We offer one on one full grooming services. The grooming services include a bath with shampoo and conditioner, blow dry and brush out, haircut based on owner’s preference, nail trim, ear cleaning, and oftentimes anal gland expression (releasing built-up fluid with external pressure), bandana or bow,perfume and a posed photograph. Our price starts at $74.00 plus tax and may vary based on coat condition and pet’s behavior.

We've been to many groomers over the years for our 2 havanese and are only sad we didn't find Highland Pets sooner. After 10+ visits, I can give them my highest recommendation. They are professional and easy to work with. And most importantly, they are the best at what they do and treat our little boys like their own. I have had Thais groom my dogs for 13 years. She is wonderful, and does a great job. She is so good with my puppy who is afraid of strangers. When I picked her up, she was interacting with Thais, like she was her best friend. She is also been great with my old dogs. So gentle and loving. I never worry when I leave them with her.
Thais and the rest of the Highland Pets team are amazing! My dog Whiskey has some separation anxiety issues and Thais has made me and him very comfortable with the grooming experience and he always looks so cute and super clean when I pick him up! Thank you for the great work!
I highly recommend Holladay Pets for dog grooming. Thais is the best dog groomer my dog has ever had. I love that my dog wasn’t caged at any time during the appointment. He left feeling happy and looking terrific.
Thais and the rest of the staff did AMAZING with our 5 1/2 month old pup. Thais was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable as soon as we walked through the door. Thais went above and beyond by texting me a “before” picture once our puppy was washed and brushed, as well as an “after” picture once the grooming was completed. It took 5 weeks to get on the books but it was definitely worth it as our puppy had a very positive first experience. Our puppy did not seem distressed or hurt when we came to pick her up, and of course she looked adorable!! You can tell that Thais as well as the other staff love animals, and love their job. We already booked our next appt and they gave us helpful tips we can do at home to make our puppy’s next grooming appointment even better. Thank you Highland Pets!!
Love this place. I’ve only taken 1/2 of my dogs here and my dog always comes back SO clean. I think she always smells so good after she’s groomed. I swear the smell lasts for days or even weeks. I’ve yet to take a photo immediately after being groomed, but I can assure you your pet will look spick and span. Sometimes they’ll even had a little flower on her collar. I feel so much happier leaving them at this place when compared to other groomers! I trust the groomers that they will take good care of my pup for the short time it takes to groom her.
This is the best groomer I have ever tried. I've spent the last 5+ years trying to find someone who is always sweet to Henry while also doing a fantastic job on him *and* whose schedule/hours/location are convenient. This groomer is the only one who has done all three reliably and continuously (he's been here a handful of times). They're not the least expensive but you know what they say....pay peanuts, get monkeys. This groomer is worth every dime.
Gone Downhill, Real Bad! Had been bringing my dog here for 6 years., every 4 weeks..tipped her very well. Recently she began cancelling appointments. Then, her typical 60 min. (65 tops) became 90 min. When I asked why she gave ME an attitude (and a lie). Then, a week before his next appointment, she cancelled all our appointments for the remainder of this year. Took me all of about 5 minutes to find a new groomer that told me shes heard about this place and what theyve done to their clients. Said she has added 5 of their former clients in just the last month.
We love Thais and recommend this place to all our small dog families!

They did a beautiful job on my new puppy. The groomer was kind on our first few visits..... The reason I wont be returning is the difficultly in scheduling an appointment. They never answer the phone or texts. My son picked up our dog at her last appointment because their hours of operation are limited and not flexible. I work full time, as Im sure many other customers do too. It is difficult for me to drop off and pick up in their short time frame. When my son picked up, he did not schedule our next appointment. I called and left a message for a reschedule, never heard back. Then after several days and attempts, I was able to get through to a live person. I asked for an appt within 2-3 weeks on any day or time (I was not expecting a rush appt). The man was short with me, rudely suggested I dont try to get through to a live person again, that I was lucky he even picked up the phone at all, and simply leave a message going forward. I let him know I tried that, but never heard back. He also told me that I shouldnt expect anything sooner than 4 weeks out, which is my fault for not scheduling ahead of time. He offered me an appointment 5 weeks away, I asked him if there was is a possibility of a little sooner being that summer was coming and our dog would probably get too hot, he simply said no. I chose to not schedule with Highland Pets that day. I wasnt the one being difficult, I dont like to feel punished or devalued every time I need some customer service. It does feel nice to have a business respect you. I dont need much to be satisfied, simple kindness and a thank you is all it takes, I understand they are also busy and I also need to be flexible, but its 2-way. I quickly found another groomer that treated me respectfully. Too bad because its a cute place, near my home and supporting local business is always my priority. Perhaps your experience will be better than mine.
The groomer did a great job on my little dog. The facility is clean and nice. She was so gentle and kind to my Buddy. I highly recommend Highland Pets!

We LOVE highland pets! We have a very timid dog who does not like strangers and they work so well with her. I love that they do not kennel the dogs. She is in and out of her appointments quickly and always looks SO CUTE! They do a great job on her cut and she always leaves looking like the perfect diva girl that she is :)
Thias and her husband are fabulous! We saw Thias when she had her mobile service and have been taking my girls to her since she opened Highland Pets. Thias does a great job and my girls just love her!! If you are looking for an Excellent groomer, this is the place to take your pets!!

I was looking for a place to have my dogs groomed and this place was recommended. I am so glad that I was able to make an appointment. When I arrived the owner was there and the place was immaculate and smelled amazing, My dogs have not been groomed in a long time and were very matted. She put me at ease and when I pick them up they looked absolutely adorable they smelt fabulous and looked perfect! I was so excited she was really sweet when I went to pay and I left her a 20% tip she said you dont have to do that but I felt like something that I really wanted to do. I also booked another appointment this is where Ill be coming from now on!

Thaia is the best! This is the first groomer that we have been to that the dogs don t shy from walking in the door. The new storefront is wonderful, the dogs roam around and there is a great outdoor space for them too. I would 100% recommend highland pets.
I think this is the best facility we have been to in the SLC area. Very happy with the actual space, the owners and the cost. My dog looks beautiful and we will definitely return.
I took 2 of my dogs in today for nail trims. First timer, and I was very impressed!!! The place is extremely clean and welcoming. When I walked in, I almost confused it for someones home haha. My pups immediately felt comfortable and didnt get nervous about going back for their nail trims. One of my dogs hates getting a trim and usually freaks out. They took fantastic care of her. Most importantly, their nails look great! They couldnt have done a better job! Thank you

My husband and I LOVE Highland Pet. Weve had our two dogs trimmed here a number of times and had excellent experiences every time. Both of our dogs stress out in different ways at the groomer, but our dogs always come back calm, adorable, and smelling like dreamboats. The owners are prompt, kind, and communicative!
After our groomer unexpectedly discontinued their services, we found Highland Pets and gave them a call. They invited us to come visit to see if we liked their facilities and services and we immediately felt welcome. Thais and Jason showed us around and got to know Betty. Today was our first appointment for our 13 year old toy poodle, Betty. Thais welcomed Betty and I warmly. After deciding on how to groom her, I left to run errands. A short time later I was notified via text that Betty was finished. Upon arriving I was greeted with a smile and saw Betty with one of the best haircuts she s ever gotten, and bows in her ears! Betty was more calm upon our arrival at the groomer than she s ever been, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming for humans as well. Price was more than fair, service was perfect, and location is convenient and clean. We are so happy with Highland Pets. We will continue to bring our sweet Betty to Thais and her family. Thank you!
I have had all my dogs groomed by Thais Lassen for years when she had her mobile grooming company (PetZtyles). I will never use any other groomer - her newly opened pet salon is a fabulous place where her clients are treated with the utmost professionalism and your pets will be treated with lots of tender loving care.
