She has bathed my 2 Shih Tzu dogs for 6 years or more and there has always been excellent service with her and her work team, very happy and grateful because my dogs are well taken care of

I booked in advance and when I attended the appointment it was closed, I called several times and they responded by text message asking me where I had scheduled my appointment, after another number I received a message saying that they had closed for some inspection but I wasted my time and Things I had to do to go with my pet to the appointment! You have to respect peoples time.

We liked it a lot, it feels like if you bathe them, they smell delicious and look clean, I have two mini schnauzers, the cut was not 100% but its still fine

Bad service from the receptionist, terrible attitude.. at no time did you mention the extra payment and at no time did I say anything about the extra for the delay. My opinion is related to the bad attitude of the receptionist. I asked her a question that has nothing to do with it. with the extra charge for the delay that was 35 minutes not five hours comp you are stating it... and for me it was respectable extra charge... my opinion was due to the bad attitude of the receptionist, the service, the attitude and the arrogance were terrible

It is the best place to take our 4-legged friends I have been a client for 4 years and it has been without a doubt the best decision, my dog is cared for and loved by the staff at Hicha pet, they do an excellent job and with much love

Great groomers! I was sick of taking my dog to places that would nick her skin. So I tried Hicha pet grooming and they ve been the only groomers I ve trusted with my dog ever since. My dog has never come back hurt or cut. They are amazing you can truly tell they love animals and treat them with care. They are also very accommodating, when I asked if I could bring a special shampoo for my dog they gladly did the service with the shampoo I brought!

Excellent service, my dog suffers from anxiety and I took him to about 3-4 different places and they always gave him back to me, with her patience little by little she has won him over. God bless her!

Very bad service, I asked not to cut the hair and they cut it anyway. I informed them and the response was that they did everything as they should but it was not like that.

Ive taken him with Hicha since he was little. I love her cust service and how shes with my dog Also her prices are pretty good! I def recommend her.

Bad service, they damaged my dogs face, it was a bad experience, he didnt stop screaming all night. I also told them that they wont cut off his ears or tail and they didnt listen to me. I definitely dont recommend it and when I went to tell them, they didnt even apologize.

Pros: the lady that was actually doing the grooming was very sweet and nice. The results were good - my dog is clean and groomed Cons: nobody was speaking English - she had to use Google Translate or call her husband on the phone to communicate. Also, only AFTER my dog was ready to pick up they told me they accept cash only and they did not provide a receipt of any kind. Its not a deal breaker but leaves a bitter aftertaste. Oh, and the husband on the phone told me the service will be $85 while the lady at the counter thought it will be $80, I still paid the $85 (I corrected her) but makes me think their fee schedule is probably not set in stone.

Was needing a groom and haircut for my labradoodle ASAP. Called around and looked at reviews and saw that these folks had an opening and were quick to fit me in. I am always skeptical and nervous trying a new groomer, but I am 100% satisfied and impressed. They were very accommodating and patient, even when working with a language barrier. When I picked up my dog she looked great, was happy, smelled amazing and the price was a great value. This is most certainly my new go-to grooming establishment. Thank you again! *Just a tip: they speak all Spanish except for one gentleman who you can easily reach out to, very workable with translations apps and are happy to help regardless. Also be prepared to pay with cash if they ask, but it looks like they accept cards as well.
