They were wonderful and accommodating. My dogs were clean and happy.

I usually do not spend the time to give a review but this pet suites in Herriman, Utah is amazing!!! The professionalism, interaction from staff to customer ( owner & pet), cleanliness & safety given to all their furry friends that inter their facility makes me reassured of their integrity to their policies in place. The professional staff take the time to explain how everything works; on the phone or in person without making you feel like a burden is something you do not experience these days. I was amazed how I did not see any of the staff using their cell phones for personal use but always working. They were happy to show me the facility and reas that my little Westie, Dakota may take a couple of days to warm up to the facility was spot. Then she could not wait to arrive at doggie daycare. As an owner that makes you feel so comfortable. I love the cameras they have in the play areas to see how your dog is doing. To see how they make sure to keep it clean from pee and poo. I unfortunately, have a 10 month old puppy who seems to find the one spot they have not cleaned up yet and seems to rub her body in it but no worry they have always bathed her before handing her over wow . I have seen them turn away clients no matter what if they do not have all their shots and the kennel cough shot which is really reassuring to an owner and makes you realize they truly care about the safety of their animals at their facility. Honestly, I am truly amazed at the Herriman pet suites and feel their business is an example to be admired. Thank you!!!

This place goes above and beyond to take care of your pets. I make the one hour drive down to Herriman every time because I trust them implicitly and they are incredible with my dog.

We loved this place for our 2 dogs! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The place was clean. And if my dogs could talk they would say it was so much fun playing with the other dogs.

We did not have the best experience at PetSuites Herriman. One of my dogs came back with a broken canine tooth. They said they don t know how it happened. We paid for both of my dogs to have baths, nails and their teeth done and only one dog had been bathed upon pickup. I did talk with them and they will pay for my dog s vet bill and they did refund the grooming cost. The staff was kind and friendly, but I am sad this didn t go well.

Bailey was ecstatic to see me when I picked him up, but he also had played hard and was very tired. He seemed to be happy and had been cared for well! I was gone for 10 days, so I wasn t surprised that he was happy to go home!

Our dog always comes home happy when we board her there and that is a first for us. The groomer is fantastic!!!!

They took great care of my dog and have great prices.

i take both a pitbull and golden doodle to PetSuites. The staff is great and my dogs get so excited to go everytime! they come home exhausted. This place is the best

We used PetSuites to watch our dog while our house was under construction during the day. Olive loved it so much and we decided to continue to take her weekly! She gets excited every time we turn into the parking lot. Every staff member is so nice and Olive loves coming here!

My emotional support predators I mean, cats got an exclusive stay and spa treatment at Pet Suites. The staff was incredibly helpful and proactive, letting us know what was needed, such as food. Knowing we were on a road trip moving out of state, they kindly recommended non-prescription calming treats. I purchased a wash and groom for both cats. While one of my little gremlins wasnt having or liking the bath, the staff quickly realized she prefers to be cleaned with a wet cloth. Their attentiveness and care made a big difference.

Very disappointed with our dogs overnight stay. She was there for 2 nights. Only saw her on the play area cameras on the first day. When we picked her up, they brought the wrong dog out. When we got home, the food we provided was barely touched. Not sure if she was fed or fed the wrong food. She is now very sick and having to take her into our vet to see what is going on. We won t be back nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Also have not been able to speak to a manager and calls go unanswered. Text as well and I get no call back.

We wanted to love this place. We scheduled an appointment for an evaluation at 1pm thinking he could play until 4pm. Picked him up at 4 and he was in a kennel the whole time and was not evaluated. Wished they would have called to let us know what was going on as we thought he would have been having fun. Instead he was in a suite by himself the whole time.

Been great training and lodging my dog!

My girls were so relaxed, enjoyed themselves, totally stress free. Watching them on video was a great comfort.

Charged for services I did not receive-personal play time- & added services I did not schedule! This company is impossible to get a hold of! So sad since this was our dogs first time being boarded-no reports on him Definitely disappointed

Weve been to this location 3 times now and each time our pup Harvey has came back worn out from a fun days play. The staff is very kind and understanding and provides updates when needed about your pets stay. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who needs to board their pet for multiple days as the pricing is pretty competitive compared to other locations. Thank you PetSuites Herriman for providing a safe home away from home when we need it for our Harvey!

Seems to be poorly managed. Takes forever to drop off and pick up pets.

If I could leave this place zero stars I totally would. We have taken our two golden retrievers twice the first time for 5 nights while we were out of the country we had an issue with the way they had billed us for the stay the girl up front had to use an actual calculator to get he amount and still got it wrong. The second time we left while we were out of town our dogs heard absolutely nothing about the stay and assumed everything was great upon our return our teenage daughter went to pick up our girls and when she got home we noticed one of them had a what it looked like a piercing wound to the right of her left eye, no one had disclosed this to my daughter when she picked them up and when I called the girl that answer took out information and said her Manager was going to contact us the next day, that it will for sure get investigated, I waited two days and heard nothing I called them back and was told the manager was going to contact me later, took another two days to hear from her and she was not even apologetic or emphatic to us at all, she said she received no report of any incident and that her team is great so she had no answer for the way our dog was injured, she was pretty rude kept on talking over me the whole time we were on the phone. When I told her I was going to leave a bad review she basically told me she didn t care if I did. I will NEVER leave my dogs at Petsuites, they re neglectful and take your money to not even monitor your dogs. I understand things happen and would have totally been ok with the injury if someone would have taken the time to communicate with us about the injury, the fact they didn t to me it means my dogs were unattended to the point the injury went unnoticed.

We left for a week and couldn t find a dog sitter, we found pet suites online and decided to give them a try. They were super convenient, and when our trip got delayed for us to come home, they were nice enough to keep him an extra day.

We love getting our dogs groomed here. Very affordable and friendly customer service! I especially love receiving pawgress reports!

Doors are supposed to open at 6:30. I ve been waiting for 35 minutes and they are still closed. No good.

I don t usually leave negative reviews, but petsuites has a major issue that I m hoping they will resolve soon. On multiple occasions they have been 30-60 minutes late in opening. I ve seen other owners have to leave without dropping off their dogs because they couldn t wait around anymore. If you have to be to work or have a flight to catch, you can t rely on them to be on time if you need to drop off your pet at their opening time. I feel terrible because the staff who is also waiting for someone with keys to arrive are always so friendly and apologetic. I like petsuites and I like the people who work there, I just hope the managers or key holders can fix this issue.

Our Very active Boston terrier loves going to daycare! She burns off energy and plays with other dogs. She loves this place so much!!!

Highly recommend their grooming services! She did an awesome job and their customer service is excellent!

Overall, I have had a good experience with them. I do appreciate the cameras. The reason for 3 stars is the difficulty getting a hold of them through the phone. You have to text the number on the website and even then it takes a while to get a response. Would I recommend this place? Yes, but be aware of the communication difficulties.

Brand new location! We boarded our dog for 10 days. She was Not traumatized as we anticipated, she can be bit skittish. After a few days she was very happy. The staff obviously like their jobs, they were very friendly. Chloe helped me a lot to schedule and do the requested paperwork. We have already recommended PetSuites in Herriman, Utah to several people.

We had to make a last meeting reservation for our cat. The process was easy and customer service top notch. I will definitely came back again.

We went in to see about boarding our dog Watson. They gave us a tour. It was very clean and everyone was very friendly. We did board Watson there. First time for him doing this, so he was nervous and a bit unsure. They took the time to play with him one on one. We were very happy about that. Well be taking him back for daycare to get him more used to it. We also took him to be groomed and it was the best cut hes had. I will definitely be taking him back again.

Very friendly and caring staff. The place was spotless and the play areas were nice. I will continue to take my fur babies here. . They were exhausted when I picked them up. Lots of playtime for these 2.

We will be using Pet Suites again. Raven came home happy and worn out.

Made a reservation a week and a half prior to my drop off date. Showed up first thing at 6:30 AM to drop off my dog before heading to the airport and the gentleman upfront, tells us that due to them over booking reservations, they automatically chose to cancel our reservation with no heads up or anything. Definitely will not be returning in the future.

We decided to board our two small dogs, first time leaving them for their play day the staff did not let them out of the kennel the entire 6 hours they were there. Okay, I could understand maybe they we under staffed or whatever. Brought them back to try again, and we kept checking the cameras and we never seen them come out again, tried to call the staff and was unable to get through. After numerous attempts at calling and our dogs were there for four and half hours they finally let them outside. We immediately went to pick our dogs up and will never use them again. I will also advertise for you PetSuites.

We had our two golden doodles stay for 4 nights. From what we can tell, they do a good job taking care of the dogs. We liked the facilites and the large kennels used to board the dogs. I would have liked to have given a 5 star review. 5 stars for dog care, 1 star for customer service and running the business. What we can t understand or get resolved is the new customer first night free discount that was promoted, offered and discussed at check in. We were billed and the discount was not given. We ve now called 3 times and they fully recognize that the discount was not given like it should have been. We keep getting told I ll talk to my manager and get back to you . Are employees not able to fix billing mistakes? Still no call back or credit. Our next step will be to dispute the charge with the credit card company or maybe I have to go to the facility to find this so called manager? They may be good at taking care of dogs but not so good at billing or fixing their mistakes.

Felicity Price did an awesome job on grooming our young Yorkshire Terrier boys. They look great and feel a whole lot better with their new haircuts.

Did not have a great experience. Was told I could drop my dog off for her first consultation in morning. I dropped her off at open and told the worker that I was off all day so I could come Back and pick her up when consultation was done. Called up at 3 to see how she was doing. Still hadn t got to her. Finally I get a call right before they closed saying she didn t pass and I could Come pick her up. Once we got home she drank her entire full water bowl, I refilled it and she drank half of the next bowl, and she has been scared for me to put on her harness ever since (she used to LOVE it). I m assuming she was just locked in a kennel all day.

I love taking my pup to get groomed here! My girl always comes back nice and clean. I also love the pictures the groomer shares with us!

Our dog, Archie, LOVES PetSuites in Herriman! All of the employees are so kind. They really love our doggy and he loves them. Archie is always so tired when we pick him up because he plays so hard and has so much fun when he is there!

We love PetSuites in Herriman! My Frenchie has been going to daycare here every weekday for about 6 weeks. All of the staff are amazing and so sweet to me and my dog. They treat her like a little princess. They are aa equally excited to see her as she is to see them. Today is her 1st Birthday and when I picked her up, they had a tote bag full of goodies and treats, tennis balls, laminated photos they had taken of her today and she even made a painting with peanut butter and her tongue. I could not love this place more, they are AMAZING! Thanks you guys!

Brought my two dogs in for boarding, both are adopted. We are the third family for Tusi, a year old British Bulldog with trust issues who had been denied boarding at other facilities due to being overly aggressive with staff members. My wife and I were at a loss as we travel a fair bit and needed a safe boarding facility for our dogs. The PetSuites Herriman resident trainer, Alexis Jaime and her staff worked wonders with Tusi. His journey is far from over but our future together looks so much brighter. PetSuites is a clean, well run boarding facility with compassionate, animal friendly staff members that I highly recommend to all pet owners.

My bloodhound babies, Ruthie and Cannello, absolutely love PetSuites in Herriman! They are regulars at daycare and have boarded a few times as well. The staff are kind, thoughtful, and fun! I think my dogs prefer to play with the staff (especially Chloe) over the other dogs. They went above and beyond recently for Ruthies birthday; she was serenaded by all of the staff and given a dog-friendly ice cream treat! They also took videos and pictures of the event and gave me laminated photos of Ruthie with a birthday card and cute stickers! I was blown away by the level of dedication. They also make sure to send the best PAWgress reports often. I watch them on the live cams sometimes as well. I like how the manager makes it a point to talk to me when I come in, even when it is busy. The manager also helped organize an amazing fundraiser event. I have taken my dogs to 3 other daycares in the area prior and none of them compare! This is the place we will stay for the clean facilities, great groomers, excellent staff, and reasonable prices with a first responder discount!

PetSuites took great care of our cat during her stay. They were responsive when I texted for updates and Stella was very thorough on the phone.

I had really high hopes for this place. Our experience here at this Petsuites in Herriman was horrible. The groomer was suppose to come out and talk to us to ask what we wanted, and didn t. Instead, we told the girl at the front desk exactly how we wanted our two dogs groomed. When we came back to pick our dogs up. There was a different front desk girl. This girl was worse. We didn t receive the 10% first time customer discount. And when we mentioned it to her, her reply was oh. You were suppose to present that to me before payment . We are not sure what she wanted us to present, if we were promised this discount from the get-go? This, after we had given a $20 tip. So we paid $180. Once we got home, we realized that they didn t give us our KONG harness. I have arthritis so using the harness is the only way I can handle our big dog. My daughter drove back to ask for it, and the girl at the front desk was so impolite. She said she d go in the back to look for it. Came back out and said no, sorry. There was no harness . My daughter asked if she d please look again and she said no sorry there was nothing back there the groomers said, maybe check at home or in your car . At this point, my daughter drove back home to me, to get my phone so we can show the footage from our cameras - of us leaving the house with the dog wearing the harness. To prove that we did in fact have it there. After this, another associate who was at the front, overheard and went in the back and came back out with our harness. It only took 3 drives there and back. This was just a horrendous experience. Now the grooming - our big dog s nails were not filed. When we asked the girl to please have the groomer file them. Our dogs looked like someone inexperienced cut their hair. With long and short hair all over the place. We are so upset. We will not be returning.

We boarded our dog here while we went on a week long vacation and it was the best boarding experience we have ever had! The facility was very clean, they texted us if they had a concern or to keep us updated. They have cameras so you can watch your dog during playtime, and they update your dog s profile with pictures they take of your dog during their stay. They also had a complimentary dog bath at the end of your dogs stay so they aren t stinky and full of other dog hair when they come home. We will definitely be using them again!

My dog was very well taken care of and I appreciated the updates on the app. I liked that I could see the cameras in play rooms and got glimpses of her having a great time. We will definitely use them again.

i had such an amazing experience with petsuites of herriman! i have been telling everyone i know with dogs about how incredible they are! this was my very first positive experience with a dog kennel - other kennels i ve taken my previous dog to would put her in a chain link fenced in kennel and then let all of the dogs out at once, often sending her home with an injury or looking like she didn t eat the entire time we were gone. petsuites seriously changed our vacation game. the kennels are separate little rooms so they have some privacy but can still see other dogs, and they offer fully separate suites if your dog needs more space. they take such wonderful care of the pets and truly put a very personal touch on every interaction. my new dog isn t neutered, which would normally automatically exclude him from most boarding facilities, forcing me to use an expensive alternative like rover.. but petsuites offer one on one time with dogs that aren t spayed or neutered, and my little guy had such a great time! he was having some tummy issues, and the manager ashley personally took him to our vet, picked up his medicine, and truly helped change my dog s health. she sent me so many detailed messages, photos, and videos, to help allay my fears and worries.. i was blown away! i was able to see my dog on their cameras real time, get paw-gress reports and photo updates, and they offer exit baths so he came home looking and smelling so nice! he was so loved and cared for while i was gone, i almost want to plan another vacation just to use petsuites sooner! genuinely 10/10 for them. the price, the attention to detail, the care, the connectivity, the love.. i couldn t even dream up a better kennel experience if i tried!

Left my white dog there for one night and he had pee all over him (like ALL over him) his legs were truly yellow, smelt horrible, and looked roughed up. Checked live camera often and never saw him. Unfortunately just really not pleased. I would strongly consider looking to board elsewhere.

I am really impressed with Pet Suites, my pups have gone there several times for daycare. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. The facility is cleaner than most ive seen, and no weird dog smells. The only thing I would change is to have outdoor potty breaks. My pups wont potty indoors, so when I pick them up they have to go really bad. I try to walk them before I drop them off, but one of them drinks a ton of water and so needs to go more often than some. I asked about it and she told me that they just clean up after the dogs potty which is great of course, but mine just wont go indoors. Other than that, a super place for pets!

This is one of the worst dog care providers I ve ever seen. All of the employees seemed to want to take care of the animals but management was clueless on what was going on and let my dog get hurt even after they we warned by the receptionist. If you care about your animals I would never bring them here

There was 2 mangers there it looked like , a guy and a girl the guy was very friendly and looked like he was working hard the girl wasn t doing much and it looked like she was sitting in her car the entire time .

This place is amazing!! They send daily reports with pictures and the staff has been incredible to not only me but my dog. Not to mention this facility is literally top notch! I m so glad I have a safe and fun place for my puppy to go!

I took my dog to get groomed and they did an amazing job! Pepper was so happy when we left and that said a lot! The staff is very professional and so awesome! And she loved the ball they have her.

My dog has had severe diarrhea since I picked him up from this place after he was boarded for 3 nights. When I picked him up, his bedding and blanket were soiled with urine/stool and he was covered in feces. I didn t tell staff I was going to pick him up earlier that morning than planned. I could see staff through the window frantically trying to clean him before handing him to me and apologizing that he was covered in feces. He was definitely not well cared for if anything, he was harmed. My dog has had severe diarrhea for the last 2 days. I just had to drop him off at his vet for care. You couldnt pay me to EVER go back to this place again.

We had our first visit to PetSuites Herriman yesterday. The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean. All of my questions were answered. I loved being able to check in on my pup via cameras. My guy was so exhausted after playing all day. Well definitely be going back.

Do not use them. I called to ask how long they play outside the kennel and the girl couldnt answer the question. She told me she had to look it up! How do you not know that? Apparently they dont get out of the kennel much unless you pay extra! Not right! So I called Dogtown Pet Spa they get to play all day free roam and no charges for play day . They only come in for lunch and dinner and I dont pay extra. The staff are knowledgable and the place is so clean.....Pet Suites is more like pet jail....

Fantastic place!!! We dropped off our 2 dogs for the week while we went our of town. Our flight was delayed an extra day and the staff was extremely accommodating to let them stay until we got back. Would definitely take them back!

This being our puppies first time away from us, we were all a little worried. We were so relived by the care that Remi received, and all the updates about how she was acting, how much she was eating, and how she was interacting with her puppy friends during play time. PetSuites in Herriman has a long time customer here. Thanks for everything!
