They always take great care of our baby!

They are people who do things to you that you dont tell them and they dont warn you before cutting your pets hair and they charge what they want, not what they told you. I will not return and I do not recommend it.

Very bad service, I took my dog and they left her hairless, they didnt even bother to call me and tell me they make the decision, people who are dedicated to this type of work should take into account that it is sometimes difficult to work with a little animal but For some reason they make the decision to do it more, however, some do not want to fight and they go for the easiest thing for them, which is to leave them naked without first consulting the owner and they also tell you a price over the phone and when you go to pay they charge you more than what they said, be careful with your pets, this place I do not recommend it for nothing in the world

Ive been taking my dogs here for years. Love this place so much. The folks who run it are wonderful to work with, and Im always happy with how my dogs look when they come back home. The dogs are scared when I bring them, naturally, yet seem so happy and at peace, not at all scared, when I pick them up. That isnt the same experience Ive had with other groomers. Love this place so much! And of course, their name was what called to me. Cant go wrong with some goo goo dolls/dogs.

If you want to take your dog to be completely transformed to look like an ugly version of some other breed this id the place for you!

Great groomers who have taken good care of my dogs. I love that theyre open Saturdays for appointments since I work Monday through Friday. They were gentle and considerate with my senior dogs in their last few years of life, and theyve been equally gentle and considerate with my new little puppy. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good dog groomer.

Shaved my dogs hair all the way so you could even see skin and then left the tail untouched like literally did not even brush it. It was still scraggly and everything.

This place is the best!! Every single person I have met is super kind. They are responsive, quick to get your pup in. I have a Samoyed which isn t an easy task. The job they do for her is well done! I appreciate their customer service and you would regret giving them a try!

WARNING!!!! Make sure to read all negative reviews before bringing your dog here. I had the same thought of there is no way that would happen to my dog . But with this place it will happen. Definitely don t recommend they have awful customer service. My dog is a 10 pound cavalier King Charles spaniel. She left her appointment today with only half a haircut, a $25 handling fee to hold her down and a cut on her tummy from the clippers. Very upset with the experience. *** UPDATE!! Please do not believe the owner. He is frankly rude and lies constantly as well as belittles people. He needs to grow up and learn from the MULTIPLE BAD REVIEWS instead of blaming others. Oh and my dog had an itch behind her ear and would have excessive itching sometimes. But never aggressive or behavioral issues . So please if you see this, just know this grooming place is complete trash and doesn t deserve to still be open.

So professional and easy to work with! They were so nice to my Husky Retriever (Goberian), Yeti, and boy did he look good afterwards! If you want a good experience for both you and your pup, I highly recommend going here!

We took our dog in today needing help desperately after we had destroyed his beautiful fur trying to cut it ourselves. Between our bad job, sticky toddler hands and a mass amount of shedding he had some pretty matted areas I was worried may be past saving but after taking him into Goo Goo dogs he now has soft, shiney beautiful fur!! No more shedding and he smells amazing!!! They managed to save his problem areas i was worried about!!! Everyone here was so kind and clearly loves dogs, its a great atmosphere and I could tell that he was treated well and enjoyed his time there.

I found this place a few years back when I was doing my dogs own hair but currently didnt have time to do my ESA dog so I (nervously) left him there for a full groom. He was so pretty and smelled so good when he came back I was so happy when I got him. After a few years of doing my own dogs hair I got tired of it and remembered how good they did the first time. So I brought in two more and my goodness they looked so good! I just brought in another in yesterday and they were so nice and my dog seemed so much happier and calmer when I picked her up. They made her so cute! With both of the two Pomeranians I left with them they warned me about coat shock when I wanted them cut short, which I appreciated! Really skillful groomers who really know what theyre doing! Kind front staff and quick scheduling! Thank you so much for taking care of my babies!

Generally I think they do a good job, and the owner is a nice guy however, make sure to get the price BEFORE the service. In both experiences, the final charge was $50 more than I expected. Before my first visit I called ahead and described my dog an was quoted $80, when the rang me up they charged $130. I returned this week expecting $130 and they charged me $180. It seems they pull numbers out of the air. I dont plan to return.

They did a good enough job with my dog, but their price gets high really quick with every little thing you have them do. And so instead of paying a bunch extra to just have them trim his bum and tail hairs a bit I hacked away with some scissors. BUT so many other groomers are not taking new dogs or scheduled way far out. So if you procrastinated and are suddenly hit by how stinky your pooch is, they probably have availability. As for myself, I am going to call somewhere else RIGHT now and schedule his next appointment.

We have been to close to a dozen places. Goo goo dogs is the only place our dog has not minded going to. The always do a great job with her and listen to what we ask for. It is a little pricer than some other places but overall a good value. We will keep coming back.

I was very upset with my experience here. I have taken my dog here before and have loved the experience and the result. However after today, I m not sure I ll be coming back. My dog was at the groomers today for close to 6.5 hours, and every time I called to get an update they said they would take 30 more minutes. The first time I called he had already been there for 4 hours. The second time I called, over an hour and a half later, they said he would take another 30 minutes. I wouldn t have had as much of a problem if they would ve told me honestly from the get go how long it would take, and this threw a huge wrench in my day and I was worried about my dog. When I showed up to talk to the workers about what was going on, they told me my dogs paws were waxy after his groom and that they had to rewash, cut, and dry them. But I can t imagine that that alone would take next an extra 3 hours to accomplish and I don t know what to believe. I personally don t think they were being truthful and that bothers me. My dog s groom was great and he was just fine and the owner did give me a small discount for the trouble which I appreciated, but the price was still more than I paid the previous time I was there and with the problem that I had today I don t think I ll be taking him back.

We have been coming to Goo Goo Dogs for several months, but after today I will no longer be bringing my dog here. The haircuts have always been great and I appreciate that they always ask me what I m looking for and really follow through on my requests. However, ever since I started coming here they have averaged about 4 hours for a single appointment. I was very surprised the first time they said 4 hours, but it s clear that they have several dogs waiting at all times and today was the last straw. My dog was at the groomer for 4.5 hours and when I called to check on his status, there were multiple dogs barking in the background. I have a small, anxious dog who dislikes the groomer regardless, so I am deeply uncomfortable at their lack of time management with the dogs. A nervous dog can t be kenneled for that long surrounded by other dogs, and with the dog flu going around right now, I m even more uncomfortable. Overall, they are very nice but I do not trust them with my dog anymore. They aren t respecting my time and I don t feel that they have good judgment when it comes to the dogs.

Tried to double charge me for my dog s cut. Claimed they had to shave the dog twice. Employees were kind but owner was horrible. Very rude, very arrogant, treated me like I was an idiot. Most definitely do not recommend, will not be back.

I dropped off my dog here for a simple bath and brush (no haircut, no teeth cleaning ) a couple of months ago. Tell me why, after not hearing anything for 4 hours, I dropped in to see if she was finally done, and they hadn t even gotten to washing her?? And while I was waiting for them to figure out how much longer it was going to be, me and two other men in the wait room with me began to hear some very loud and worrisome SCREAMING coming from what I could tell was a small dog somewhere in the back of their shop This place used to be great, that was about 6 years ago. I would recommend NOT bringing your dog here for anything. I don t trust them. They finally called me an hour later, so a total of 5 hours, to wash a 30 pound, well-behaved dog that they decided to charge me $90 for!!!

This was our second time bringing our dogs here. The one dog took almost all day to get done and he is a very small dog, his haircut turned out to be okay, our other dog was there for a good chunk of the day and then when I picked him up they told me he was being aggressive and he has never been and aggressive dog, he is 9 years old and is used to getting his haircut and we have never been told that he s been aggressive. I would think our puppy would have been the aggressive one because he s still a puppy. My dogs haircut also came out to be horrible, it s so uneven it looks like a big chunk was taken out of his head. We will not be taking them back to this place again.

Did such an amazing job with our anxious boxer/husky mix and was able to get us quickly in since were moving. If you need a groomer theyre amazing!

The staff was great and super nice! I was surprised to see when I paid for a full grooming & deshedding experience that her fur wasn t trimmed anywhere (except by her toes). I ended up trimming her myself at home on places I had wished they had groomed. It didn t even look like she went to the groomers sadly.

my dog got sick every time after coming to this groomer. not sure why but i ve noticed it the past 3 times that he has runny diarrhea the day after he gets back from his haircut.

Picked this place because of all the good reviews but please don t make the same mistake we did and take the bad reviews into consideration!! Worst grooming experience we have ever had. Be prepared to be waiting ALL day to get your dog back (Over 5hours)! Did not follow what we wanted/needed done at all! Don t bother telling them what you want, they will do their own rendition of whatever cut they want anyways. Never using this place again and HIGHLY recommend you don t either.

We ve been bringing our English Bulldog to Goo Goo Dogs for over a year. I m not a fussy person with what I like to have done for my dog. Just a basic bath, brush, nail trim and ear cleaning with an occasional teeth brush. I ve had times where I felt like they could of dried her better or filed her nails down a little bit more and they definitely took a little toooo long at times to have her finished and ready to be picked up, but overall I m grateful for them giving my dog back to us clean and happy. This pass visit I was greeted by the same lady who took my appointment over the phone just the day before and was told after bringing my dog in that they could not take her unless I could provide them with proof of her rabies shot being up to date. When I expressed my frustration that this would of been nice to know when I called and made the appointment just the day before & that I was on tight schedule that day I was just told, I could reschedule. No apologies, no sorry for your troubles. I understand they need to have their clients (dogs) up to date on these things in order to keep a safe and healthy environment, but why all of a sudden are you demanding this? I ve never ONCE been asked by them if my dog has had her rabies shot. I was really needing her clean because we were leaving town and leaving our dog with some friends and wanted her smelling fresh. This was such an inconvenient time to be forcing such a thing & now I m left with having to bathe her myself. This was the last straw for me and I m sad to say I will not be returning. I hope Goo Goo Dogs shapes up the way they run their shop. They seem to be good people who love dogs, but obviously these little miss haps can cause you to loose clientele. Good luck!

Great job on my little Havanese! They cleaned her up so nicely especially in the face. They even took the time to get her knots out of her tail and her ears. She was so soft and smelled so good. They were very kind to her. Totally worth the money!

We have a King Charles and it s extremely difficult to to find a groomer fit enough for at least a decent job. Usually displeased with the choppy ears with most groomers. GOOGOO DOGS has done a perfect job all round and her ears are absolutely perfect! I plan on downloading Yelp just to post pictures of her perfect non choppy hair cut! I will be driving from SL to Provo any time my pup needs a cut. THANK YOU #GOOGOODOGS!

We have been going here for a little over a year. When suddenly we were told we had to pay a handling fee this groom because our dog was being difficult. Something that was never mentioned to us previously. Something totally understandable but once again never told to us. As you can imagine we were a little upset and explained our side that we felt it was unfair because we were unaware and if we would have received a phone call that our dog was being difficult we would have just picked him up. The manager handled this EXCELLENT. In fact he saved an upset customer that had the plan to never return. He explained why that fee exist and agreed that it needs to be made known to customer so he plans to make a sign to put in the front so this problem doesn t happen again and as well he waved the fee for us. That is what I call GOOD BUSINESS.

I honestly never leave a bad review, but I thought this might stop someone else from having a terrible experience. The first time I took my dog here to be groomed it was the week I was induced for a high risk pregnancy. The cut was terrible and they did not follow instructions as to the length we wanted, he looked like he would look after growing out for a month after any other cut. I never wanted to go back, but we were moving and I was desperate. I should have realized after they were literally the only dog groomer in Utah county without a month long wait, that going their would be a huge waste of money. I took my dog in and very clearly explained the cut I wanted. I got a call about two hours later saying that my dog was being aggressive ( this has never happened anywhere else). They then said that they would charge me for a bath, and a $65 aggression fee, and they could continue but if my dog was aggressive they would have to charge me for the fill cut. I told them to stop and I would come pick him up. By the time I drive 5 minutes to pick my dog up they said they had finished the cut (against my instructions). They informed my that they would charge me for the full cut (and more than they quoted), and the aggression fee (again he has never had a problem), as well as another $40+ fee because they decided to use a second groomer to hurry and finish the cut before I got there, which was against my instructions anyway. The groom was horrendous. Hardly cut at all around the boy but cut close on his face. He is a schnauzer and they completely ruined his cut. I complained they didn t listen. I was nervous that they still were holding on to my dog. They pretty much demanded a large tip and I left lying almost two hundred dollars for the worst cut I have ever seen, because I just wanted my dog out of their hands. Now remember this is the second terrible experience I have had there. If I can I will post a picture of the cut they gave. Please please please never take your animal here.

Ive taken my small dog here several times and have been pleased each time. I appreciate that they dont keep her there all day. For a full groom shes usually finished in three to four hours.

My dogs looked so cute but when I got home I found that one of them had a scrap under his chin about 1 inch by 2 inches and not a word was said to me. I just wish I had been told and compensated for this.

I almost didnt post a review because this is my secret go-to place. When my dog looks truly tragic, I call and they always fit her in right away and without judgment. These people love dogs and make them look fantastic. Nooni sends her best!

Edit- I originally gave them 5 stars and I still think for the most part they deserve 5. Yet last time I went I got terrible service and disrespect from Jessica. She overcharged me, tried to not do a full cut because she wanted to leave early and overall does not seem to like dogs. If you get anyone else it is still 5 star, but Jessica really disappointed me. Original- They always do a good job and they garentee their work so if you get home and see anything after a bath or a few days you can take your dog back for a clean up free of charge. Sometimes they are booked out a bit but call with enough advance and you wont be disappointed.

My poor little shi-Tzu was almost shaved down even though I asked for a 3 they said she was matted, not true. And took 4 hours to get her done, traumatizing to my little 4 lb dog. Just a bad experience.

I ve brought my black lab here for the past 6 months and they always do a wonderful job! She s always so happy afterwards and smells amazing. I would recommend this groomer to anyone in/near Provo!

When I called they had a same day appointment which never happens. Upon arrival the staff was super attentive and friendly. When picking her up she was happy, clean, and the services were exceptional. Two days later she still smells clean and is super soft.

We got our pupper from the shelter and he was a mess with tons of dreadlocks and super stinky! They were able to squeeze him in the day we got him and they were so gentle and kind to him, which was SO important to us because he was very timid and scared coming from the shelter. They spent time with him letting him warm up to them before taking him back. They then spent hours with him and he looked like an entirely different dog afterwards! He was so happy when I picked him up! I just took him in again today for his second time and he looks amazing! He weighs about 50lbs and has poodle in him so we pay about $80 but it s worth it! He s extra soft and clean!

Our dog is super anxious about going to the groomer and she was actually happy when we picked her up. They did a great job on the groom and Actually did what I asked. Their shop is very clean and they seem to actually like dogs...I wonder about some groomers. They are also reasonable priced. Very happy that we found a good groomer.

Goo Goo Dogs is a great service! I have been taking my dog there for three years now. My dog used to get very anxious about getting groomed and some places couldnt even groom her head because she would just keep dodging around. Ever since I have been taking her there, she doesnt get anxious and she knows the people there. They really take care of her and she looks great when she is done!

Everyone there is super nice. I ve been there twice and my pup comes out looking great! However, he s come back with blood-spotted, red, and bruised balls. They cut too close to the skin and he is pretty irritated by it.

We took our Poodle, Bichon, cavalier King Charles Mix Ty to them and he looked the best he s ever looked! Highly recommend!

We called Goo Goo Dogs told JC and Jason about our dilemma and even though they were booked for the day they squeezed him in for a bath and spared us the oder!! They are always so good with Buster, they went out of their way to get to know him! He feels safe at Goo Goo Dogs. We appreciate them. Thanks guys!!

I ve been taking my fierce little chihuahua to them for years and they always do an amazing job. They must be some kind of dog whisperers, because she doesn t like anyone but is always so happy and excited to see them. I highly recommend this place for all your pet grooming needs!

Goo Goo Dogs do a great job of grooming my miniature schnauzer. I take him in every 3 months. He loves going and when I pick him up he looks and smells great!

Kinda overpriced for services

They gave my dog to another groomer, it was the very WORST job ever they cut her way down after l gave them a picture for the way she should look. I was very disappointed this time.

Excellent grooming services. The staff are so friendly. They do a great job of working with all types of dogs. Our pup has a removed eye and they do a great job of carefully working with her. She always enjoys herself and there are ample treats for afterwards. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service. They seem to treat dogs with care. I know my Daisy is a handful bc she doesnt like being groomed and doesnt like being around other dogs, but when i picked her up she was happy and calm.

I took my mini Schnauzer there the other week to get groomed and have his nails clipped. It took about 2 hours or so. They seemed to be really passionate about what they do, and treated my dog really well! I will be back for sure!

I wanted my standard poodle, Hank, to be in my wedding, but his hair was really long and matted so I wasnt sure what a groomer would be able to do to make him look nice for the big day. Goo Goo Dogs are not only poodle experts, but went above and beyond just brushing him for over an hour so he could keep the length. Hank loved his groomer and looked fantastic at the wedding!

What a great experience! I wasnt great at articulating what I wanted, and they were able to talk with me and get it just right. My dog was happy and relaxed going in which is a huge plus! Pricing was affordable, and both me, and my dog left happy. Staff was friendly! And service was super fast, full service grooming in under 2 hours! My maltipoo looks and smells awesome! I have an Australian Shepard with a beautiful coat and shes my baby so I wanted her to be a part of my wedding. My husband dropped her off and made it very clear that this bath and trim were specifically for our wedding. When he went in to pick her up she was TOTALLY shaved. YOU DO NOT SHAVE AN AUSSIE!! There coats do not grow back the same, they can overheat without there double layer and they look RIDICULOUS!! She even looked embarrassed by her trim. When my husband asked why our dog was shaved the gentleman explained to him that she was matted so it was the easiest way to clean her up..... I couldve brushed her out if that was going to be the case, I also wouldve been willing to pay extra for the time to brush her out. Her undercoat had a tendency to mat and we did just fine brushing her out when wed bath her at home. The ONLY reason to bring her into a groomer was to get her trimmed correctly and give her a little special treatment before the wedding, she didnt get it, she looked ridiculous and they didnt seem to mind that theyd done that to our dog. Any other groomer would have called before making the decision to totally shave a dog. This was completely unprofessional and absolutely frustrating. If it wouldve been me instead of my husband picking her up I would not have paid. Im so confused as to why this company has a 5 star rating on Facebook.

JC always shows his love towards them and listens to what I ask and even remembers our preferences, like keeping the curls on our girl. :). He goes over the details each time with me and is great about all communications. I totally recommend Goo Goo Dogs.

We love Goo Goo Dogs! I take my mini goldendoodle there and they always do a great job! I feel like they take their time and she always is very happy after. I love the small finishing touches they will do (i.e. cute little bedazzling gems on her nose). I would give five stars except for a couple suggestions. I wish they would post their services and prices somewhere. Also, they have not been the best at cleaning the inside of my dog s ears. I ask them to do it when I drop her off but the last couple times still find her ears pretty dirty when I pick her up. I wish they would be a little more attentive to that detail, especially since I request it when I drop her off. Overall, though, it s a great place and I appreciate their professionalism!

Best place to get your dog groomed! I have a large golden doodle and was surprised by how many dog groomers in Utah dont accept large dogs. And if they do, there s is a couple month waitlist. Goo goo always gets my pup in with in a couple of days. And they do a great job!! He always comes home looking and smelling fresh! Thank you for such great service!!

Worth it! Denali has seen them for the last 4 or 5 years. She has loved going there and getting the blueberry facial. I also like that they file down her nails so that there are no sharp cut nails. You guys are Awesome! Thank you for treating my pup.

Today was our second time back to Goo Goo Dogs, and I ve been impressed both times. My dog is always so clean, smelling delicious, looks amazing, and has the cutest finishing touches. I called just this past Friday, and they got me in this morning. They are quick to get you in, and do a great job. My favorite thing is that my dog doesn t seem terrified when I pick her up. She is happy as can be. They are a little pricier than other places, but are worth it!

Theyre always good at answering questions. - Clean front area - Very easy to schedule appointments with (I can get in usually within a day of calling) - Pretty good at estimating how long appointments will take - Great with trimming little dogs and dogs with single coats Cons: - Pricing is mysterious, there are factors I dont quite understand. (65+lbs double-coated dog costs about $85-95 which is standard, not complaining about that. I know my dog is expensive to groom) (15 lbs poodle mix cost $70+) I understand that size, coat type, temperament play into it, and they charge a mat fee (little dog had mats) but they dont quite communicate why the smaller dog cost almost as much as our bigger dog. (I suspect it is because bigger dog is more used to grooming and little dog can be a bit snappy and skittish.) - Ruining my dogs coat.(they took clippers to my dog and left him with a patchy mess on his back legs that makes it so his coat will NEVER be the same again back there. I asked them for a hygiene trim and expected them to trim under his tail and around his private area. The patches I am referring to were almost on his back by the base of his tail so NOT part of the hygiene trim) They should know better than to cut a double-coated dog that short.

Took my dogs here. Owner has a great personality, and truly shows his love for pets. My dogs looked great afterwards. Great service and not too costly.

Very friendly and professional. I usually take my dog for a bath and brush with Blueberry facial. They let me know if my dog get any upset stomach during the treatment since he gets that when he s nervous.

We feel like Goo Goo Dogs went out of thier way to make us and our puppy comfortable. We have spoiled our Pomeranian. We had a incident that has made our puppy full of anxiety. When i called Goo Goo Dogs to set up the appointment they were very busy on a Saturday. They answerd all my questions and took plenty of time doing so. I asked if they would force her, or be rough with her if she was scared or muzzle her because she may bite. They told me that if she is to stressed that they would call us to pick her up because its unsafe for her health if the continue. They asked if we were able to bring her by so they can see and get a feel for her and to see if they feel right about setting up the appointment. So we did. We walked in and there was alot of dogs playing, making noise, barking, and just being dogs. My baby started to shake and dig her claws into me, she showed signs that she was scared and stressed. The groomer came over and stuck his hand out and talked to her in a nice gentle voice. He then told us its ok to set up the appoinment but he wanted to groom her when there was not alot of noise and comotion going on cuz he felt it stressed her out more so. And so they set up my appoinment a hour before they even open the place. They went out of there way to make our baby feel calm. That was impressive!!! I was not able to pick her up until my lunch break, but she made it throgh her first grooming appointment. We have had other places ask us not to bring her back because she is not the easiest thing to groom and she has stressed out other groomers that they dont finish her and give us back our money. So we feel they looked out for the safety of our puppy and did a good job. She was matted so she had to be cut real short but her next cut she will be better. Thank you very much!!

Our cockapoo has only had great experiences here. Today we picked her up and she was so beautiful my 4yr old exclaimed, wow she looks like a princess!. On our last visit she had a relaxing massage and actually fell asleep on the table! Which is crazy because usually shes shaking like a leaf when I take her to get groomed. The groomer took his time and even made sure that she had enough time during her nap to feel rested before waking her up to go home. Talk about getting pampered! Were goo goo for Goo Goo Dogs!

We love Goo Goo Dogs!! We take our three boxers and our 15 year old poodle mix to them monthly and they do a fantastic job !!! Our dogs always come back smelling and looking great and are always excited to get groomed! I definitely trust them with our 4 legged family members and will never go anywhere else!

My dog just got back from her first appointment here and she looks gorgeous! Their lobby is cute and well kept, plus the staff is so nice. Their attention to detail is on point and they even told me how she did for her appointment. This will be my go too place for my pup. Even she loved it! 5 stars across the board!

My dog loves it here. He used to HATE going to the groomers at petco but I ve been taking him to Goo Goo Dogs for the last 6 months and he s always happy when I drop him off. I have been using these guys services several times, but for the first time what normaly takes an hour to get my dog ready took 3 hours and a half. I was additionaly charged 15 more dollars than the rate I would usualy pay. They didnt even care that I had to wait that much time.... Honestly I dont think I will ever use their services again. It is a pain they abuse a client like that. IN RESPONSE OF YOUR COMMENT: About your comment I want to say the following: at any given moment you never said that since my dog is big it would take you 3 and a half hours, what is true is that it took 3 and a half hours, because their was only one person working there, and the rest were in an event. That was what you really said and I may make it clear that my dog is a still a Great Pyreenes puppy. This is not about the price I paid, my disapproval is for not informing me that it would take 3 hours and a half to get my dog ready. You guys never called in those 3 hours and a half to inform me that my dog would take longer to get ready. I was the one that had to call twice to know what was going on. If you had said that from the beginning, I would have made a different decision. I had to change my agenda yesterday because you never took the time to call me to let me know that it would take 3 and a half hours. That says a lot about the mismanagement of your business. Another important thing to make clear is about the price when paying, you asked me what was the price I always paid and I answered $30 dollars. Which is the value that I have always paid you guys. I never asked for a nail cut. I only asked you to cut the sixth nail that the Great Pyreenes have. Thats what I explained to the person who received my dog. If your service cost $75 and up that is not the point, the important thing is to be able to communicate and respect the clients time.

Goo Goo Dogs have made tremendous effort to get my puppy in for an appointment as soon as possible every time I have gone to them. While other groomers are telling me they are booked months out, Goo Goo Dogs bend over backwards to fit me in. Not only that, but my pup comes out looking like a million bucks every time! I highly recommend this groomer.

Today was my first day coming here and I have to say, they are very good!! My dog is unique and doesn t like new people very much. She tends to bark and run away but with Goo Goo dogs, she had no problem! They were very professional and when I got a call to pick up my dog my dog looked very relaxed. She smells AMAZING and I adore the haircut. They even added some rhinestones and a pink accessorized bandanna. I ll be coming here for a very long time. It was worth the money. Goo Goo dogs is a great place to have your dog groomed. They are very sweet with them and my dog Pippin doesnt shake when we walk in the door like the other places I have taken him too. They can get him in the same day or within a couple of days when I call. Great place and convenient location. I would recommend them to anyone.

I take my Rhodesian Ridgeback to get her nails clipped. She has really thick, black nails and I get anxiety when I have to clip them. These guys are great every time and have the best prices as well!

I bring my great dane bella here. the owner is always happy to have her! When i pick her up shes always dolled up with a bow and he keeps her by his side. Her nails well done and she smells amazing. For the ones giving bad reviews i wouldnt suggest anyone listening to them because like in every bussiness there are good and bad experiences . And U never truly know until u try it your self.

They do an awesome job! We have two long haired dogs that get matted easily. We have been here several times and they do a great job! This last time when my dog was done i was stuck in traffic and while they waited for me to pick her up they walked and played with her. She was so happy when I got there. The first time we went here our dog had the best grooming weve ever found. She was perfectly cut and smelt great! Everything was done exactly like we asked. Naturally we returned the next time our dog needed grooming. I called and was told to bring her at 2:30 on a Saturday and that she would be done in 2-3 hours because he was really busy. Ok, thats fine. However when I called 2 hours later to see if she was done I was informed that she wouldnt be ready until 6:30. What?? I showed up at 6:15 and was then told that she would be done soon. She was finally done at 7, 4.5 hours from when we dropped her off. Shouldnt you schedule appointments so they can be done when you planned?? On top of this, he had trimmed her long coat down to almost nothing and it looked horrible. He even missed places! This was after I had shown him pictures and said we just wanted her coat cleaned up. Honestly it looked like he had seen me walk in at 6:15 and hastily started grooming her. I have no idea what my dog was doing the whole time she was there and she was quite upset when I picked her up. Another customer expressed the same concern to me as he waited to get his dog. If youre going to take that long let me bring my dog later so shes not stuck in a kennel for 4 hours. HE DIDNT EVEN LOOK SORRY FOR THE CRAPPY JOB HE HAD DONE AND ONLY TOOK OF 10$ FROM THE COST... We wont recommend this groomer to anyone until he can get his system down so our dog isnt there for 4.5 hours. I would love to hear from the owner to why it took so long and why he did such a crappy job even though we still paid and he had 4.5 hours to do his job. Dont go here!!!

Wouldnt suggest for first time grooming of dogs. We heard good things about Goo Goo and decided to give it a try for our dogs first time. 5 minutes after dropping him off we got a call that we needed to pick him up. Our dog was half shaved because the groomer said he had a panic attack. For the next few days our dog would cry when we touched his shoulder. We took our dog to another groomer who was more understanding and our dog did fine. (Still was stressed and didnt love it, but the job was done and he was fine) At worst, Goo Goo dogs did something that hurt our dog. At best, they werent able to adapt their style to a dog who was being groomed for the first time.

We took our two little pups in for a trim and we couldnt be happier. The groomer was friendly and professional and the price is very fair.

I was able to have a same-day appointment to shear down my 60 pound goldendoodle. J.C. was very professional and friendly. He did a fantastic job on my dog and gave me some helpful maintenance and grooming advice to make things easier for me to care for my dogs coat. I was very pleased with his efficiency. This is a great local business owner and I recommend it to anyone in Utah County, especially Provo.
