The sales person told me that I would be able to cancel my membership (aka, break the contract) for free since I was moving out of state, and they dont offer services to where Im moving. I signed up in August and told the sales guy I was moving in November. He assured me I could cancel for free. He lied. The company forced me to pay $280, refusing to honor their word. Now I cant pay rent. Lesson learned. Read every stupid page of a contract that you sign. Dont trust sales people. Just say no.

Im on S.S and feel like I definitely got scammed. Expensive lesson I couldnt afford.

Highly recommend if you are looking for a quality pest control service. The previous company I used, unfortunately, did the minimum requirements, and I barely saw them when they serviced the house. My place has always had difficulty fully getting rid of all the ants. However, I am sold with these guys and the level of care and quality they bring. I am amazed by the additional services provided and the level of knowledge they have. Friendly, easy to work with, and hassle free set up. Scheduling was a breeze as they were able to quickly come out hours later. My technician was timely, conveyed all parts of the work being done, and provided plenty of support for continued communication. The technician was efficient with the tasks necessary and provided additional help with the items requested. Overall excellent customer rapport from the company and its technicians.

He also covered his company name with his iPad as he proceeded to knock and attempt to sell us. I have photo and video evidence that I will be posting on my social media accounts. Our spray technician was Asher, and he was very polite and efficient. We had multiple wasp nests in our backyard (he had even found a couple more), and made sure to spray them well. It was a good experience overall! Edit: We had to do a couple re-sprays, as I found more nests around our property over time! Hershel came out twice and was extremely polite and listened to my concerns. He was happy to re-spray areas that have been sprayed before, as well as spray other potential nest areas. Thank you!

Jonathan explained everything clearly and explained in depth the importance of the service. I was really ready to have this problem taken care of and he assured me that it would happen right away. I just signed up with Greenline. So far I had one service and Felipe was our technician. He was so amazing extremely thorough and had great communication. Our main concern are wasps since one of my kids is allergic to them. A previous pest control company had come 2 weeks in a row saying that they had looked thoroughly (the last visit was just 6 days ago) but Felipe found over 40 live nests! I was very impressed with the service and after trying 3 other companies, I feel like we re finally being treated like a valued customer, not just another contract.

My technician was Zay , very professional and full of knowledge coverd all the in and outs about his task . He went above and beyond taking extra care for my flower beds putting down granuals instead of the spray letting me know it could be harmful to honey bees , He did a 110 percent job and Im hoping for my next treatment he returns . 5 Stars for sure
