I was more than impressed with fur affair. They were able to groom my super anxious Pomeranian and she walked away looking phenomenal! I will Add a pic layer when I can snag one.

I took my puppy for his first full cut at this groomer. When I picked him up, he looked adorable, but shortly after, he became extremely itchy. He had never itched before our visit, and it only got worse as the days went on. After spending $300 on the vet visit and treatment, it was confirmed that he had K9 lice. I am certain it came from the groomer since hes not around other dogs. I feel its important to share this experience to warn other dog owners. Check your dogs immediately after pick up from the groomer.

Im absolutely thrilled with the outstanding service provided by A Fur Affair. After my original grooming appointment fell through last minute, I found myself in a bind. Luckily I found A Fur Affair through google and was able to get an appt made for the following morning. Despite my confusion with the location, they were kind enough to accommodate my dog for a MUCH needed grooming session. From detangling to trimming and shampooing, they handled my nervous 11-year-old pup with such care and expertise. I want to express my gratitude to Cesar for being so understanding and flexible when I made a mistake with my appointment. His kindness in canceling my original booking, and the help from Maren and Jess in fitting me in at their location, truly highlighted their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. When I picked up my dog, I was blown away by the transformation! A Fur Affair is always great with my dog. He gets excited and pulls us to the door when we get out of the car. We get a wash, deshedding brush out and teeth brushing and he always come home looking and smelling great.

They cut everything. I came to get my dog and his tail and ears were completely cut off. They 100% messed him up. They asked do what we did last time and I said yes because they did ok last time just trimming the body and leaving the ears and tail. This time they shaved him bald. If you don t speak Spanish you may want to bring someone with you that can so you can be very clear on what you want. Then it still might be a crapshoot.

Miguel and the whole team are super friendly and will take care of your dog. I really appreciate the extra time Miguel took to make sure my dog was well brushed, (He even apologized to me for working extra on my dog lol)

I have three beautiful husky-mixes and I can say, after coming a few times now, val has does beautiful work on all of them. It cost us about $110 for the works on one but it is more then worth it everytime. Me and my husband are so happy to find a groomer that does grate work and still makes us and our babys feel welcomed.

We took our two 1 year old labs to A Fur Affair for their first de-shedding and groom and we are so happy with how they look! Jessica was our groomer and she was amazing with them. 10/10 recommend and will be taking them back.

First time for my 3 small dogs . Only place that would fit me in. My dogs looked great was very pleased. 2 of them were puppies, they took their time with them. Forgot the names of the people who did them, but they did an awesome job. I highly recommend this place.

I dont go anywhere else for my sweet dogs. Rhonda is amazing! She knows my dogs by name every time I come in before I even say a word. Others may think my dogs are really annoying but they are just excited and the staff all seem to understand and take really good care of them.

I ve only taken my dog here 2 times, today s experience was exceptional, I got the express package, it was pricy but I m finding that everything is getting that way. I took my dog in at 9:00 for his appointment, he was done by 10:30. He looks and smells like a new dog and for the first time he was happy after picking him up. My dog is a regular at PetSmart, but they are booked up for at least a month, so I called fur affair and was able to get his bath and haircut the next day. My regular groomer was booked out a few months, so i decided to give this place a try. Everything was perfect down to the ears, he smelled really, trim nails and clean teeth. The staff was great and friendly, would definitely recommend!

I didnt use this service after my nephew shared his experience with me and I witnessed how his dogs acted after this groomer had been with them. I have a good mind to call the authorities on this company. These dogs have obviously been abused by whom ever worked on them, they are distant and very tentative towards everyone. I believe this groomer has some anger issues and has gotten away with abusing the animals she works on for along time. I hope you understand what percentage of animals that come to this groomer leave emotionally indifferent and take a few days to recover from the trauma and aggressive nature that this place routinely subjects them to. Maybe your dog is happy after a visit here but rest assured even your fur baby is subject to the moods and aggressive nature that this person obviously exibits. If you cannot see it through the rebuttals that people leave after the service here then wake up. Find a kind and humane place to take your dog to. Pay attention to your pet if you use this place. I am confident if you are conscious about how your pet is normally you will see a shift in him or her after visiting this groomer. Kindly,

Ive brought my dog here for grooming several times and had generally positive experiences. However, during my most recent visit, I was disappointed with the extended 5-hour grooming session for my small 15lbs dog. The following day, I noticed scabs forming on his back and neck while petting him. Concerned, I took him to the vet the next day where he was diagnosed with folliculitis. Unfortunately, his hair is now shedding excessively, and it seems that the de-shedding process wasnt effective. Despite regular brushing and no matting issues, my dogs condition worsened after the grooming. I suspect he might have had an adverse reaction to a product they used. Even after a week of antibiotics, there are still lingering scabs under his fur, causing ongoing discomfort.

They did absolutely amazing with my miniature schnauzer Luna. Luna is a rescue and is a very anxious dog. The front desk and groomer did a great job making Luna feel comfortable. The hair cut is the best she has had. Very caring and professional staff. I Will definitely be coming back.

I want to say Thank you! You are amazing! I groomed for years and have always groomed my fur-babies. I broke a number of ribs in November and couldn t groom them. They where horribly matted and miserable. We took them in today and they were so excited! They loved their groomer and she was so amazing! I love them as much as my fur-babies love her! We will ALWAYS choose them for are pup s! I am so grateful they took the time they needed to love my pups and treat them so lovingly! I thank you so much!

We were the very first customer, made an early appointment because we were going out of town. It took about 4 1/2 hrs to shampoo, defur, and cut his nails. When we came to pick him up they said they would never cut his nails again because he nipped someone in the hand. Hes never bit anyone and when he came home it looked like he had been hit in the head and was limping. Most professionals use a muzzle. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. We will never be back.

My worst nightmare!! They had my dog for 5 hours and when I got there she had only been bathed and couldnt use her right front leg. Two people with different explanations of what happened to her. They didnt apologize or call to see if she was OK after hurting her. Worst experience ever. Do not take your dogs here.

If I could give zero stars I would! I took my sweet 8 pound dog to get groomed. You would think it d be quick since he s so small. Nope! They didn t finish the service because he was difficult . He s 8 pounds! They left him looking like a sheep. They cut several places on him like behind his ear, under his leg, etc. He never hated the groomer before and now he gets so much anxiety getting groomed. I ll never take a dog here ever again!

When we picked my sweet dog from your salon , he was only half shaved and he had a deep cut on his leg. He is permanently traumatized. Any time we take him to get his hair cut someone has to hold him down. Even if he heard the clippers he shacks and throws up. The worst part of it all is you tried to blame it on my dog. He has never had a hair cut before. They told me they would would charge extra to groom him again and that he tried to bite them. My dog has never done that ever. It is you job to keep him calm and happy during his time with you. And on top of all that it took you 5 hours for my 8 pound dog. AND YOU DIDN T EVEN FINISH. HE LOOKED LIKE A FREAKING SHEEP!! I received no call that he was being difficult . Learn how to communicate. I would give you 0 stars if I could. DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!!

We have taken our dog to three different places. The first two were scared of him and would not finish the groom. One so called groomer barely started before calling us to pick him up. A Fur Affair told us our dog is a sweetheart, and finished the job twice. He has come home more handsome each time. Thank you for the job well done.

I have two beautiful babies a German Shepherd and a pitbull. I had went to a few groomers through my years of having my babies, they have been turned away by PetSmart, Petco, and a few other local groomers. Ive been told they are too rowdy, my pitbull will not hold still for anything, and my German Shepherd is very nippy and mean. One of my best friends that brought her goldendoodle puppy here recommended a groomer named Val. After booking one session with both my babies she made me feel that my dogs are as amazing as I know they are. She even was able to get some kisses from my german shepherd, when she is vary picky on her friends. Ive gone here three times now and every time Val has done an amazing work. Even has got to the point when other groomers are scared of my dogs, yet she will hug them without any hesitation. It is very nice to be able to see a groomer that is not scared of them because of what they have done or acted like in the past, and its even nicer knowing that they are being treated the way I would have treated them and not as beasts. Thank you Val and hope the best in your grooming career, May every dog and pet parent feel as welcomed as youve made me and my babies feel.

We have been coming here for the last two years and today was our last day! We picked up both of our cockapoos and their nails had been grinded too short and on the sides of the nail (which was different than any other visit over the last 2 years). Our one cockapoo was licking and lifting her paw and won t stop shaking her head as if she has water trapped in ear. When we called the salon and spoke to the owner about the length of the nails he was defensive, barely listened to what we were saying before stating that the nails were okay and told us that the dogs nails weren t bleeding so she is fine . The fact that she is licking her paws, avoiding putting pressure on them, and acting extremely anxious and subdued didn t mean anything if there was no blood. Given the lack of concern about our dogs overall well being and and the owners overall attitude I can only imagine the type of toxic/abusive environment he creates while grooming others animals. We have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service and attitudes over the past few months (as well as an increase in price) but since it was a convenient location and our dogs seemed okay following visits we hadn t searched for a new groomer. That will no longer be the case as the owner clearly doesn t care about the animals in his care. This is not a safe place to take your animals and it s not worth risking them developing negative associations or fear of going to the groomer.

Brought in Monday 10/31, noticed unusual scratching, but I didnt think anything of it. I got worried later on and checked, turns out he was cut. I called, they denied it, gave me a terrible apology. The picture was taken today 11/04. Had they admitted to it and gave me a genuine apology they would have gotten 4/5. One more thing, there is NO way it wasnt them. They were the only ones who came close to my dog that day. Not to mention they took almost 5 hours JUST on a 10-15 pound dog. FIVE HOURS. Doesnt take much to be a genuine person. All I asked for was a haircut and honesty, they gave me a cut dog and the worst apology Ive ever heard. Take your dog somewhere else PLEASE. -I have also noticed they denied almost everything on here, I wanna see them try to deny this picture too!

Miguel at A Fur Affair has been grooming my toy poodles for many years. They love him and always come home perfectly groomed and happy. Ive had other groomers in the past and nobody is as good as Miguel!

I took my Yorkies there today and one of them came back with a severely sliced paw pad. Its so bad that the vet might just need to cut it off altogether. Definitely will NOT be returning and will NOT recommend to anyone!!

I ve been bringing my baby Chloe to Miguel at A Fur Adair and I couldn t be happier with her cut. Miguel is the best, he listens to my requests and truly cares about customer satisfaction as well as ensuring that Chloe feels comfortable and happy. I love that he is in contact with me constantly when I ask him to try something new. You won t find a groomer who cares more about his clients than Miguel.

I loved going there the first few times we went because the price was super competitive, now theyre as much if not more than everyone else... they do a great job but theyre about 20% too high in price for everything.

A Fur Affair is great! I took my dog there as a puppy and she has done really well. At first she was skiddish, but my dog likes the employee that works with her each time and now she goes without issue (usually). The employees are kind and they always do a great job! Its clean as well, I always see someone sweeping or tidying up when I go in. The price is fair and thats another reason I continue to bring my dog.

They where extremely rude, when we went to pick our dogs up they where still wet and they had only trimmed half of their nails. We will not be going back.

I had a standing appointment for four months and arrived on time only to be told that the groomer is sick. A phone call before I left home would have totally saved this situation. I won t be back to this flaky outfit. Apparently business is so great they don t need to practice any customer service skills.

My dog was terrified, especially since we was born right before the pandemic hit and it was her first time. They never called to let me know that she was being difficult, but instead tied multiple leashes around her snoot saying she was a bad dog and they wouldnt service her again, which I had no intention of letting them do anyway. Im sure theyre great for dogs used to new people and grooming, but awful for anxious fur babies

I have been a regular here for a few years now, they do a great job on my cat, but twice now they have raised the price on me without telling me beforehand. This last time I decided I wont use them again because the price was so high, and was a complete surprise at pick-up.

Rhonda saw my 6 month old miniature schnauzer for the first time. He had only been able to get puppy trims at PetSmart because he was afraid of the clippers. She took her time with him and he was able to get his first official big boy haircut. He had a really good experience there. I would highly recommend this place. Definitely going back.

We wanted to look for a new groomer near our new home, a permanent groomer that we could take our baby to. We have a Miniature Schnauzer, he s the most playful and lovable puppy ever. His last grooming was in November, so it hadn t been that long. But we wanted him to get trimmed up and cleaned up. We called here and were so excited to know they had an opening for the same day. My husband dropped off my baby, when he picked him up, apparently he had been done for a while but they forgot to call us. He sent me a picture and I cried. My baby was completely bald! Like no hair was even tried to be shaped. He s been completely down, refuses to let us touch him now and doesn t stop shaking. I m not sure what happened there, I hate that my baby doesn t even look or act like himself now. I would love to be able to post a pic of before and after because everyone needs to stay away from this place. He has nicks and cuts on his legs, ears, and private areas. Oh also they were gonna charge us only $47, they said if he is too matted it ll be $20 more. We were charged $80 when my baby wasn t even that matted. I am still so shocked this happened. Never again, I rather make the 40 minute drive to our other groomer instead of these guys. NEVER AGAIN! Called them to ask what happened, spoke to the manager she changed her story a couple times, first claimed my dog was extremely matted that s why he was hurt everywhere, Next she said we requested to shave him, false that not once Happened. Wish I could post pictures to show the before and after, I do have those pics up on Yelp.

Great grooming place. People there are so sweet and caring to my dog. So happy with the result! My dog was bathed and brushed and she looks and feels like a new dog. Will make this a regular thing from now on!

Our dog was happy and looked good but the cut took over 3 hours longer than we were told.

These guys will do an express appointment for a small fee and I can drop her off and pick her up without having her kenneled or spending anymore than the absolute necessary time away from home. After a bad experience, that ended in emergency surgery for my dog, with another groomer, this service, along with how kind everyone is there, has really helped ease my anxiety about getting my dog groomed!

Horrific!! Basically paid 58$ for my dog to be in a crate for three hours. I finally just went in to pick him up and he looked like he had his nails trimmed and bathed. Never again

They told me they cleaned my dogs teeth. When I took him to a Vetrinarian because he continued to have problems, they told me his teeth had never been cleaned. And when we were paying - the owner said to give us ten dollars off. The girl had already checked us out so they said. Oh next time you come back we will give it to you Bad business. We have never been back and after reading the owners answers to people, we never will be.

Horrible business! My poor dog had to suffer a 7 hour haircut after we specifically asked to have him taken up right away because he hates kennels. If you are 6 hours from getting to our appointment I would enjoy you tell me so my dog doesnt have to eat dinner at 10pm at night and sit in a kennel with no bathroom break. We were very clear!

Fast service reasonable pricing

Very friendly staff and treated my pooch like their own. Surprisingly fast services. Most pet groomers that I have dealt with accidentally cut my dog. But there was not a single cut and mistake on him. The prices are alright but I m honestly content on what I paid for. I will be taking my dog back for sure.

Bad customer service. Our dog is usually there for up to 5 hours. Ceasar is defensive, condescending, and unprofessional. We called to relay we were unhappy and the owner called back and was super defensive and unapologetic. Our dog hates going there because it s like a jail. Please don t do as we did, go somewhere else with your dog and money.

We took our dog Chase there for the first time and they were amazing. The lady that helped us was so nice. From now on we will be bringing Chase here to get groomed. Thank you

I m very disappointed and mad. They told me it would only be 4 hours and they ended up taking way longer then 4 hours. They told me they would cut it a specific way and ended up cutting him completely bald. He came home very irritated from his skin and very scared also crying. Never again will I come here I do not recommend this place.

They shave my yorkie from head to toes. They did not leave her cute little mustache and beard. They nicked her forehead. Left long peices of hair. I would not recommend them

We took our sweet very very difficult 17 yr old, completely blind shih tzu for the first time today. Most groomers give up on her and dont finish the job while charging an arm and a leg. We are beyond happy with the job done Best part is that our baby came home happy! Positive

This place can not be animal friendly. I took my little girl in for a 2:30 appointment. This would be her first visit here. We were told she would be done by 5 thats 2.5 hrs for a 13 lb shorki. At 5:00 pm my wife is told itll be another 45 minutes. 3.5 hours is rediculius for grooming. Overbooking is not healthy for any furry baby. Lets stress out our animals because they are not scheduling properly. Animals in a strange environment surrounded by incompetent strangers who undoubtedly dont care about the stress they are causing by overbooking. They keep the doors locked until you pay. You dont get to see your pet and the grooming job theyve done until you have paid. Asked for a bear face cut and got nothing close. Total incompetence. When you complain they just turn around and go back inside locking the door on you. I will let all my furry familys and friends know not to recommend or use this place. Will also be calling the better business bureau, health dept. and any animal related service to report them.

Ive seen some bad reviews but I took my little Dexter in to Ashlie and she did a fabulous job! He has health issues and she took good care of him.

I asked to have my lab mix dog furminated, nails ground and teeth brushed. Instead they shaved him, clipped his skin in the process and cut his gums. He didnt eat for three days. No one bothered to tell me hed been nicked or that his gums may have been accidentally injured. I will not be going back.

We have been taking our two dogs and cats here for over a year now. Only had one hiccup with online scheduling, but they were great to help us fix it and got my puppy in the next day. Great handling my big fur babies! Extremely patient with my big Pyrenees puppy who loves to jump up on you... and great with my Dane who is touchy with her paws. My cats are always taken care of. Great service.

Horrible groomers. Injured my dog and didnt tell us. Cut uneven and now we are going to get to see vet about possible infection. There were 4 groomers on duty they could have asked for help or called us.. no excuses for this. Dont take your dog there.

They should not be grooming dogs until they care about the job they are doing. All the employees are not polite. WAKE UP!

I love this grooming salon! They were able to take all three of my dogs (No smell feat one bring a German Shepard) the same day and did an AMAZING job. They work very hard, and I notice talk to the pets while they are grooming them. I will always get my dogs done here for the times I don t have the strength to do it myself

This Groomer does a fantastic job, talked with me about different styles and was very accommodating and good with dogs. It was my dog first cut and everything went really smooth I would highly recommend this Groomer!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have NEVER had this bad of experience with any groomer. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. I told them how my dog is very timid and will need a patient groomer because she gets scared and moves around a lot(I know because I ve tried grooming her myself). When I came to pick her up, Giovanni her groomer proceeds to tell me how he knicked my dogs ear with the scissors.The whole bottom half of her ear is gone! they offered me 5$ off and didn t even finish her nails and expect me to come back tomorrow to have them finished. They had 3 more hours before they were closed, It s obvious they didn t take their time with her. I will never be going here again. Giovanni please learn some patience if you re going to continue in this field.

Cancelled my appointment one hour before it was scheduled because of my dogs breed. Shes a chow mix and they said they dont have the equipment to groom her properly. Then her breed shouldnt be available or I should have been told the day before when my appointment was confirmed

The groomers at A Fur Affair are so loving and pay attention to details when grooming. My little dog Arlo has a few hairs that grow into his eyes and bother him. They always trim him up nice. I also love the little tie or bandana he gets each time he gets groomed.

My dog was hurt so bad that she is not alive she died at 3yrs old

They always do a great job grooming my animals! The staff there is really nice and I like that they are flexible with scheduling. I dont find their prices to be unreasonable, they are more competitive with pricing than other prices I have been.

I got a new puppy and she was stinky and she made it groomed really bad my son found them I took her there and they did a fantastic job and from now on they will be her groomer and Im very picky on groomers and they deserve five stars you should go there and find out what I mean they are awesome

I am disappointed with a fur affair pet salon. I have been taking my yorkie to Cesar, and my bichon frise puppy was finally ready to get groomed. That was such a mistake! They told me it would only take two hours, it took over 5 hours! I dropped her off at 12:30 and came back around 4 to check up on her, they said it would be another 40 minutes with a lot of attitude. I called back at 5:30 and they said, we TOLD the guy that JUST came in it would take 40 minutes. With such a snappy response, I just said thanks and sent my husband in. He picked her up at 6. They told us that this was the worst dog that they have ever worked on. Also saying they would start charging me extra if she ever tried biting, with no info until my husband picked her up. I have never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable by an establishment. I understand puppies can be naughty, but this haircut is unacceptable for how long it took. What really drove me to writing a review is to inform people my puppy also has razor burns on her face. She is a happy puppy and she will not play with me or my yorkie, which is not normal. Please be careful who to trust with your fur babies. I will not be recommending them to anyone or returning. I was hessitant and always feel bad writing bad reviews! I am just shocked by how the owner replies to peoples reviews. Whoever is replying to these lower reviews is fairly rude and cant understand the difference between our and are. Took my baby to Cesar years and years ago when they first opened and it was always perfect every time! I moved out of state and just moved back and brought my baby back to Cesar again. Still so perfect and my Caius doesn t ever feel scared when I pick him up! Thank you for doing so awesome!

Very good personal treatment and for your pet

The first time I took my dog here it was fantastic. The second time I asked for the same groomer and didnt get it. My doodle was totally shaved, even the top of her head. I asked to have her feet cut short. They were definitely cut short, and covered in razor burn and bareskin. I ended up having to take her to the vet for treatment because her feet were so bloody and irritated. For that reason alone I will not return to this groomer.

Ive been looking for a groomer because my Khloe is super SHY and we lost our last groomer. When I explained that Khloe is shy the staff let me bring her in to meet them and make sure she was comfortable with someone before I booked an appointment. Khloe was hesitant, but warmed up easily which was a good sign. I took her to today for her first full groom and Khloe came home happy and beautiful. Teya did an AMAZING job with her. Thank you A Fur Affair for treating my girl so well and doing such a great job. We will be back.

We had a 9:30 apt they did not start grooming for 2 hours. When we complained the groomer was very rude to my wife. Unprofessionalism and no regard for your pets.

They will increase the price on you when you go to pick up your dog. They will tell you your dogs hair was matted after they have shaved her. That way you have no ability to abject. Plan on paying an additional $20.00 to whatever price they gave you over the phone.

I absolutley love this grooming salon I have been taking my dogs to them for a couple years now. Gio is one of the best dog handlers I have ever seen. The way they all care for the animals is beyond anything I have ever had at other places. My schnauzer and scottie always come out perfect and when I tell you about how amazing they always make my poodle basically they turn her onto a show dog!!! I have never been more impressed than I am by this local business and the employees there. Teya, is amazing at explaining exactly what will be taking place and making sure that you are prepared for not only what the animal needs but will be best. The owner Cesar is amazing he has a group of employees that go the distance and always work hard. I would never go anywhere else!!!

When I called and scheduled my appointment it was set for June 30 at 9 am! I even got a text stating my appointment Husband takes boys and they say my appointment is next Sunday the 6th! Now why would there be 2 different appointments? The gal was very ignorant about it... I was very hesitant in the first place about this place I knew I should of trusted by gut! If she s rude to customers I can imagine how she treats dogs!!

My fur baby Daisy loves Caesar, the owner! I have had bad experiences in the past with other groomers who have really made us feel unwelcome because of my dogs breed, pitbull. Ceasar is so accepting of all breeds and is extremely accommodating to my dogs specific needs. She always leaves smelling amazing, nails grinded down short, and coat thoroughly brushes and shiny. You can tell they are great with dogs and do whatever they can to make them comfortable. The always add an accessory at no cost like bows, bandana, or jewel!

I took my Standard Poodle in for a full grooming. I showed them a picture of how I wanted him and and when I picked him up he looked nothing like how I wanted him to look. I was not going to say anything but it truly did look bad. A nice gentleman asked me if I liked it and I was honest and he was kind enough to take him back and trim him a lot more on his face. I didnt get the groomers name that fixed him. The reason I gave 1 stars is because even after fixing him it still doesnt really look all that great. I had to come home and trim him some more myself. I have taken this as a learning experience. I wont come here again. Not worth $80.

They seem to really enjoy what they do and love dogs. I felt good leaving my dog with them like I knew she was in good hands because they seemed so happy to be doing what theyre doing. Plus my girl came out looking great! Will definitely be back.

Unfortunately my experience was not satisfactory due to one reason, I have a 8lb chiweenie and I was quoted $30.00 over the phone by a gentleman named ceasar and when I picked my pooch up a gentleman with fake blue nails on charged me $50.00. I am an extremely generous tipper even after scammimg me and charging $20.00 more I still tipped $5.00. I would of tipped them $20.00 but now they have lost my business. I do thank you for making her look good but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This was my 3rd visit and the prior visit was great. I requested that he get shaved by the same person but was told he no longer works there. Informed me she would have one of her best staff give him a shave that had many years of experience. When I picked him up I noticed he still had shavings on him like he didnt get bathed, just buzzed. Which I thought was part of the package. But Never will I take him there again to her. She cut him and burned his chest with hte hot razor Im sure (Since it happened at another place that I no longer go to) I didnt bother to look him over cause my previous visit was great. But when I got home I looked him over and found it. But if your going to hurt someones did have the decency to know let them know. Even if its an accident. Please come back Gio you were amazing.

We have had our pup groomed here several times now. They have done an excellent job every time. You can really tell the entire staff is filled with animal lovers. Its nice leaving our pup there knowing she is going to get taken care of.

These guys always do a great job on Sunny my golden retriever. They re also fairly priced.

I was very happy with the level of service I received. The people there were very caring, and personable. Even when I pulled up I could tell my dog was treated like one of their own. He himself even seemed very happy and enjoy his visit there. I would definitely recommend taking your pet here to be pampered, or for any other grooming needs.

This place was great, they groomed my elder cat very well and she wasnt scared or injured in the process. The gentleman who groomed her was very nice and talked to her through out and made it a great experience.

Ceasar and everyone is amazing, they treat your furbabies with the love they give their own babies. This is the only place we take our baby to, she always looks great and we can tell she feels great too after being here, and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Took our dog here last week. Everyone in the salon was so kind and helpful. I love that they didn t immediately stick our dog in a cage, they let her hang out and stretch her legs. Her fur is seriously the softest it s ever been since her visit as well. They use high quality products. Will definitely be returning!!

I have taken both of my dogs here for awhile now. I called spoke to Cesar trying to schedule an appointment for my dogs and I was left on hold for more then 20 min. After waiting for so long they just hung up. So Unprofessional, what business leaves a customer on hold for that long then hang up.

THIS PLACE SUCKED. DO NOT COME HERE. ID RATE 0 IF I COULD. The first time I took my husky there was to get her nails cut & a nice trim because she was shedding A LOT. and for her to get a really good bath, it took about 2 hours I go and pick her up and NOTHING and I mean NOTHING looked different about her, no trim, no nails cut, only a nice bath costed me about 40$ to have her a BATH, now normally I wouldn t care for the price but this price was ridiculous. The second time I took her because I thought it might ve been different not sure why, but I went back anyways. I took her for the same thing, nails, and a trim and a bath (obviously since she s getting trimmed) or as I thought, they had my dog from 12pm-4:40pm and when I went to go get her same thing AGAIN. no difference but a damn bath, the guy claimed it s because my dog wouldn t let them cut her nails, ok? But what the hell was you doing with my dog for 4 hours and 40 minuets? And then for it to cost 60$ MORE THEN LAST TIME WHEN IT WAS THE SAME THING!!! I m not being dumb, or anything I ve told them about the first mistake too, and they did nothing to fix it. NEVER AGAIN a will I come here, this place sucks! Also I believe his name is Cesar left me on hold for about 10 minuets when I called to set an appointment and said his computer was messing up, then put me on hold AGAIN for about 5 more minuets. Ridiculous and not professional.

I took my little dog in to be groomed (1 of 3 dogs), and 3 hrs later they were barely getting started on him. That tells me he was locked up for 3 hours before being addressed at all. The worst part is, he caught lice from them being locked there so long. This was also another reason I waited before posting this, I wanted to be sure he got the lice there and not at home. We did tons of research and there is no way that he had lice but my two other dogs havent had so much as a fly land on them and weve checked the house, yard, vehicles, and the only other dogs he has ever been in contact with, and nothing. When they called me they talked to me in an attitude as if it was my fault that he had the lice and how dare I take him there. I will not be taking any of my dogs back now that we know for sure I have caught the lice from them and they dont know how to behave professionally in diverse circumstances. At first I was happy with this place, then that changed quickly. From twice experience of going there they put me on hold for more than 10 min each time. And reading the other reviews other customers get also put on hold. I believe it was Cesar who I talked to. Then I got told about a package for my husky do get deshedded and the first time my dog came home looking the exact same nothing different but a bath! Thought I d give them the benefit of the doubt and once again even with the package my husky looked the same and they claimed my dog wouldn t let them do their job! Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Charged my 60$ for a bath! Didn t trim her hairs like I asked or her nails. The deshedding only made her shedding at home twice as bad! Horrible customer service! Do not go there ! They re scammers.

I took my long haired cat hoping it would be a place I could continue going. He was there much longer than expected and his fur was still damp and a few new knots around his neck because of the damp fur and not brushing him out. I also noticed he was limping on his back left leg. It seems it was injured while he was there. Never again.

Ive driven by here a bunch of times. But when youre used to going to the same groomers for awhile and each time our dog has different cuts because you never know who you will get when you drop them off. Well, we decided to give A Fur Affair Pet Salon a chance. The price was around the same ballpark of the other 2 groomers Ive been too. When I went inside to ask some questions, everyone was very friendly & helpful. So I made an appointment. When I got there they all were very welcoming. Cesar and I talked about how I wanted our dog groomed. He did a great job!!! Im very happy with how she turned out!!! Finally a groomer who knows what theyre doing. Our dog is a poodle mix and Cesar has poodles. So in my opinion, he definitely knows what hes doing!!! We will be making another appointment when shes ready for another grooming. Thank you so much!!!

We had to find a new groomer and by the recommendation of people in our neighborhood we decided to take Newman to Cesar. From the first phone call we knew we would like taking him to A Fur Affair! Giovani and Harith were absolute pleasures on the phone super polite and super nice! Ceaser is Awsome

I just received a call from a staff member letting me know that they are slow today and will be closing early today. I had a scheduled appointment today at 6 pm which I scheduled on Monday plenty of time in advanced. I think it this place is very unprofessional calling me at 10 am to ask me if I can go in early because they are closing early since they are slow. How do they expect to get new business this way. I told them I worked until 5 pm and that I had scheduled in advanced they didnt care again told me they were not going to be there at 6 pm when they advertise they are open until 8 pm today. I was so hyped about this place but what a DISAPPOINTMENT. Why are they changing or in this case canceling my appointment for their convenience. They will go out of business soon!!!!!! I was called to have my appointment canceled if I couldnt make it in earlier. Even after I told your staff I did not get off work until 5 pm she placed her hand over the phone while she talked to another associate relating what I was saying. She then came back and told me I could bring my dog tomorrow Friday or another day. You guys even called me after you read my review apologizing. Please man up to what you said and did to me. No justification on your end. I even have a voicemail that your staff left on my phone. Should I go and post it on FB so everyone can see who is the liar here!!!! Enough said. Thats why your business is going to go our of business for your poor Customer Service and for being Liars. The damage is done and it is what it is. You called me and straight out said if I cant switch my appointment no one will be at the place of business at 6 pm when I was originally scheduled. Point blank. You wonder why you have no business and you are slow. This is exactly why.

This was our 3rd time coming here, we ve always had a good experience. But this time was different. We brought our dog in, and we were quoted 3-4 hours. I waited almost 5 hours before I decided to call after not hearing anything. I was told that the dog was having a hard time with the groomer and that it was taking longer. As a business you d think you would be a bit more professional about letting people know, as some of us are on schedules and cannot just wait around expecting a call In a time frame that was quoted. Things happen I get it. But that s not the worst of it. They tell me to pick him up at 5:30, and I show up at 5:30. The groomer is still working on my dog, and tell me give him 5 minutes. I asked if it was ok to stay inside and wait, since it was cold outside. He said yes and we waited. The girl with glasses and a Beenie, asked for payment and I paid then she told me to wait outside so our dog doesn t get distracted. This was very unprofessional in my opinion as this is a business, where you should be able to wait. So I go outside and stand by the door, waiting. So after another 15 minutes and attitude from this girl I finally get my dog and leave. I contacted the owner to address this issue, and of course got no response. Now I see why this business has so many bad reviews. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE AND NEITHER WILL ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY.

I absolutely love this place. First time here yesterday. Not only do my dogs look cute as ever with their new cuts. but they are not stressed out like they have been in the past at other places. I had to stop getting them cut because they got so stressed with the last gal. (Zue zue) was so calm. Loved it! One of my dogs (Taz) can be hard to handle and These guys did an amazing job with him. You guys were super busy but with a little patience and understanding my dogs made it back home looking amazing staff was nice and all the animals there seemed to feel safe. Will recommend to all my dog lovers. Thank you again.

I had been going to a private groomer for 10 years. I decided to try this place by my home with my new yorkie, King! Caesar groomed King! Appropriate? Right?! Anyway, I was impressed! I give a big 10! Excellent customer service and animal love!

We used to live in West Jordan and so bringing our mini daschund was really convenient. Than we moved to Herriman. Weve tried 2 other places for our dog. And no one treats her as well as the people at A Fur Affair. She is always happy and very well groomed. So we make the extra drive there. The ENTIRE staff is kind and takes very good care of our dog. We will refer people and keep coming! Thank you!

Awful!!! They started grooming my 1year old puppy and didnt finish. They said he was too stressed. They saved his back and thats it. I asked what we could do; they said they didnt know, but they couldnt groom him or finish. When I picked him up he acted like they had abused him. I would never recommend them. They had no solution. Now my poor puppy looks awful and I am going to have to find someone who will be super patient because my poor dog is freaking out.

Our dog Rosie has been going to Ceasar for almost a year now! When she was a puppy we took her to PetSmart for her very first puppy cut and had a terrible experience. We were lucky enough to be referred to Ceasar, he has been nothing but wonderful to our dog. I know Rosie was difficult as a young puppy and has gotten so much better. Shes always so excited when we get there and has learned to love him. He does a fantastic job!!! If your looking for a groomer make sure you give Ceasar a call!

I came to A Fur Affair with my Dog Lola and she loved it. They treated her as if she was one of their own fur babies! Her haircut was fabulous. They got her toenails nice and short. And their teeth scaling made my babies teeth look like a pup again so pearly white! Me and my sweet diva will be going back for sure!

Took our dog Walter for the first time on Saturday. Mary did an excellent job of grooming. We were very pleased. I was a little apprehensive taking him to a new place but everyone was very kind and gentle with him. Will definitely be taking Walter back to see Mary. Great job!

They discounted my dogs first teeth scaling because he had fewer teeth than a younger dog. So nice! They also do free nail cutting with that service. My Charlie didnt even seem traumatized after like he has in the past at other places. I hope this kind of great service continues because hes an older dog & Ill get his teeth cleaned often if so!

I called to schedule an appointment for my pet and was put on hold permanently. I called at 4:50p and they close at 5p, I figured they had time to schedule an appointment. Apparently not!

Love this place. My dog Snickers loves the people! She always looks adorable when I pick her up. She is a jumpy excited little schnauzer, and one time they accidentally knicked her just a tiny bit. It didnt bother her at all and was hardly noticeable. When I went to pick her up they felt horrible and told me about it right away and then gave me a coupon for a free shampoo. A lot of places wouldnt even point out that they cut the dog. Let alone try to make up for it. They really are great! I have sent a few people their way and they have also had great experiences!

They do a good job, Ive been taking my dog here for probably close to a year now. Once they forgot to call me when he was done though so they had him a lot longer than they should have. Now I just remind them to call and if i havent heard from them Ill call them sooner. :)

Took one of dogs there at his 1230 appointment and didnt have him done til 530pm, and then his cut looks hurried and very uneven... well we tried them and now well go else where.....

First time for our little dog at this groomer. They did a great job. They were thorough and concerned with the details. The price was fair and the time spent at the groomer was as expected. Found them on Google and Ill be back.

So far it has being a good grooming salon for my cat.

We took our dog who is usually very nervous and skittish to A Fur Affair. He came home happy and looked great. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. He was done on time as well. We will for sure coming back!!

We love this place! We have take our yourkie here and our long-haired cat. Both always look great and I know they are well taken care of which is what I care about the most! Love this place and hope they never leave!!!!

Love this place. Cesar & Cindy & all the staff do a wonderful job on my Pomeranian. This week visit was extra special My Travieza had some lil pink bows, which i just loved. Little details that make this place extra special.

Have been here several times based on a recommendation from a friend. They do a great job with our labradoodles, we usually also do the furminator, or at least thats what I thinks its called. It includes extra brush time and nails and other stuff. All of the services we have had have been proceed well; definitely less than chains. Will be returning for the foreseeable future.

I used to like going here but the last time I went they charged me $20 more for the same services I got before and I ended up having to fix all the unevenness.

These guys rock. Took my 2 yorkies there cause they were a mess and the came out looking amazing. Chewie got a rockin tail and Daisy got a sweet bow. Will be back. Thank you.

Took my husky here twice with both times being horrible. First time they didnt brush or dry around his neck area at all. Second time which was last week they didnt do anything about his shedding summer coat and he is all nappy and constantly leaving chunks of fur around the house after a few days of his appointment. Really wanted to like this place and not give a big corporation like Petsmart my money but with the quality of this place I dont see them lasting much longer.

I got a rescue dog and looked awful. Brought him here and now hes beautiful. He smells great and seemed to like it there even though the dog didnt like to get touched by strangers. Will bring him back again.

Amazing customer service and very professional services. My dog desperately needed a good bath and a haircut from going on hikes and playing around in the dirt. He had lots of knots in his hair but the specialists here were able to do a good cut regardless! Definitely coming back here

Omg i totally found my groomer for my baby poodle mix i have always took my poodle to pet smart and petco today was our first time here and im totally in love with my poodle grooming i will never go else where from this point on thank you so so much ( A fur Affair) You guys rock

I brought my two dogs here and couldnt be happier!! They did such an amazing job. My dogs came home happy and relaxed! I will be going back for sure. I felt as as though I was being treated more like family then as a client!! I love that my dogs seem relaxed and excited to walk through their doors!! I highly recommend them!!

AWESOME experience!!! My furbaby is very shy and scared of people. Especially men. He did so well with the staff!! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. We will defiently be back!!

Took my dog here twice, they never groomed him the way I asked. I hated his cut and one of the groomers was yelling at the other dogs while I was standing right there. Totally inappropriate and unacceptable. I will never go back to any of their locations!

My husband is the one who dealt with the employees and groomer. I can tell you he was dissatisfied with the service but that is all I can say for him. For me personally the cut was terrible. We have a Papillion mix, their cut in general is never all the way to the skin even if it was in the summer but this is what they did to my dog, she looks ridiculous They were asked to just trim her up but they shaved her from just below the ears back and the cut right at the ears was very choppy. Then to top it all off they put a bead on her between the eyes which was very hard to remove and caused pain when trying to pull off. I dont know what look they were going for but was very dissatisfied and will never go there again or refer them.

I am very pleased with this place. I have been going there since they opened last year and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very professional and always does everything I ask of them. My dogs are always so excited to go in and so happy when I pick them up, which is a very important thing to me because my dogs hate when I groom them myself. Thank you so much for the hard work and professionalism. I will never go anywhere else!

I take both of my little dogs to Ceasar at this pet salon and one of my dogs gets really bad anxiety and whenever I pick them up, she is very relaxed and happy. I am grateful that I found somewhere where both of my dogs are comfortable and I know they are being treated well. I am also always happy with how they look and how well he cleans their teeth. I love the little gems and bows that he puts on them too. I would recommend A Cut Above in Kearns, to any of my family and friends.
