Staff is great! My two Shih-poos always look great. The price is a bit much so be prepared to pay. I like that they can hold my dogs for a few hours after they are done so I can grab them in between meetings.

This place used to be Crystals Dog Spaw. The new owner, whom I spoke with and who groomed my dogs, told me she used to be a groomer at Crystals other location. She was looking into opening her own business so when she heard that Crystal wanted to close this location she asked if she could buy it from her. Im glad she did! I have a ~25lb f1b goldendoodle and ~7lb f1bb goldendoodle and no matter where I go, thanks to the poodle in them, they are expensive to have groomed. I was charged about $75 for the smaller one and $95+ tax for the full groom. The place was quiet and peaceful since they only take dogs on a one to one ratio, meaning there arent a bunch of dogs in crates waiting to be groomed. My two dogs were groomed in 2 hours and done exactly how I wanted and according to the pictures and description I had given her. She has done the best grooming job that Ive ever had done. She listened and took notes and the outcome was perfect! I was even pleasantly surprised to see that she had even given them cute bows and painted Alices nails at no extra cost. I would recommend them and actually already have!

Pet Perfect Grooming is fantastic! I have 2 maintenance heavy dogs, a golden doodle and a shih tzu, and they love coming in. They treat the dogs great and my pups always come out looking incredible! Highly recommended!

I have a 16 year old Maltese and Breanna is absolutely amazing. I ve never had my baby be willing to leave me to get groomed! She s extra kind and attentive to him (he s very vocal!). I would never go to anyone else if I can help it! She cuts him beyond adorable, and I ve never had a better experience in his 16 years!

Crystal is so good with my babies! She make them feel comfortable, they have bad anxiety at the groomers. She hold them and talks to them as I do. They come home looking so pretty and smelling good and never had an issue with their haircuts.

While I think they did a good job, I m so disappointed in their pricing. It cost us $180 to have our dog groomed. We just moved from salt lake county and our groomer there only charged us $86 MAX. So while they did a good job, we won t be going back because it would be cheaper for us to drive our dog 30 mins to our old groomer.

Very friendly staff, I feel comfortable leaving my pets here. They are also pretty quick with everything. I like that I dont have to schedule an appointment to get my dogs nails trimmed.

It has been a few years since I had taken my dog here. In the past they have always been so good to my dogs - so when we got an English Bulldog puppy and he needed his nails trimmed and a wash, I made an appt. The Staff there was as friendly as I remembered and they took really good care of my little guy. I appreciate how they loved and gave attention to my puppy and how handsome he looked when I picked him up today. Thanks guys!

Fair prices and we loved how the workers groomed our dog.

All around terrible. We took our puppy there once and he came back terrified. We ve since called to get him back in (since we moved to PG and it s closer than our old place) and they didn t answer for months. When someone finally answered she said they would be able to schedule him for a month out. I responded that that was fine, but when she looked him up she then replied that because it had been over a year that they couldn t take him because they are only focusing on their preferred customers at the moment. They wouldn t even schedule him for months out. I asked if it was something to do with our dog and she replied there are no notes on her (it s actually a him) and that the person who did the work is no longer employed there. Super sketchy. Strange that they don t want business. Not impressed.

I called to book an appointment here. No answer, so I texted the number from their Facebook page. They responded quickly saying the next available appointment was about 3 months out. I decided I d take it and wait the 3 months. I show up for my appointment and they said they had no appointment for me. I showed them proof of my booking via text and they were unable and unwilling to help me. I walked out and drove over to Sharon s Place where I was welcomed and they made time for my pup. I m sure Crystals has good quality hair cuts but I will not be returning as they are not reliable and turned me away no problem. I was just another number to them. Will not be back.

We booked an appointment with them and their earliest date was 2+ months out. They sent us confirmation and we have been looking forward to getting our dog groomed. We took him in for his appointment and said they didnt have him in the system. We showed our confirmation and they claimed that so many people work there that sometimes it doesnt get in the system. Then fix your system. Weve been waiting to get our dog groomed, we had and appointment and we still got turned away. We wont try to book here again as they dont care about their clients and their system obviously doesnt work.

They have so many pets to groom that they are not accepting new pets until July. Great for them, bad for us. Bummed! Our guy really needs some help.

We have a westie, he was a little matted, my husband specifically requested not to cut the skirt. She totally shaved it off. It was like she didnt even try to comb him out. when I picked him up she asked then if it was ok. well there isnt much I could do after the fact.

I took my female shorkie puppy in to get her first light trim on Valentines day. Loved what she did with the face but the whole right side of my dogs butt didnt even get trimmed. I paid way too much for what she called not a full haircut a bath and a nail trim. My shorkie only weights 8 pounds.

Crystals dog spaw does a great job taking care of our cockapoo. My only gripe is that they are too popular. Make sure to get an appointment in advance.

Short Answer: One of THE WORST customer service experiences I ve had in my life. Do NOT go here. So unprofessional, do not care about you or your time and I would guess your dog too considering the way they treat PEOPLE. Lied about my dog having lice just so they could leave early for the day. Long Answer: I took my dog once and it was fine, but the price was a lot more than what I was anticipating then when I tried to make an appointment for a month out they said for my dogs breed I had to wait 6-8 weeks (which I had never heard before). I was kind of annoyed, but i made my 2nd appointment at 6 weeks out which happened to be on Pioneer Day. I m not originally from Utah so it was just another day for me though. I get a call from them two weeks before and they ask if I can move my appointment to an earlier time that day so some of their groomers could leave early and enjoy the holiday. I said that was totally fine, no big deal. Then I get a call the day before my appointment at 11 from them asking if I could bring my dog in between 11:30-12:00 that day. I told them I was at work but could ask my husband. My husband then went out of his way to go take the dog in even though he had to be somewhere at 1. He asked for a time range of when my dog would be done and they told him around 3:30 he said that he actually had plans but if he can t make it back on time that his wife could pick the dog up around 5. The lady then got upset at my husband because she said she wanted to leave early. Even though we the customers were doing them a big favor by bringing our dog in a day early. Also the store is supposed to close at 5. My husband said he will do the best he can be to be back, but he can t guarantee it. My husband left and then I got a call at work from them saying that my dog had lice and I needed to come pick him up. I then asked where they see lice because my dog lives indoors and I have NEVER seen lice on him. I also raised livestock growing up and I KNOW what lice looks like. The lady said regardless someone had to pick him up. My husband went back to pick up our dog after JUST dropping him off and he gets there and asks for them to show him where the lice are. They told me on the phone it was near his paws, but when trying to show my husband they searched on his back. They then pull out a clump or dirt claiming it is lice and my husband said that isn t lice. Then the lady has the audacity to say to my husband, I m not an expert on lice, but I m pretty sure that your dog has it. They then told us we couldn t come in for at least two weeks after seeing a vet. My dogs hair was already super long and couldn t go another few weeks without grooming. My dog was still soaking wet and my husband asked if he could least have a towel to dry my dog off and then he left. I then get ANOTHER call at work with them now telling me I can t bring my dog in for another MONTH. I asked why because my husband said that you couldn t show him the lice you claimed my dog had. They said they are sorry it is just policy but recommended I take my dog to a vet to remove the lice and get groomed. Even though I know my dog didn t have lice I took him to the vet and guess what?! My dog didn t have lice, or bugs of any sort, just dirt. Glad I wasted so much time on this situation and money at the vet that these groomers INSISTED I go to. Don t waste your time or money on this place, beyond disappointed with my experience. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I was able to schedule and get my dog in right away, which is what I needed. However, they didnt listen to single one of my requests. We have a Bishon Frise, and he has long hair. My daughter regularly brushes him, so he had little to no mats. I asked for his hair to kept as long as possible, to have the tedday bear face hair cut, his nails to be clipped and teeth brushed. When we picked him up, he was completely shaved, they butchered his face teeth not brushed, nails not clipped. The place was filthy and smelled disgusting. We will never take our dogs there again.

Good staff for grooming your pet

I love this place they always do a great job and keep my dog clean and cut. There very knowledgeable about dogs of all kinds. The only thing is that everyone knows how great they are so expect to set appointments one to three weeks out but its worth the wait

We called before setting up an appointment and were told it would cost $65 to groom our mini golden doodle. We arrived and they told us we could get her nails grinded for an extra $5. That sounded fine, but when we came to pick up our dog it ended up being $91. I m not sure where the extra $21 came from, but I am extremely dissatisfied in the lack of parity and will never be returning. Their website even says dog grooming starts at $26, which I have to assume is a lie since my dog weighs no more than 30lbs and was $90, so that must mean it costs $26 to groom a rat. Terrible place, just go to Petco instead.

I ve been taking my 2 dogs here for over a year. I can t say enough good things about them! I think it s cute they send each dog home with a toy and some milk bones. They have always done an awesome job grooming. Highly recommend.

First time to a groomer for my 5 month old mini doodle and it was a positive experience. Tally was our groomer and she was so gentle with him while working efficiently. We were in-and-out in ten minutes. Nails are now trimmed and ears plucked! Thank you!!

My dog isn t the easiest to groom. She has separation anxiety and can get really tense. This groomer is the only place I ll take her even though it s usually a two week waiting list. She does such a good job.

Crystals dog spaw does great with their nail cutting services. My dogs are nightmares when it comes to nail trimming but at crystals dog spaw I trust that they can handle my little fluffy satan spawns. They are quick, efficient, and professional. 10/10, I go every month.

Brought my Miniature Schnauzer for her first grooming appointment and was so happy with the results! She was very nervous at first, but was in such a good mood when I picked her up, so I m confident she was treated very well. Her haircuts was amazing, and the pricing was just right! I m looking forward to her next appointment. :)

Crystal is amazing. I bring my dog from Arizona to get her groomed. My mom has been taking her senior dog to her for years and we love her.

I took my dog here to get a bath. Just a bath, no grooming and it was $59 (I got a $10 anti itch). A miscommunication between us because I was told $35 for the bath, but when I went to pay they told me it was actually $45. I paid almost $60 for a dog bath. Not to mention my dogs hair is dried crazy, sticking up all over. Hes a short haired dog medium sized and his hair doesnt typically stick up, ever. The job looked very half asked for $60. I posted a picture of how my dog was given to me, check out their photos (brown dog, blue and grey collar, no face in picture). I will not go back.

I take my dog here often. Took my 5 lbs dog to get just a trim on her head/face like I normally do and have done multiple times. My husband picked her up since we both have to work to survive. We are not made out of money. Turns out they not only raised their prices and never mentioned it until after they did the service but somehow had be undercharging us according to one of the groomers for the service since the beginning so they charged us $12 more than we have been paying since we have been taking her in. I know that might not seem a lot to most people but when you are trying to save up for a baby you have on the way and you can t even afford to have a date night once a month it s very frustrating not to even get a heads up before the appointment. Sucks that I have to find a new groomer because my dog is only 2 years old and we would have been loyal returning customers for a long time.

I was very pleased with my dogs cut!! I have a miniature poodle, and asked for a specific hair cut. She did an amazing job. I will most definitely be taking my dog to her again. The staff were so friendly, were so sweet to my baby. So this girl is very happy with Crystals dog Spaw. I took my dog to another very popular place, and they nipped his cheeks which ended up getting an infection. I had to pay over 100 for medications. Crystal listened to my concerns, and told me not to worry. She was very nice, and My dog looked fantastic. So Shell be my new go-to dog groomer from now on!!

I have a hard time with the customer service. I called before my appointment, when I thought my appointment was, and then 15 min after my app. I assumed they were not open, so I came by 20 min after my appointment. I was told your appointment was at 8:00 AM.... Two girls sitting doing nothing, no one could answer the phone? Double checked to make sure I was using the write number. Get your customer service in shape, and I think I would come back. But I continually get disappointed and today was the last time for me. Thanks

Go here if you dont love your dogs. I have two Yorkie poos, and they both were horribly cut and terrified. Never seen them act like that before. Nails were not filled, hair was uneven, parts were not even cut. The trimming around the butt wasnt blended with the rest of the hair. Their butts had a square shaved spot, like she just took the shaver and went straight up. Appalling. I wanted the typical Yorkie cut with pointy ears and spiky hair on the head. Instead the ears were flat and the hair on the head was slicked back. They both looked like little old Mexican ladies. They didnt even get a bath. Im sorry, it was just really really bad for the price we paid, nor did she make any effort to try to get us to schedule an appointment for the next cut. All she said was if you come back I will give you a discount, if being the key word. Somethings left to be desired. Petsmart is cheaper and and they did a much better job. Its also interesting that no one had reviewed this place until after I did. But soon after my negative review three 5 star reviews show up. Two on the same day...interesting. Those positive reviewers obviously have never had a good cut before. I guess I dont get a good cut because Im not one of her friends. Needless to say I wont be going back, but thats ok, looks like shes got enough friends to keep her in business to continue to give bad cuts for a long time. Nothing personal.
