like most grocery stores. Quick to get in and out most of the time.... Like to get my non produce items and milk. Produce can be hit and miss. Like always needs more employees doing checkout. Not one was available at 9:30 am

I live near three major grocery stores. Harmons, Smiths, and Walmart Neighborhood Market. I avoid Smiths because it feels like going to a Walmart located in a very old part of a tired city. Im avoiding Harmons because they are just too proud of their wares. The Neighborhood Market is a great middle ground. Its clean, organized, and the prices are as good as they can be. I still sneak to Harmons when I need something the Neighborhood Market doesnt carry, but thats not very often lately.

You need to open some registers for people who come in to shop in the evenings after kids to go bed. Having to self-checkout all of my items and make people wait on me is embarrassing and im not even getting paid to do the work.

I didn t enjoy going in there because me and my brother got kicked out for bring a pizza in which we didn t have a choice because we needed to feed our family and I needed a charge because I needed to make a call but one of the works were telling us to leave because that we didn t have a choice usually stores don t mind if you bring pizza stuff other places but she took our stuff and told us to get out.

I have used delivery couple times and have had a great experience with order received. Just make sure you state no substitutes if you want specific brand or flavor of items. And delivery has been on time. Thanks

Some kid offered me free AirPods for a Tic Tac video, I graciously accepted them and set off the alarm while trying to leave. We were detained and held at the police department for 3 days while they tried to sort it out.

Excellent selections of dessert items and availability of accepted payment methods. Clean, quiet, and accommodating, just like you have come to expect of the Walmart Neighborhood Market brand. Thank you for the pleasant shopping experience.

This place is awful. Last night some friends and I decided to walk to Walmart to grab some beer and food to grill. My boyfriend was slightly ahead of us so he got there first. We all grabbed our beer or brats and went to check out and they refused to sell to us and said they needed all of our IDs even though we were doing separate transactions. We just came from the pool so a few of us didn t have IDs. They sold to my boyfriend because he walked in slightly before us. They even sold to one of my friends and then would not let him walk out of the store with the beer and ended up refunding him instead. The same location also refused to scan my legal paper ID a few months back because they couldn t scan it at self checkout. Meanwhile they never have lanes open and it s a legal document. All of us were over the age of 21 and most of us closer to 30. We were treated like little kids trying to rob a candy store and it was incredibly embarrassing. I ve gone grocery shopping at tons of stores and the liquor store, and they ve only ever ID d the person buying. It was completely ridiculous and ruined our evening of the 4th. Save you money and go to smiths.

Sad and depressing little store. Used to have good prices and availability. I go because its convenient but not for any other reasons. New construction and other stuff leaves lno parking spaces

Adriana was super nice and knew exactly where go in the store. I was so turned around and was in a rush. She saved me time by finding what I was looking for in a timely manner.

This used to be the only store I went to due to how convenient it is! I had the whole store memorized. Gluten free aisle used to be great- now, much smaller. The last several months they have blocked off half the parking lot- making it impossible to find a spot (especially as a pregnant woman). The recently remodeled the store and it is a nightmare! Not intuitive to find ANYTHING. Aisles and much more crammed, workers block all the aisles as they are constantly restocking. You feel like you re constantly apologizing for shopping in their store and feeling in the way . Feels very claustrophobic. Not to mention their prices went up significantly. Do yourself a favor and go to smiths or winco for a better experience.

Every time we go to this Walmart I feel like we always end up leaving and going to the super center down the road. They hardly ever have cashiers and the selection is just really limited. Not completely bad, justjust definitely not the first choice And don t ever get the produce. It lasts a day or two before going bad.

Like so many others, this store USED TO be our go to . It s been a year now of just let down after Let down . I own a company and my wife is an HR Manager and is pregnant with four kids. Our day is long asked, we rely on deliveries and for the past 4 deliveries, we ve had missing items, wrong address delivery and instead of just fixing it . They tell us they will issue return which takes days and we have to come in and purchase. Delivery drivers for this place need to be turned over .

Ive never left a review but this ones important. Walmart as a brand has always been the budget center but this is terrible... mold on produce, bare shelves, no bags.

I love this store & all of their re-modeling! Way to go on the texted receipts too! Staff is always friendly and helpful!

No tap to pay (contactless payment) on any of the registers. You cant purchase anything except if you carry outdated technology.

I like this Walmart, yeah they remodeled and moved stuff around. I m an adult and figured it out. Been shopping here for about 5 years and never had any issues. They do hire either super sad, mopey or super friendly teens like nothing in between. I find that amusing I guess. Anyway, I can usually find what I m looking for here and it s always clean.

I bought this ham on 12/30 and it was already expired! Why do they still keep these products in the fridge? Total waste of time and money, only to go back and exchange it.

Clean and organized compared to some Walmart markets. They seemed to have a fairly good stock of items and it wasnt crowded.

When the other local Walmart fails to be able to provide fast service for money order pick ups, this place knocks it out if the park! Thank you for being fast and friendly!

I am grateful to have a Wal Mart in Herriman. The employees are helpful. This store has most food items that I usually need, and if they dont, the employees are able to point me out where I may purchase them. I can usually get in and out fairly quickly as well.

Best store to shop. Clean store and everything is on the shelfs. Associates are so nice and friendly. My favorite place to shop.

Walmart .a necessary evil.

This Walmart is ALWAYS under staffed. If youre going to be self checking, youll probably be fine, otherwise, good luck ever finding any help. My wife stood at the customer service desk for 10 minutes in the middle of the evening (not late at night) and nobody ever came. We had to chase someone down.

They are always out of things

Walmart market is great, But their pharmacy is absolutely awful. They have techs who legit do the bare minimum. Legit they were on their phone and I sat in the drive through for a solid 10-15 mins before getting helped. They also won t tell you the price of the meds when checking you out or even ask if they re running it through the correct insurance. I have had to go back 5 times to get them to finally refill my prescription that they tried to run through the wrong insurance. Just pay the extra and go some where that knows what the they re doing. They used to have the best staff and that why i used to love coming here.

First and last order pickup to make from this location .. they gave me third of my order and i had to do a return online because that was my only option !

You guys are going to make people really sick with expired stuff. The date is currently 09-19-2022. This expired 2 months ago. How disgusting. I m so glad I always check dates on things. I could ve made my whole family sick. Do better.

This is a Walmart that I go to all the time. It almost always has what I need today the chip selection was bad, but that s probably a Covid thing! I like this Walmart and feel that it s well run.

Only 1 checker with 4 people with carts of groceries in line , no one with full carts of groceries wants self checkout...

Its Walmart. Enough said. But it was nice to have a cashier check me out but that is a rare treat.

Made me dig through the trash to retrieve the receipt for my one box of 5$ Milk Bones for my dog since I threw it away before exiting.

It was my first time shopping at this location. Considering the area, I expected much more than it was. Other than our friendly cashier, I dont have anything good to say. The stores environment was dirty and gloomy. Alot of shelves were empty. Ive been to nicer Walmarts in ghetto areas. Unfortunately I would not shop here again.

Came to cash my check, Walmart isnt too busy but I waited over almost 20mins in customer service for no one to come but ALL EMPLOYEES JUST PASSED BY OR WOULD JUST LOOK AT US! what is that do better

Its always good to be here. Great variaty and fair prices. Most of the times with better deals than specialized stores with same quality. Of course there are cheaper products too, just be wise.

Of all the Walmarts on the planet, this one by far is the best! The people are so friendly that work here. Toni, one of the cashiers goes above and beyond. It s like she has a photographic memory! She remembers everybody and it s just so kind. This is a clean store and doesn t have a funny smell like some of the other Walmarts. Just saying. I shop at this location about four times a week. And I love the pharmacy! They re again excellent every time. I know they rotate their pharmacy people around but they ve always treated me very well!

These little Walmarts usually have more food then the superstores ( not so picked over )

I hope Walmart is more concerned about the safety of their customers safety by enforcing the state mask mandate.

This location is my go-to. The employees are kind but occasionally theyre out of stock of many things, presumably just because of demand. Doesnt feel like your usual Walmart. Although they did tell me today that they dont ad-match any more

Love the smaller Walmarts. I feel comfortable taking my kids. Not overwhelmed by the store. Only a 4 star because sometimes they dont have the item I want.

Went to the store today to try and find a weird ingredient. As I searched the shelves, a very friendly employee asked me if I needed any help. Unfortunately they didn t have said ingredient, but the employee was knowledgeable of that so I was able to keep my search short. This location is never too crowded and has efficient checkout systems. I really like this store.

I really enjoy this neighborhood Walmart. They are small but very convenient. Ive never had any issues finding things here. Just remember, it doesnt have an electronic area or clothing area. Mainly just foods, some decorations for parties, pet food, and cleaning supplies.

Over the last several years I have ordered 100s of grocery pickup orders from probably 5 different Walmart locations. This is the only one that has failed to have the order ready on time. And unfortunately its fairly common that the order isnt ready.

This is a very nice Walmart with everything you would ever need from a grocery store, and nice friendly employees. The store is very well kept, always clean. Never any problems.

This is my go to grocery store in Herriman. The prices are reasonable, the selection is good and it is easy to get in and out. The produce at this store is great. I love the wide selection of foods in produce. The service is great too. Cashiers always are asking how you are doing and thanking you for coming in.

Horrible place to shop, no customer service. Was sitting for 30 minutes in the electronic section and when I went and asked 4 employees (yes I counted) non of them could help me. No one knew who was even over the electronic section! How do you have a whole department run by someone that s just not there? You don t, electronics is a multimillion dollar department but they can t get someone to stand there and do their job? I d rather spend more money and time ANYWHERE else.

This neighborhood market has become one of the most well stocked Walmarts Ive seen in a while. I usually dont have issues finding anything and its a pretty clean store.

Great Walmart in Herriman City Utah even though Walmart Corporation owns the store they treat you like a Home Town Store always friendly and polite. This store does its best to keep prices down. Staff goes seriously out of their way to make sure your happy.

Two times now Ive purchased cartons of almond milk that were expired and chunky. Ive also purchased several different brands of ice cream that had obviously been allowed to melt and frozen again. You guys are cutting corners and its getting more and not obvious.

I really find customer service important and when I shop at this store the employees are friendly and helpful. Today when I was in the store I needed some help and Johnny went out of his way to answer my questions and help me find what I needed.

You can find everything, but the prices are better in other chains!

I really like the Herriman Walmart Neighborhood grocery store, nice & clean.

Employees are really nice, but I ve told them of some expired milk coffee drinks on the shelf numerous times (expired early March) and they haven t replaced them. So if anyone drinks one and gets sick, the liability is on them. And there s always stupid customers parked in the red zone. Don t be lazy and go park in a legal spot

Janet helped me out when I was struggling with my card and gave me extra change to pay for my items. She was very patient with me and was very helpful. She deserves a raise, best employee I ve ever met!!!

I like our little market, less crowded than the big one of all you need is some food stuffs. The people are always friendly and helpful even the younger folks.

Is Walmart only interested in money, the hospitals are full and today we had 4,000 cases of covid. Employees still not wearing their masks or not wearing mask properly and this guy was allowed to shop when we have a state mandate to wear masks, I think the governor said it would be $10,000 fine. Walmart needs to get that fine. They obviously dont get it or just dont care. I will not shop their any longer!

Solid grocery store with low prices

Simply clean and organized store. Also Large parking spaces.

Unfortunately this is the easiest grocery store to get to from my house, otherwise I would go elsewhere. The employees are all really nice but that s about the only plus side. No one is enforcing masks being worn, we have had multiple occasions where the food we bought was already expired, and for about 4 days a few months ago the whole building smelled like something or someone had died in it.

Went at about 5:30p.m. and there were only 4 registers open. Lines were down the aisles to check out. Maybe have more cashiers.
