The first time I went in Kibbles and Cuts I wanted to check it out and see what their prices were. I met Hailey who is amazing! I told her I was nervous to leave a new puppy with anyone after we lost our previous dog due to being neglected in boarding. The way she interacted with other dogs as we spoke proved that she loves her job and these dogs. I made an appointment and brought my dog back for his first appointment and I couldn t have been happier with the results! I seriously couldn t see anything I would ve changed with his grooming - he looked great! I have booked several appointments with Hailey and I feel the same each time I pick my dog up. My favorite thing about going to Kibbles and Cuts is that I don t worry when he is there and he is happy when I pick him up! If you are looking for an awesome groomer who is kind, does exactly what you ask, is always on time and loves what she does - I highly recommend Hailey at Kibbles and Cuts in Highland! I was happy with my dogs grooming! They answered all of my questions. My dog gets super itchy after getting groomed and he didn t get itchy or red after getting groomed here.

I have a poodle who got really matted and they cleaned her up in less than two hours. She seemed happy and the staff was nice. Will come back again.

We came here because weve had great experiences at the Draper location, but had an awful experience here! They shaved my doodles eyes completely bald (see pic) and ignored my other doodles beard and ears. The manager reached out and said hed make it right but never did. Dont recommend this location!

I keep coming back because not only is their pricing reasonable and competitive, but they do a great job! Marina and Hailey have both groomed my mini doodle and he comes out looking so good. Curtis did a wonderful job grooming our two hooligans. Our Havanese is our wild girl and loves to run in the rain resulting in little cotton puff mats if we aren t home when she comes back in. Curtis groomed her beautifully, without her looking naked, and managed to fix my failed attempt at trimming her ears. Our schnauzer mix is our sneaky sweet girl, that loves to rough house with her younger sister resulting in mats behind her ears. Curtis groomed her adorably. Both the dogs nails were nicely clipped to a good length, which I noticed is not always the case with other groomers. The shop is undergoing some renovations to make more room for the grooming in the back, so when you first enter you might wonder how long they have been in business and if the groomers are experienced. I can definitely say Curtis is a very capable groomer.

DO NOT trust your pets to this place. We have been several times to try them out, their service is poor. My dog was cut and bleeding when I picked her up. They said they nicked her during the grooming and to their credit, they didnt charge me, but I dont care, its ridiculous. It took 7 hours and three follow up calls to find out where my dogs were at. I will never trust my pet to the place again.

This is probably the 5th groomer we ve gone to in the valley since getting our dog two years ago. We have a doodle and do the VIP package. Best results so far at the lowest price we ve found. Matt has been our groomer so far and you can tell that he cares greatly about animals. We won t be looking for a new groomer anytime soon!

These guys are the absolute best and I know because I ve been everywhere!!! I have an anxious labradoodle that other places have told me he needs to be sedated to be seen again by them, but these guys take their time, are completely patient and are able to groom him without any sedation. We are so so very grateful for Kibbles and Cuts!!

This was our first and last time here. Our regular groomer just retired and we were never disappointed with any grooming before. Kibbles & Cuts left our dog has patches of completely bare skin. We asked for a puppy cut round face and we got a butchered uneven boxy face cut. Paying $100 for this is increbly frustrating!

Amazing staff! My dog is not a fan of being groomed, despite the number of times I ve coaxed and reassured her. She particularly hates her paws touched. It was getting tedious for me to groom her myself as I am far from professional and I would spend hours on her just to get an ugly result, but I was wary anyone else would take her on. Enter Matt! He was so kind from the get go and my baby loves him! Fair prices too, and she always comes out happy and adorable. I can t recommend this place enough.

This is a fantastic groomer. They take just a jiffy to do what other groomers take hours to do. The result is amazing as well!! My fur babies get excited to go there. The staff is super friendly and there are fun toys ya can purchase if a want after they are finished.

Hailey has been taking care of my dog jeter since he was old enough to get grooming done. She always lets us know if she needs to change the length or anything with the appt. We needed help trimming our Mini Aussies nails. They took us as a walk-in and were quick to help us. Great all-around experience. They also carry Taste of the Wild dog food which is awesome!

DO NOT USE Kibbles& Cuts in Highland!! I was treated horribly there! I was informed my dogs rabies vaccine was not current. They suggested going to The Humane Society in Murray. I was able to still keep my appointment with Kibbles &Cuts scheduled for the next day. I slept through my alarm, but called them informing them I would be there in minutes (I live only 5 minutes from the Highland location. It was exactly my grooming scheduled time when I called to let them know I was on my way. I was told if I was more than 15 minutes late- they would cancel my reservation. After throwing on clothes and grabbing my little Yorkie- I was out the door. I attached the rabies tag to my dogs collar on the way. When I got there I was told they would not accept just the tag as proof of vaccine. They said I could by lying to them and could have taken the tag off possibly another dog of mine. They told me they needed to see the paperwork as well. I suggested for them to call the Humane Society to get proof from them that I was there yesterday and my dog Lily did receive her Rabies vaccine. They did not answer the phone. I told them my house was 5 minutes from their shop- I could run home and grab the paperwork. They said no and canceled my appointment. This place needs to learn something about customer service- they will be out of business very quickly if they treat all their customers like they treated me. I will be telling everyone I know not to go to Kibbles & Cuts in Highland!

Did the exact opposite of what we asked them to do on our dog the last 2 times we ve brought him here

This experience has been awful. I left our dog for a haircut and after an hour and a half I called in to check on progress and they hadn t even started. Had just kept our dog locked in a kennel for an hour and a half. They said it would be at least another THREE hours before she was done. We had to leave for the airport so we had to pick her up before she could even get her haircut- we didn t have 5 hours to give. A week later After getting home from our trip the poor thing is SO matted and had gotten in some weeds and is unmanageable. We rescheduled a cut right away (despite our poor prior experience we needed her seen quickly), and apparently in their new system, you don t actually schedule- you just request an appointment. So at their whim, they canceled the appointment I thought I had booked. The system is, you just have to request and HOPE they can fit you in. Like some lottery. I called and spoke with the manager today and he was so unkind and argumentative and when I told him that the booking software wasn t clear to me that I was only requesting and not booking, he said multiple times that he has walked through the software and it s very easy and simple to understand (essentially that I was just an idiot). Maybe so! But not typically how you want to make your customers feel. when I mentioned that our experience had generally been poor and that they shouldn t keep the dogs locked up so long- that any person waiting for a haircut over an hour and a half would be very upset, he told me that well..this is a completely different industry . As if it was fine. Essentially as the client- I was wrong on all accounts and my experience wasn t valid. Rather than validating our experience and HELPING to set things right. Worst customer service. But at least he got to be right . We won t be taking our dog here again.

Run!!! The manager of this location threatened to take my dog hostage and call the cops on me. I was paying cash and ended up being $11.67 short (tried to write him a check but he barked no checks) the reason I wasnt paying with a debit card is because said dog chewed on the card and it got stuck in the ATM when I tried to withdraw cash. My dog, already traumatized by the experience was freaking out and wouldnt let me out of his sight. MY BANK WAS IN THE SAME PARKING LOT AS THIS STORE. Alta Bank is literally 75 yards away. He would not let me walk with my dog to the bank to get the cash and then threatened to call the cops or hold the dog for collateral (as if my 2,500 Yorkie is an appropriate asset for an 11 shortage.) I frantically called my sister who gave them her credit card via phone. I was unbelievably traumatized so was my dog. I feel bad for the groomers I think they provided a great service and the guy up front with the worst customer service skills Ive ever experienced is killing their business. Worst customer service Ive encountered in my phone life.

Took our first dog and had a great time with Julia. She s an expert! I booked an appointment with her for our dog and my parent s dog about 3 weeks in advance, when we showed up two guys were rude and did not cut our dog s hair or my parents hair upon pick up. They claimed they had but there was no change in hair length, the guys washed him and had us pay full price for a cut&wash . As long as that staff is there that treats us like that after a couple visits, I would not recommend this place.

I ve been to several dog groomers for my labradoodle this was by far one of the best. The groomer (who I think is the owner) took the time to come around from the greeting desk and meet me and Addie. She asked me what length I wanted her cut and when I wasn t sure she grabbed some clippers and clipped a section of Addie s back just to make sure I was okay with the length. She asked me very detailed questions about how I liked her face, head and ears . Addy looked and smelt fabulous when she was done!

I have never seen a groomer who loves my dog as much as I do. Yulia was so kind and patient with my Artie. He hates trimming his nails, but she slowly met him where he was and eased his anxiety. She cut him exactly as we asked. I will always go to Kibbles & Cuts!

I really enjoyed my experience here, my dog was so clean and shiny, and so so soft after her bath and groom! The groomer looked over my dog before starting, to get a few details and ask me any questions, and I appreciated that, because I did have some questions and we were able to solidify exactly what I wanted done. And my dog smelled so good for a couple weeks after! Whatever they used on her made her so soft and shiny, and they put a cute little bandana on her. I also really liked how they did the sanitary trim, because my dog has long hair, and her trim has really helped, and her feet looked great. I will definitely use Kibbles and Cuts again.

I appreciate the employees honesty and kindness. I brought my pup after booking an appointment online. We arent very experienced so we didnt know what services we needed. When I went to pick up my dog they told me that they didnt want to charge me for the full service I booked online because my dog didnt need the haircut ( I have a long haired dog breed). They explained to me what services to book next time to save money on unnecessary services. (I think we scheduled a full groom which would have included a haircut with clippers). We will always bring our dog here because we value their honesty! And of course our puppy looked and smelled great!

This was the worst hair cut my dog has ever received. They literally took a shaver to his whole body, leaving lines the entire length of his body. I specifically told the groomer 4 or 5 times how I wanted him cut, but they didnt do anything I asked for. The shampoo they used stunk so bad I had to give him a bath as soon as he got home. The owner sent me a passive aggressive text after I posted the review, making it seem that I was at fault. I am so done with them, not to mention that my dog doesnt have any hair left, that I refused to bring him back. So the owner is using that to tell lies about me, stating that they did a wonderful job and again it is All My Fault! Im sure she will post something against me, that they didnt do anything wrong. Not a good way to conduct business Kibbles & Cuts...

Ive never taken Charlie to a new groomers before so I was super anxious about taking him. Especially since we were their very first customer. When I brought him in the groomer came out to greet us and meet Charlie. They were very friendly and gave me a very comforting vibe. I was still worried since they had to cut his hair very short, but when I got him back he looked great! They even trimmed his nails for us, and when I saw the price I was shocked at how low it was. Overall, great customer service, they do a good job, and Id definitely recommend!

Kibbles & Cuts did an amazing job on our Mini Aussie Doodle. He came back looking so sharp and smelling so good. Very happy with the quality of service provided. Will definitely be returning!

Very professional work. With reasonable availability. Most places know how high in demand groomers are and arent very personable but the staff here were so nice and willing to make time for my dog. I have a German Shepard and with spring around the corner having and having him washed and brushed out is so helpful for the shedding.

Horrible, I told her to just cut her hair a little and they left her literally without hair. The same person who cut her only said that he would lower the volume. so dont trust him I paid $95 for a service that I didnt like at all

Weve been to Kibble & Cuts twice now and they are so sweet to our Odis. Matt is super sweet and gentle with our little guy. They also tell us what needs to be worked on with his coat/ if he doesnt like to be touched in certain place to guarantee an easy grooming. Will definitely be booking with him in the future.

Great Job. I have a 90 pound dog and a 12 pound dog and they did a wonderful job on both.

I brought my Aussie border collies here for a basic brushing, washing and trimming. I specifically told the lady not to cut the mane of my one dog Eros, they butchered the manes of both of my dogs, and they didn t even do a good job with the trimming. It s super uneven! And really stands out. I feel like I could have done a better job and I have no experience. I was really hopeful with kibbles and cuts because of the reviews, but I was horribly wrong. I will not be taking my dogs here ever again, and will continue to find someone I can trust with my animals. Hope this review helps you guys out.

Took our mini Aussie here for a trim and he looks great! They did a great job washing, drying, trimming his fur and his nails. Krista was very helpful and patient with our dog since it was his first time being groomed. Really great service for a good price.

Pros: - They got the requested length right - The cut was mostly even (fairly short, a #2) - They also shaped my girl s face well - It was easy to get an appointment within only a couple days while other places were booked out a few weeks in advance. - The price was pretty consistent with other salons, if not a little cheaper. Cons: - It took 8 hours (8:30am - 2:30pm). I was given a 10% discount because it took the new guy so long. The place was empty when I showed up and I wasn t given any indication of specifically how long it would take ( an hour or two was what was said at drop off ) and no one ever called or texted any kind of update. After 6 hours I stopped in to see what was going on and was told maybe another hour. After two more hours I was finally texted that she was ready. - Her legs are embarrassingly uneven and butchered. As if electric shears were used freehand without a length attachment and a few times they slipped and shaved almost down to the skin. - Her nails were probably filed pretty smooth, but I wouldn t be surprised if they weren t actually trimmed. I didn t measure before and after, but they are still so long, about as long as they were when I dropped her off. - Not a big deal, but this place is physically pretty uninviting and the reception fairly cold. It felt like I was dropping my tiny kid off at a juvenile detention center or something. That impression didn t help when after 6 hours I hadn t heard a peep from them. - They didn t ask for any information about my pup name, age, breed, vaccinations, allergies or diet restrictions (in case they wanted to feed her anything during the 8 hour stay), etc. From the reservation I made online they had my name and number, but that was it. - Also not a huge deal, but she wasn t offered or given any kind of treat afterwards. It s not a dealbreaker, but that seems to be a kind of industry standard. All things considered, I won t go back and I d recommend anyone steer clear unless you are in an absolute bind and your doggo needs a cut right away.

This place should be shut down. I was checking the store out and noticed a husky being groomed that kept yelping, so I started watching and I was horrified. The girl grooming the dog was abusing it and so I started yelling to the girl to knock it off. She said I wasn t doing anything. I said yes you were yanking that dog around like a rag doll I ve been watching you. Then the manager came out and he said oh I ll talk to her. No that s not good enough for me. Your animals could possibly have the same thing happen, I wouldn t trust it. Also, the energy in there was horrible the poodle and the little dog in there acted like the were abused also. They were skittish and tail between there legs. It made me sick to my stomach. I was considering bringing my dog but not now. I m going to tell everyone I know about this place.

Weve used kibbles & cuts twice now, and at this point I cant see us going anywhere else. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and always get it just right. Our Bernedoodle has come back clean and happy both times and its been clear that she was treated with affection and care. Our last groomer was Matt, who took time to have a conversation with me about exactly what we wanted out of the experience. Great guy, great place, great work!

Took our long hair cat in for a shave - looked and smelled fantastic when he was done! I m not sure what magic they pulled over there, but our cat is now obsessed with water. Must ve been a great experience for him too!

Kibbles and Cuts not only did a great job grooming my pup, but they were excellent communicators beforehand, which I did not expect, but was delighted by! We will be going here regularly for our grooming.

This was our second time going to Kibbles and Cuts and once again, we had a great experience. I really appreciate that they kept me informed about our dog s grooming and they did such a good job with his cut. He looked so cute, especially with the bandanna they put on him. I m also one of those people that can t stand dog smell so I was all about his clean smell. I wanted to give him all the cuddles. And last time it lasted quite awhile so he ll keep getting lots of cuddles :)

I just started coming to Kibbles and Cuts about 6 months ago. I was looking for a place where my yorkie and biewer would get the best cut. The highland shop has a convenient location and they got me in quickly, I love that my dogs don t have to stay all day. Matt is wonderful at his job! He has a great sense of what you want from the cut and delivers! I also love the variety of food and treats they have. Highly recommended!

They did a wonderful job on bathing and grooming my Australian shepherd! His coat was beautiful and shiny.

It was my first time taking my dog to Kibbles & Cuts. They were so good and caring with my dog. She is a senior dog and they were very careful with her. Her haircut was super cute. I will definitely be coming back for her next appointment.

I took our puppy in for a puppy first it was a great experience, and he looked great! We will definitely be returning.

This place is terrible they say one price and change it when you pick them up. They completely shaved our dog. Our dog weights 8 lbs. and if cost $116.00. We dropped him at 12:00 and we were told 3 hours at 3:30 they hadn t called so I called them. They said another 30 minutes and they would call. My dog was finally done about 5:00.

They did a good job with our dog s cut. I initially had a couple concerns and, to the owners credit, he reached out to me and talked each of them through. It meant a lot that he took the time personally to make it right. Because of this, I would recommend them to others.
