Have been going to her since my fur baby was 3 months old!! I ve loved my experiences with them. I was saddened they moved all the way to Herriman (I live in West Valley, so kind of a drive away) I seriously recommend them! Wouldn t take my baby anywhere else!

They do both cats and dogs and wouldnt dream of taking my dog anywhere else!

They take such good care of my Koda Bear. He always has a smile after leaving and looks so handsome.

I ve been getting my puppy (Australian Shepard) groomed here once a month since she was 5 months old (she is 10 months old now) and have had a wonderful experience every time. The price of the groom is very reasonable. Definitely recommend getting your dog groomed here.

Its a small little pet-stop at their home. Theyve taken extremely good care of my dog twice now and Ill be a repeat customer every few months. Prices are fair and everyone there has been incredibly kind. They even remembered my dog three months later! Still going here, even years later! Theyre the best groomer in town.

They cut my three dogs and always do a great job and are super quick with them. I know I can trust them to make my dogs look adorable and treat them well. 13/10. Would definitely recommend!!

Finally found the Best Dog Groomers!!!.

Alice saved the day after we had an issue we couldn t take care of and were here from out of town. She got us in, gave our shorky a trim and fabulous bath. She looks so good and she was so nice! I would recommend her any day!!!!

I had a great experience with Alices. They have excellent customer service and showed great care for my dog. He looked and smelled so much better when they were done!

I can t say enough about this place! I brought my 1.5 year old Australian Shepard in for a bath and cut for the first time here... she looks the best I ve ever seen her after a groom! Not to mention how soft the pads of her paws are (which I ve never had a groomer even soften them before). They were very kind as well and priced fairly. I am thoroughly impressed and will continue to bring my dog here! (Don t mind my goober of a dog she gets sick of mom taking pictures of her.)

They cut my pom too short and now his hair grows in way too thick and course, that was not the cut I requested.

I have been looking for a good place to take my cat in to get cleaned up and Alices was by far the cheepest as far as price but their work was amazing. We just had our cat bathed and his nails trimmed and my little guy was so happy after. He looks and smells great. I will definitely go back to Alices again!

Super great service! Good communication. I showed the groomer a picture example of how I wanted my dog groomed, and she did an excellent job! On top of that, my dog wasn t crying when I picked him up so I know he was comfortable and cared after! This was my first appointment with them and I plan on returning again.

I was really nervous to take my cat to get his nails trimmed because it was his first time and he s a big scaredy cat. The ladies at Alice s Pet Grooming showed me immediately that I had nothing to worry about! There was a dog being groomed at the same time, which caused my cat to get puffy, but they handled him so perfectly and everything was over super quick. They even helped me get him back in his crate when he was being stubborn. Thanks y all!

Took my cocker spaniel in today for her first time here at Alice Pet Grooming, and they did a phenomenal job! I was looking for a new place for my pup because the place before didn t seem like they paid much attention to detail but this place does! I am very happy with my dog s cut and will be coming back! I know they really cared for her because when I came back to pick her up she was cold but they even put a few blankets and a heater for her. It is very well priced.

She was wonderful and caring towards our two dogs and they look great!

I could not be happier!! I was so nervous about taking my Golden Retreiver in because the last time I took him somewhere new, they shaved him! He looked sooo silly! However, when I arrived the ladies were SO SWEET! Andrea took such good care of my boy and now he looks so fresh and clean! Absolutely will take him back. Thanks again :)

Took in our heeler/ Austrian Shepard mix for a complete makeover due to our daughters dog allergy and massive about of shedding problem. Can back with a whole new dog! Blown away with how good they did. Porter looks amazing and they took such care of him. Warned us 15 minutes prior to completing. Definitely coming back for future grooming. Outstanding service! Russ did great with our older kitty Serena. He got some mats out of her fur, washed her up, and did it in under an hour! Better yet he was super friendly and took care of her. He was petting her when my wife arrived to pick her up. And it was more than affordable. We couldnt have been more pleased and well definitely be returning. We may bring our dog at some point as well. Thank you!

They were willing to shave my cat like a catasaurous rex and Im very pleased, and they treated my cat well.

They were very friendly, fast, and even tried out a interesting hairdo for our cat (which turned out amazing)

I have a little old lady cat that is usually pretty temperamental. We had never groomed her and were pretty nervous. They were able to give her a good lions cut and washed and nail trimmed all without sedation. All for a good price and under an hour I couldn t be happier and thank Alice and Russ for dealing with our grumpy cat I will definitely bring our other cat here and recommend you do too.

Best part is my dog came out happy, cuter (If possible) at a wonderful fair price!

It was our 1st and last time using this groomer. We were very excited to try them out because reviews were so great! But we were terribly disappointed!! When we went to pick our corgi up the lady said he nipped at the groomer! We were shocked! He has always been so good, with high praise for his behavior from every groomer. He was buzzed as short as they possibly could go! Which is not what we wanted but we were willing to overlook that. We started finding little nicks all over him! He would yelp when we would scratch him. No wonder he nipped her! She was hurting the poor thing! Anyone who doesnt notice they are literally hurting an animal shouldnt be handling them! I would give 0 stars if it was an option. So very sad!

Me and my son took our 16 year old cat Whiskers to Alices Grooming for his very first ever groom. They did a fantastic job on him, he was really matted, and he came home a different looking cat and was not traumatized at all, He looks and feels great, we will definitely be returning and I have already recommended Alice and her husband Russ to other people. Took my 1yr old porta-doodle (40lbs) here for his first groom. They took my special request and he came out better than I imagined and alot quicker too. His belly was full of mats but they did very well getting them all shaved off. I will definitely be using them again and again and again! Thank you so much guys for your amazing work.

They were awesome! They got my cat in for an appointment the same day that I called. He was done in an hour, and completely dry! My kitty is so clean and soft, and wasn t stressed at all when I got him home (he can be a bit of a diva, so I know that they treated him well). And the best part is, it was almost $20 cheaper than everywhere else I have been. I am so happy I found this place! It s a bit of a drive for me, but totally worth it. Will definitely be going here from now on.

They did an amazing job with my sweet Himalayan fluffy white cat. They were super sweet with her, they bathed her and trimmed her, and I got her back with no mats in her fur. I will be going back.

I got a dog in bad condition with nails so long she could hardly walk! I messaged her at 7pm and she had us in within an hour! You can tell she cares about dogs and is a very good person! Thank you again!

I took my two Border Collies to get a wash and their nails clipped. The staff was amazing! They re super nice, did great work, and are reasonably priced. I was a bit nervous at first since it s in someone s house, but it s actually a really nice facility (renovated basement apartment kinda thing). Since my dogs get anxious in kennels they even let them sit out and play. One of my dogs is a rescue and had been badly abused before we got her, so she s always very anxious around people. While she was nervous at first, when I came back to get them she was playing and licking the staff. Best groomer I ve been to in a long time!

I felt like I had done my research reading the 5 star reviews and viewing the website, but I feel I must share my experience to help anyone looking for a groomer. We have a 12 week old 2 lb Morkie and are 1st time pet owners. We love our sweet baby as she had become a part of our family! I searched for someone that looked like they would be a more personable groomer and would have our best interest at heart.. that is not what I found! I have an accurate description of the cut and services I wanted to the woman, her and her husband Russ were grooming a couple other dogs. I thought it was strange that her husband never even turned to look at us or greet us, the events worsened from there. I was told they would text me 15 minutes prior to pick up in 1 1/2 hours, I never received a text. At 1 3/4 hours I text the wife and she said our puppy was ready and she forgot to text us. We rushed over to find our normally energetic puppy lying on a blanket looking very scared and sleepy. My husband thought she may just be upset from the experience of a 1st time grooming. Her cut was NOT at all what I asked for, my fluffy curly puppy now looked like a rat with long straight hair. She was very timid and sad, she just wasn t herself. I was trying to get her to perk up with her favorite toys, and lots of cuddles, when I noticed she was wobbly and didn t seem stable. I feared she was traumatized and held her letting her cuddle and sleep. During the night our sweet girl began vomiting and could barely stand falling over with every step. I text the groomer now fearing they may have drugged our puppy to get her cut done. I received a text back that she was fine... then another text that the wife left her with the husband to groom (which would not have been ok with me) and she would ask her husband if anything happened... then another text to take the dog to the vet she has fallen off the table during grooming!!!!!!!! What???? No one bothered to mention that because she seemed fine . I was sobbing and frantic... my poor baby!! I had no words at this time. We rushed her into the vet and found she has a concussion and sweeping on her brain. I am beyond upset, this is heartbreaking! Just not right. Not at all! I can t stop thinking of horrible scenarios, did she fall? Was she dropped? Even worse was she hit? I can t say what happened at that shop while I wasn t there but I can say I will never go back and hope I can prevent any puppy or dog from being neglected!

They are awesome! They are sweet and caring, felt like I was leaving my kitty with family! My kitty is a wiggle worm and Ive had 3 groomers tell me I need to have her sedated because she wont hold still. Today she was able to get a lion cut, bath and nails clipped with no sedation and within one hour! I highly recommend them!

Hester is our 4 year old chihuahua, he was skittish like always when going to the groomer. When we picked him up he was ecstatic and playful. Hester has found a new kind and thorough environment for all his needs.

They did great with my puppy! He is super hyper and hates baths and getting his nails trimmed but they did great with him! He came out super happy and energetic like usual! He was so soft and smelled so good! I m overjoyed with my experience with them!

Alice and her husband were amazing! We have two very large and scaredy-cat dogs and they handled them with great care and they now both look & smell amazing! I will be returning again and again!

I wish I can put more stars as the service they have provided to my pets (3 cats and 3 dogs) and myself have been spectacular. They treated me as I was an old friend or as we knew each others for a long time.

Today i took my dog C-C (that I got back from people we gave her to back in 2011, that didnt take really good care of her) to get groomed I was scared to take her anywhere since I hear so many bad things about other places, I found this place on Google & read GREAT reviews, I called & got scheduled over the phone it was All great, i felt more calm about taking her to get groomed, when I arrived I instantly felt like my dog was in great hands. My dog is 7 years old so shes pretty old & I didnt want to put her through pain or any discomfort. Alices Pet Grooming is amazing i will definelty recommend any one here to bring their fur babies! Thanks for everything!

I rarely write negative reviews. But I really was not satisfied with the experience. We have a yorkie, so hes a bit high strung. It takes him a few minutes to feel comfortable with his surroundings, and then he settles right down. I believe part of the problem was that they work out of such a small space. All the dogs were barking. Just too much going on in a very small space. I think my puppy had a hard time settling down and feeling secure. When we picked him up, we could tell he didnt have a good experience. And they shaved so close that two of his nipples were raw and you could tell that they had bled. Its been a week now, and my puppy is just now feeling back to normal. He would just sit and shake for hours afterward. This place has received good reviews. If your dog is very calm and accustomed to grooming, then you will probably have a good experience. As for me, I will be taking him back to our usual place. They treat him kindly there.
