Highly recommend Dogmode! We ve been swimming here 1-2 times a week for years! Everyone is so friendly and helpful- Robin was great at the pool today!

They take excellent of my pup. Most importantly, he is so excited every time we drop him off and totally wiped out after playing all day with his buddies.

Up until yesterday, I would have given DogMode 5 stars. I have recommended them to several people, and my dog has been boarded and groomed there anytime we travel for the last two years. Unfortunately, my interaction with them yesterday, 10/17, has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied. I made a grooming appointment for my dog for 10/16 a few weeks ago and paid the $50 deposit. I know, appreciate, and understand DogModes policy of a 24-hour notice to any schedule change with their appointments. I had to work on the morning of 10/16 and notified them on Monday, 10/14, that I would need to modify my schedule. I never heard back from them until Wednesday morning (the morning of my appointment) telling me that the latest they could see him was 30 minutes after my original scheduled time. I told them I would need to schedule a new appointment. They said that would require another $50 deposit in addition to the $50 deposit I had already paid. I told them that was very frustrating as I had given them multiple days notice that I needed to adjust my appointment. They ended up working with me and said that was on them because they did not respond to me, which I appreciated. This is the service I have always known with DogMode. On the morning of my new appointment, 10/17, I got stopped at the TRAX tracks at 10:55 (my appointment was at 11:00.) After sitting there for 10 minutes, I called DogMode at 11:05 AM and told them I was right around the corner stopped at the train tracks and that I would be there as soon as they lifted the roadblocks (I could see the business from where I was stopped but was at the front of the line with a mile plus of cars behind me and couldnt turn around.) They assured me it was fine and even laughed about how that always happens to people. At 11:09, I received a text from them saying if we were not there by 11:15, they would not be able to see us. I responded that I had just gotten off the phone with them and was directly around the corner, stopped by the train. I then called again and spoke to someone, and they assured me it was fine and that they would let the groomer know. I was now two phone calls and text message communications into this delay. At 11:14, the roadblocks lifted, and I was parked at DogMode at 11:15. I walked into the business at 11:16. The employee at the front desk was helping another customer, so I waited to be helped. At around 11:20, my groomer came out (I was still waiting to be helped), and she was very short with her greeting and unhappy that we had been delayed. We have had this groomer before, and she did a great job, so I didnt want to make anything of her annoyance. She quickly told me I would be charged extra for being late. I told her absolutely not, and that was beyond unacceptable. I had called twice and texted, and I was assured that would not happen. She told me that that was their policy, that this was her time, etc. She quickly told me I could speak to a manager, which I happily accepted. The manager came out and was very professional and friendly. She apologized on behalf of the initial schedule change communication and the groomer that morning. She told me they love my dog there and would love to see him stay for his appointment. I felt uncomfortable leaving him as I did not trust he would be treated well after communicating with the groomer. I understand owning a business (I am a business owner, too), and I certainly respect other peoples time (that is why I called multiple times.) I am just disappointed it seemed to be more about extra fees and squeezing every cent out of someone who has been a loyal client for years rather than an appreciation for return business.

This is an amazing place to wash your dog for a good price ($20) and let your dog swim! The employees are very friendly. We love DogMode!

Big, open, airy, FUN! This is the best and safest doggie day care/boarding we have found. Love them!

Brought in a shelter pup to swim and Lucas was amazing. He explained everything, walked me through it, and was great w/ the pup! Thanks so much DogMode it s so nice to give the shelter dogs some fun enrichment.

I was nervous Ive never boarded a dog before and this place has been so great. Very responsive to text messages, clean, friendly. I love being able to check on our pup on the web cams and they do such a good job handling a puppy and watching dog behavior so she doesnt get bit for being too puppy.

We had a few poor experiences at a new boarding facility (5 mins from our home in South Jordan)... When we go on our 9 day vacation next week, we will be going 30min out of our way to go back to DogMode in Millcreek. They are well staffed. Communication is on point. They have livestream cameras on youtube and there is a transparency and accountability that the other business seemed to lack. Booking is easy. Customer service = 5 stars. There is a turf out front that you can take your dogs to go potty before coming in. During busy hours, they have extra staff out front (doggie vallet) to check you in with ipads so there is less of a wait time. I feel like I can count on Dogmode. We took our newest dog there a couple of days ago, and I was even able to watch the interview on camera in the main lobby. It only took 15 mins! Very satisfied :))

Our pug had a great time at DogMode! We like that there is a dedicated small dog room and outdoor area, as well as working live stream cameras so we can check in on her throughout the day! She leaves each day care visit very tired and happy.

I had an issue with some boarding coupons that initially was super frustrating, but ended up being a great experience as the team at dogmode explained what happened and it ended up just being a misunderstanding. Very impressed on how they dealt with a difficult situation!

I wanted to do a favor for my roommate and get his dogs groomed. He had told me that he usually went to DogMode. I called to set up an appointment and the receptionist was very kind and answered all my questions. When we got to the facility it was very clean and appears very organized/well managed. The dogs were way over due for a grooming and looked like fluff balls with two eyes and a nose before their grooming. After their grooming they looked like cute lil bear cubs. I love their cuts! Thank you DogMode!

There is a list to see IF you/yours can become clients. Parking isnt abundant in front of the place, though not a big problem. THE ONLY CHOICE

Establishment run so unprofessionally for how much they charge. Two different vets have told me to stay away from this daycare, because they hear nothing but dogs picking up constant illnesses. They recommended another dog day care that controlled these things more efficiently. I used to loved going to drop my dogs at Dog Mode. There s no follow through on Emily, the director of operations part. You ask for a call back, &you don t even receive an email.. face of the company, much? The operations are atrocious with catty receptionists. I ve overheard two of their receptionists talk negatively about their customers to other customers a couple of times. Their techs hardly interact with the dogs when they re watching them. They look like they don t even want to be there. You can see this for yourself through the cameras. Watch their cameras before you commit to bringing your dog here. Dogs don t get enough stimulation for what you pay for. I brought my puppy in, &they did tell me that he received orange cards , if he was aggressive. Understandable. They never gave me answers when I asked how the card system worked, and how many cards do they get to more disciplinary action.. crickets. I was about to rehome my puppy, &the potential new owner was going to take him in. They didn t want to accept him because they said he was sick all the time.. he was only ill twice because he got kennel cough from being at their daycare 5 times a week.. he didn t socialize outside of daycare.. my dog picked up whatever illnesses they had going on. Other customers have also told me how often their dogs got sick from there. I followed their procedures and had my puppy cleared from the vet by bringing him in. After they raised their daily daycare rate from $29 to $34 a day, I wanted to board my dog even though it was towards the end of the shift &was told there was an additional $10 fee. This was mentioned by the supervisor/manager on shift this was news to me, &no one has ever mentioned this before. I ve looked on their website on their policy. They don t have one. If you re running a sound business, have your policies stated with your fees. People will be willing to pay the fees if it s outlined in the first place. This is how you run a sound business.

I had a great experience there, they have a really nice pool and a very clean environment, the staff is helpful and friendly as well, Im happy I found this place. Try it out!

They were very good with my dog . I am going to take her bake tomorrow for a free trial daycare. I cant wait to see how she does!

Omg!! I own a 8mo. old Brindle Bully. He is afraid of everything including the wind. I really wanted to get away for a weekend,but I never thought I could. He loves other dogs...people not so much. I was so impressed with Emily and how she dealt with my Babe. Text book perfect. Her demeanor and kindness was so touching. She allowed me to bring him several different days to get him comfortable. I am grateful Thank you to everyone at Dog Mode.

Oh wow!! Words cannot describe how amazing the consult swim was. Robyn was there waiting for us when we walked into the lobby and we started right away. My boys was so scared at first and at the end of the session he was leaping into the pool. It was amazing!! Thank you thank you.

DogMode is the only place I trust to I leave my furry baby! Super nice caring staff, and they are awesome with updates. My baby gets to swim and play with friends, in a safe and clean place.

We LOVE DogMode! I take my dog here for daycare and we have had such a great experience. The facility is so nice and the staff is seriously THE best! They are so kind and loving to my pup! Daycare has also helped my dog become more socialized and it is a great way to get her energy out. Thank you, DogMode!

Our Fur Babies love Dog Mode! We say the word Dog Mode, and they get excited and wont leave us alone until we are in the car driving them there. When we turn the corner down the street from dog mode, they start singing with excitement. We cant get there fast enough for them. The staff is always so sweet, kind, and helpful. Our fur babies love swimming as well. They come home happy and exhausted! Thank you Mode for keeping our fur babies safe and happy.

Ive been bringing my dog here for 5 years. The staff love him and he is always so excited when we get there in the morning. Slate loves to swim in their gorgeous pool and its so fun to watch him! I cant recommend DogMode enough, theyre FANTASTIC!

Dogmode is a unique daycare! I tried getting my dog into other places before i found dogmode but all the ones I tried would not take a dog smaller than 10lbs (mines only 4lbs). Dogmode has a special area for the little dogs and I can trust that shes safe.

These guys are an amazing team and they did such an awesome job watching my two fur babies long term. Thank you for the tender loving care for my dogs

I recently boarded my dog Daisy here and she loved it! I was out of town for a week for a work trip, and being new to the SLC area was nervous who to leave her with. Ive only boarded her once before, and it was not a good experience. However, she LOVED DogMode so much! I like how they make you bring your puppy for for a complimentary day of day care to make sure it is a good fit first. Daisy loved the open play area, and I loved being able to watch her on camera. All of the staff was friendly and attentive, and we will be using them again in the future. Thanks so much!

Ive dropped off my dog there a few times and shes been humped by other dogs almost EVERY TIME! AND THE DOG HANDLERS DO NOTHING ABOUT IT! I have a screenshot of someone literally watching my dog get humped and doing nothing!!!! There are no toys for the dogs to play with either which leaves most of them bored.

My dog Frank is having a good time at this place. Its certainly a lot better for him than Dogtopia was.

They are I like that you can look in on your puppies at any time while they are open. I dont even worry about my dogs while they are in Dog-Modes care. I asked if they would please give each dog a bath before I pick them up. They told me they would IF they could. They were able to do it. My dogs look great and combed out beautifully. Thank you, Dog Mode. My daughter takes her dog there as well. She has been going there a lot longer than myself. I plan to stay with them as well. I think I have stayed with them for maybe 4 years.

Amazing customer service on the phone and in person! Took my 3year old BorderCollie mix for a test swim. They were so sweet and eased him into the water when he wasn t sure. By the end of it he was tired and had a blast! I wanna say thank you to Molly for being so kind and patient with Koda! And we will be back soon for another jump in the pool :)

My dogs love the pool! Staff are friendly and helpful and always do their best to squeeze us in for some much needed swim time. The pool, lobby, and self serve tubs are always clean. Highly recommend.

My dog and I love DogMode! Im a big fan of their cameras, I can always find my dog and keep an eye on her when things are slow at work. She loves the staff and they always seem happy to see her.

Such a wonderful and clean place, and I love the cameras. I went to another daycare first that smelled bad and seemed very overcrowded, and DogMode is the complete opposite.

We took out puppy Luca here and he had the time of his life!

We wanted Dog Mode to be a great place for us to take our pups. We had an incident at the door, holding open the door for a client with her dog as they were leaving and the dog bit and it went through the jacket and shirt and broke the skin. We thought the owner of the dog would come back to work it out, but instead, left. We spoke with several managers and they continued to let this dog come to Dog Mode, stating it was a long time client. We were concerned about other dogs, kids or others being bitten in the future, but Dog Mode didnt seem as concerned. Also, even though Dog Mode wants all of their dogs to be vaccinated and current with shots, when we brought our dog in recently, they took him and didnt ask for our shot record. Our dog was already in the play area and we offered our shot record and asked them to make a copy for their system. After a one day stay a couple weeks later, our dog is still suffering from kennel cough and passed it on to our other dog. We brought him to the vet and when the vet asked where we brought him for kenneling, he told us he has tons of dogs that come to him with the same problem from Dog Mode. Sadly, they have lost our trust!

We love dogmode! All of my dogs come here for either Daycare, or Swimming! The staff have always been amazing and if we ever did have a concern were quick and professional to address it. Love love love this place. Unfortunately we moved out of state. Bummed that it took us so long to find them. Cooper had the best time. I paid extra for we swim for him each day and he loved it! No one else has an option to swim like this. This is a fantastic place! Highly recommend!

I ve been using DogMode for 6 years now, my job keeps me very busy and the staff at dog mode makes my life less stressful for sure, the love and care they show for my dogs and all the other pups is exemplary! the facility is clean and if you have questions they are always available to answer your questions and also I love their swimming program my dog practically would love to live in their swimming pool I would definitely recommend DogMode for your pup needs!

We absolutely love dog mode. We ve only had attentive staff that are honest with us and correct our dogs behavior. If we were able to trust anyone and board them again I will only relax knowing they re safe and loved at dog mode!! As someone whom has worked with a large amount of dogs in a day 80 + the staff are on it, they are such nice people, and the cameras are so nice when you re missing your dog. Swimming is top level, the pool is always so clean and the dog car wash is amazing. We love dog mode!

Best daycare and boarding. My dog has been going there since he was a puppy, now he is 8 and still loves going there. I never felt the need to go anywhere else. The facility is amazing, big, clean and a lot of cool amenities. Also people working there are always responsive and kind.

Dog mode is great!! My border collie heeler Star absolutely loved this place! We have moved and no longer able to use their services but highly recommend daycare or boarding there!

We love DogMode and their staff! Our groomer Jess is the best! We have been bringing our dogs here for years. They also helped us with our older Husky with Cushings disease, tending to his special needs and giving him physical therapy in the pool. Great place!

Top notch pup care and grooming for the last 5 1/2 years! Our two dogs are so excited to get in the car because 99% of the time it means they are going to DogMode. They rush in their door and are always treated so well by the staff. Their new texting options to communicate with the staff is awesome. We have a couple of rowdy dogs and the staff does a great job giving them extra breaks and clear updates on how they are doing. Whether it s an overnight or a week long stay while we are traveling, DogMode is our go to place because they treat our dogs so well each and every time.

Dogmode is the only place we trust to board our pup! I was extremely nervous about boarding and Dogmode s meet and greet, cameras that show all angles of a room so you can check in on your pup anytime, and extremely friendly staff sold us. We ve been boarding with them regularly for 4 years now and have has nothing but good experiences. Our pup absolutely loves going, and the staff always recognize her and greet her by name! Dogmode is also the only place our dog will allow someone to trim her nails haha! We recommend Dogmode to all our friends!

We have been bringing our dog to DogMode for over a year now. We love it here! The staff is great, the facilities are clean, the prices are comparable. I love that we can request pool time during daycare, especially in the warmer months. The groomers are kind, attentive and thorough. The boarding process was easy and affordable. The one thing that I feel sets DM apart is how much the staff cares about the dogs. Every employee knows every dog s name, they tell you at pickup how good or excited (which I ve come to learn is a nice way of saying naughty, crazy, out of control, lost their minds, etc.) they were that day. I ve always believed that a sign of a good company is employee retention and DogMode has loyal employees that have been there for years. If they re treating their employees that well they re likely treating your dog/s well!

Really torn apart and hurt by Dogmode. I have come here for 5 years and always loved it. My dog has elbow dysplasia and it s been a good send for him! Recently had a few issues with appointments being cancelled when I had showed up, and I communicated this and asked for the manager to call me i addition to them no longer taking grooming appointments. I talked to the manager, had a great convo, the receptionist called me later that day to update my payment info and the issue occurred again. I told her I wish she would at least have communicated that with me and just take accountability for the repeated mistakes instead of ignoring me because we absolutely love coming to dog mode and usually always have great interactions! She was cold and continued to ignore me. It was a short conversation that I wanted to end the second I heard her tone of voice on the call. I received a text later that day saying we could no longer come to the facility, the manager and owner refused to call me and talk to me which is really odd and confusing. After 5 years of nothing but great and happy interactions. I ve referred this place to so many friends, have communicated and followed each other via Instagram for years, and this weekend felt attacked and ignored by the receptionist and instead of listening and finding a way to correct the issue, they sent me a text and refused to talk more. It s really sad that people treat others this way.

We love bringing our dog Aspen!!! They keep the facility clean and are always so sweet with the dogs. They have a ton of space too and in the summer months they let the dogs play in the sprinklers. It s a great way for the dog to burn energy.

My dogs love that they can go outside each day

By far our favorite daycare & boarding! All of the staff is amazing and cares for our pup as well as we do. It s also clean (doesn t smell like dogs in the lobby) and so much more spacious than other facilities. Also love the cameras to watch our guy! Our dog goes for daycare and for boarding (long term stays) and is always just as excited to go back the next time. The self serve baths are awesome and the groomers also do any amazing job. Highly recommend dog mode!

****update*** I used them for a longer time than normal a little while back and my dogs came back skinny and scared. I still like the videos, but I dont think they watch out as well for how the dogs are eating and if they need more attention. They are super nice. Ive used them for board and now for grooming. My dogs did awesome with both. They are two little Yorkies. I love their webcams for boarding. My little boy was especially worried about his puppies while we were gone, and it was awesome to be able to pull up the website and see him real time exactly what they were doing. Its also turned one of our dogs who wasnt as apt to want to play with other little dogs into a doggy socialite!

Been taking 4 legs here for years. DogMode offers both day care and boarding services. Staff is friendly and my dog loves them. They have a dog pool that you can take your dog with a dog diving. There is also a setup to give your dog a bath, I have not ever tried this feature.

I and my dog LOVE DogMode. I use it mostly for daycare when my wife and I are both working long days and dont want Tricksy (2 yo mid-sized mixed-breed) to spend the day in her kennel. We also boarded her at DogMode for a few days recently. The facility is clean and well managed. The staff members are friendly and efficient. Dogs can choose indoor or outdoor settings and the floor care-takers are very attentive to keep things clean and doggie-chill. They all know both me and Tricksy by name and always seem pleased to see us. Their requirements for up-to-date vaccinations are well managed. Note that they require Bordatella every 6 months rather than the usual yearly treatment. Some might find this excessive, but I appreciate erring on the side of caution. I also appreciate their valet service for early arrivals. The employees come to my car to get Tricksy, which makes the hand-off completely seamless. If you have a fur-babie that needs day-care or boarding, I strongly encourage giving DogMode a look.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I tell all my friends and family about it. The staff is amazing and takes such a gentle and caring approach in teaching my fur babies to swim. I can t wait to bring my babies in again!

I took my little (I laugh as I say this) 5 month old Lab puppy here for his first ever swimming lesson and he LOVED IT! The staff member Macy was so nice to him and was super helpful! I will definitely be back for more swimming!

If I even whisper the word daycare near our dog she is jumping up and down, her tail wagging and she s scratching at the door begging to go. The staff is wonderful! They really make sure every dog is so well taken care of, and that all dogs there are well behaved! Ducky always has the best time (and is sufficiently exhausted after). We love dogmode!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. They won t notify you if your dog gets hurt. They should be shut down for neglect. Stay away if you want to keep your dog happy and walking on all 4 legs.

Ive been taking my two dogs there for a couple of years and I love it. Nice clean facility, friendly and attentive staff, and a fun place for my dogs to visit. 5 stars all day.

dog mode cares more about money than the care of dogs. dogs get no attention as there is hardly any staff compared to how many dogs are at the facility. DO NOT send your dog here.

I scheduled an overnight stay and swim session. They forgot to feed him for 24hrs and he did not swim. 8 hours after picking him up, they contacted me and asked if I was ever going to pick up my dog. They are unorganized at best, but a better word is negligent.

I have never had such a great experience with a boarding facility. My dog was so happy when I picked him up. The staff was extremely friendly and you could tell they actually do care about your dog. I have a real hard time leaving my best friend when I go out of town but I love how I can get on the cameras and see how he is doing and see that he is having fun with the other dogs and being taken care of. I also got to meet the owner of Dogmode and she seems like she cares about my dog as much as I do. I highly recommend Dogmode I will never take my best friend anywhere else. Thank you Dogmode and thank you to the staff. I think that when I die, I want to come back as a DogMode puppy there in paradise! PS. They even have misters and fans outside to help keep the dogs cool

If zero stars was an option, I would have given zero. Do NOT take your pet to Dog Mode! Our dog experienced an accident/incident while being boarded here and we were never notified that ANYTHING was wrong. He now has an injury to his spine and DogMode refused to give us information about the incident that has potentially changed our dogs life forever. We even spoke to the owner, Susan Butler, and she was hostile toward us, refused to help in any way, and laughed at the fact that our dog was suffering. I understand that accidents happen, but she could have shown compassion for the situation and at least tried to be helpful. Instead, she told us to contact her attorney and instructed her staff not to speak to us even when we were seeking information to pass along to our veterinarian to help our dog. They should be shut down and not allowed to be in charge of any living creature ever again.

My dogs love this place and I do too! It s always a clean and the staff are very friendly and responsive.

The ironic thing is, before our chocolate Lab was bitten here on 7/9/23, I had just given a coworker my RAVING review about DogMode. Our Lab had been going to DogMode for over a year because he absolutely LOVED their pool. When we first started dropping him off at DogMode I had zero concerns. They always seemed to take great care of my pup and he was always happy to go play and swim there. Over the past few months however, I did notice a change at DogMode. There seemed to be way more dogs in the playrooms and not enough attendants. And in the past there would be 4 workers at reception/checkin. Now seeing only 1 worker up there was the norm. I m not most upset at the fact that our pup was bitten there. Even our Vet said that can happen at daycares because there are so many different personalities at one time in the playroom. What I m most upset about is that DogMode didn t even know he had been bit. Sent our pup home with us INJURED; without a word. When we discovered the puncture wound on our dog and contacted them, their first reply was that nothing had occurred to their knowledge. 10 minutes later a manager called me after reviewing the camera footage and downplayed the incident. Thankfully, my Lab has recovered and healed. We no longer take our Lab here.

This is our go to dog care company. We love them and always feel that the care for our puppy. Especially love that we can add a swim.

We love dog mode! Their self wash is so easy and convenient, they have everything you need and towels so you don t have to worry about cleaning up a mess at home!

We have been taking our dogs here for years. They have always been great, our dogs come home tired and happy.

DogMode is a wonderful facility for your dogs to sleep, play, and relax. My 10lb mini dachshund was able to spend a trial day in daycare to get a good feel of the new environment. He can be shy at times and struggles with certain floor textures (e.g. does not like cool or slippery surfaces). The staff was so gentle with him. They held him throughout the day and made sure he had company the whole time. One of the employees walked him out at the end of the day and provided a report of how my dog did at daycare. Its clear DogMode takes care to hire people who are passionate about their furry companions. I especially love the webcams so I can occasionally check in, putting my mind at ease. Everyone is so professional and kind. I would not consider taking my dog elsewhere because DogMode is the place for us. Im looking forward to using their grooming and dock diving services in the near future.

I have been SO impressed by my experiences here with swimming lessons and daycare for my 15-month-old Australian shepherd mix. I first brought him to get some pool-swimming experience, and the techs who helped with swim instruction were excellent with him and helping me know how to encourage and reassure him. Then we decided to try daycare. I was a bit uncertain at first because they do have a lot of dogs there every day, but they had a really good intro session with a few dogs to gauge his social skills (he IS a friendly boy to every dog) and they kept a close eye on him his first full day. I love that they have cameras and I could check in on him the first few days he did daycare, but he s comfortable and playful there now and I don t worry at all! They always have techs in the room with the dogs, and even at only his SECOND day of daycare, one of the techs recognized him and called him by name at dropoff! Every DogMode employee I ve met has been so kind and they all seem to really love dogs, love working with dogs, and care about keeping the dogs happy and safe. (oh and the swim lessons & pool are amazing!)

Writing a Goggle or other review should not be a threat to a business, but rather a means to improve customer satisfaction and to resolve disputes or conflicts. My personal qualms with DogMode, both financial, are not the main reason for writing one. Untoward and forgivable, moments happen to everyone on both sides. What is important to note here, after reading other reviews and helping me understand I am not alone in my assessment, is the prevailing attitude of management at this facility. The manager apparently lacks the skill to deal with unhappy customers, choosing to dispose of people like me , who present a direct challenge. The use of tactics such as blacklisting, stonewalling, blindsiding, ambushing, downplaying, gaslighting and lawyering up (intimidation) to remain unaccountable, is disheartening. No apparent desire to listen reflectively or use discovery language. I get the impression my $35, spent many times over, for a 30- minute swim in the pool is chunk change. In her words: I should be grateful Dogmode is providing the service. Hardly a service if transactions are poorly tracked, (possibly dont have supportive software) or when new policies , with direct client- financial affect, are implemented without forethought, or prior notification. The atmosphere is far from relaxed, and in my opinion, the staff is nervously friendly, afraid to make mistakes, and are not granted the freedom of flexibilty with customers. I get this is not an easy place to run. However, using the excuse (the lawyers excuse also) the business is only able to hire eighteen-year- olds , is a major responsibility shift onto young minds who need example, not blamed for the lack of leadership. (It took me a minute to wrap my head around the insult to the intelligence of eighteen year olds) This is not the place I knew when the now deceased Jon Campbell ran it. I am sad a place I would once recommend and praise highly, is not one I would easily recommend today. Of note, I allowed some time to pass before writing this, and had reached out twice, amicably, to the manager, to no avail. Their lawyer also did not respond to messages or calls. The message I wish to convey here is the difference between a leader and a manager is directly related to being OF service rather than being A service. The results are completely different. Attitude is everything in any business.

The self-service dog wash is where its at. They have everything you could need! Even an apron to keep you dry. Ill never do it at home again.

My dog loves this place. Literally have been going here for the past few years. My dog is super high energy and needs a place to get his energy out. All the staff are great and good communication through text. Literally know my dog and he runs to them every time we come. We did have a incident a couple times and my dog ended up getting bite. But of course all the dogs are up to date on their shots and they called me as soon as it happened and sent me photos. My dog is a little more submissive so hes gotten hurt before at home.

We love DogMode! Anytime I take my dogs there for doggy daycare they come home tired and happy. They have cameras in all the dog areas so I can check in whenever I like. I love seeing what my dogs did all day. There are dog techs/attendants for the rooms and they are always working so hard and keep a watchful eye on all the dogs. I also know during pick up I ll get a report of how my dog did that day. I would love to try out some of their other services soon. Definitely recommend

DogMode is AMAZING! We have been taking our puppy there for the last few months when we have long days at work and football Saturdays. If was up to Gus he would spend everyday there- he loves playing with all of his friends! The staff is great and we love the morning valet service. They seem to all know Gus by name, I assume it is because he is naughty but he always gets positive reports at pickup. The facility is well maintained and very clean, every dog has to be current on their vaccines and pass a temperament test to attend. We have used their daycare services, pool, and dog wash and would highly recommend them!

Very unprofessional - don t waste time registering online - they don t have staff to care for your needs. They want to meet after 12pm when you arrange a 8 am drop off. Find a dog sitting company that actually cares and is available to care for your furry baby. We went else where after wasting our time registering and being told they can t accommodate what we registered for and booked. Probably need to take down online booking system -

Tommy and Priya both love Dog Mode. They always have the best time. They recently boarded for a week and had no issues, they were taken care of just like they would be at home. And Priya always looks her best after getting groomed.

Ive been bringing our dogs here for years. The staff is great and the dogs all love it! Prices have gone up, but its still not too bad.

This place is a true gem. Doggo heaven for my fur kids. Great and competent staff that actually care about our fur babies. An indoor pool to burn those extra energy moments and a stellar dog wash station with multiple washes. Boarding is available and reasonable from what your fur babies get from it. Give this place a try, thank me later:)

I ve taken my dog here for day care for couple of months and I ve had mediocre experiences with the service and staff. Overall their setup concerns me, because of their floors are slick and continuously left with accidents on them. I don t feel my dog gets any attention when he s there, though he s always pacing and walking up to the staff asking for pets. Also there s usually only one attendant walking around and they don t spend time without them, unless they re in the small dog area. My dog always looks super stressed out on camera so I always end up letting them know I m coming early to pick him up. He always comes home without eating all day because He s so stressed there, and isn t given any attention. Additionally, I didn t feel attended to when I gave ample notification of my pick up and drop off times, and adhered to them. I continuously had to wait for an extended period of time before someone assisted me, or acknowledged me. After reading more reviews, I found it more concerning because a lot of injuries have been posted, without the facility notifying the owners. I think this is likely due to their floor, understaffing, and lack of set up and structure. I am currently looking for a more structured Daycare that gives better attention to my dog. I hope this helps somebody in the meantime, and what s more helps the facility improve their care of their furry patrons.

Heard great things about this place and wanted our dog to board here. They werent taking new interviews so we waited... Totally. Worth. The. Wait. They are amazing and our dog LOVED it. The staff is always friendly and lets us know how the stay went. They are super convenient as well and easy to book a stay online. We also appreciate having the cameras just so we can check in if we need/want to.

We had to find a new daycare and place to board Zoey, our 4-year-old Cane Corso. We have tried 4 places and will never take her anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and most of the staff is not scared of Zoey being a large breed & 109 lbs. They do really well with her. They work with us and keep us updated on how her water consumption is doing for the day. We have only taken her there 3 times so far, so Zoey is still adjusting to the new place, staff, her surroundings, etc.

Our dogs have been getting groomed here for a few years and we ve had an excellent experience every time!!

Dogmode is great! The service they provide is exceptional and our dog always returns from his boarding stays exhausted!

Perfect place for my dog, Archer, to stay when I m away! He s a pretty anxious dog so I love that I can check on him through the web cameras and request how often he should have breaks. The staff are very accommodating and informative about how he did during his stay. They also do a temperament test and trial day for dogs before they become official customers so I know he s with dogs that will play nice and be respectful which gives me additional peace of mind. Absolutely Love this place!

I was just checking it out if not what I was looking for

Clean facility with great indoor and outdoor spaces that are bright and open. My pups go for daycare occasionally when my dog sitter isn t available, and they always come home tired and happy! My only complaint is the poor placement of the dog wash station, which is on the path from the entrance to the check-in desk, and results in every single dog dropped off/picked up being a distraction for pups in the tubs.

DogMode is an excellent place to bring your dog for daycare. Its always clean and my dog, Hudson, loves the staff and small dogs. I love how I can drop off my dog as needed without being tied to a schedule or paying for 10 daycare sessions up front. I have not tried the other services, but Im sure they are great too!

We love DogMode! At our last day care, our dog used to come home smelling like urine and we would have to bathe her every day. We have never had this problem here. DogMode has been wonderful, very clean and Lenore comes home happy and tired.

We love DogMode so much! I feel like theyre the only local dog boarding spot that has things figured out. Its easy to drop off for daycare without a reservation, reserving overnight online is easy, and everyone at the desk is super friendly and always recognizes Kit, no matter how long its been since weve been there. Lena has been to her First orientation for Day Care. All staff are super friendly and it looked like she enjoyed her time there even though it can be overwhelming the first time. She will definitely be back!

i ve taken my dog here since she was four months old and she could not love it more. Everybody at this facility loves her and it makes me feel so happy so when I am dropping her off and can t be with her, she is surrounded by people who love her too! Updated review- We LOVE Dogmode! The staff is super nice and attentive, and the facilities are very clean. Our dog Hazel sprints into Dogmode every time we drop her off for daycare. She plays all day, and makes for a very tired pup at the end of the day. Highly recommend! We have only taken our pup for swim orientation, so will update once we get into a daycare orientation. However! The pool was super nice and clean. There is a dock, as well as a ledge, that dogs can jump off of. My puppy absolutely loved it. We are excited to book her more times as it will be fantastic exercise and will prepare her for when we go to natural/open water.

After taking my pup to 4 different day care centers, we have found our place in DogMode. The facility is clean, which is tough with dogs, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the webcams are good quality and clear, and play areas are bright and open spaces for the dogs to play. I can see my puppy happily wagging his tail while he plays. He loves it there!

We are big fans of the self wash!!! Once we came here the first time we went out of our way the following times whenever we needed a self wash in between regular grooming appointments. The stations are clean and always available and my favorite part is they re open every single day of the year! You cannot beat that availability!!!

Only have positive things to say about DogMode! This was our first time ever using Daycare or Boarding for our now 8yr old dog, Gus. The communication and enthusiasm of staff was so wonderful and our our minds at ease while we were on vacation.

My pup had a blast at daycare! He came home exhausted and seemed almost sad to leave. The live cameras made checking in on him easy and gave me peace of mind. He loves running/playing and there is plenty of space for him to do that, unlike other daycares. The staff is professional, attentive, and caring. The facility is clean and nice. We will definitely be coming back for daycare and checking out the aquatic center!

I have a 6 month old lab retriever (Luna) who has terrible separation anxiety and I enrolled her here about 2 months ago. She LOVES it. All of the employees treat the dogs with so much care and love, and they always communicate with me right away if there s any sort of problem. Everytime I say daycare? lunas ears perk up and she starts jumping ready to go. I love the dogmode team and am so happy we found our forever home

We absolutely love Dogmode! Everyone there is so nice, and you can tell that they love dogs. The prices for daycare and boarding are reasonable. We wouldnt take our precious baby, Romeo, anywhere else. Its good to know hes well taken care of and in good hands at Dogmode.

I m a newcomer to this place, the staff is super friendly, and seem happy to be there (which important to me). The building is spacious and clean. I would say the only downside is the lawn space where your puppy might need to go potty has been used a lot without pet owners cleaning up after their pooches. This isn t a negative for the business as it is the pet owners responsibility to clean up. I will definitely be bringing my puppy here in the future as this business came highly recommended.

My dog loves daycare at DogMode! At a few other daycare places in the SLC area, he has come home with scars and no explanation of what happened. Here, they have webcams and every time I pick him up someone on the staff gives me a quick rundown of his day. I would absolutely recommend DogMode to any dog owner.

Our dog, Chetler, loves Dogmode!! He loves all of the employees and follows them around like their his best friends! They take great care of him and make sure he is always worn out and happy when he comes home. They are also very clean! I was pleasantly surprised to see them cleaning the floors with a large machine to make sure everything stays sanitary. We are very happy!

We love taking our one year old golden retriever here for daycare and open swim! The staff is wonderful and friendly and always makes us feel like they really care about our little dude. The facility itself is top notch!

We just love this place. The staff is always so friendly. I was shocked that when I arrived after a year in quarantine they knew my dogs names. I see them interact with other clients and it makes me happy that I support this facility. The pool is always clean and the outside area is so convenient. When my dogs are at daycare I am always seeing the yard staff petting dogs. I refer all my friends here.

New to Dogmode. I feel good about my interactions with staff there - Always willing to chat and answer questions. I like the fact that I can watch the videos with the dogs - I wish the quality of the videos was a bit better but that is only feedback. I will be using their overnight boarding in a few weeks and hope that all goes well.

This is hands down the best facility I ve been to. I m a professional dog trainer, and I took my dogs there to try out the pool. Jess was AMAZING and didn t force any of our dogs into the pool, but encouraged them and went in there with them. They were understanding about my girl s dog reactivity she s working through and we re conscious of keeping her comfortable and under her threshold. She did better than I ve ever seen her here probably because everyone was so sweet and understanding, and genuinely had a great energy. I would 10/10 recommend these guys! We will definitely travel the longer distance to the them and be referring clients there, because they are worth that.

We LOVE Dog Mode! We have been bringing our dogs, Ruger and Shae, here for a few years now. They love when we drop them off for boarding and are very well taken care of. The staff is so friendly and gives us updates on how they did when we pick them up. We dont live in the are anymore and are about 30 minutes further away now, but we will go out of our way to still bring our dogs here because nothing else compares!

My lab and I love this place! I appreciate how they have a trial day before daycare/boarding where they ensure the dogs will get along before allowing them to stay at the facility- it makes me feel at ease knowing it s an environment where the dogs are accustomed to being around others. The cameras are a game changer- I love knowing that I can check on my pup whenever and love to see how much fun he is having while I am away. Every staff member I have interacted with is very friendly and you can tell they actually care for the dogs. I love picking my dog up after work knowing he s had a blast all day!

We LOVE DogMode! We have been taking our 1.5yr old Border Collie here for the last few months and are just thrilled. He loves going and he is always wiped out afterwards! My favorite part about this place is the cleanliness. Our dog used to come home from another day camp smelling awful, but when he gets home from DogMode he is fresh and feeling good! They also have a super nice dog wash station that is free to use after boarding which is very convenient! We also love the swimming pool and think that is such a valuable amenity. Though we werent able to sign-up for the dock-diving courses before moving out of town, we heard the trainer is incredible and think it would have been such a fun and challenging activity for our dog! When we pull up to DogMode, Bruce races to the door with his tail wagging a mile a minute. That speaks for itself!

This has been great for my 8 month old puppy to socialize her with other dogs! I love that they have a small dog section for her.

This place is awesome! We were driving around when we saw it and decided to check it out. Bam! 15 min later we had our puppy signed up for a pool orientation. During the orientation, he (our German shepherd puppy - 5 months old) was introduced to an outdoor area which was SUPER clean! There was a gazebo with outdoor seating as well. Then we went to the pool. Theres a big area thats just a foot or so deep that we (humans) were also able to step into. Theres a ramp that lead to the deeper part of the pool which is a total of about 4 feet. Our puppy was introduced by the trainer to the 2 other corners of the pool. One was steps, the other another smaller ramp. We also introduced him to the dock which was very well maintained! It went amazing. The trainer was extremely friendly and super nice. She worked very well with our puppy and used the time we had very nicely. Took potty breaks and plenty of swim time. We got to rinse our puppy off in the self serve tubs they have for a dog wash and the blowers to dry off. We were so happy with our experience that we immediately made another appointment for a reserved private swim. This place is awesome. If my review does anything, at least let it convince you to check it out. You wont regret it.

Came in just to try out the self-service dog wash station. The staff was very friendly and the wash area was perfect for what I needed. Fresh towels, a variety of shampoo and conditioner, scrubbers, ear wipes, and even an apron for me to use. Everything was within arms reach and the area is nicely tucked away out of the main flow of the lobby. Thanks Dog Mode!

I took my dog in for his interview and the staff were kind and patient with him while he warmed up! They also took the time to explain to interview process to me and gave me time to ask any questions!

I brought my tibetan mastiff Rose to Dogmode around fall time of last year, it wasnt until this happened to a friend of mine that I decided to let everyone know my experience. I brought Rose there only a handful of time before this happened. She got groomed and then was allowed to play until I came back from class to pick her up. On the day in question my grandfather had been the one to grab her and when she came out not only was she still soaked he was told she had not been allowed to play instead put in a kennel. When we got her home I took a look at her and saw that she had also broken her nail and it was getting infected very quickly. I contacted them multiple times to figure out what had happened and it wasnt until I went there in person to see someone that they told me that they had determined her to be aggressive and that she wasnt a good fit. Previously when ever I went to pick her up they told me she had a great time and had done great. I asked if she had been in a crate the other times she had been there and the receptionist said yes to her understanding it had been everytime she had been there.... I wont go back, I would never recommend to anyone ever again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Lied to my face multiple times about the wellbeing of my dog and had no problems with that.

Brought my dog in for a swim orientation and it was awesome! The staff member working with my pup was amazing, so nice and patient and was super professional, you could tell she knew what she was doing and helped my first time swimmer feel comfortable and happy! My hope was to get him in the water and swimming and she helped us do just that. I m so excited to start helping my dog get comfortable with being in the water and this was a great first step, I m excited to schedule a future swim!

If I could do negative stars I would. We left our dogs with dog mode for 4 days. Day one we got a call that our Male was in a scuffle with a husky, we were very clear, MULTIPLE times he doesn t do well with huskies anywhere. So what do they do put him in there with a husky AGAIN! just to get attacked again, they showed a the video saying our boxer was the aggressor. Watching the video he clearly WASNT. And now we have a $200 vet bill because BOTH dogs have kennel cough and pink eye. And they told us tough. We signed a waiver. They have way too many dogs and way too much going on. Do not take your loved ones here!!

I like that my dog has a safe place to play and socialize with other dogs. He is super tired every time I pick him up. The staff is super friendly and responsive. I recommend them

Our 2 dogs were taken good care of by DogMode! Great for kenneling and/or daycare. The cameras rest our minds to be able to see our dogs playing/looking content....and our dogs actually get excited when we pull up to the door.

I have been taking my pup Maggie to Dogmode for the last 3 months or so. She LOVES it at daycare and is always so happy to go! I appreciate how dogmode takes great care of her and that i often get feedback on how she did when i pick her up at the end of the day. She has really gotten over her wariness of other dogs by going to Dogmode and it has been so good for her!

I cannot think of one bad thing to say about this place. Our dog, Finn, is a rescue and doesnt warm up to people or new environments very quickly. I appreciate every time that we pick him up from day care, they always have detailed feedback regarding his time there and they let us know that he is always socially improving. Even when we drop him him off without making a reservation, everyone knows his name and are very loving to him. We also recently started swimming lessons there to help with his confidence and it is always something I look forward to. Thank you, to the DogMode staff. I really appreciate all you do!

I took my 16 year old senior dog in for his first swim and it was amazing. The staff was positive and helpful and it was so easy to go through the orientation process. We scheduled our next swim so we will back soon! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants their dog to learn how to swim/or play in a pool

DogMode has been such a great resource for me as a dog owner. Ive been taking my dog (a mini golden doodle) to DogMode daycare a few times a week for over a year now and he loves it there! Every time we go, hes so excited and runs right in. The people there are great and its obvious that they love their job and love the dogs. I trust them and I think thats at the top of every pet owners mind when they leave their pet in someone elses care. Their facilities are nice and clean. Ive taken my dog in their aquatic zone and he loves that as well. Its also great because you can watch your pet on their cameras at any time. Occasionally, Ill pop on the live stream and am always happy to see my dog playing or snuggling with someone. My dog also gets groomed there every 3 months and they always do a great job! I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for dog daycare or grooming!

I bring my 1.5 year old golden shepherd there and she loves it. Always tired afterwards and they give me little updates on how she did at the end of the day. My family has used dogmode for years and it s one of the few places I trust!

I have been brining my dog here for 6 months now and the staff is always so friendly! They offer valet service in the morning for when youre in a rush for work and tell you about your dogs day when you pick them up. You can watch your dog interact on their web cams as well. Overall this is a great facility and I would recommend them to anyone.

We started taking our 8 month-old mixed breed 45 lb puppy (Tricksy) to DogMode for occasional day care about 4 months ago. She is sweet and we love her, but she is also highly energetic, strong, and opinionated. In our experience, the staff is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. The facility is clean and very well maintained. The staff always seems happy to see Tricksy and she always seems happy to be with whatever pack happens to be there that day. She is always exhausted after her 6-hour romp with the other dogs and is super chill for the rest of the day. We check the video feeds occasionally and always see dogs being dogs. There is the occasional scuffle, but the staff is always immediately available to humanely mitigate if things get too rough. Were very happy to have found a safe, clean, caring environment for Tricksy to have her much needed breaks from her people.

I ve been taking my golden retriever, Veda, here for about 6 months and she is so happy every time I drop her off. The employees are all incredibly friendly and helpful and they all love my baby. There are cameras so you can watch your pup during the day which I really like. It s actually why I chose this daycare over other ones. I m super impressed by the service every time I come. I love dog mode and so does Veda.

Cant say enough good things about this place. It is the only place I will take my dogs and has been for over 10 years. The staff is amazing and literally knows every dogs name. They make you feel like your pup is their favorite. I never worry that my pets will be mistreated or neglected, but they have webcams you can view any time you want. It is clean and safe. I love that it is open play where the dogs can go inside or outside at their leisure. There is always at least one yard manager in the room with the dogs to supervise. We use them for daycare, boarding when we leave town and grooming. My only complaint is that they dont have a location closer to South Jordan. But they are worth the drive.

DogMode is very clean and organized. The staff seem to genuinely care about the animals.

This place has always been great to our dog. They are friendly and we love being able to check in on the cameras. We had a gland expression done here. When they checked, our dogs glands were empty so they didn t charge us. We don t use day care much but it is nice to be able to have a place to take our dog if we have an emergency.

Love this place sooo much! Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and awesome amenities for your dog.

My Golden Dane, Boston, loves this place! People here are so accommodating and give you feedback upon pick up. We ve lost 2 other dogs in 2020 and I feel bad for him when he hangs out being the only dog at the house. I love that he gets to hang out with some friends here. He s exhausted when he gets home that he snores when he sleeps! If you re looking for a clean and wonderful place, bring your doggie here.
