Uncle Josh's Grooming in Midvale

I had great experience with Josh. But when I tried to text him to set up an appointment, I never got a reply back. I’m not sure if he’s still in business or not.

Very disappointed. I had an appointment for 11 AM on Monday, took the day off work and drive the dogs 35 minutes just for him to forget about our appointment so I turned right back around. I was very understanding, he promised to call me back later that day to reschedule. He never did. Over the next few days I called multiple times, and left a voicemail trying to reschedule. I waited before making this review just in case, but never received an answer. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

We have been taking our now-3yo borderdoodle Mizzy to Josh since she was a tiny pup and can't imagine going anywhere else. You know it's a great sign when your dog gets excited as you pull up, and he's so sweet with her, even when she comes right at his face with all the licks and kisses. He does a great job with the cuts and Mizzy always comes home happy and looking like a million bucks!

Uncle Josh's grooming did a fantastic job on out 13yr old lab mix Ellie. He took extra time due to her bad hips and age. She needed many breaks to rest her hips. She is back to her beautiful self and feels so much better. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness you showed our lady. I couldn't have asked for better.

100% Recommend. He was so helpful kind and amazing. My pup is by no means an easy feat and I'm thankful for everything he did for her and for me. Literally not a single complaint and he by far surpassed my expectations and wants. His prices are so amazing and I'm surprised it doesn't cost more for the work he does! I've had super expensive places that couldn't get my old dog I used to have to look even remotely this nice. He is by far the best and I hope everything goes wonderfully for him. My pups paw pads were like sandpaper and broken glass and he was able to fix it like it was nothing! So thankful I found him! She also definitely loved the experience, even being excited when she first got home before falling asleep

Our sassy city girl Ellie May all fancy free thanks to Uncle Josh and his perfection to detail and time with her ,She accepted him right at the gate when he introduced himself to her . He is the best and we look forward to a new friendship and trust him impeccably with our fur babies 💜💜💜

We'll be taking our molly girl to uncle Josh from now on. Not only was he able to squeeze us in on short notice before Christmas, he was completely professional and caring of our little mini doodle. We had to take molly coat down shorter than normal and Josh had some great ideas for future cuts. Were excited to see what she will look like after her next visit. I will definitely recommend uncle Josh's groomers to friends and family!

Josh is by far the best groomer I have ever been to. First off, he was able to get me in 4 days out. Most dog groomers are scheduled out weeks or months especially during the holidays. My normally anxious dog took to him immediately. He provided text updates throughout which helped ease my mind. When I picked up my dogs he told me how well behaved they were which I have always worried about because groomers don't usually go into the details. Both of my dogs turned out so great, they looked adorable! He really cares about his clients and the dogs that he grooms. He is a dog whisperer! Also, best prices I have ever seen for dog grooming. Go to Uncle Josh you won't regret it!
