Leader of the Pack in Lindon

This is a complete update. We got a new dog 3 years ago that needs grooming. Leader of the pack has shown they have a true passion for grooming at the highest level. They participate in national competitions. They have always been friendly and fairly priced.

Ive been taking my Wooly siberian husky rescue dog to them for yrs, and he doesnt care for bath time, hates being brushed but loves them. I highly recommend them!

Best groomer I have been too!! I absolutely love this place. They were so gentle, patient, kind, and communicative with me and my pups. I highly recommend them!

Very impressed with their service. They were excited to see us, and the results are amazing.

I scheduled an appointment with them for my dog 6 months ago and a groomer quit. Its not my fault their groomer quit I scheduled an appointment with them not the groomer. They canceled my appointment told me to contact the groomer that had quit just to find out the person they referred me to isnt taking on any new clients. I wont be going back and I hope I can find someone to get my dog taken care of.

I have taken my dog here for years to be groomed and have been very pleased with the groomers there, even referring friends and family to them. I do know they are very busy and because of this fact, I always book my appointments 6 months in advance. Recently, out of the blue and two days before my dogs next grooming appointment, I received a phone call stating they could no longer groom my dog because they have had a turnover of groomers and can no longer fit him in their schedule. This was 2 days before his next grooming appointment. It left me scrambling trying to find someone to groom my dog on such short notice, which is extremely difficult. They did give me the name of the groomer that was grooming my dog previously but had since left Leader Of the Pack, but she was booked solid and wasnt taking any clients. Because of this, it was made clear that they choose what dogs they want to groom and who they dont want to do business with. Again, they do a great job at grooming, but have lousy customer service, are not professional and arent reliable at all.

Im so glad I called these guys! They did an amazing job with my Great Pyrenees. Cant wait for next time!

Hard to get an appointment. Full service is pretty pricey

They did a great haircut on my dog and they are very kind to the animals.

Just because a grooming salon takes months for an appointment and is expensive does not mean they are treating your animal well. Poor communication and lack of respect to me as a customer means our beloved pet is getting the same treatment. Don t risk it.

We have been going to Kim for almost 7 years and have never had a bad experience!!! She treats my baby as her own and her staff is fantastic! Belle loves her auntie Kim and would recommend any fur baby to go see her!

Kim Shields is really awesome, her coworkers are very friendly, and they sell everything (teeth gel, harnesses and collars, leashes, puppy sweaters, etc.).

This place is amazing. I have never been to a better groomer and they always take great care of my puppers, I dont have to worry about him when hes there. In fact, he loves going! Plus he comes out looking better than I thought he could. I cant recommend these guys enough. No questions asked, best groomers in town. Love love love them!

Took my dog here for years, never had any problems

Lets be honest, our pets are like our family and everyone wants their family to be taken care of. This is the friendliest, most considerate place to bring your animal in the area. The staff genuinely loves what they do and will love your pet like their own. Kim and her team are fantastic! Thank you Leader of the Pack!

Never coming back!! The owner does not know how to treat people, much less dogs.

Worst experience ever. We went to pick up our dog, and the owner told us that our dog bit her. She handed me a sheet to sign afterwards, essentially agreeing to their policies and extra charges. I told her I wasnt going to sign it after everything was done, I told her she sould have gone over everything at the beginning instead of at the end. She didnt explain the policies or even give us the paper until we were going to pay. She wanted to charge us extra because she had to put on a muzzle on our dog, and that it took longer than usual. She told me, Its not my job to train your dog, and she also said, We could have groomed 3 dogs in the time it took to groom yours. I told her that she never went over that with us, and since I didnt sign the form agreeing to those policies, I was only going to pay for the services provided, and not for these surprise fees. She agreed to take off the fees, agruing that it was common knowledge, but that we would not be welcome back. I told her that was fine, we wouldnt want to come back anyway. She responded by telling me she was going to report this, and also contact the groomers in the area so that no one would help us in the future. She told me that our morkie was the worst experience shes ever had as a groomer. If she cant handle a small dog like a morkie, I think she may be in the wrong business. Also, how can someone tell you youre not welcome there any longer, and make sure no one else will help you? Do yourself a favor and dont let yourself or your dogs get mistreated by this owner.

I didnt not have a good experience at this pet groomer. Staff is rude with the customers. Would not recommended to others.

They love my dog, Bentley, a four year old Maltese, and he is always pampered at Leader of the Pack. Treated like part of their pack family.

Great! Service. Kim the head groomer is so educated and professional, They have done wonderful with my Dalmatian who sheds like crazy. They also have very fair prices and are always so nice!

I have been taking my dogs to Leader of the Pack for years! Best groomers around! My dogs love to go, and they come home looking amazing. This is the only groomer I refer to my friends and family.

My name is Lumie girl ...or lumishka , and sometimes even favorite child! My human has taken me to lots of different places before we found Leader of the Pack. Let me tell you about those other places...I hated them! They were stinky, dark and no matter what my human asked for, I always came back looking like a shaved rat. No bueno! At leader of the pack, it smells clean, looks clean, is bright and they even let my human text a picture of how they want my hair to look...and what is MORE surprising is they actually do it! Another thing my furry friends, when I get dropped off- I gladly join all my puppy pals and we are all happy to be there! I give Leader of the pack 2 paws up!

After our long search for a reliable fantastic groomer we have finally found it. The staff were so welcoming, professional, and nice, and they have an awesome set up! They took notes on exactly what I wanted, and delivered! My yorkie has had a hard time in the kennel and in the past, has had fits when I have picked him up. They kept him out of the kennel here which topped the cake. I showed up and he could have cared less. He wanted so bad to stay with his new grooming family. I could not have been more impressed with this place! Whether it be the perfect cut that I asked for, or the stress free environment, this is the place to go!

We have been taking our dog to these groomers for years. They always remember my dogs and the special precautions needed when grooming one of them. Their staff is always so friendly, not only to us, but to our dogs. We love taking our dogs here and highly recommend them!!!!

We started bringing our Mini Schnauzer puppy here when he was about 7 months old so he could be hand stripped. I spoke with Kim on the phone first and she was very understanding that we wanted to be conservative with the hand stripping since hes not a show dog and doesnt need to be stripped all the way to baldness. Our first visit was kinda on the expensive side since our pup was so hairy and matted, but regular visits have kept him looking great and helps keep the cost of each visit down (average $45-50 for hand stripping). Our dog goes in about once a month now and always looks great afterward and seems to have had a lot of fun (i.e. hes always exhausted when he gets home!). Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good groomer, especially for hand stripping.

I brought my 7 mo. old Morkie to Leader of the Pack after doing some google searches on dog groomers in the area. I was pleasantly surprised. At first I thought the cost was a lot but after I added up all the services wrapped up in that cost, it was far less expensive than I would have paid at Petsmart, which is where we normally go. I was impressed that my pup was not traumatized when I picked her up. They did a really good job on the haircut (teddy bear cut), her nails were perfectly trimmed without hitting the quick and making her bleed, her paw and pad hair was cut/trimmed perfectly, and mostly, her ears were plucked all the way! Petsmart always left a little hair in there, but not Leader of the Pack; it was ALL gone. Overall very impressed and will only get my dog groomed here for now on.

BEWARE! !!! First time I took my black lab here it was $59 next time I took him (only 2 months later) they charged me $85. When I asked why they said he was figity and it took a long time. But when I walked in there was only 1 other dog there and 4 people sitting around doing nothing!!! They were extremely rude to me and my dog has cuts all over his body that are bleeding! They will charge too much, cut your dog and make him bleed, and then be rude!!! Do not go here! !! You will regret it!

They are true dog lovers. They love my dogs and my dogs love them back. Great work, especially for shedders (pugs).
