We ve trusted this place for years and will continue to bring our pets here throughout their lives. The clinic is always clean, quick, thorough, and caring. Veterinary care can be expensive, so finding the right vet is crucial, and this place is worth it. They have a loyal client base for a reason. Full-service vet that truly cares.

I was very disappointed I was not clearly told a price and services and I was quoted 1/3 of the actual cost I was even more disappointed in the fact that they didnt have any charitable help for a poor little rescue elderly dog for such a wealthy company it cost me over $500 to basically just get his teeth cleaned and they made sure I had to be there at 8:00 in the morning when they didnt even get to him until 1 or 2:00 so he say all that time in a cage this is an excusable for a 13-year-old Chihuahua they also injured his throat because he is also having trouble breathing right now I am so upset I cant even put this into words well I see your answer and that is not what happened and you did a very bad job on informing me you got a lot of great words but I see you left no place for me to answer because you dont really care like I said and your answer although sounds really good its still not what happened why did you not leave any place for me to answer or another way to post another review I had to go into this one and edit it because you have blocked my ability because you did a bad thing and you know it a little backed up you were 7 hours he has never breathed like that he moans constantly when hes trying to breathe up what about hurting him and his throat hes having a lot of trouble breathing right now you didnt even address that because you dont care you hurt him why you dont give any place to respond so this is the only way I can and take him in where you guys took all my money yesterday and yes it is because he didnt breathe like this yesterday you suggested I take him and if hes not breathing properly but my point is since that is the case I guess you wouldnt have done any procedures yesterday if he was having trouble breathing right but the fact is you did and he is having trouble and youre not offering any help even though it happens on your shift

I am so Happy we found Stone Ridge Vet in Riverton they are so kind and helpful you can tell the people here genuinely care it has a Family Friendly environment you just feel almost at home when you are there so does our Dog shes a Pekingese named Minnie. :) our old Vet any time we actually needed them they cant get us in for 3 weeks to 3 months so we end up just going to the Blue Pearl Animal Hospital everytime we were even paying a Puppy Plan through our old Vet to they still werent able to help us the entire time our Dog was still a Puppy. Stone Ridge however we recently had an Emergency Fox Tail in her paw we called Stone Ridge they let us come right in the next morning how it should be this place Rocks!

I have written a review for this vet before, but they are just so incredible and kind. My first visit there was for my cat who needed a consultation on getting some teeth removed. Dr. Durrant is so knowledgeable and makes sure to walk you through and explain everything. Shelby s surgery was a success, and she is doing SOOOO great now that she got those pesky teeth removed. My second visit was just a wellness visit for my new pup. My most recent visit was due to my puppy having some stomach issues, and he was super lethargic. They got him in the SAME day. My partner took our pup in because I had work, but my partner said Dr. Durrant was nothing but wonderful. He s just incredible at explaining things. This will be my forever vet. I don t ever feel that I m being overcharged, and we ve had a few emergencies with our pets, and they have always gotten us in the same day for any emergencies. They are incredible. I am so beyond grateful for Dr. Durrant and this clinic. They truly care about your pets. This is the only vet I ve been to in the last 10 years (I ve been to A LOT) that I will ever recommend. They will go above and beyond for your furbabies.

I ve always had a good experience at Stoneridge for the many years me and my family have brought our pets here. Today was the best yet! I came in just to get medicine for my dog who is terrified of fireworks and to talk about some anxiety issues. Dr Cannon was patient and so friendly with my pup Roonie. He worked with my dog for a good 10 minutes to get him comfortable to let him listen to his heart. By the end of our visit, my dog was no longer anxious at the vet. That s a first for him! He talked me through all the concerns I was having and gave me some very good advice. I got all the answers I needed to get my dog on the right track for a happy and healthy life. I will forever bring my dogs here and recommend Stoneridge and Dr. Cannon to everyone. Thank you guys so much for taking care of us today!

Excellent service the second you walk through the door till you leave. Spacious waiting room compared to most. Thorough care for my fur baby without suggesting unnecessary expenses that leave you feeling like its all about your pocket book. They genuinely care about my dog. The vet I met with spent the time I deserved addressing my concerns. After my dog was fixed they did a complimentary nail trim. That was thoughtful and it made this office stand apart from others Ive been too. Excellent service and value here. A safe place for fur babies with staff that adores animals. Great business. Dont be thrown off when arriving. It is in a residential area-you are at the right place.

These guys are our vets and they are always amazing but recently my sisters dog was so old, suffering immensely and had diabetes for years. Another vet told her it was time she didn t feel comfortable. After getting a very kind caring second opinion with the option of an operation he probably wouldn t make it through, she decided she would have them help her dog be at peace. It s a hard conversation, and an extremely hard decision. Multiple staff were there with us. The owner explained everything that was going on and what would happen. Nothing was rushed and they made sure her dog was completely under. There was 0 suffering and tons and tons of love. All the little details and paw prints. It s hard even writing this review. But I just want you to know if you are in that situation with your furry family member- please get an opinion from them and know everyone and animal will be very loved.

I have been to quite a few vets in my lifetime, there was always a downside to each vet I ve gone to, whether it was pricing, rude staff, etc. However, I took my cat, Shelby, here today, and I can say hands down, this is the best clinic I ve ever been to. The front desk ladies were so beyond sweet, the vet was amazing and understanding, the whole staff was just downright awesome. Shelby is having some teeth issues, and the pricing estimate they gave me to resolve these issues is just perfect - I don t feel like I m just being gauged for my money here, and that they actually care about my pet s well-being. I am so happy to say that I have FINALLY found my forever Vet, and a place that I can trust to take care of my pets.

We took our new sick kitten to this clinic. Everyone was immediately friendly and happy to help. As our cat was treated the vet and assistance were knowledgeable, friendly and proactive in their approach. The price was also reasonable without being outrageous.

We took our puppy in today to Dr Cannon and we were very impressed and excited about the care we received. They gave us personal attention and I could tell Dr Cannon and his staff truly cared about my puppy! He answered every question we had and then some. Their customer service is phenomenal. We are excited to continue going here!

My dog was touching 11 years old at the time and he blew out his knee. I visited various Vets in the valley and paid the high cost fees to get a quote and different options for my dogs knee. Every vet wanted to do the very evasive TPLO procedure. With my dogs age, that seemed very harsh. I preferred the other two methods that are available as they are not as evasive. And yes, they arent as costly for that reason. Anyways, I took a chance with stoneridge, the vet that worked on my dogs knee was able to actually say definitively with evidence that a TPLO would have been worse for my dog. This is because my dogs knee was pretty flat already. So he actually recommended the less evasive procedure. My dog is now about 13. The procedure has been great. I wouldnt even be able to tell anything was ever wrong. This is because the vet was very proper in his assessment about not just doing the most expensive thing. The staff that also supported my dog and for follow-up care were awesome!

Absolutely horrendous! We walk in at 3:00 for our appointment and Im greeted with a receptionist who doesnt look at me to confirm who shes talking to and just starts going off about this pet I dont know and half-way through, she finally looks at me, surprised and confused that Im someone else. Very unprofessional, but I chalk it up to being busy. So, we get checked in and are told that one of the doctors is stuck in surgery for the rest of the day and the other two are splitting the appointments. Were told it will be an extra half hour. So, we stay and wait. An hour goes by and we think were close because every other pet in the waiting room has been seen. Another lady comes out and tells us the same story about the vets and that it would be ANOTHER HOUR! Thats two hours past our scheduled time that we were perfectly on time for. My father-in-law took time out of his schedule, just like I did to make this appointment just to have our afternoons wasted. Amateur hour doesnt begin to describe this place. If you have clinic appointments, then dont perform surgery and pass along the buck. Simple.

These people are evil, extremely rude and couldnt care less about you or your pet all they only care about money all they want is whats inside your wallet they couldnt care less about the well-being of your pet. All the employees your extremely vile, and rude and just over all horrible people. Do not bring your pet here under any circumstances.

We took our dog Rosie to Stoneridge as she was breathing heavy to make a long story short she ended up passing they treated us so good and allowed us to some time alone with her they were wonderful they followed up the next day to see how we were doing and just received a follow up letter today! They had so much compassion for our feelings and treated her wonderful also ! Thank you to dr Cunningham for your professional and kind behavior ! I love that its a one stop shop for your dog. Its a vet, grooming and boarding all in one place. The staff is always so nice and friendly whether its on the phone or in person.

Stoneridge Veterinary is amazing. The staff and doctors are attentive and caring to the patients and to the owners. We recently brought our cat in for an issue that turned out to be a very aggressive cancer. We brought her in to two other vets and in the end, our only regret is that we hadn t gone to Stoneridge sooner. They made the process of her crossing the rainbow bridge much easier and guided us through. We appreciate all they did for her. Our family highly recommends Stoneridge (our now forever vet) for your fuzzy friends, they will be in great hands!

I was worried about my dog Anna when her vet had moved on, and we didnt know where she went. We were referred to Stone Ridge Vet from a very reliable source, and now I wish I had been taking Anna there since she was a puppy. Every time we go there, we get the utmost excellent care. I couldnt be happier with the switch! This time. She swallowed a rib bone, and I was worried about the damage it could cause. The staff was really booked up that day but was able to get us in right away. It all went very fast, x-rays and exams. They did a great job, and we realized she had already thrown up the bone without causing any serious injuries. Thank goodness!! The price was reasonable and worth every penny.

Stone Ridge staff are my angels here on earth. I had the feistiest little 3lb chihuahua you d ever meet. She was a rough old gal, and they always handled her with such care and love. Until her last breath they treated her as gentle as they would any other dog (who doesn t try to snap their arms off :) ) Without them, I d never have felt comfortable taking her anywhere and now, regardless of what kind of pet I own, or their personality, I will only take them to Dr Durant and his staff, Trina, etc. Thank you for all you do!!

This has been the Vet clinic we ve gone to since I was in elementary school, they are all so kind and you can clearly see that they truly care about the animals they care for, it really means a lot when the Vet and staff care for your fur-baby as much as you do! My cat Fluffy was sick and when I brought her in they were so nice and I was very grateful. Sadly she died on 8-29-23.

I am forever loyal to Stone Ridge. They can always see my dogs when they are sick and need to be seen today, not in two weeks. Ive also boarded my dogs here multiple times. We had a very good experience with the doctor who did our dogs knee surgery but had a terrible experience with a rude and sarcastic office worker. When I questioned a charge, she lied about talking to the doctor about it, and threatened to add more charges to my account. I felt super disrespected and frustrated. One visit I waited over an hour in the waiting area and then was told the doctor wouldnt be able to see us after all. Every other time the wait is 30-40 minutes.

I like the vets here ,they are very attentive ,answer all your questions and solve all your pets issues ,their prices are reasonable and competitive too.

Very thorough, professional/kind, great pricing and quick lab results! We had necessary (and semi-expected) x-rays plus review, full blood workup and a urine/bladder analysis ALL DONE during our short initial visit... And it didnt break the bank . My little senior/special needs ShihTzu and I were treated with both kindness and dignity the entire time, and nothing was ordered/performed without need and pricing being explained before hand. This is how the Veterinarian process should be, and we will absolutely be a loyal client/patient for all our future vet needs. Thank you Stoneridge!!

This place is so slow. If you make an appointment don t plan on actually being seen for over 30 mins. You ll sit in the waiting room longer than a human Dr appointment. Then once you finally get back. Plan on another 30-40 mins. For a simple vaccine appointment. It s ridiculous.

I can t say enough good things about this office. They always operate with integrity and care. My dog broke his canine tooth, I was told by a different office that it had to be pulled, no other options, but after stoneridge took a look. They were able to offer their expertise on the situation and ended up saving/sealing my dogs chipped tooth and my wallet. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I had never been to this vet until my dog was at her last day. They cared for me and for her in a way that made me feel like I d been seeing them for years. Then they set a place a side where me and my family could come and say goodbye. It was such a great experience that I ll be moving my other dog there on next visit. These guys are seriously amazing. We started to take our pets here 6 months ago. Weve taken our dog in twice and both times its been a good experience. The vet is amazing and very caring. Then last weekend we unfortunately had to put our cat. The whole team was so sincere and caring. They let us stay with our cat for as long as we needed to say goodbye. Then today we received a condolence letter from Stone Ridge that was signed by everyone on the team. It was so sweet. They really go the extra mile. Cant recommend them enough.

We had our dogs come here for their annual checkup and for a teeth cleaning and we were very pleased with both. The wait time wasn t long, the staff friendly, and the Vet knowledgeable. Their prices are very good and the did an excellent job with my dogs teeth cleaning. His teeth look fantastic and there were no complications during the procedure.

They do a great job. We take our 3 dog and cat here. Been doing so for years now, and trust that they give the best attention to our pets. They are very busy, so we set an appointment each time for our next visit. Grooming is great as well.

They always have the best interest of my animals and are wanting to help the animal. They know what they are doing. They do not try to make as much money as they can. I do not feel that I over pay for their services thank you for giving my animals the best care. From goats to dogs.

I took my dog there do to emergency and they got him right in. Took wonderful care of him. The cost was over $300 less than another vet. The staff was awesome Im so glad I ended up there, I now have a new vet.

Had a pleasant experience with the actual vet the first time we came here a few months back but a very unpleasant experience this time. The staff were very rude about my dog and acted like they didn t know how to handle a Great Dane. Keep referring to her as him when it clearly says on her paperwork. My biggest frustration was I kept getting text messages and emails to set up an appointment for shots. So I set up the appointment only to be told she s not due for shots! I took time off work to go to this appointment! Plus I had to wait 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment just to be told I was wasting my time.

So thankful to this clinic. I am in the field. I m new to Utah so I don t have my own clinic I work at yet. My pet usually has extreme anxiety in the clinic setting & has to be sedated. Kimber & Stacy were able to handle him WITHOUT sedation. He love s them! Truly a weight lifted in an already horrible situation. My baby had to have same day surgery to fix the problem. Which they were willing to do with ease. They truly care about these pets.

I have a very active and strong 85 lb Golden Doodle. They do not have hooks at the front desk to hold your dog while filling out all the paperwork. I asked if she could hold on to her while I did this, she said no. I asked if my dog should just run around, she said no. Her solution was to take her out and leave her in a HOT car. I did not keep the appointment. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. All she had to do is put me in an exam room and let me fill out the paperwork. DONT GO TO THIS VET.

This practice is really good at greeting, getting you into a room and providing great friendly service . I had two dogs for them to see and was in and out in 30 minutes. Professional service and The pricing is is really reasonable.

I find the staff and Vet to be very patient and extremely friendly! Dr Cannon took the time to be sure I knew what to do with my Bernedoodles eye boogie mats and settle my concerns about her eyes. Two paws up!

We love Stone Ridge! We have a finicky dog who needs certain accommodations around other pets, and they are always amazing with her! They give her love and support, and when she was having a lot of intestinal issues, the vet called on the weekend to check on her. They are affordable, but even more they are amazing with our dog!

I have taken 3 of my dogs here for teeth cleanings the last 4 years, great service and the best price. Staff is friendly

Took my dog to get Rabies Vaccination, the vet stuck the needle in my dogs back, that night she was in severe pain and the next day had to take her back in, another Vet there didnt say much but gave her pain pills and anti inflammatorys and charged me for another office visit. Total of $182.00 for both visits. Shouldnt have charged for the second visit.

This place is great! So caring and kind. Even on late notice they were able to get me in to take care of cremation for our recently passed away kitty.

Stone Ridge is incredible! During this pandemic I was struggling to getting my elderly, in pain dog, into a vet. Stone Ridge was able and always took care of my dog and got us in. When my dog suddenly decreased his eating the beginning of January worsening to frequent vomiting, Stone Ridge was always there to help. Unfortunately my dog being elderly did not survive. Having Stone Ridge there for us during this challenging time has been extremely important. Other vets, even animal hospitals were not able to take care of my elderly, in pain sick dog, but Stone Ridge did! I always knew the animals and those who love their pets, always come first with Stone Ridge. Thank you very much Stone Ridge during this time. Thank you for being so loving, caring and always putting our wonderful loving pets first!

They were completely perfect. My grandmas little 8 year old chihuahua was not feeling well at all and it was a busy Saturday. We called everywhere and everyone was busy. I finally called Stone Ridge and even though they were completely filled with appts they made time for her and were so kind the entire time. I could cry seeing my grandmas face light up knowing her little tiny was going to be okay. Thank you so much Stone Ridge and all the perfect staff!

After the third time my dog getting sick and getting hurt at their facility while being boarded, I wont be taking my dog here anymore. Every single time he stays there he gets either sick or hurt or both.

Took my cat to get a vaccine shot and when he came back he has been licking his paw. When we exam we found that there is a wound on his paw. But the vet denied any thing happened in the vet could have lead to the wound. I will stay away from them.

Stone Ridge Veterinary Clinic charged me more than DOUBLE the price they said I would be billed. Last year I was out of town & my sister took my cat to this clinic. She had a dental & a groom done in 1 procedure. Everything went great & prices were reasonable. I decided to get her scheduled here again since I was so pleased last year. When I emailed them they told me they typically don t do dental & grooms at the same time because cats have a hard time regulating their body temperature & my cat could get very cold. This was a red flag to me because that either means they gave my cat an unsafe procedure last year w/out that provided information, or this year they told me a lie to make extra money through 2 separate procedures. I still chose to schedule w/ them because they got me in fast & told me Dentals starting cost is $250 & Tooth Extractions cost between $12-80 per tooth. They failed to mention Dentals can cost up to $100 more than the starting cost so w/ their estimate I expected the price to come out at around $270-300 once they were finished. They also said when I arrived they would give me a new client form since this was my first time w/ them. I arrived at 8am & it took them a total of 16 minutes to get her checked in. This clinic is not close to my job & I needed to be on time for work, & because I trusted this clinic I assumed they would come out w/ all my necessary information. The person who I spoke w/ in the morning told me they needed to do an X-ray & Blood Work but failed to mention that these would be additional charges. They also failed to give me a New Client Form, & it slipped my mind as I needed to get to work & was running late by then. My mom picked my cat up that afternoon & when I looked at my receipt I was shocked to see my bill came out to $533.86. They also sold me cat food advertised as Dental Cat Treats & Dental Spray claiming to my mom that I wanted them. When I called to clarify my bill, the tech. I spoke w/ said the Vet referred them to keep my cat healthy, but they never called to refer them to me. A referral would have been if they had called me & asked if I wanted them. Instead they told my mom I wanted them & they even had already added it to my bill. The tech. said they assumed whoever picked her up knew the details of the visit. They also claimed the person in the morning told me about the additional charges for the X-ray and Blood Work. They failed to do this & I believed they were simply getting approval to do the procedures. They also only added my name to the client information & failed to remove my sister s name & put on a correct address. The tech. said they would refund the cat Treats & Dental Spray, but because I already signed the contract it was implied that I could not get any other refund. When I came by today the tech briefly went over the bill statement w/ me and noticed the person who billed me added an Additional Unnecessary Fee, so she refunded that and the Treats and Dental Spray. As for the incorrect client information she claimed they were busy in the morning and forgot to give me a new client form. I said I wish I had known the actual price of the dental so I could have explored my options at other clinics, & she claimed that they offer the Cheapest Dentals in the Valley, but $533.86 is not cheap to me. I calculated the bill after I got home & here are the prices they charged me: Dental: $354.50. X-ray & Bloodwork: $62. Treats, Dental Spray & Additional Unnecessary Fee: $42.29 Tooth Extraction: $68.98 Making a total of $527.97 before tax. There was a lot of assuming done by the staff & lack of communication & honest prices. As a customer I expect honesty & diligence from a company to get all of my information correct & this clinic failed to do that. I am very disappointed in their lack of honesty & poor customer service. I will be going to a different clinic from here on out that gives me honest estimates & prices up front. I hope I have helped prevent this from happening to any other pet parent in the future.

I am adding a response to the clinics response for Aimees review as I was the person who picked up her cat and the clinic is not telling the truth in their reply. Since her bill was $300 More than expected when I picked up the cat I looked for any extra charges when the invoice was brought out to me. I saw the charges for the food and mouth spray and Specifically Asked the employee if my daughter had approved and wanted these items and was told Yes! Turns out they were added because after the dental because the vet recommended these items, and they were added to the invoice with NO ONES permission. I did ask before my card was swiped, and was told a lie.

This was a great place to take our dog!! We had been going around from vet to vet trying to get answers about why she was sick and no one could give them to us. Everyone wanted to charge thousands to find the problem but here they only had to run 1 test, a test no where else wanted to run. Great price for great service!! Only thing I could possibly complain about is the wait time, but what can you expect from such great vets!

Glad I switched vet offices recently. I kept wondering why the care of my animals was so inconsistent. It was almost like no notes or anything were being kept. When I asked for the files to transfer to the new vet it became clear as to why it felt like I was explaining my dogs condition like it was the frist time every time.

I have been going to Stone Ridge Veterinary Clinic for, it feels like for years. I absolutely love coming here. I can always trust them to take care of my baby and Leo absolutely loves Kimber and Trista. It takes a lot of hard work to build such trust with anyone besides Leo s trust with me. And I am very happy to say that whenever I go to Stoneridge, Leo is always taken care of, and I know that he is always safe and happy.

I have always gotten great quality of vet care & boarding here at a great price... When Ive been able to get it. Ive had multiple issues with customer service in the almost year and a half that Ive used this vet: The vet double charged for my dogs vaccine & the lady bringing my dog out the car when I picked her up from boarding couldnt understand that (she had the vaccine several days before being boarded at the vets request & I paid when it was originally administered). The lady was rude about it, didnt reverse the charge, & waved my receipt in my face.I was moving to Albuquerque that day & didnt have time to argue with her, & I had to email later over the issue, taking up unnecessary time. In May, my dog has having huge coughing fits & couldnt keep any food down for 24 hours. The lady who answered the phone refused to make time to see her & was extremely patronizing. Turns out my dog had bordetella & needed medication to both treat the sickness & to suppress her coughs so she could eat. In January, my dog was extremely lethargic, refused to eat or move, etc. The lady I spoke with treated the situation like it wasnt an emergency & would only give me an appointment a few days out & was super patronizing about my concerns. I took my dog to an emergency clinic & it turns out that she had an intestinal blockage that she couldnt pass & would have died if I had waited for the appointment Stone Ridge offered me. Overall, I like the quality of care & pricing. The vet did a great job when I got my dog spayed here & boarded afterwards, but the front desk & phone people need some serious training on prioritization of issues & how to interact with customers. A dog that cant eat & can barely move should be a same day visit & is more important than vaccines or routine check ups & theres nothing more aggravating in a stressful situation than being patronized & dismissed by someone who is quite frankly wrong.

My lab mix, Harley, has been to this vet clinic ever since he was a puppy. So about 11 years now. We did puppy training with them (not sure if that is still offered), weve boarded him there when we couldnt take him on trips, and we take him there semi regularly for grooming. The people are amazing and always so helpful. From the vets themselves to the techs, and groomers. I know Harley is in good hands and in his later years, they got his wellbeing in mind when making any recommendations and helping me feel better when I get worried for this old pup. Thank you all for being part of his puppy years and now senior years

PROTECT YOUR ANIMALS FROM POTENTIAL HARM AT THIS VET! Avoid at ALL COSTS! I was there last week and the vet that saw my puppy for her 12 week shots didn t even bother to look at her chart and see that she was a female. He felt underneath her and said I can feel both testicles. When I informed him that she was a female (as she was wearing a bright pink harness), he simply laughed as if it was no big deal. Extremely worrisome as I planned on having her spayed and microchipped at this vet, and who knows if anyone pays attention enough to even perform the correct surgery there. Seeing how the doctor had difficulty paying attention/hearing/seeing I almost removed her from the table before he gave her the shots. I wish I would have listened to my intuition because now I have no idea if the correct vaccinations were given to my 12 week old puppy. I am watching her closely for negative side effects. The vet tech later walked out to the lobby and said she forgot to trim her nails and started quickly going for her paws. Seeing the lack of care and attention to detail I pulled her away and declined, as I didn t want painful damage inflicted on her nails/paws. It would have been better (still wrong) to have heard the doctor say I DONT feel the testicles , before I had to inform him she was a female. To get a report that he can feel testicles that don t exist is extremely alarming and makes me wonder how many health issues have gone unnoticed or misdiagnosed there. How many pet owners have had their dogs or cats die because the doctor doesn t even glance at a chart? I understand that mistakes happen, but this was so disturbing to experience as a dog owner. I am posting here so that other pet owners can avoid potential mistreatment.

Dr Cannon is the most compassionate and caring vet that I have ever met. He did everything in his power and was able to save the life of our little Rosie!! Dr. Pickett is amazing, and Hannah is always is so kind to us and our fur baby whenever we are in, which sadly is too often. They make sure to offer the best medical assistance to any animal. And we have seen how fantastic it is first hand. Highly recommend.

This is a very good vet. Have been coming here for a long time. They are busy so wait times can be very long. Drop off time is always busy and pick up time is too. Appointments run about 30/40 mins. I had a 5:00pm appointment and got in at 5:32. During the day would probably be better. Overall a good reliable vet.

These guys are amazing. They were very attentive and handled the busy-ness of the season very well. The Dr. and his staff, took the time to talk to me and explain what was needed and got right to work with our sweet cat. Thank to everyone at Stone Ridge, hes on the mend and doing so well!

First time coming here and I Will never be coming back here. I had my appointment at 4pm and since they are doing the whole distancing i had to wait in the car which it s fine with me but I waited 50 mins and still no nurse came out to get my dog. The car next to me pulls in and within 20 mins of waiting the nurse came out and got their dog. I called them again and sounded like they forgot about my dog!! After I called immediately a nurse came out. She didn t even apologize for skipping over my dog.

It must have been a bad day for the staff cause i had a weird experience. I have been told great things about them. But i did not have a great experience. The staff is very nice just out of it when my pet was there.

First time here, i give it a 3.5 out of 5 cause I haven t really done a lot of business with them. I rely on reviews to help me out. But in this situation, I just had adopted a dog thru ruff patch and the foster parent recommended me to them because I had a dog who isn t a fan of new faces. So I agreed to bringing her if anything was wrong. And here is how my experience went, no bs and straight to it. I arrived, contacted the receptionist to let them know I had an appointment. Placed me on hold. It cut off so gave it 10 mins then called them back. No big deal they were little busy. They came to get my dog from me and I asked a price range for today s visit. So I agreed with the process. Wasn t to sure if that s how fast a urinating problem took but we were out of there in 30 mins and I was okay with the payment. If any concerns I will definitely take her back and try to meet them in the middle. But no issues with this appointment.

They are handling the current situation with COVID well, but their billing is definitely on the high side. I went in for a registration renewal and vaccinations (each of which were priced fine) - however, I was also charged for a visit ($40) per dog. In all the years I ve gotten vaccinations for my dogs at other clinics in the valley, never have I been charged for a visit when I was just getting vaccinations.

We took our 13 yr old miniature poodle to Stone Ridge, we needed a second opinion about how to deal with issues our dog was having. Our usual vet, gave us an estimates for pre surgery tests, surgery and said he possibly would not survive the surgery, with no definitive answer that they could even do it, and throwing out estimate of 1k plus for cost. We went to Stone Ridge for second opinion, we felt his issues could be done with a local pain block. Staff and Dr. Cannon were very prompt and kind. Our dig was evaluated and the Vet spoke with us letting us know what they could do for our pup. They preformed the procedure he needed in under an hour, we were able to take him home. And the cost was hundreds less than other vet had said. Stone Ridge will be our Vet of choice from now on. We used there boarding last summer and have a trip schedule this summer and we are using their boarding services again Very satisfied.

My dogs neuter went nice and smooth and I havent had any complications

Amazing place! The doctors and staff are amazing. I followed one of the doctors there who helps ave my little diabetic guy who should have passed away. And this place treated us as family and not as a number. They were amazing and helpful on the worst day when it was time to put my little one to sleep. The sympathy and understanding and doing everything they could to help through such an awful time. I highly recommend this place.

The staff here care about the pets immensely. I took my Heeler pup in to get spade, when the doctor ran into a very strange incident. My baby had 4 horns coming off of her uterus instead of the usual 2 (In short she practically had 2 uterus). The doctor made sure to come out him self to explain the circumstances to me. Which he also provided pictures. He made sure to carefully check the bladder and liver to insure their pristine condition (which the bladder and liver were, where the 2nd set of horns ran to). He also explained to be about having to make the incision 3x larger then he would of liked, but had to make sure to get all of it. She is now healed and running around like the puppy she is.. Thank you to all of the staff here at Stone Ridge Vet.

After over 10 years with my veterinarian I was really disheartened at their lack of care in their increase in cost and was forced to shop around for new vet. Thats when I found Stone Ridge and I will never take my animals to anyone besides them ever again!

The staff were nice and professional and I felt like the doctor I worked with was thorough. I also appreciated that after calling around to 10 other vets in the area (including my regular), they were able to see my dog for an urgent matter.

The vet, Mr. Cannon was very helpful and explained everything took very good care of our dog! Low price will for sure come again!

My best friend lost her dog 3 days ago and we were told to check here to see if she had been turned in there. We had masks on and everything. The second we opened the door the lady in the front yelped at us to get out cause nobody was aloud inside the building. We mentioned she had lost her dog and were told to check here. The lady was really rude and told us to get back out of the building. She said we weren t able to look at the dogs in the back to see if any were her. I understand Covid is happening. But a little sincerity would have been amazing. Terrible customer service. Her only goal was to get us out. Terrible place. Sadly I can t give this place a zero rating so one will have to do.

I m writing this review as an animal lover in hopes that other dog/cat parents can avoid the experience I had at this clinic. My biggest concern is that Dr. Cannon and his associate veterinarians failed to diagnose a large tumor in my dogs abdomen. I first brought my dog in for allergy issues, but had asked that the veterinarian exam her abdomen as it felt bloated and hard, which was not typical. After the exam, I had asked if they had any concerns about her distended stomach, they did not and gave her the all clear. Now, almost 3 months later, another veterinarian diagnosed the tumor. If Dr. Cannon s staff had performed their jobs thoroughly and taken my concerns seriously I could have addressed this tumor in it s early stages. Now I might lose my dog because the tumor has swollen to a massive size over the 3 months. I did call to voice my disappointment and anger at their failure to diagnose this life threatening cancer in my dog. For the first time I was actually transferred through to Dr. Cannon rather than relaying messages through his technicians. Dr. Cannon showed no remorse, was dismissive, and used his staff as scapegoats. A sincere apology and understanding of my pain would have been appreciated, but because I was upset I feel that Dr. Cannon immediately stopped caring and just wanted to end the conversation. I would like to state that the front desk and technicians that worked with me were always kind and professional, that being said, they were the only ones I was able to directly communicate with during my visits to Stone Ridge. All messages and questions were relayed through technicians, which made any appointment or phone call long and drawn-out. I was never able to speak directly with the veterinarian until that last phone call.

I am always impressed with this place everytime I need to take my dogs here. It is easy to get an appointment and the staff is friendly. The vets here know what they are doing.

Dog had cancer on his side. They were able to remove the tumor after some extensive cutting. One year post op and my lab is doing amazing as if he never had it. Great to work with.

** UPDATE: If you have an animal that has allergies of any kind do not take them here because they severely overcharge you for the allergy medicine** Absolutely wonderful. I will bringing my fur-babies here. I am so tired of the corporate vets moving in and making my pets just another number it was refreshing to come here where they are still small and actually care. They took great care of our sweet princess

I absolutely love taking my pets here, they are very pet oriented, not about the money which I really like. I dont feel that they just want to make a dollar and that they really care. I was spending hundreds of dollars a month on medication for my aussie from a different vet, just so they can make money, I now spend a little less that $80 every 6 months and my aussie is better than ever! I would highly recommend them! I now take my collie and aussie there, and will never go anywhere else. Thank you stoneridge!

They took good care of my chewie

We started taking our dog here for kenneling when our favorite kenneling location stopped offering kennel services. We took her to Stone Ridge because they had veterinarians on staff, so if she ended up having any issues while in their care, she would be taken care of. At first, it seemed ok- not perfect, but ok. Our last kennel visit was nothing like that. We received a message on our home phone (no calls were made to any of the emergency contact numbers we left) saying her tail looked bad and that the wrapping that we had asked to be put on as a precaution had been chewed off and her tail was raw. No indication of when it happened in relationship to when they notified us, whether or not they did anything to help her pain, or if anyone checked if she was eating or drinking, or if she had any other issues going on as a result of her wrapping being chewed off. All we got was a just so you know when you pick her up, her tail looks bad . When we picked her up she seemed happy (probably to see us and go home) but her demeanor quickly changed. She refused to eat, drink, and didn t sleep comfortably. She would barely move her tail because of it s condition. I took her to our veterinarian as soon as their office opened and found out not only had our dog lost nearly 7 pounds since her checkup just prior to us dropping her off at Stone Ridge for kenneling, but that her tail need to be amputated because of the severe damage, necrosis, and infection that had been unattended to. It was also learned from x-rays done by our veterinarian, that 3/4 of her stomach was full of bandaging and the only way it could be removed was via major surgery that she most likely would not recover from. Our dog had never swallowed any of her bandaging, toy stuffing, rocks, or anything similar before and certainly had never chewed half of her tail completely raw. Sure, she liked to de-stuff toys and would remove her bandaging from time to time if not watched, but the condition she was in now was completely opposite of anything her normal behavior or personality would have caused. When I called Stone Ridge to tell them what happened to our dog while she was in their care, I expected the company to take responsibility for not paying more attention to her well being and demeanor. I also expected that they would have recognized that they should have taken a more proactive approach to her care when they saw the condition of her tail and acknowledge they didn t do all they should have. I expected them to have sympathy and concern for our dog. Instead, all I got from the part-owner was a no we will not pay or reimburse for anything that needs to be done, and it was not their fault, but rather the personality of our dog that caused the problems . There was no I m sorry this happened , or Let us try to help . Nothing. No concern or sympathy whatsoever. Every response was very short, curt, and the part-owner actually sounded irritated I had even called. It was all about the shifting of blame from themselves to someone else. No offer of reimbursement for the money we paid for them to take care of our dog in our absence. As a result of what happened to our dog, she was too sick, and could not safely go through the necessary surgeries to try and help her return to normal health. She had to be put down. I do not blame our dog or her personality for her death, but rather Stone Ridge for their lack of care and concern for her while she was in their care. Her death was a direct result of non-action and apparent lack of attention. I WOULD NOT recommend Stone Ridge, their staff, ownership, or their kennel services to anyone who has any kind of endearment to or concern of the well-being of their pets. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We have been taking our dogs to this veterinary for over 5 years. They are wonderful with our animals and take great care of them. My golden lab has had to have a few surgeries there and they have been awesome and great results for our dog.

Awesome place for pet care! I took my puppy in to get spayed and they managed to fit in my older dog for needed shots without an appointment. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you to Dr. Cannon and everyone at Stone Ridge!!!

These people are great! Took care of my elderly chihuahua like he was their pet. Dr. Knowles spent time during the initial visit after we had been to an emergency facility and followed up the next day. These people care. Its not all about the money like the previous facility we went to. I highly recommend them. I have referred several people and will continue to do so.

Do NOT take your dog here. I had to visit the clinic 3 times within 2 weeks and finally found out she needs surgery. I dont have the credit to apply for petcare or any of that stuff that is out there so they turned away my dog. Now the $800 plus dollars I wasted on taking my dog there could of went towards her surgery and people who actually know what they are doing.

I started boarding my pet here because it s close to home and I needed that convenience for when my mom or someone else is picking up or dropping off for me. I was looking for somewhere convenient where I could drop in for an affordable bordetella shot and discovered they offer boarding, too. They are very affordable and generally have room for my pet. She is a rescue and suffers from nerves which occasionally leads to gastrointestinal upset. When I board her at Stone Ridge, I have the comfort of knowing that they are keeping a close eye on her health and any issues that come up will be addressed by the veterinary staff. Today, for the first time I brought my mini-schnauzer mix to Stone Ridge for grooming. I was very relieved to leave her in the very competent groomer s hands. She was overdue for grooming due to her usual groomer at Petco being on maternity leave. The other Petco groomer didn t feel comfortable taking her because she was shaking violently and was nippy when the groomer tried to touch her feet (our dog has a hanging dewclaw that s she is very protective of). The groomer at Stone Ridge knew just how to handle the situation and I was able to place my dog in her arms in a nearly calm state as she spoke soothingly to her. I picked up a good-looking dog who was in good spirits and received a report that she behaved very well.

This office is so kind and friendly. Their pricing is fair and they do not suggest unnecessary procedures for the fur babies in your life. They seem to be straight shooters and understand what being on a budget means. They are ethical and awesome with our pets.
