I had a generally positive experience at Kohl s, with a wide variety of products available and competitive prices. However, I did have a small issue with customer service, where one of the employees didn t seem very interested in helping me with a question I had about a product. This was a bit frustrating, but thankfully, another employee was much more helpful and was able to resolve my issue. Despite this, I recommend Kohl s for its wide variety of products and competitive prices.

I feel like kohls has gone down hill with their clothes. The girls clothes are so provocative and everything is cropped or baggy. Also prices are outrageous!! I found since dress pants for my son that were $75.00 no way!! The store always seems to be dead with no customers or help at counters. Also ask the makeup and jewelry is gone from my kohls. I don t know of Sephora is a thing anymore. They jewelry section was completely cleared out. This is ask at the Riverton Utah location.

Always enjoy shopping at the Draper Kohls store. We like the cashier Taqia. She is always so pleasant and never rushes us through as if were on an assembly line. She makes sure she has checked to see if were using all our coupons that are listed on our account which we appreciate very much.

This is our go-to Kohls store. I hope they dont close this location. Limited staff, scattered goods, and limited stock in every department make you think that way.

I go here most often for Amazon returns and to check out their sales and clearance items. One would have to be crazy, or very desperate, to pay full price on any item here. Friendly staff, but store is usually pretty empty. Do they make enough in November and December to carry them through the year?

Lots of items on sale, but hard to find help

This location has the friendliest cashiers. Its very clean, and well stocked and staffed.

Fantastic customer service. Lots of clearance items. Store was not busy at all. If you go before lunch you have the whole store to yourself.

They closed early. Theyre supposed to close at 9PM on Tuesdays. I was going to buy a shirt or two there, but they closed at 8:50. To be clear the west doors were all locked up, but I didnt notice there was one east door open until I got back in my car and was driving away. Thats when I noticed at 8:55 that customers were let out of that door and the doors were promptly locked behind them. The guy that locked it made eye contact with me and everything. That bothered me a bit. Maybe corporate shuts down their registers exactly at 9? That place isnt exactly packed with customers this time of year. I would think they needed more patronage. I guess they dont want money.

Good store. You can return Amazon order items here. You get $5 coupon to be used within one week. Kohls have wide variety of items at very reasonable price.

Employees need to go back on the training computers.amd the management need to refer back to management training as well .that store is a joke .they like wearing the badge but not to do Thier job . My experience is that one wipes their hands off on the other and the customer comes out guilty while they come out clean when all along it was the management and employees that uphold that store .its no wonder that is the lowest scores of all kohls stores .never a recommend to this store.my words to management..youre fired!

DO NOT buy electronics at Kohls, ESPECIALLY if its a gift. If its not tested and then returned within 30 days, they will give you NOTHING, not even an in-store credit. And just so you are aware, record players are considered electronics, and theirs are VERY overpriced. You can get one on Amazon for less than half of what Kohls charges. My husband and I used to shop at Kohls all the time, but Walmart, Target, or Amazon are miles better. Return policies are a big deal. When a store values their convenience over your hard-earned money, especially when its obvious that youre returning an item in a pristine, unused condition, thats unacceptable in my book. They could have easily resold the record player, and we wouldve accepted an in-store credit. They dont value their customers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Their coupons are going straight to the garbage from now on.

How is kohls still in business? Especially the Riverton, Utah location. The mens section used to be the place for men to go and get reasonably priced decent clothing. Now it s how to dress for homelessness. Terrible selection at a price that is high for the quality. It to bad but they re not what they used to be and they re not even trying

Lots of helpers there, but the selection was poor, and are the prices really high all of a sudden? I really like the store, but I was just shocked yesterday.

I found out yesterday that I needed dress clothes for my sons orchestra concert for today. After searching 6 other stores I remembered there was this Khols close to me. They saved the day! They had exactly what I needed and it was on sale! I also found a bunch of cute towels for the kitchen that I have looked for at several stores. The kind of towels that are soft but not micro fiber so they actually absorb water. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Clean but the line. My wait was 15 mins in line.

Unfortunately I don t have a good experience every time I come to this store. Unfortunate is the closest to my house. Today I bought an item for pick up and good thing the girl from customer service was super nice and helped me other than that no one else had been that much helpful! Big line on customer service the manager come out to check something else and yet didn t put anyone to help the other girl out.

Clean store, friendly sales staff, cute stuff for sale. I use the Kohls app when I shop and its a game to see how much I can save with surprise coupons, Kohls cash, and their great sales. And the coupons work on the clearance items! I always save more than I spend, so its like they pay me to shop.

Only 1 door & one check stand open no dressing rooms still, bit strange.

Would give it a 5 but! I could not find any Levis without holes that would fit me. Really was disappointed. Also no Adidas flip-flops... why??? Also the. One worker was kind of rude.

All fitting rooms were closed and Womens were not labeled (no notice) I told her that I did not see any label specifying that and she started grumbling This happened just now and it s sayanora to this store in future She reminded me of Karen from hell Next time Kohl s, please put appropriate gender tags so no need to encounter your rude workers like this

I find that generally, Kohls is overpriced. However, it s so easy to find great items on sale and to use Kohls cash to pay a reasonable price for anything in the store. I also LOVE that you can do Amazon returns here without even needing a box

This was the only Kohls in our area to have the watch I needed to exchange. It was malfunctioning. The woman at the counter was so sweet and helpful. She switched it out quickly. This was a great Kohls.

They show no empathy ... but I am happy I just lost 105 dollars but kohl s lost a customer ... I would never step in to this store .. just waste of time and money... Kohl s ....your days are just numbered with such wonderful customer service. I always support local stores ... but I will just stay with Costco and Amazon ... they have better customer service in fact 1000 times better...

Drop off my Amazon return and I was greeted by a very sweet women who directed myself and another customer to the back. Regardless that there were many sign showing its location it was nice that she greeted us and sent us on our way. Customer service was friendly, efficient and quick. I ended up using there 25% off coupon that I received from my Amazon return. That was smart because I havent shopped there in years. So yes I purchased clothes for my grandchildren and used that coupon. Another younger woman asked if I was able to locate everything I wanted and that was nice. They were very friendly as was my cashier he greeted me and gave me excellent service. Ill definitely return with my grandchildren and husband. Thank everyone

I went here to return an Amazon item that they shipped me in error. The process was super easy. The lady greeter asked me if I was there to return an Amazon item. I told her I was and she gave me instructions of where to go. In addition, she let them know that I was on my way back. When I got back there, she took the return items and scanned my return code on my phone. That was all I had to do. She printed off a couple of labels and then printed off a receipt for me.

I was after a product that their website said was in stock. When I called to make sure, they kept transferring me and putting me on hold with a tone that communicated they really didn t care to be taking my call. Then they claimed they didn t have the product at all. When I went to a different, much more helpful location to get the product, that store checked this one s inventory and sure enough- there was plenty in stock. This location has terrible customer service and I recommend the Kohl s at Jordan Landing a thousand times more than this laughing stock.

While I have only had one experience here it was a very positive one. I did online order and in store pickup. My order was done in a timely manner and the store was very well put together from what I had seen walking in to get my item. The staff was friendly and I would order from this location again.

Went to Kohls for Christmas gifts. They had a good selection of merchandise and was able to find what I needed. The checkout line, there was a wait of about 10 minutes. It was a good experience.

The place is big and is laid out really good for shoppers convenient. The store Is really clean and orderly. All the checkers were wearing masks and cleaned and sanitized the check out stations after each customer. They had a greeter at the front that was wearing a mask and ask if you needed any help and where items are located in the store which I thought was very helpful because the store is very large.

Sondra was INCREDIBLE!!!! I had ordered a hoodie online as a Christmas gift clear back on black Friday as a ship to store, but it said it wouldnt arrive till the 26th! I was devastated She looked it up, saw it was in stock walked me to it made sure it was the right one, matched the online price and made sure I was super satisfied!!! THATS 15/10 LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! THESE GUYS KNOW HOW TO KEEP CUSTOMERS LOYAL. GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!!!

The area to pick up items is well marked and I didnt wait long for them to bring the item to my car. Great system for keeping people safe.

I mainly use this Kohls for their Amazon return function and for that it is good. There are often a few people in line, but the employees are nice and courteous, even when people dont necessarily deserve that.

I went to buy clothes for a new job. I would have boughten quite a few pairs of pants, but without being able to try them on I didnt want to leave there with $1,000 worth of pants just to return them all. I have lost a lot of weight since last time Ive bought pants. I have no idea what size fits me well, especially considering that every brand fits differently! I understand this is for covid-19 but most stores are now allowing people to try stuff on again. I literally went on to a different store just so I could try stuff on before I bought it! You just lost a good sale and possibly a customer, at least until I can come in there and try on clothes before I buy them.

I m giving Kohl s 5 stars because I discovered they were a drop off hub for Amazon packages. I otherwise would never have occasion to frequent the store. I was amazed how fast and convenient it was. No lines. In and out. It was of course located in the back of the store smart because it tempts you to snoop around for deals and perhaps make a purchase. Great service to draw a new market segment into the store to increase incidental sales revenue.

Nice place to shop, they have a variety for petite, girls, women, jewelry, home accessories and work clothes selection is one of the best. Prices on the higher end for quality of clothes that you can pick up just about anywhere, but they offer quite a few discounts and always doing promotions.

There kinda rude employees. I forgot my mask (before I left my house I quickly grabbed my baby s sock thinking it was my mask) I had to purchase a mask because they were out... 15 min later they had a box of them... smh

Store seems emptier but that may be due to COVID restrictions. To get the best prices, you have to have a store credit card and their discounts don t apply to name items. In addition, they used to have a decent big and tall section. Now the selection is... poor. Employees are very nice and helpful. I also like that you can return Amazon purchases in store here.
