Put my dog in for boarding for a weekend and when I got her back she wasnt herself she was limping and had very raw skin around her mouth, I had called and asked for the manager which they had said he would call us back but we never got a call back we called multiple times but they just kept ignoring us about the situation. Will never be taking my baby back to this place!

They ll take your money don t care about your dog. Would recommend anyelse.

Unleashed Dog Hotel is amazing to work with! The pre-test they do before daycare or boarding reassured it s a safe place for dogs to go. Our dog stayed for a week and they took the best care, and provided emotional and verbal support. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

The groomer was very nice and did a great job with our dog. However, There was a 2 hour delay with our cut and when I asked why, the manager was very rude and had the attitude of sorry, not my problem, he also complained about it being busy when I asked him for a discount because of the delay, after he charged my card without my approval. The communication is sub-par, and they said it took a while for our haircut because we were supposedly a walk in and other people had an appointment. We did have an appointment, and we had to wait an extended period of time because of poor communication.

I take my very anxious dog to the Unleashed Dog Hotel, and they were very kind, gentle, and wonderful with him.

They took very good care of my dog when we went on vacation. We will be using them again.

Unleashed has been an awesome retreat for our pups during our vacations. They come back exhausted from all the play time and interaction.

I really was hoping for better results. We had taken one of our now decreased dogs to this place and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Ever since we brought our Keeshond to this place, it has been nothing but problems. We brought her here for a groom. The groomer cut her skin and told us that she would likely need stitches but blamed our dog even though she doesnt exhibit agressive behavior?? After she had informed us she had been fired from this organization (shocking), we thought we would give them a second chance with this new groomer. Well, our dog came home with a rash all over her stomach and genitals. She wouldnt interact with us at all after we picked her up. She seemed extremely sad and distant which is abnormal for her. I dont know what is going on at this facility but nope, you just lost a customer for good.

Unleashed was great they took really great care of my dog while we were away. Totally recommend! I will be bringing my dog in again soon

My dogs love staying her when we go on vacation. The staff is always very nice and they are good to my dogs. I can watch them play on the cameras at no extra charge, which gives me piece of mind when I am away. I would recommend Unleashed to everyone!!!!

My Scooby can be a nervous boy but loves the staff here! Even though it s only a couple of times a year, the staff always remembers him by name. I love being able to see him on the online cameras when I m gone.

Amended review: My dog attended this day care for 2 years and loved it. The grooming staff especially was patient with his nail trim anxiety, which is always impressive on a 90 lb GSD. We recently were told he cannot return to day care for behavior issues. While I have no issues with withdrawing my dog if hes become a cranky old man, the customer service I received from trainers and front desk staff was sub par. I got conflicting information as to what the root issue was, it was near impossible to get ahold of the same person twice to ask questions, and I was promised a call from the GM more than once that was never received. After leaving a 1 star review, the GM did reach out very quickly and helped resolve all of my issues. Amy is very kind and you can tell she cares about the doggos at her facility. We hope to use Unleashed again for other services than daycare and see improvements in their team communication.

I am a grouchy old cocker spaniel. When my mom and dad bring me to Unleashed Dog Hotel I know it s gonna be a better day. I especially like Dom, she is the best. I love everybody there, but Dom has my heart. She gives me good baths and she clipped my toenails and I go home to my mom and dad smelling so good. I love it Unleashed Dog Hotel! When I picked up my doggie, she was so happy. I could tell she had fun. However, they didnt let me in when I picked her up. I had to stand outside in the cold and wait for her, and Im not sure why I couldnt come in.... But Ill be back.

**UPDATE!** My initial rating of Unleashed was 4 stars but I have to up it to 5. Our dog has now stayed there several times for several nights at a time and we couldn t be happier with how things have gone. This last visit he was still in a cone from surgery and as far as we can tell, things went great, he was well taken care of and watched over and he was very happy when we picked him up. The staff is always really friendly and helpful and our dog seems genuinely excited to see the staff that he already knows. I still wish the lobby was open so we could get a feel for how things are inside the building. Hopefully that will happen one day soon. **Original Post** We picked our dog up today after a week long visit. What we liked: - the cameras allowing us to check in on him - the staff was really friendly with us - he seemed really happy when we picked him up. - a few times we checked the cameras and could tell they were cleaning the individual cages and the turf around the pool. What we didn t like: - getting someone to answer the phone when you call in for general info is nearly impossible. - we didn t love that sometimes when we checked the cameras in the early evening, the dogs were already in bed. - I asked them to bathe him before we picked him up and they trimmed his face WAAAAAAYYY too short. I just wanted him to be clean, not trimmed. - the lobby being closed is super disheartening when leaving a dog there for the first time. It makes it feel a little sketchy.

Grooming was awesome! My dogs can be a little difficult and they handled them so well!

It s a K9 paradise! We were able to watch our dogs Duke & Chester having the time of their lives on the cameras while we were on vacation. Unleashed Dog Hotel takes excellent care of the dogs! Their staff is awesome and I knew my dogs were safe while we were out of town.

Best doggie boarding in SLC, could not recommend more!!! Ive been boarding my dog here for 2+ years and I couldnt say more wonderful things.. They always have availability even on short notice. My dog always comes back home happy and healthy. Staff is friendly and remembers the dogs like they are their own. They have multiple cameras you can check in and see you pet. Pricing is great. 10/10!

Extremely disappointed in this establishment. My partner brought our almost 2 year old professionally trained pitbull here for a temperament test. We personally worked with our dog and trainer for weeks to feel confident in my sweet dog to be an ambassador for the breed. After dropping him off for a temperament test I got a call shortly after telling me I needed to pick him up. Once getting there my partner inquired with the manager on what happened during this test. The manager gave a few vague answers that didn t sound like our dog at all. My partner requested to see the tapes of the test and was refused. She wanted to see for herself what went on during this test so if anything really did happen, we would be able to correct it right away. The manager straight refused even though another employee clearly stated that this employee was apart of management and would have access to such footage. THIS PLACE IS BREEDIST. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BABIES.

Unleashed is great! When we drop our dog off for daycare he can barely contain his excitement and he needs a day to recover from all the fun he had. We feel very comfortable dropping him off for a weekend stay. Love the webcams, services, and the staff is great!

I cannot give these people enough stars. Gimli has been going to daycare here for nearly a year. He is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and currently a little over a year old. They have expertly navigated all of his puppy tendencies and energy. Theyve been extremely flexible with us when we need to pick him up late or he has had some aggressive moments that he needed to grow through. We had the opportunity to board him for the first time ever in May and the process was easy to schedule online and the staff was attentive to all his particulars. He was a bit of a grump about it as he had never been away from us overnight until that point, but he came home exhausted and his normal temperament. We likely will not board him again due to his own attitude and for the safety of the staff, but I appreciate them so much for the challenge they took on for a week. Just this morning, on our way to daycare, he decided to defecate all over the backseat of the car. Covered himself, the seat cover, the seats, doors, floors, and my optimism for the day. Unleashed came out and provided me gloves, trash bags, and rags. They offered to bathe Gimli and wash his seat cover for me. I was about in tears from their kindness as I just didnt know where to start with the clean up and I had to leave for work. We have tried other daycares closer to home and/or work but none have compared to Unleashed and its staff. I really dont ever wish to take him anywhere else. I cannot thank them enough for their care, kindness, and hospitality. Despite Gimli being the most complicated gremlin, they still love him and I cannot appreciate them enough!

The fact that our special boy, Oggy, went running to the caretaker who greeted him for the long weekend days a LOT. We get to check on them regularly via webcam and they come home to us very happy. We love Unleashed!

Unleased is the ONLY doggie daycare I would ever use. In fact, I ve never used such a service until I heard about them. Other places that kennel your beloved pup are like child care places for kids without love . The scale IS NOT 1-5, it s 1-100 and they are easily 100! Their prices are too low in my opinion, and their people are trained, skilled and they care for your pup as good if not better than you. They also use pupspeak and truly are dog whisperers . Don t ever hesitate to utilize all their services. Finally, keep this in mind If you love your dog like you love a member of your family, you would NEVER leave a family member in a potentially risky environment, would you? Well, at Unleashed they love your dog and care for your dog as if you were the one providing a loving, caring environment FOR YOUR DOG! My dog has had many bad experiences at boarding places. The Unleashed Dog hotel has created such a welcoming and stress free environment for my dog that she no longer gets anxious going to boarding! I board often because I travel often. Communication with this dog boarding facility is great!

Super rude employees. I was an everyday customer, who brought my lab every morning without failure. A year later, I am told he never gets to play and is always in time out DUE to the staffs energy level not his. A YEAR LATER!!! Super disorganized and extremely disappointed. I spent $8500 for a year to have my dog play and they locked him in a kennel. So upsetting and makes me feel horrible for my dog. Tried to contact the manager several times and they never returned my call. If I could give negative stars I would.

i do not recommend boarding your dog here. my boy was here 4 days and when i picked him up, he had severe chemical burns all up his nose and in his mouth. the employees just told me it was a reaction to the pool water . the vet had never seen anything like it and was super concerned. it s been over a week and he s still healing. just be cautious, this place may be better for day care rather than boarding.

Grace is a rescued Golden retriever that gets nervous when there is a new experience, however the staff at unleashed were so good with her that she was wagging her tail to go back the next day. Very affordable! The pool was an added bonus she loved!

I brought my extremely nervous Great Pyrenees here to be boarded for an entire week. I was so heart broken and missed him so much. But the staff took such great care of him and showed so much love and patience to him. They communicated with me very well. I loved that I could get on the cameras and look at him. The only disappointment was that the outdoor camera was not working and that s where he was most of the time. So hopefully they got that fixed. I recommend this place to everyone!!

We have had such a positive experience at unleashed. I could tell everyone would take care of my dog as if she was their own. She also has loved coming here so much!

Brought our dog there for the temperament assessment. They were wonderful! The staff was friendly and took great care of our nervous puppy. They introduced her one on one to the other dogs and then let her join them. The staff also made sure to give her some extra cuddles to make sure she felt safe! Love the webcam feature where I can check up on my puppy!

We have had our two German shepherds boarders there quite a few times. They are so kind. I love the updates and the cameras. Our most recent stay we had them de-shedded and bathed. 10/10 would recommend.

We have only boarded our dog here once, but I would say it was a positive experience. I did have one phone call with a male staff member that was a bit too sassy, but so far, that is the only reason for the four stars. We will be returning to this location. *Update* Unfortunately, after over a year of positive experiences with this business and staff, they are rapidly losing our business due to an unnecessary charge and no communication. We had planned on boarding our dogs for a few days for a quick trip in May. Not all days were available for boarding, so after booking what we could, we eventually made other plans. As our dogs are here relatively frequently, while we were picking up a couple of weeks before the next scheduled boarding, we asked the person to cancel as we had made other accommodations. Didn t appear to be a problem until a charge for $100 showed up on my credit card in May. When I called to ask about it, they told me it was a $50 no show fee, per dog. I explained the situation and I was told that we had to cancel, per their policy, more than 24 hours in advance, which of course we did. I was advised the owner would follow up. I have called three additional times and have been told each time the owner would follow up. Nothing. I have called and emailed this business trying to get a refund/resolution to this issue. Now, I am resorting to this. Maybe dropping their review stars will get their attention. Who knows? All I really expect is some honesty and some communication. I will be sure to follow up. *Update* This review apparently did its job. We heard from a manager like two days later, who had naturally, not heard anything about this issue. She was super apologetic and was happy to refund the money. However, because this was not her fault AND our dogs like it here, we turned that refund into a credit and will give them a chance to make it right. I am so happy that this has been resolved, finally. Thank you so much to the manager who followed up! Back to four stars!

I took my dog here when I went on vacation. She had all the necessary vaccines. They have cameras but a few times when I checked the cameras they were offline. When I got back from vacation my dog had kennel cough and was peeing in my house. I also noticed the blanket I left with her at Unleashed reeked of pee. Before this she hadnt peed in my house in years. I took her to the vet and they said she had a little bit of blood in her bladder. Im not sure what happened with that. I called Unleashed and left a message to let them know. I wasnt asking for any reimbursement or anything. Anyway, no one ever called me back.

My dog only goes 1-2 days a week but she LOVES it! She gets excited as soon as we pull in the parking lot and is always happy and having fun when I pick her up.

We always love having our two pups stay here at Unleashed Dog Hotel. They always get excited when they discover where we are going and happily run into the building, excited to be there. Our girls are treated well, they get to run and play with other dogs and the employees and we get notified if anything of note happens. It s a good, clean environment and we don t worry about our girls while we are gone.

I was visiting Salt Lake City from Georgia and needed a place for my dog Godfrey to stay during the day. The people at Unleashed were exceedingly accommodating. While my dog loves people he doesnt always get along with other dogs and that makes finding a place challenging. They handled Godfrey with care and he was very happy during his stay. They were great!

Journey just loves Unleashed. She is a relatively calm pup, but she knows when she is arriving at Day Care and gets so excited to play with her friends. Journey is always happy coming and going, and thats how I know she loves it at Unleashed!

Brought Dexter for an intro assessment and hung around for awhile talking with other fur baby parents. Everyone had fabulous things to say about their experiences and highly recommend we bring Dexter back. He was happy and tired when we picked him up and ate planning regular visits!

Diesel and Jaeger love staying at Unleashed Dog Hotel. It was a nightmare trying to find someone or somewhere we trusted with part of our family, until we came across this facility. The staff are knowledgeable and fully capable with both our dogs which are on complete opposite sides of the spectrum. My fun, carefree, loving everybody personality to the more alert, focused, driven personality. The staff ask questions and make sure to welcome, and if need give special attention so that Diesel and Jaeger s stay is as stress free, sociable and enjoyable as possible. We wouldn t trust anyone else with our family. Thanks for all you do!

Unleased Dog Hotel is the ONLY boarding facility/daycare facility that we trust with our pup Dimitri. We know he has so much fun and we know he is so loved by the staff! It gives us such a peace of mind knowing how well he is cared for while he is being boarded.

The best groomers Ive ever used. My dog, actually loves going and gets excited when we get to the parking lot and runs into the building. If you can get a dog to love having a hair cut, youre incredible. Thank you for all you do.

This place can fool you at first. You think....oh a pool! A large Penthouse Suite. Supposed to come with Dog TV and a FaceTime call. They forget to mention that the TVs havent worked for a long time. Pretty crazy when you pay over $100 per dog to stay in the suite. The minute you walk in, it stinks. Walk into the Luxury Suite and it smells horrible. If you watch them clean the suites, you will see that they dont mop and rarely change bedding . Only if you ask. Then they let the dogs run around the pool area and outside area in large packs without supervision. When they do have supervision, they dont have enough. Nothing for the dogs to do except to walk in circles. Watch the cameras, people! If a fight broke out, they couldnt break it up in timem in fact, Google German Shepherd dog death and you will find the story of a poor elderly German Shepherd was torn apart by two aggressive dogs. Those dogs were not supposed to be with other dogs. I now go to Pawtown Oasis. What a huge difference. They have interactive games and are never unattended. The pool there is checked daily to make sure that the chemicals are perfect for the dogs. Mine came out of there with chemical burns on their lips at Unleased. Also, they were so thirsty. Please research this facility and watch the cameras before you leave your dog there. I used to have a doggy daycare. So I know what to look for.

I have been taking my dog Oliver to unleashed dog hotel to get groomed for three almost 4 years now. The staff is always professional, kind and very helpful. Dom, the groomer always does such an amazing job. Oliver always comes out happy, cut just the way I like, and smelling so good. I highly recommend Unleashed Dog Hotel.

For a place that advertises temperament checks, their staff had no earthy idea how handle a timid/anxious pup.

Was met at the door quickly when dropping off my beloved family member and when the job was done, they brought her to me with having done an excellent job on her. They were gentle with her, she is elderly and they were very kind and respectful.

I have taken my Lab here many times before! Both for daycare and for their hotel option as I was traveling out of state for a while. I did go with the penthouse suite to check on him often with their private webcam. No issues! My only request would be for the staff to communicate when my dog got too hyper/has any other issues so I could train him on those things at home and improve his behavior.

The staff is great and kind to my animals. And has the capability to care for all types of special dogs like my German Shepherd which is a little grumpy with other dogs. I would highly recommend them

This was my first time using a doggy hotel and I was so nervous that my dog would be so sad, but for the week that I was gone he seemed just fine! I love that there are webcams in the pool room and outdoor park. Next time I will definitely opt for the luxury room so that I can use the webcam in there! I would definitely recommend!!

It seems that my pup had a good time. Im from out of town and I wasnt sure at all what to expect. They did a temperament trial to know for sure how my pup is with the other dogs. I thought was a good idea, and everything went smoothly. They have cameras in the play areas to look in on the dogs while I was away. That helped some. The only thing that through me is that the lobby is closed and I was kind of trusting sending my dog in. I was hoping for maybe a tour, but it worked out well from what I could tell. I only saw the out side of the building, so I just trusted everything was going fine, I hope they dont have to do thing for much longer.

This place is great. We have taken our Husky to several place but it did not work out because they were smaller places. Our dog likes room to run and when she doesnt, she lets you know. Other places could not deal with her barking but Unleashed just let dogs be dogs. We are SO luck we found them.

The personnel at Unleashed Dog hotel were very understanding and accommodating, provided our dog was current on all of his vaccinations, which he did. They accepted our dog for the days we were away, which gave us so much peace of mind. We are very appreciative of the care they provided our furry son with. I highly recommend them!

Excellent place. The staff took care of our dogs and followed all the instructions for their feeding. The cameras are a great feature to make this place unique.

Worst experience and management ever. We board our dog here is the past for a few days and it seemed fine. When we just boarded her on a long trip, 11 days, she came home looking starved. The cameras were out of service almost the entire time and her ribs, shoulders, and hips were easily visible when she came home. She was 73lbs when we dropped her off and 59 when she came home. That s 19% weight loss in 11 days. We took her to our vet and they said will all factors considered, including stress, that amount of weight loss was no where near normal. I call the company and expressed my extreme disappointment with the care we received and the worked said they would inform management and they would contact me. One month later and still no call. $500 worth of boarding to come home to a starved and deprived dog. If you care about your pets care when you are gone, look elsewhere, NOT HERE!

Safe haven for furry family members! From the indoor doggy bone swimming pool to the penthouse and cameras, and the amazing staff that truly care about the dogs, Unleashed is a really great place to entrust your canine family. They have indoor and outdoor areas for the dogs and even though we werent able to enter (they are still observing Covid protocols even though the rest of the planet isnt - my only complaint) you can still tell they keep the place really clean, which must be hard with so many dogs there. They only have a few cameras right now, but they are adding more. Hopefully, they will add cameras to the individual spots for the dogs with 2-way audio so you can talk to your pooch. Prices arent the cheapest out there, but the dogs are safe and well taken care of, which is the most important thing any of us can want for our furry friends. You can trust them to take good care of your dogs and know that the pups are happy as well. They get playtime, solo and group. They also meet all dogs and assess them before allowing them to stay. Something that helps ensure your dogs will be safe.

My Pup loves it here. She always comes back super happy and super tired thanks to a place she can play.

My dog seemed to be enjoying a first time experience. Tried to watch him on the cameras but never could find him a lot of the time. When I did spot him it was really cute to see him with the other dogs. The bad thing was he came home with a real bad cold, which he has never had. Poor guy was sneezing with drainage from his nose and a wet cough. Thought it was kennel cough but it wasn t. Just slept for the next 10 days on our trip back to Michigan. The staff was real nice and pleasant every time I called.

They got me in quickly, did a great job, communicated, finished quickly, and charged a very reasonable price. I ll be back!

both of my baby dogs caught kennel cough here in the last 3 weeks and they are severely ill. I m so so sad and I ve spent so much money at the vet. Both got sick immediately after getting a hair cut here. Please please do better my poor babies are suffering

We boarded both our labs here and they both came back with the worst case of kennel cough I ve ever seen. The staff knew that our dog was sick when we picked him up and we weren t informed. Both dogs had to be taken to the vet because their case was so severe. Not worth risking your dogs life.

The lady who took my dog in was really nice. She treated my dog very well. My pup came back to me very happy and excited. He seemed like he had a great time. I only gave 4 stars because I didn t get to see inside the facility. I wanted to see what it looks like, check the pool area if it s clean, etc.

Unleashed is amazing and my dog loves going there he goes at least once a week and has stayed in boarding for 3 days before. He is always happy when we pull up and extremely tired when we pick him up! Thank you for caring for my buddy when I have things to take care of and cant bring him with us!

Dog was happy to return and came back happy but exhausted. Their live cameras of the play areas are incredible for peace of mind and entertainment. Very friendly staff.

Is this even a legitimate business? Sign ups fail in epic fashion on any device and browser via website, I left a voicemail yesterday with no call back and today it is straight to hang up after 10 rings. If it is a legit business, they obviously dont want new business.

I kept trying to call to confirm an appointment and the idiot operating the phone couldnt figure out how to keep the line connected. Id rather spend a few extra dollars to take my companions to a dog hotel with more competent staff. First call was great. Everything afterwards was a waste.

My dog, Piper loves this place. The people are very nice here and I love watching Piper on the Webcam. The service is excellent here.

I was nervous leaving my rescue dogs overnight with anyone, but Unleashed did a fantastic job taking care of them. Being able to peek in via webcam offered me peace of mind, and allowed me to see the staff manages the large groups of dogs with gentle redirection when necessary, and introduces new dogs gradually. Registration was quick and easy online, and they were very responsive via phone. The add-on grooming left them soft and smelling great, and Dominique was professional and prompt in communicating via phone to clarify any questions and coordinate grooming with pick-up.

Made boarding our dogs very easy!

Boarded my dog here for 10 days while we went on an alaska cruise. when we came back she had a bad case of kennel cough. $500 in vet bills and 2 weeks later she is over it but i was mostly disappointed that they did not recognize it and or did not even mention it to us when we picked her up. I realize kennel cough is a risk of boarding but this place is hugely understaffed and as a result cant care for you furry friend like they should.

They have amazing service and take really good care of your pet. Great for socialization and they have a fun pool. Very clean! They let you watch your dog play on cams!

I took my dogs for an assessment and all seemed to go just great! They seemed happy for the 2 hours they were there and tired on the way home. I wouldve liked to have been able to come inside and take a tour, I didnt ask to because there was a sign saying no one allowed inside, so that may be on me and I might just have to ask next time. But so far so good.

Had a very good experience with Unleashed Dog Hotel. This is the first time we have used these folks and they did a wonderful job in making our pet welcome, by providing him time with other dogs, working out in the swimming pool, and sticking with the feeding schedule that we laid out for them. Our dog was alert, looked well fed, and even seemed to have a better attitude overall. We definitely will take him back for future stays and most definitely recommend them!

Always a great experience when I leave my dog here. Originally found this dog hotel after having a bad experience with another. I have been taking my dog here ever since and am always pleased with their service.

These guys are sweet for sure. My dog is pretty well behaved but he has major puppy energy, and they are able to handle that at Unleashed Dog. I love the camera so I can check in what my pup is doing for the day. Its very well priced as well. It is very nice when im expecting a longer day at work or have a couple extra errands to run, I know my doggo will be ok and I dont have to worry about if he is tearing up the house. I also love that they open at 6 am..that is very early and if you have to be to work by 7 or 7:30 it works out well. The half or full day feature also is useful. I love my dog and try my best to give him the life he deserves every day and I think the Unleashed Dog Hotel really helps to fill in the gaps when I cant always be there for him due to unexpected or expected circumstances.

Horrible with communication has a website that doesnt work and will never contact you if something comes up. I get more feed back from my dog

I absolutely love this place my 6 month old Sheepadoodle Venus has been to doggie daycare on a couple of occasions and comes home so happy with all her zoomies out! She also got a great first puppy groom! If your pets are your furry kids I highly recommend unleashed dog hotel

I recently brought my 15 year old lab in to Dominique for grooming and she was amazing! She was so sweet and gentle with my senior girl, and she did such a great job. My girl looks and feels like a younger pup again!

Our dog has had a negative experience at previous dog daycares, but not at Unleashed Dog Hotel. On his 2nd day there, he was scratching at the door to get in and was showing joy in every way a dog knows how to. On the human side, the staff has been pleasant, efficient, and helpful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I bring my dog for grooming and Dominique does a great job! I am giving a 4 star because I dont understand why your lobby is still closed. However, I do understand if you have staffing issues but its not transparent and its inconvenient.

I have a nervous fellow who takes some warming up and he always has a blast here! All of the employees are great. Very kind and patient. We love this place. Wish there was more packages for purchase like a ten day, I would take my dog a lot more if so.

Everyone is so friendly. Brought my 2 high energy vizslas here for two nights. They seem to have had a great time. To address a review about getting their dog back smelly...My dogs live on a ranch, and love to roll in dead animals and cow/deer/antelope and who knows what elses poop. We picked them up and they smelled great and they even washed the blanket we left for the dogs. Only 3 minor issues that are not enough to drop my review to 4 stars. 1)The 2 pool area cameras worked both days, but on the last day the outdoor camera did not work. I am going to blame the extreme heat and assume it melted. 2)I know COVID is a thing, but I really wish I could have gone in to see the facility and where they would be sleeping. 3)I wish they had more cameras, but honestly, most other places (at least in WY) do not have any. We are from out of state, but next time we are in the area, we will definitely use Unleashed again. Highly recommend.

They do not take ALL dogs. Their website is very misleading! Do not recommend unless you wanna book a vacation and have to leave late cause they backed out last minute. Staff seemed not all awake.

My goodness this place is amazing! I hate leaving my fur babies anywhere, but I loved having them stay here! You can see them whenever you want, so you know theres nothing they have to hide! Max and Rio were very happy, looked and smelt so good cause I had them groomed before picking them up! Last place I took them to they were scared and had poop and pee all over them, I was heart broken. Thank you Unleashed Dog Hotel! You guys are so professional and very caring! Please never change! New to the area I needed someone to watch my dogs while I went to work. Unleashed was fairly close and had pretty good reviews. I stopped by and spoke to the attendant on duty and made it perfectly clear I needed to drop my dogs of the next day and they needed to be kept seperate. I was told that would be fine. Called back a couple of hours later just to make sure everything discussed was still a go. Showed up the next morning and I was told they had no room. I made sure I called to ensure nothing like this would happen. Luckily my employer was understanding because we could of had problems. I will never bring my dogs back to this establishment. That is all...

Impossible to talk to a human to get any information. Have to give a credit card just to make an account. Website has no place to schedule a temperament test. I dont know how anyone books anything through here.

I dropped my dog off to be taken care for a week in good healthy condition and picked up a sick dog. His eyes are almost swollen shut with some sort of infection and he is coughing up a lot of flem. It is obvious that this has been going on for a few days. For a company that specializes in caring for dogs I am really surprised that they did not notice this. For a company that has as many good reveiws as they have I wonder if they are mainly from people that only use the Unleashed services for short periods of time vs long durations. I recommend the following to help Unleash improve their company to ensure future success. - More training on watching for sick dogs and better policies and procedures in place to take care of them. (what is the point of telling you my vet info and giving you dollar amount to spend on vet visits if you dont use it when needed). -Better cleaning policies and procedures. My dog is sick because he was in a dirty enviorment. This was 100% avoidable, some more training and better polices and procedures in place will ensure this doesnt happen to anyone in the future.

I m just going to tell my story- you can take what you want from it. We had our 2 year old female Doberman, Cocoa, stay at Unleashed for one week. She was fine and healthy when I dropped her off- not limping or anything. She is also a very loving, happy dog that loves playing with humans and other dogs alike. I received a call the day I was picking Cocoa up from them. The woman was very kind and said our dog was fine BUT yesterday they noticed she was limping quite a bit and her right front paw was very swollen and red and she was chewing on it. The woman said they thought maybe a foxtail had gotten in it (which is strange because she had been there for almost a full week and we hadn t taken Cocoa anywhere in the days before where a foxtail could ve gotten in). Anyway, the woman continued and said they took her to Murray Animal Hospital and the vet cut her paw open, cleaned it out, stitched it back up and bandaged it. She also said that someone from Unleashed had called me the day prior to tell me about Cocoa s situation and they had also left a voicemail. I thought that was strange because we weren t out of service that whole day and I didn t show a missed call from them nor did I have a voicemail. I had even called Unleashed that day to let them know I d be picking Cocoa up a couple days earlier than planned. I was told Cocoa had an appt at 1:30 at the same vet so I took her there for them to look at her paw again and rebandage it. The vet, Dr. Howard, said it looked like Cocoa had stepped on a nail or something that had punctured her paw pretty well. Dr. Howard was very helpful and said that it sounded like Unleashed took full responsibility for whatever happened to Cocoa and I didn t need to pay for anything. I was sent home with FOUR bottles of medicine for Cocoa. Now, I understand that things can happen and dogs are dogs. I really wish I knew what happened though- and who knows, maybe they don t even truly know what happened. Ultimately though, I won t be taking Cocoa back to Unleashed Dog Hotel. I am very glad they took Cocoa to the vet. I appreciate their concern in that way. I also am happy they paid for the vet bill- because I would ve fought them on that if they hadn t! Separate from her injury and vet stay- I appreciated being able to watch the webcams to see what Cocoa was up to...although the only cameras that even work are the inside pool cameras so I don t even know what their outdoor area looks like. I haven t seen her actual injury yet so I m just posting a picture of her bandaged paw. UPDATE- it s now been two weeks and Cocoa s injury is STILL not healed. The part that was punctured is right between her paw pads- in the webbing. This has been the most frustrating thing. I absolutely will not go back to Unleashed and I absolutely will not recommend them. I m posting another picture of Cocoa with her new bandage we had to get put on yesterday.

I logged in every day to look at my puppy through their cameras and saw the good care they gave him. Will be bringing him back!

Dont take your pet here if you care for their safety. My girlfriend took my dog here he was not only attacked by other dogs but he had dried blood all over his face and a broken foot. No one notified us of the incident they were given our contact information for anything. Also my dag wasnt treated. I saw the blood and limp so I took our dog to the vet. Said looks like to was few days old. This place should be shut down!

We have used Unleashed Pet Hotel several times over the past few months. It was a very positive experience up until today. I am currently out of town and my daughter is taking my pup to daycare daily on her way to work. This morning she arrived and called the phone number for someone to come and get the dog, there was no answer and after about 6 rings the call was just dropped. This happened 3 times, she could see other dogs in there, so she also pounded on the door several times. She was going to be late for work, she called me and we both decided to try once more. When I called I told the girl on the phone what was happening, she was very rude and said there was not anything wrong with the phones and this was her first call, when I tried to explain that the calls were being dropped, she just hung up on me! She was so rude to my daughter when she came out to get the dog. I understand having a bad day, but I pay a lot of $ to be called a liar, and treated so unprofessionally and rude! I wasn t going to go public, but I couldn t find an email to alert the owners!!

We took our 9 month old bernedoodle to Unleashed the other day for the first time. She came home very happy and extremely TIRED, which was a GOOD thing! Well be taking her back there frequently. Thanks for taking such good care of her!

I have a very energetic dog and a first time dog owner. I m always a little worried because I know even though he is a sweet boy he doesn t have the training I would like. The staff here matches him up with other dogs with his temperament and are patient with him. I m pretty sure it s his favorite place on earth other than his house. I don t take him anywhere else.

I ve been taking my dog to Unleashed for the last few years and have absolutely no complaints. Whether she s there for daycare or boarding I know she s taken care of. The workers are always so kind and I love that they are as excited to see Ivy as she is to see them. Ivy leaves Unleashed tired from playing AND happy. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to board their dog or just drop them off for daycare!

We used unleashed for the first time this past week. We LOVED them. They were so great with our dog. We were able to watch her on the cameras and they gave her the attention she needed. She loved playing with all the other dogs her size. We will defiantly be using them again.

I have been looking for a groomer for my chihuahua for a long time but it s hard with my work schedule. This place was able to watch her from 8:30-12 then had her groomed until I picked her up at 3:15. I really enjoyed the webcam access so I could watch her and see she was having a good time. My only feedback is I didn t realize the pool area besides outside was the only other grassy area, my dog isn t around water a lot so she stayed clear but I just didn t love her around a pool (it is very shallow it s mainly for the dogs to run in) Roxy was with some bigger dogs then I expected but they all seemed to not bug her too much and if one was the employee would intervene it was actually cute to see, again I really enjoyed the webcam access. My last thing is that I wish she had somewhere she could have laid down and rested that was more comfy than the grass, pool chairs and the deck but I understand why they don t in a pool area. Roxy came back tired, chipper, groomed smelling nicely and soft. We will be back
