Very friendly clean professional A little bit hard to find
Madi is THEEEE BESSSTTTTT
Our Yorkie was cut and bathed, nails trimmed all within 1 hour. Many of the other groomers keep my dog for several hours in a cage waiting. I was impressed! The cut was good, not great but I will be more specific next time.
We have 5 dogs, yes 5, and Madi grooms all of them. She also grooms 6 of my neighbor’s dogs on our street. I cannot put into words how good she is! We love, love her and so do our dogs! They actually get excited to see her that is how good she is with them. They come home looking immaculate, smelling amazing and she always adds bows or handkerchiefs on them. Adorable!! She is professional and prompt. You will not be disappointed!
Madison does an amazing job with my boy. She's the only one who has ever managed to trim his nails. He hates having his paws touched, but she does them quick! In and out in 10 minutes. I'll go to her forever.
To start with the place is quite hard to find and I guess it was too much trouble for them to mention anything about that when I set the appointment. I called them as I was searching for them but they didn't bother to answer the phone or return my call. When I finally got there, their door was locked so I had to pound on it which gave me an unwelcome feeling. I had my vet send them the dog's rabies certificate as requested when I booked the appointment but they mismanaged it I guess and couldn't find it in their email. I got no text or any sort of a notification from them previous to the appointment about that or anything else. Not even an appointment reminder. This lady didn't seem to remember that I had an appointment at all because she was grooming another poor dog that shivered with fear and anxiety as he waited while we hassled over the rabies certificate. Maybe they just overbook without regard for any of the dog's anxiety. They put me through a wild goose chase and then a hassle first thing in the morning. Didn't get the groom after all that after having waited a month for it. Hopelessly unprofessional, unhelpful, uncaring and disorganized. My advice: Find Somewhere Else!
Nicole was amazing with my dog's trim! It is impossible for us to trim his nails because he thrashes and won't hold still, but Nicole was able to trim his nails for the first time in his life!
