Wonderful wonderful company to work with. I do recommend going in person with your dog to get the right size and a demonstration of how to get it on.
Me and my mother came here looking for a bag for our bernadoodle. The location was not great but the service was wonderful! We spent a while discussing what we were looking for and the front desk gal was super helpful. I highly recommend bringing your dog in with you instead of ordering online. We actually got to put her in the backpack and put it on my back. It was super duper helpful to see how to put the dog in it. I will happily recommend this company to anyone. Though I do strongly suggest going into the store instead of ordering online.
My husband & I stopped into the store today to upgrade our current K9 Sport Sacks for our 2 girls. Spencer was very courteous, knowledgeable, and fair. So happy we were able to stop in. Thanks again, Spencer! Our girls will be all smiles in their new sacks!!

Bought a black Knavigate for my 45 pound best friend! I am shocked at how natural she came to it and how great it worked. Very awesome experience. I also called their phone line before ordering and the staff was super knowledgeable about any questions I came up with.
I purchased a backpack to carry my 40lb corgi on long hiking trips. He can go for about 6.5 miles without any problem but after that it gets to be a bit tiring for him. Having this backpack has changed our hikes! Now, I can take him on longer hikes and not have to worry about tiring him out. I also had a great experience going to their location and getting him measured. They took the time to make sure he was comfortable and that I knew how to safely get him in and out. K9 Sport Sack is a game changer! Thank you!
After searching for this pack online and reading all the great reviews, I decided to buy one for my dog. It was great to see that they were located so close to me. The guy who helped us out was great. He was so patient showing me how to put my dogs paws in. My dog was not having it. And it was great to be able to try it out in person and make sure it was the right fit.
Super friendly people! I love what they stand for and what they produce! Great quality product 👌 they were very helpful in teaching us how to properly use the backpack and ensure an enjoyable experience for our dog and us. Can't recommend them enough!

I ordered one of these packs for my dog following all the specifications they recommend for sizing. The pack took about a month to arrive and was significantly too small for my dog. I emailed customer service and explained the pack was the wrong size, they got back to me and said they would help me out if I sent them the measurements of my dog. I did, heard nothing back, sent a follow up email, still no response. I asked for a refund and the slip they sent me would not cover return shipping even though they had sent me the wrong product. After I sent the product back they informed me there was a 20% restocking fee. I have seen nothing of the $40 I paid in duties on the product either. I paid CDN$ 136.67 originally for the pack + $40 duties. +$22 return shipping. $198.67 was what I paid in total, receiving a refund of CDN$ 96.54. This cost me $102.13 for Nothing. Because they offer incorrect sizing when you order.
Had problems at first, but the customer services ended up being soo nice to me, and answered all my questions. The website gave me a 20% off code, and since I work so close was wondering if i could just pick it up. well They let me use the code in person! Soo nice.

After supposedly good reviews I decided to purchase a few items after getting up update on Black Monday discounts. At every point of purchase, I was advised I was I was paying in AUD, even had the Aussie flag icon at the bottom of the screen and prices were listed as A$. At checkout it even confirmed this payment was in AUD however when I reviewed my bank account, I was charged in USD. I sent all the supporting documentation to customer service who have provided contradicting repsonses on every email (and now have stopped responding altogether!) and despite all the supporting info that I should have been charged in AUD, they are doing nothing to rectify the error. One response was Did you not want to be charged in AUD, second response was you ordered on Sunday therefore didnt qualify for the discount, third response was You were charged in AUD, its your bank that has charged extra fees, forth response was You were correctly charged in USD! They even said I understand the computer glitch in prices being shown in two different currencies is frustrating and I apologize. First problem with that is they recognise computer glitch yet wont honour the right price, second problem is that the website only showed AUD (not two currencies) and third problem is even after recognising that they have misled me, wont rectify the issues. Disgusting behaviour on all accounts. *UPDATE* I have now been given a refund
