Update December 2024: Management of this store used to be incredible. I m not sure what changed but the service has gone downhill. It seems as if they are put out kids who really don t want to do their job or help customers because it would require effort. Hope this was just an off day but I will take my business elsewhere until they hire more considerate, mature employees. Thrilled to finally have a store that has all the brands and products I need at fair prices. They are new but seems to be great management from my experience on day 1.

A worker named Hailey threw a cricket at me and as someone who has a huge bug phobia I believe this is incredibly disrespectful and she was super rude while I was in there. This is my first time EVER being in this pet supplies store and think this behavior was completely unacceptable. This will FORSURE be my last time coming into this store.

I really enjoy coming to pet supplies plus, my dog likes to come and get his food with me. I have normally have a coupon for 25% off. I really like the store and hope they stay here a long time.

Our fav place for pet supplies. They carry our cat food at a great price and we love the coupons we get in the mail each month.

Bought 3 of the rose minnows and 1 died the first day. The second one died about 2 weeks later. 1 left. I thought I d give my 6 year old goldfish some friends but he now seems to be acting weird.

They carry everything you could need, and the prices are very decent. I get their coupons in the mail, so that always saves me a few extra bucks too. Im always greeted when I walk in and everyone is super friendly. I had an experience one time where I was checking out and could not find my credit card, the one entered on my phone was wrong since it had recently been hacked, and I didnt have enough cash. I was buying a boatload of cat, dog and gecko stuff. The cashier helped me out by buying my purchase for me and I venmod her right back! She helped me out of a tight spot that I was ready to cry over. (it was a rough day.) I am a lifelong fan and customer of this store!!!! You can tell they care about pets. Kudos to the owner!

I got my Lepord Gecko here and a lot of my supplies. The staff were very knowledgeable on how to prepare for and take care of my pet. They had what I needed and are very friendly. The store itself has everything I will need at an affordable price. Love this place!

I wish I got the names of the team members! I went in the store (May11th) to grab a few things for my new puppy (Lola), one team member rushed over to meet Lola and to help me of course lol she was very knowledgeable about my questions, gave me suggestions and was very polite! She also gave me a new puppy checklist! I walked to another aisle and we were greeted by 2 more team members, very helpful and polite! While they were assisting me, we were joined by another team member, greeted Lola they made Lola felt comfortable!

I love getting the full service grooming for our dog. I also love getting her groomed while also being able to get her treats and food. The people there love animals and it shows. They go above and beyond.

Ive absolutely loved every time I take my dog to get groomed here. Kylee always does an amazing job and is so thorough in her grooming. My dog always comes home smelling and looking great and is always rocking an awesome bandana :))

Every time we come in the employees are do friendly and make sure we re finding what we need. Much better customer service than the other big box pet stores!

My family was so excited to check this place out. We drove over an hour to get there. The workers were so rude! My kids left crying. I was so frustrated with how all of us were treated.

Bought all the necessary items for a hamster, they told us we had to put his cage together and have it ready for him before we were allowed to buy the hamster, went outside and put his cage together and walked back to the door and they were closed! 3 mins past close time and they laughed and said they couldnt help us because they were off the clock! We didnt know the time or we would of said no and let us buy him NOW or the 2 workers should of said hey were about to close so please hurry up or come back tomorrow! We live 40 mins away and are hardly in the area. My 2 kids were and are heart broken!

I always call to make sure my dog s food is in stock before I come in because I live pretty far. Almost every time I ask I m told that it s out of stock or that there s only one bag left. It s happened on mutiple occasions where I will come in anyway only to find that the food I asked about is fully stocked. It makes me think that customer service is not valued at this location and no effort is ever made to assist with anything. I ve considered changed my dog s food just so I don t have to deal with the employees here.

First time placing an order for my furbabies and hands down the best experience! Prompt delivery and excellent service. Customer for life!

I love the deals I get from Pet Supplies! The prices are fair, competitive with everyone else, but their coupons are by far the best so it really saves us A LOT on food for 5 dogs!

Had high hopes for the self serve wash, but I won t be returning. It was filthy. Not sure how they don t have someone making sure it s cleaned up after each use. The customer should clean up, but if they don t, then what? There was mounds of hair all over each of the lower tubs, and so much hair on the wet floor it looked like someone had given their dog a haircut in there and left. One of the tubs had brushes left in the tub along with all the hair, the brushes they have for you to use are not clean. I wish I had my phone to take pictures.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Ive been here multiple times over the last year, and Ive never had anything but exceptional service from every single employee, every single time. They are extremely friendly, genuine, and well knowledged. The customer service here is always top notch, and the products are excellent quality as well. I will go out of my way to buy all of my pet supplies from here.

This is a great community pet store - and a good alternative to big box pet stores in the area. They offer grooming services - and even a self serve pet wash! Update: self serve dog wash is so much better than using your bathroom or patio! Good choices for shampoo. Warm water. Brushes and combs. Towels. Blower.

We paid $225 to get our Samoyed trimmed. We had to take him back and pay another $225 to fix his cut and ended up with this...

Went in to use the self serve dog wash, which I love. However I walked past some bowls that were half off, decided I wanted to get them. Went to the register and the cashier said they were not on sale. I walked him over and he saw the tag and checked the bar code matched and still wouldn t give me the price. His reasoning, because it s a new month the sale is over but someone just left the tag up. Since he wouldn t give me the correct price and people were waiting in line, I went to my car and called to speak to a manager, Aubrey, and I told her what happened and she said to come back and she d fix it and give it for the correct price. Super thanks to Aubrey but that other cashier needs to be trained on common sense and how costumer service works.

Way better then pet smart great customer service and they are very helpful

We have taken our dog Rocco to Lauren twice now and we loved the results both times! He looked amazing! He leaves his appointment very happy and we can tell he is treated with lots of love. They also gave us a cute little treat bag with a report card at the end of the appointment. We definitely recommend Lauren!

Abraham was very helpful! Got us all set up to give our doggo a bath.

We have taken our golden retriever to have a full service groom here a few different times now and we always have gland cleaning requested but the last 2 times we ve taken her it seems as though her anal glands have not been done and still give her (and us) issues as well as the oils that collect around her ear hair isn t washed. We noticed this last time that her tail had not been brushed through either. For $120, we ve been a bit disappointed- especially not knowing for sure what all happens or doesn t during her appt. We probably won t be going back here.

We really came for the dog cookies. The display and selection was out of this world. Super clean store. Everything is really easy to find. So many dog food and dog treat options! Everyone was so friendly to us. Can t wait to come back and use the doggy self wash. This ll be our new regular place and thing!

I absolutely love pet supply plus by harmons in Traverse mountain grooming. My pup received the full experience. its been a week and a half, and my mini aussie still smells like yummy fabric softener. I have no clue what they used, but I am so happy with it. They also went at his pace. He was nervous about the dryer, so they calmed him down before trying again and texted me to let me know when that occurred and when he was ready. I will definitely go back!!

Love my dogs, loved this shop. Went here while traveling because they had the food my pups eat. Found everything I needed and then some. Great family run pet supply. Better products means happy, healthier pets. I recommend giving them a try.

Manager is out today of the grooming so no one could help me. I have to call back another day. I bring my dogs here all the time to be groomed. I have never had just a bad grooming. My dog was done in less than an hour. I do not think that is even possible. He looks terrible and he has big chunks out of his chest.

I drive 45 minutes for Lauren to groom my boys! It s so hard to find a good groomer and Lauren is a gem!! So knowledgeable and fantastic with them, even when they re being buggers.

The products here are really well-priced compared to other stores. I bought 40 lbs of kitty litter for $19, hard to beat that. The staff were nice and the store was clean and organized.

THIS IS FOR GROOMING: Ive taken my puppy 3 separate times to this store for grooming. The first time was wonderful. They did such a good job. The second time she looked chopped up in some places and not even touched in other places. At that point I only paid for their puppy grooming so I decided the 3rd time to get a full grooming paid the $70+. And it has been the worse yet. Dont go here for grooming..Terrible. I gave 2 stars because they are nice to us

By far my favorite pet supply store, they carry a lot of supplies that are actually healthy for your furry friend. Their staff are the most helpful and polite people you will ever meet.

If you love your furry babies or scaly babies, youll shop here. Or you can adopt some little furry friends or if youre feeling slippery, perhaps some fish? ><>oO and then you can love them. Seemingly limitless options for anything you might need. 10/10 do recommend.

My husband and I stopped in just to check to see if they sell our preferred brand of dog food for our retriever. Since the pet stores around us rarely have it in stock. Pet Supplies Plus had it! Not only that, but it was cheaper than where we typically get it from! The store is super clean and doesn t smell like your typical pet store. The staff is also extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! This is now our exclusive dog food, pet supply and dog bathing/ grooming place!

I was excited to find out there was a pet store opening so close to where I live. I decided to check it out to see what kind of stuff they had and if they carried a particular food brand for my cats and they did! The staff is also very nice and always asking if they can help you look for stuff :) I didn t get to explore other parts of the store just the cats, but they had a nice selection for cats from what I saw. I m really happy there s a pet store so close to me and I don t have to make the drive to pet smart or order online if I don t want to!

Stopped in to see what this place was all about, and we were blown away at the quality of customer care shown. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Great location, but bad customer service. The employees were all gathered at the front chatting to each other and didnt acknowledge me when I came in. I felt like I was inconveniencing them just to ask where to find a litter box. And then the employee didnt help me find it, just told me which isle, which ended up being the wrong isle. Also the product selection was very minimal and prices were high. Ill be headed back to PetSmart from now on.

Cant speak to how well they do their job. I scheduled an appointment and they texted a week or so later to say they were too busy and wanted to reschedule another week out. I told them just to cancel it.

What an experience I had at this store. I went in and was immediately greeted by a nice young lady by the name of Bri who helped me find the dog toy aisle. I have a dog who is a pretty heavy chewer and she helped me find a toy that would be best suited for my dog. She was very knowledgeable on the products and incredibly friendly! 10 out of 10 I would recommend.

I ve taken both my dogs here for grooming appointments with Kylee and had a wonderful experience both times! They leave looking fresh and feeling good. We will definitely be repeat clients. The staff at Pet Supplies Plus are always super friendly and make my dogs feel like celebrities when they come in. We love coming here and are looking forward to more monthly grooming appointments!

THEY PRICE MATCH FROM AMAZON! I used to buy my cat food on Amazon, but now I get it from pet supplies plus for the same price as Amazon and it is supporting a small business. They have products and customer service. I love coming here for anything my cat needs and it is so nice to have a pet store, so close to home now! It is even a local business. It is just next door to harmons. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I am so happy to have this right next-door to Harmons Grocery Store. The staff is so friendly and they have everything I need for my cat. Store is clean and it seems like its really taking off in the neighborhood. I always see customers walking in with their dogs whenever I am shopping at Harmons right next-door.

Doggy wash is amazing. The dryers are loud so the dogs get scared though. If they re dirty, you can wait until an employee comes by and they will clean it out. An employee went above and beyond to demonstrate that the food is human grade. I recommend coming here for all your pet needs! Great customer service. Additionally, they have a cart of free dog treats.

Awesome pet store! Definitely seems much higher quality than some of the other pet store chains out there. They have a very good stock of pet supplies and the like. The fish are slightly crowded but, unlike other chains, they actually have pretty good energy and seem healthy.

Best grooming appointment Ive ever booked for my dog! Ive been to places where it takes at least 5-8 (!) hours for them to cut my dog, which makes me think theyre keeping her in a kennel for at least half of that time ;(. I took my Sheepadoodle in and she was done in 2 hours. The staff was amazing too. Ill be taking her here from now on!

I came here to get some treats and a toy for my dogs birthday. Due to traffic I got there 5min after close. When I came to the doors the employees happily reopened the doors for me. They let me take my time and were super kind. Highly recommend this store! They have great deals, and toys and treats for all the animals!
