At our engineering company we have Truly Nolen Pest Control come to our office on a regular basis. We have not had any kind of bud, spider, etc problem since we started using them. When they come they are very respectful of the office.
While this service did get rid of the pests we were dealing with (which is why I gave two starts) the customer service was AWFUL and I would not recommend this service to anyone. We were told that we would be contacted before any spraying services happened but we were never contacted or notified. They began spraying the wrong residence multiple times and we only caught it because we had walked out of our home. Due to this we chose to cancel our service at the end of the contract date over the phone and were told that we would not have to pay a cancellation fee but a month later we received a bill in the mail. There was no option to pay online so I sent in a check not wanting to deal with having an unpaid fee, even though we were told there would be no fee, but a month later we got another bill. Both my partner and I tried to go to the physical location at the open hours listed but there was never anyone present. We finally were able to pay over the phone today three months later after multiple voicemails were left. I would not recommend this service to anyone due to the lack of communication and disorganization we experienced.
I don't usually leave reviews. Nathan Bonzo was sent over for a seasonal pest expectation. He was extremely thorough and really informative. He even inspected my backyard shed which ended up having 5 Hornet nests and Black Widows. I haven't had a chance to utilize this shed and was totally unaware. Truly Nolen. How to get Nathan to come over for all my inspections? Great work Nathan!
Nathan Bonzo came to our house today and not only was he very professional, respectful, and friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable about different bugs and how to best address pest problems. He shows great care in his work, and for non-pest insects such as bees and other pollinators (very important to us as well), and the safety of our pets. I highly recommend his services!
Nathan Bonzo did an amazing job at my house today! He was extremely knowledgeable about the spiders and pest he was here for. Also he went above and beyond to make sure he took care of our property and efficiently removed and sprayed for all the black widows and other pests that we have problems with. We are VERY happy with the customer service provided by Truly Nolen! We had tried working with other other companies for our termite issue, but their service was awful. When I called them, I was routed to reps in a different state who didn't know anything about the area or my account. The Norm (termite's worst nightmare) is LOCAL! Straight out of the Riverdale office. I got called back by the local manager and Norm on the same day I emailed about potential service. Dynamite! Now it's done, and I couldn't be happier. HUGE THANKS to our local Truly Nolen team!

Took time to thoroughly cover inside and out of my home. Identified the small black bugs i havent been able to get rid of. They guaranteed the product. So far have only seen dead ones now.

I was invaded with ants this march , inside my cupboards, they were coming out between my fireplace and cupboards, so the ants were coming out of my basement crawl space.It was creepy and there were lines of ants all through the cupboard. we tried to treat them,and got rid of some but not all.I called this service and was able to get rid of them after about 3 treatments, am very satisfied with them.
Exterminator was thorough and helpful but did not smile once. I did not like that.

First time the technician came as scheduled. Second time, because the first ant extermination did not work, they scheduled but did not appear. Calling the office, twice, got me nowhere slowly. Very disappointed and plan to cancel my new contract
They serviced my home and was supposed to get back to me in 30 days never did I called and they gave me the runaround and we still have the bugs. Do not use this company. They got chemical and powder all over my furniture walls and everywhere. Very poor service close to $1000 down the drain. Highly do not recommend truly Nolen

Tyler is my specialist and he is always prompt, courteous ( especially about coming at a time convenient for me), and very thorough in inspecting and spraying for pests. Tyler leaves sticky bug catchers around in closets, under dressers, etc. He sweeps for cob webs, sprays indoors, outdoors and in my garage. He is considerate about my cat and I feel good about the fact that the sprays dries within minutes and then can cause no harm to pets. Truly Nolen has a seasonal program to cover any and all pest problems that can occur from January to December. It gives me a very secure feeling to know that I dont have to worry about any kind of pests lurking around in my home!
Dont have experience with this place but have had dangerous encounters on the road with their drivers. Apparently theyre too busy to respond to complaints about their drivers through the stickers on their own cars.

They always make every effort to answer questions and if you need an appointment they arrange to have someone come out as soon as possible. They have been a very good and reliable service.

They do an excellent job in all areas, with the exception of scheduling. There are frequently times that appointments are not actually scheduled with you. You are typically notified with the follow up call of the time they picked to see you, but that call doesn t always come. With the exception of this scheduling hiccup, I have had nothing but good experiences with them.

I don t know if I m happy because I wasn t able to talk to the tech about my concerns. Why can t you schedule a time instead of just showing up?
Not very happy with service. Paid for a years service and told next application is in December. Called and was told thats when its scheduled for. Really, December! What a time to spray for pests? In the middle of Winter. Makes more sense in late October or November. I will be calling for spraying at those times as you know pests start looking for warmth then.

Clinton didn t show during the time frame I was given. When I contacted him he said he came out and did the inspection. It took days for me to get the report. I needed a form 33 filled out for my inspection and Truly Nolen wanted to charge me another 150 for them to fill out the form I needed to close on my loan. I ended up getting a refund because Clinton didn t even enter my home to inspect the inside. He filled out a legal binding document and lied about doing a complete inspection. Truly Nolen is a scum company. Would highly NOT RECOMMEND this company to ANYONE.

I started working with Tyler at Truly Nolan about a year ago. He is very knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. The best part is we dont have all the pesky bugs hanging around in or trying to get in the house. I would have given more stars, but five is the limit.

I love this Service. I have had many pest control services over my 42 years of being a home owners. This is the best! Tyler Engh is soo thorough, inside and out! i have never had pest control do what he does. Then he followed up with me a month later with a followup service and to make sure everything was taken care of it. Love them!
Tyler does a great job keeping my home and property as pest free a humanly possible. He is always on time and emails a detailed report about what he treated and did. He is branching out more and more into Utah County so I highly recommend him to any business, especially restaurants.

I called this company to inquire about a rodent problem, only. The website claims they work with all pests, thoroughly eliminating then. They persuaded me into the qtrly insect spray, that was included in the rodent elimination. They did VERY LITTLE more than placing traps with peanut butter in them. Didnt climb in the attic or try and find the source. We didnt see any spiders, but thats not what my concern was. After more than a year of the same problem, my husband finally got rid of them with home remedies found online. Spiders? Probably not a bad deal...Rodent problems? DONT use these folks. Waste of money and time.
