DO NOT GO HERE! What we came in expecting: 1. Our 2 healthy dogs to be boarded and taken care of for 2 days at the given rate 2. Be notified of any problems or issues while they are being boarded What we got: 1. Severe paw, elbow and leg infections for both our dogs that rendered them unable to walk and now require weeks of antibiotics. Our vet says the infection was likely a result of CHEMICAL BURNS from cleaning solution in the kennel or from shampoo that wasn't washed off properly. 2. Dogs lethargic and traumatized 3. NO PHONE CALLS or information provided about our dogs after they were clearly upset and had an accident in their kennel. 4.Required to pay an additional $100 for a bath to clean the feces off the dogs the kennel terrified and failed to reach out to us about how to calm them down. 5. Staffs complete dismissal of wrongdoing claiming that the dogs just "didn't want to be boarded". All in all this is probably the worst treatment I have ever seen at a boarding facility and a breathtaking level of incompetence. I recommend this place if your goal is to reduce the quality of life of your pets and spend hundred's of dollars in the process. 0/5
Best groomer! We love this dog salon where we can bathe our golden doodles as needed and also when they are groomed, they come back looking great!
Love the way they treat the doggies! Attention to detail in the grooming process is awesome. Lucky enjoys getting groomed here, except trimming is nails but that isn’t their fault. He use to snap at the groomer when they cut his nails. He still doesn’t like it but they do it the best and he reluctantly lets them take great care of the whole process. I give the a 5 Star rating for sure. FYI, this pic is before grooming. The next visit I will remember to take a cute photo
I had my sweet old Boy Diesel groomed yesterday @ All the Raige. I have taken him there for sometime. Everything appeared to be okay. As I was giving him belly rubs I noticed what appeared to be a slip of the clipper. I sent a pic of this to the groomer. They wanted to see him person, as it appeared to them to be hair loss due to his age. My Daughter ran him by. In deed was a slip of the clipper. They did offer to cut the other side to match...LOL!!! I must add that they have also nicked his lil unit before. Needless to say Diesel will not be heading back to All the Raige.
Every time my husband and I go and wash our dogs there we are greeted extremely friendly. The wash stations are kept very clean. All the items you need for dog washing are there. I’m currently 5 months pregnant and the set up is so easy for me to wash and try my dogs comfortably.
This place is awesome, I love the self service dog wash! Has all the tools and set up to make it very very easy. Dryer, soap, shampoo, etc..
We LOVE the self serve dog wash at All the Raige! Ruby gets pampered. We have fun using all of their top of the line products. The service and cleanliness of this operation is amazing!

This is my second time having my standard poodle groomed at ATR. The work is excellent. Hes a tall boy, so its not an easy task! I go to Nicole and have been really pleased with her work. She asks what kind of cut I want, and delivers. Babka enjoys it there--makes human and furry friends easily--so I have no concerns about leaving him. Highly recommended! The help that answers the phone is one of the rudest most condescending people I have ever dealt with. The owner who we used for years was wonderful and kind. This help is a total jerk. The groomer was a sweetheart and I will miss her as my little puppies groomer.. I m sure the reason their parking lot is always empty is because of his poor skills as an employee!!!!! It so hard to find good help nowadays!! I will never go back and anyone who asks I will tell them of my experience every time I ve called to make an appointment!!!
Flithy / disgusting / smelly. Grooming manager is so incredibly rude and has much to learn about customer service. First time I took my dog there (a month ago) the bath and cut for an 18 lb dog took, appropriately, 75 minutes. This time (last time!) I hadnt heard from them after 90 minutes. When I texted why my dog wasnt ready yet they replied that it would be an ADDITIONAL 90 minutes before he was done. Thats when the grooming manager got nasty / unprofessional with me. I went immediately to pick up my dog. In the 2 hours they had him all they did was give him a bath. If you love your pet and DEMAND decent customer service, avoid this place. Youll just be disappointed.

Ive been taking my golden-doodle to this salon for many years and they are awesome! He doesnt like going to the groomer and they are always kind and take good care of him. Highly recommend!!

Ive been bringing my goldendoodle here for grooming for almost 2 years now and cant recommend their services enough! I was also able to ask questions and purchased some of their housemade items to help with dry paws and they provided recommendations for regular brushing.

Very professional. There have been a few times I have taken my dog in to be groomed and they told me she needed to be taken down to a summer cut because she was matted so bad. If I as the dogs owner don t keep up with brushing and keeping her from getting matted , I can t expect the groomer to do the cut I request. Kailien is a great groomer!! As a professional she will also let you know if your fur baby needs more attention so it doesn t get matted . I ve also been told that once a year for a groom is fine if I don t mind a complete shave done. Thank you for helping me learn to be a good mommy for my fur baby.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! When I got there I showed them the picture of what I wanted. I specifically told her not to cut her hair too short. She completely ignored my instructions and did whatever she wanted to do. She shaved her completely and did not even told me about it. They tell you that the hair cut starts at$75 but I ended up paying double that. They make you pay before showing you the dog now I know why the did it that way. I will not be going back to this place.
This is such a wonderful place, all the dogs are very well cared for and treated well. They go above and beyond, ears, nails, glands, and wash and dry are included in a full groom. They also do other things like soft paws. You can also just do a bath and brush if your dog doesnt need the full service. I take my puppy here all the time and he always comes out happy and clean. They put a cute bandana on him, cologne and hes so soft and smells so good. If youre looking for somewhere to take your fluffy friend look no further.

They ve been great for years. But as my dog has aged, there s been some anxiety issues. Instead of communicating with me, they chose to shave my dog down to the skin, and blamed mats that I know weren t there. Not to mention, it s October and getting cold. My dog was very upset and obviously traumatized when we picked him up. If your loved one needs any sort of special care, find somewhere else.
I was hoping for a better experience for us and our dog. Our dog is a super adorable Havanese, and he gets really shaggy and matted if not groomed regularly. His previous groomer is no longer available, so we had to find a new one. It had been a while since he d been groomed, and the lady here acted like she knew everything about our dog (we d never been to this place). She continued to scold us and treat us like we neglected our precious puppy, which is the complete opposite of the truth. We will not be returning to this place.

Poor service and unfriendly staff. We used this groomer three times. The first two times they did a pretty good job. The third time, however, the groomer completely ignored The specific instructions my wife gave her for the groom and gave our dog a summer cut in late fall (We wanted the skirt evenly trimmed, but not shaved completely off). In addition, the groomer charged us extra for mats, even though we had washed and combed the dog out just two days before taking him in. Bedsides completely ignoring the instructions for the cut, I never felt welcome when I walked through the door. The staff barely acknowledges youre there. I did get attention when I mentioned we were getting our females haircut before breeding her for the second time in a row. I received a very judgmental look and comment by the owner. Im doing you a favor by recommending you go someplace else.

We love Kayleen at All the Raige Dog Salon! Our dogs always look and smell great after their visit. Kayleen always make the final touch by making darling bandanas or bows for our pups. Miley and Gus give this place 5 stars!
Kaileen is seriously the best dog groomer in the state! We have three dogs, a Yorkie, an American Eskimo, and a little toy Pomerian. She always makes our dogs look amazing, and she s so good with them! We love All the Raige Dog Salon and will continue to go to Kaileen and her crew, and will recommend this place to everyone!!
