Dropped off my dog at 9 am and had me pick him up at 1 pm. Reason why it took so long was because the worker called the wrong number even though she double checked the number before I left. The other location at sugar house is where I normally take my dog to and it only takes about 2 hours most to get the job done. The cut was not good either. Will never come back to here again.
I’ve been to this location quite a few times with multiple different groomers and have always had the best experience, no matter who is doing the cut. HOWEVER, this last time we had Leslie, and she went above and beyond to treat my dog with love and care. I definitely saw that translate to the cut and wash she did. Leslie is a dog whisperer and she is the perfect fit for a job that I have no desire to do 😭 I’ll continue to rebook with Leslie as long as she’s here!
We took our 1 year old female golden retriever to Sydnee’s Pet Grooming, and Leslie did an amazing job! She took great care of her paws, belly, ears, fluffy butt, and the nail trim was perfect too – everything looked fantastic. I had read a previous review where someone mentioned their golden's butt got messed up, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Ours came out looking amazing and smelling great! My pup came home looking, feeling, and smelling so clean and happy. The prices are also really great for the quality of work. Highly recommend Sydnee’s, especially if you’re looking for a professional, friendly, and thorough grooming service!
I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but am genuinely unimpressed with the job done on our Golden Retriever for the price we paid. His backside and undercarriage was butchered. His once nicely covered “nuggets” now completely exposed, and leaving nothing to the imagination. I’m not sure how they are with smaller short haired dogs, but I would not recommend long haired dogs.
My husband wanted to try a new grooming place for our great pyrenees. So we took him to Sydnees and they did such an amazing job. We know he is a lot of work because of his size. We will be taking him here from now on. Thank you so much.
I have gone to many different locations, and Sydnees always keeps my Ambrosia looking beautiful. Kaylee is amazing and gives my sweet girl so much love while grooming her. I always feel safe leaving my pet with her. Ambrosia and I have never left unhappy. ❤️ Love this place!
Love the service, first time my baby went to bathe and brush in Sydnees. and the work was excellent, my baby was beautiful, very clean and just as I asked for 😍 apart from all that they were very kind to me. I recommend them 100%

Sydney s pet grooming in Murray always does a great job grooming my Goldendoodle! I change my mind pretty much each time I bring her in for a grooming. They always are happy to help and treat my dog so well! I tell everyone I know to visit this location especially!
We love this place- our dog can get overwhelmed in new spaces, but he came back from here happy, relaxed, and looking so so handsome.

I brought my 2 border collies and they were wonderful with them. One of them ended up having some diahrea, probably from the stress and Kaylee handled it so well. I also didnt realize they closed at 5 so I was late picking them up and they were so cool about it. And of course, both of their grooms turned out great! Thank you!
The dog groomers are all friendly and helpful. They do a great job! My little guy looks better than ever before!
Absolutely loved their positive attitudes they treated my little baby girl chihuahua very gently and we re very caring and they trimmed her nails perfectly I love that they use a dremmel will be going here in the future for sure!

First, the facility is clean and not too crowded. This was Winnie s first bath & brush. She is a skittish girl so I was a bit scared. Her groomer stayed in good contact with me & listened to my concerns. She looks great & was happy as a clam when I arrived for pick up. Thank you!

I brought my dog Otto here for the first time today. He is an old dog and gets very nervous. So I was a little nervous about taking him to a new place. Leslie did a great job. Otto looks great and I havent seen him so happy in a long time.

They were so nice and kind to my old 12 yr old golden retriever. Chelsey has a hard time getting up and down. They are so accommodating to her hips . They do a beautiful job. We have been back and will continue. Great job!

The worst haircut ever for my dog. The cut was not what I asked for. They did not trim his nails, and so many uneven spots all over. I had to trim some of the hair spots myself. Will not be coming back.
I did a walk in with two dogs, a large one and a small one, and even though only one person was working, she was able to get their nails trimmed for us and handle multiple other customers at the same time! She was great and we super appreciated her willingness to take us as a walk in! We have one dog who is scared of everything and she was very gentle with her, though I wish they had some treats to give her during her trim as that would have calmed her down a bit. But overall a great experience!
