We have our fur grandbaby, a mini golden-doodle, visiting. She needed a grooming and I took her to a place. Normally super friendly, she was clearly terrified and didn t want to be with the groomer. I took her home and called Aga at Aussie Pet Mobile. She scheduled us for the next day. It was a great experience. Olive hopped right in the van with the groomer and came out happy and looking good! It was fantastic to avoid the trauma of leaving her with the barking dogs in cages. It was super convenient and well worth a little extra money., I will certainly call them next time she needs a groom.

Within the past two weeks, we ve filled out the request for information section x2 on the website and called x2 and left voice messages. The voice message system says you can text them at the same number, which we ve done x2. We ve received zero responses. New to Salt Lake City and looking for a groomer. Guess we ll continue the search elsewhere.

Aussie Pet Mobile has been washing our two dogs for years now, and whether it s Aga, Nychelle, or one of the other groomers, they always do an amazing job. Whether they re working on our aussie-pom, who can be a rascal about people picking things out of his fur, or our pomsky who has a double coat and takes forever to dry, they know how to take good care of them. And you can t beat the convenience of the van pulling up to your house on your schedule!

My 2 dogs are older now and I struggled with taking them to their usual groomer for what is generally a several hour event as they are bathed and groomed in stages. I knew mobile grooming was a bit more money but the peace of mind knowing that my 14 and 16 year old were right outside was comforting. They also received the best grooming that they have ever had. Our groomer Nychelle was so sweet with them and was so cute and so kind. Very talented groomer. The other thing is that Aussie grooming is meticulous in gathering information about your dog and their mobile vehicle is very nicely taken care of and sanitary. You will be extremely pleased with them. You should give them a try.

I sent my dog in looking rag tagged came out looking like a princess. Nychelle was great and kept me at ease, All I can say it was a magic van. I wont be looking anywhere else.

i absolutely love using Aussie Pet Mobile! It truly has been a game changer. I have a very anxious yorkie, our groomers before would have us drop her off in the morning and keep her there basically all day until they would groom her and it would always cause her stomach issues from her being nervous. We found Aussie and all of that changed! They are always extremely professional and they cut her hair perfectly every time. They take the time to ask questions on what exactly you want, and they are extremely great with my yorkie and make her comfortable as possible. Our dog always gets really excited to see Sammie or Nychelle at the door, and I m completely comfortable with them taking him and know they will bring him back in with a cute cut! I have an Aussie Shepherd who is a rescue. She had never been professionally groomed and is quite skittish with strangers. I was nervous for how she would react to a full grooming, but Aussie Pet Mobile handled her like a pro. The groomer was able to get out some substantial matting, did an excellent job trimming her hair, and I cant believe how pretty this puppy looks now. I also cant overstate how great the mobile service was. Having someone come to my home and deal with both of my dogs that needed groomed saved so much time and effort. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

We used this service for the first time this week and we loved it. The process removed a lot of the anxiety our dog had around getting groomed. Nichelle was great, and did a great job with the haircut and everything else. We are scheduling or next appointment and will continue to use their services. Highly recommended!!!

We had your service come out a couple months ago and Kat was out groomer. I have 2 older chis one long haired one short. Kat immediately had a bond with our girls and then with her. Our experience with them was great. From our first contact with Aga to Astro and Dhyana s baths by Nychelle. They were super responsive and kind enough to fit us in last minute - we had gone camping and the dogs stunk :/ The dogs smelled so good and looked great after their baths. We will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile pet bath/grooming service! So convenient. Worth every penny!

I worked with them for the first time recently and the groomer did an amazing job with my 14 year old Cocker Spaniel. My dog has quite a few older dog problems but they were super gentle with him and sensitive to the situation. I can t recommend them enough and love that they came to me. I would recommend Aussie Pet Mobile for anyone looking for a convenient option. They were able to accommodate a same day appointment for my pup. The groomer was professional and finished in under and hour and 1/2. They are definitely more expensive then taking my dog to a salon but I think worth it especially if your pup has a harder time getting groomed which my dog does. He gets distracted and a little anxious so the having the one on one was attention was a perfect alternative!

We are so happy to have found Aussie mobile grooming! My dogs have extreme anxiety and leaving the house is always stressful for all of us. And I was never sure if the dogs were being exposed to other animals that werent up to date on vaccinations etc. Aussie ensures that the van is cleaned between sessions. And it was so amazing to have Nichelle at our house. There was zero anxiety for the dogs and they loved Nichelle. And it saved me time and anxiety. Our dog has been having anxiety seeing other groomers. We decided to do something close to our home and reached and to Aga. Of all the groomers I ve used over the years, Aussie pet mobile is by far my favorite! They got us in quickly, were very professional and kind, had great communication, and Finn was groomed exactly how I wanted! For how many burrs were stuck in his fur, the groom was prompt which was great for helping Finn stay stress free. He smells amazing, is so soft, and was very happy after the groom. My two elderly Scottish terriers never really thought going to the groomer was their idea of a fun day ...until...the groomer came to them. Aga, from Aussie Pet Mobile, SLC took grooming them from a chore that they were cranky about, to something they actually allowed and maybe even enjoyed. They were clean, well trimmed (not easy with a Scottie) and happy. Absolutely stressless. They didnt have to hang out in a cage for half a day at a groomers, waiting for their turn. Nychelle showed up on time. Was very efficient and displayed a love for animals. She did an amazing job and did exactly as I had asked. Loved not having to take him to a regular grooming salon and having him sit there for 3-4 hours with a bunch of barking dogs. She was done with him in a little over an hour and it was a much more pleasant experience for him.

I cannot praise this service enough. Even though I initially cancelled making an appointment since services were a month booked out (on t he website), Aga texted me personally and asked if I had availability sooner. Booked the date and accidentally fell asleep during the appointment. Instead of rescheduling, I was able to keep the appointment and they even stayed 40 minutes passed the slotted time. Im extremely satisfied with not only the grooming provided, but their professionalism and empathy. They treat their clients (and their animals) extremely well and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends in the future.

My wire haired terrier and golden retriever get scared really easy so I dont like having to leave them at a groomer. This is the best service out there and worth every penny. The owner of the company is as sweet as can be and all her groomers have been so nice to me and my pups! 10/10 would reccomend.

Our dog got stressed around other dogs at our old groomers and would snap and scratch while getting her hair cut. With Aussie Mobile our dog does great and really likes her groomer, who is always very friendly and does a thorough job. They are easy to book and good communicators at the convenience of your front door.

Don t call this service unless you want to be over-charged and your pet is tranquilized & calm. Any disruptive dog & the groomer will quit and charge for the full service. I don t usually give bad reviews but I felt the need to let the public know as the service is expensive. Make sure your pet is calm. Also, know that the groomers work on commission. Making $ money is their primary objective. If it gets difficult they quit & the owner makes excuses for them. There is no negotiation. Also, pandemic & gas prices another excuse to gouge clients.

Kat was absolutely amazing! I have two older dogs that can t quite handle the drop off groomers anymore. These guys were fast, accommodating to my hectic schedule and extremely detailed! My pups nails have never looked so good! 100% worth the money!!!

Absolutely 10 out of 10! Kat groomed my kitty and was super sweet with her and very communicative with the waiver I signed beforehand. Aga was also great getting my appointment set up! I saw a couple reviews saying they were a little pricey, but honestly I think the price was more than fair especially considering they come to your house, which makes it was less stressful for your pet! I have a nervous kitty and will usually hide in the house after a groom, but she was totally fine and it made it so worth it to me! Definitely would recommend and this will be my go to from now on :) thank you!!!

Wonderful service all around. Nychelle did a fabulous shave down on my three springers. She was wonderfully conscientious of my neighbors and I would absolutely use them again. Aussie Pet Mobile came out to my house last minute to groom our sons Service Dog in Training. He looked and smelled wondeful. They did very well with our instructions as we like him groomed a specific way because our son uses his ears as a sensory tool. Will be using them again.

We first used their service in 2020 with our old man husky who needed a professional clean up. The woman who groomed him was so kind, gentle and caring with him, and it made all the difference in the world. We now regularly use their service for our little Cairn terrier. I m not skilled (nor patient) enough to groom him myself, and our pup loves their visits! They ask me how I want it done, don t rush, and their care truly shows; my dog always looks like a teddy bear by the time they re done, and his cut lasts a good long while! Their work is exact, and their technicians work hard to establish a trusting and kind relationship with your pup. This is a service I thought was a luxury, but their care and attention to detail has makes it a necessary staple in my pup s care.

Aga and her team are the absolute best! They take their time, and really care about the end result. Our Sheepadoodle looks so handsome when he is finished, and they take the time to get out all of the burrs and foxtails he accumulates on the trails. Our pup never hesitates to hop in the van with Aga, and he makes sure to giver her lots of love before she leaves. I highly recommend Aussie Pet Mobile and the staff. They will not only care for your pet as their own, but leave them looking so well groomed.

I have been using Aussie Pet Mobile grooming for well over 2 years now. Im very familiar with mobile grooming and switched to Aussie when my previous groomer left for parental leave. Within the past 2 years, my apt times have been confirmed, the groomers arrive on time (and will communicate if there is a traffic/weather issue that they may be delayed a few minutes), ask if there is any changes to the way Id like my pet groomed (even if I always ask for the same thing), spend time allowing my pet to become reacquainted with them before leaving for their grooming vehicle and offer a seamless payment process. When out of town, I am able to prepay for the service and have them groom my dog at the home she is staying at. Do try to pre-book your next apt - theyre insanely busy so sometimes it takes a bit to get in, if you were to call and need immediate grooming. Also if youre familiar with mobile grooming, you are aware that the prices are often a bit higher than a brick and mortar groomer - youre paying for the same professional skill set, with the added convenience of travel to your home/work and return of your pet instantly. However, they are not any more expensive than other mobile groomers in the area. Kait has been my groomer for well over 18 months and I could not be more happy. I have a wiggly morkie, who will not respond well to electric clippers for her full cut. Kait will patiently hand trim her in the areas that my dog will not allow the clippers - I have no idea how she does it, but Kaits grooming is continually beyond my expectations. I think its also a great sign when your groomer arrives and your pet will run toward them with excitement vs cowering with fear. Im so grateful for both Kait and Aga - they truly become an extension of your family.

We have been looking for a good cat groomer for over 2 years since our groomer retired. Aga was so great at getting back to me right away, even on a Sunday. We are so pleased with the service we experienced! Kat did an amazing job on our cat who usually requires some shaving because of her very thick fur. Copper loved the attention and they are willing to take the time to build his trust and work to get those nails trimmed without fear. They are very good with our dog, professional, communication about our needs was excellent.

Aussie Pet Mobile is the best dog grooming service with whom I have ever worked. The staff is absolutely fantastic with both the pets and the people! The owner, Aga, is always attentive to the needs of the pets, her groomers and her human customers basically, she s just amazing. The groomers have a true affection for my dogs, which is evident when the dogs happily trot out to the van and greet the groomers with wagging tails and big smiles. We have both a behemoth of a Malamute and a long-hair German Shepherd. Neither dog has shed in the last year since Aussie took over their grooming for which my vacuum is eternally grateful. I m not entirely sure how they do it, but sometimes I wonder if a little bit of magic may be involved. If you re looking for a stress-free, pet-friendly, clean-house experience this is the place . I simply cannot say enough about how pleased we have been with our Aussie Pet Mobile experience!

My fur baby is only 4 months old: male, Standard Poodle. I was way too chicken to cut his nails, so I figured I would check out mobile groomers. After some basic google searches, I was contacted by Aussie Pet, and I plan to stay a loyal customer. The groomer was on time, professional and so loving to my pup. When he emerged from the grooming van, he was not only clean, trimmed and smelling amazing, but was happy as well. The price was negotiated based on his size and what I wanted for him and seemed very reasonable. He just got his 3rd grooming yesterday. Due to circumstances beyond Aussie Pets control, rescheduling was necessary, and they bent over backwards to make the appointment happen. I had guests over and received many compliments on my lil guys grooming. I knew better than to take credit, except for my good judgement to use Aussie Pets.

Aussie Pet Mobile SLC is INCREDIBLE!! I truly cannot endorse them enough!! If youre looking for a groomer - call and get in - you will not regret it! Yes - the convenience is AMAZING, but Aussie Pet Mobile Salt Lake is SO much more than even that! I got my puppy, Charlie (a cockapoo), a year ago (right before COVID) and had just moved to SLC - I tried ~5 different groomers and was unhappy with all - most importantly, Charlie did not like any of the groomers and hated being dropped off - it was so sad (he is very sensitive and particular about people he likes) - my neighbor recommended Aussie Pet Mobile and the next week they came by! Not only did Charlie look amazing, he LOVED Bailey!! And amazingly all the groomers are truly great - due to scheduling Ive had 3 different ones and Charlie has loved them all! He actually gets excited when he sees the van arrives. Over the summer my boyfriend got a bernedoodle (Belle) and Aga at Aussie Pet Mobile immediately and seamlessly fit Belle into the schedule with Charlie. Additionally - at Belles first grooming she was ~9lbs and now 6 months later she is ~70lbs!! and Aga and team have STILL made time for both dog groomings! It is amazing for a business to truly care and take pride in the work they do - especially when it comes to our pets (best friends <3) Needless to say both dogs love getting groomed - In fact when they were groomed last week by Kait - Charlie tried to get re-groomed after Belle he liked it so much :) Aga goes out of her way to make sure to pair you with groomers that meet your needs, which is incredible. My boyfriend and I work in finance, so at times we have not been home and her team is so professional and trustworthy we have left a hidden key for them to come in and get the dogs (and I am not a trusting person, so that really says a lot!!) I could keep going with more anecdotes, but I will stop - clearly I cannot say enough good things about Aga and Aussie Pet Mobile Salt Lake. When the pandemic started, my usual groomer stopped services. After some attempts (and epic fails) with other mobile grooming services, I found Aussie Pet Mobile Salt Lake and Im so happy I did! Lucy, my 12 year old Yorkie, gets the best cuts shes had in her life from the Aussie team. And even though she leans towards the dramatic side (as most small dog owners can attest to), after the grooming is finished, shes right back to her spunky disposition no moping time necessary! The communication is top-notch. Aga and her team are so warm and friendly, you can tell they truly care about their craft. I feel so spoiled that they just come right to my apartment! Our groomer showed up on time and was efficient taking only 1.5 hours compared to 5+ hours at other shops. My first call to Aussie Mobile Pet was an EMERGENCY bath for my doggy who rolled in cat sh*t. That used to be his favorite pass time:) They were able to accommodate me later that day . It doesn t cost more than a groomer. For me, the value of the convenience is a huge factor. The dog loves his spa day and so do I!

We made the switch to mobile grooming after my 12 year old dog began to experience high anxiety at the groomers and I was hit with a bad dog fee - which totally shocked me as he had always been fine before. No matter which brick and mortar I tried here in SLC they were all noisy and hectic, he was crammed in uncomfortable cages which did no favors for his arthritis, and I was waiting 5-6 hours for them to tell me I could pick him up - no thanks. Finally found Aga and Sammie and my only regret is that I didn t find them sooner. WELL worth the (honesty minimal) extra price to know my guy is happy and well taken care of - the reduction in stress for my guy is very noticeable. Aga is responsive and flexible and Sammie is attentive and caring - can t recommend enough!

It s so convenient that they come to your house! For my first appointment, I tried several places and either no one called back, or were very snotty in their response (almost laughing that I should dare ask if they had availability within the next few weeks). But not Aga. She was friendly and welcoming and it made me want to book with her! So I did, and both times we ve had our cockapoo groomed, she s come back looking absolutely fantastic!! I can tell the groomers genuinely love dogs, and they took great care in their work. They ve got a customer for life!

Sammie was on time and was super sweet with our dog. Not only did my English Cream Goldendoodle look amazing but since he is white they went the extra mile and used whitening shampoo. I cannot begin to express how wonderful they are with my dogs. They come to your house, take each dog one on one, spend quality time with them, groom them perfectly and when our dogs are returned they are so happy. Sammie cares for them and even our little one Nina, who is scared of everyone and everything, eagerly jumps into the van and is spunky when she returns. Personally, they save me time 3-4 hours of time. Yippee.

It was a relief to have the groomer come to me instead of dropping my pup off for hours to be groomed. The young woman (I wish I could remember her name) was professional, friendly, and caring. Brewster came out a couple of hours later looking spectacular. While its a bit pricey to have the groomer come to you, it was worth it for me. I have always hated leaving my dogs to be groomed anywhere.

It is hard to find groomers for large dogs, however, Aussie was eager and willing to help! They treated my fur babies so well, and they looked amazing after their treatments! With all of the crazy new normal going on I love the convenience and reliability of Aussie. Whenever I text for an appointment they always get back to me same day, and always show up for the appointment when expected. One day I had an emergency and I text late evening that I needed the dogs groomed quickly and they responded and were able to work me in next day and did a beautiful job. My dogs are much happier being close to home when they are groomed and dont act as stressed when they are done. 100% would recommend to anyone.

We ve had Jentri groom our three year old cat for the last year and a half or so and she is just incredible. Super patient, super kind, and she works so fast! She is great with our little guy who s shy and gets scared with new people. Always comes out of the truck looking like a beautiful lion. They come to you, they do great work, and Aga (the owner) has always been great to work with and schedule. A mobile pet groomer is hard to find in the first place, but when they do good work too, you know you re lucky. And in a post-virus world, any service willing to travel to you who also follows safe virus guidelines is indispensable. We love and appreciate this service. You really can t go wrong having them groom your pets.

I have a difficult rescue I have been working with to be okay with feet trimmings. One visit from Aussie got farther than any I have ever seen. Still a long way to go, but I have found someone who is patient and left my dog with a positive experience.

My coworkers and I have been using Aussie for over a year now. We have a dog friendly workplace so we started out (pre pandemic) by having Aussie come to our office and groom all our dogs in one day. It was seamless, high quality, caring service that everyone enjoyed (even the dogs). Post-pandemic, we are all still using Aussie to groom our dogs. They can handle anything- from my high strung Australian shepherd mix to my coworkers Great Pyrenees and Shiba Inu. And they CARE. Like really care. To those who have had trouble with getting appointments, know that it is due to COVID hardships on their employees. Yes it might be harder than booking a virtual yoga class but they are worth it and the service they provide is excellent. Stick with them! They are top notch and most importantly, will take excellent care of your dog.

After using this franchise for over two years in another state, I called the salt lake franchise to make an appointment, got one scheduled for same day, they cancelled. When they finally came they injured my pet. Avoid at all costs

Aussie was recommended to me by a neighbor and friend. I am a new dog owner to my recently deceased dads little 14 year old Labradoodle shadow. She is a sweet dog but due to her age and recent loss, she is a bit skeptical of being separated from her family. Additionally, she had some matting in the sanitary area which was causing bathroom trouble. Aga gave me hope and worked with me knowing a grooming session would would help. Aga was able to squeeze us in for a grooming appointment and was so concerned and kind about our dogs wellbeing. And then the appointment...Aussies groomer, Bailee was amazing! She showed up early for the appointment. She was patient and listened to my concerns. She provided guidance and comfort. Our dog seemed to be calm and loved her. Plus the dog now smells and looks better than ever. I will only use Aussie Pet Mobile for grooming needs going forward. They are amazing! (I did take this dog to another groomer and was underwhelmed with the results.)

This was my first experience with Aussie pet Mobile and WOW!!! The ease and willingness to work with my schedule for getting kitty kid in was awesome. I was nervous how he was going to do but Sami did a fantastic job because sweet Domino was so calm and relaxed when he was done not to mention hes been strutting around like a king!! Our dog was long overdue for a cut and we were having a hard time finding an available groomer in the area. With COVID, I like the idea of having someone come to me. Aga responded to my request via the website and was able to schedule us much sooner than I thought! She also clearly communicated with us what services she offered as well as the costs of each one. She texted when they were on their way so we had a good idea of when to expect them. When she and her groomer showed up we could tell how concerned they were that our dogs needs were met. She also wanted to make sure she had a good relationship with our dog! Our kids commented that our dog seemed much happier after his trim! Im relieved to have found such a committed groomer!

Highly recomend!!! The groomer was on time and very nice! I have two longhair cats (Katniss and Peeta) that need to be shaved. After my regular cat groomer moved out of state I had a hard time finding a groomer that would listen to my requests and actually make my cats look good instead of looking like a 5 year old got a hold of shavers. Some places I even ended up giving them baths when they got home because their ears were still dirty and they were covered in hair slivers. I was getting frustrated so I was a little skeptical at first but by the time the groomer was finished with the first cat, Peeta, I knew they would be my go to from now on. They got the full treatment and look absolutely amazing! I have never had them look this good! We call Katniss Linus because she is somehow always dirty. They cleaned her up so well, I dont think the pads of her feet or her nose have been that clean since she was a kitten. I am very happy with the result and we actually ended up spending less money than we thought. 10/10!
