Walmart is now allowing people to bring dogs in and put them in the shopping cart? My food goes there and you think thats ok? There was 2 dogs while I was shopping. I took pics but Im not posting them. I just cant believe thats ok. Hopefully your competition doesnt allow this that is disgusting.

Clean store organized well would visit again

Today I needed a box to ship back a crummy item from amazon. I went into the store, saw Erika, and asked if she could help me find one. She walked with me, saw another associate with a box that she was emptying, and asked me if that box might work. It was perfect for me! Thank you Erika.

Doesnt have tap pay and its starting to make me mad, literally gone there like 15 times and forgotten my wallet and then I have to give everything back cuz I only have my phone, I know this may be a me problem but its like, its the 21st century literally every store I know has tap pay except for you Walmart, get tap pay and youll get 5 stars

I find Walmarts products incredible, but I feel that their staff is not very empathetic towards foreigners. I went to pay for my products and I didnt even want to thank you, the girl at the checkout responded. Apart from her contemptuous look, I felt offended and discriminated against because of my skin color!

This location is horrid. Their security employees are rude. They accused me of stealing when I had done no such thing. Two times during my scanning the register did said it did not scan correctly. Both times an employee came over to help me and I asked both employees. Was it OK to proceed? They both said yes. Then I m stopped on my way out and accused.The young man in charge was so condescending and such an awful human being.

Should have an option for 0/5 stars. We needed TWO ITEMS (Some hypoallergenic petroleum jelly and a cough medicine) we were out and about and thought we could do Walmart pickup on the way home. We had our newborn with us and we parked @9:20 then checked in @9:35 when a Walmart employee knocked on our window to CONFIRM our order. He said he d be back to give it to us so we waited.. and waited until @10:10 I said enough and went into the store to find many employees taking off their vests. I think it would ve been BETTER if NO ONE CAME TO CHECK US IN, because that way I wouldn t have had the expectation that someone in that store would help us. Clearly, pickup is more of a TIMELY inconvenience than walking in myself. I won t make that mistake HERE, again. I understand that the pickup department closes at 10pm, but I really don t think it s a BIG ASK to fulfill the orders that were 1. Already placed prior to 10pm 2. CONFIRMED BY ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible service. I went to Customer Service and explained the situation. They were kind enough to radio the OPD? I think it was called. The pick up department and relayed that I had been waiting for close to an hour at that point. They said that they d bring it over. Well I waited an extra 9 minutes while I got messages from my wife telling me our newborn was now awake and crying. Customer service radioed back and asked what was taking so long and get this.. the guy responded I don t know, the order isn t in my dispenser !? Like what the heck is wrong with your department there. I said enough is enough, can I go get the order MYSELF since they couldn t do a simple thing and bag 2 ITEMS. I found 1 of the 2 items with the help of one of the customer service representative, because the OTHER ONE WAS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP, super nice blonde lady I don t know her name but it only took me 2 mins to grab what I needed ORIGINALLY, having to switch to Vaseline as a backup option.. I then had to pay for that, and upon trying to cancel it said that, we can t guarantee we ll be able to cancel these items. They may have already been prepared. Yeah, right. When pigs fly. IF it was already prepared, it shouldn t have been that hard to bring us one bag. Word to the wise, don t do their pickup, even if you get there WAY before 10pm, because everyone stops working in that department once it is 10pm. Very disappointed with the extremely low accountability in the pickup department. Luckily, unlike these other reviews I didn t waste my money to have Walmart+ just to experience the same problems. I hope that I get to interact with the same customer support people I did tonight, when I have to go back to get my refund. That was the only bright spot. Glad to know some of the employees there care about the customers.

Its close, always has a good selection of goods

My 6 year old daughter and I went on a late night trip and Tom (who greeted us) was so so so incredibly kind and happy and just an absolute ray of sunshine that prompted my daughter to excitedly say hello and open up and she let him know that her first ballet lesson is tomorrow. Tom took the time to ask questions and to really engage and match her excitement and enthusiasm all while he was still greeting more people coming in!! It was a complete unexpected, incredibly unforgettable experience and I could not stop smiling for our remaining time in Walmart. Thank you Walmart for hiring him- he needs a raise ASAP- he does his job amazingly and has a heart made of gold. Thank you Tom for making tonight so magical for my precious little girl. We need more people like you in our community.

I placed an online order today. When I received my order there were canned goods on the bags of chips so they were all smashed and crumbs! The bag of soup a he was open falling out onto other groceries and the green onions were moldy. I realized I forgot items in the order so I placed another order for more items and payed for the express delivery. When order was supposed to be here I got a notification it would be delayed. I Called the store to get help with the order and get a refund for the express delivery. The employee had no idea how to help me. She told me it s my fault for the delay and I shouldn t have ordered through a company called spark. I ordered through Walmart app like I always do. She was no help and told me to call 1-800 Walmart. Disappointed in Walmart and customer service.

They keep moving things around and they stopped selling individual salads.

It wasnt too crowded this time. And I actually found somebody that can give me some help that were happy to lend a hand.

Getting frustrated at times. Looked on stores web items say there in stock and there not there. I use the small cart and it always need to find one. There seldom in the cart area.

The gas station is very clean and the service I received from the employees was very helpful.

Terrible experience, not to say bad, my husband and I were going to buy some cocktails and the guy at cash register 17, named Cristhian, denied us service, Commenting that they only sold liquor to residents, that our passport is not valid, a racist, xenophobic, humiliating, humiliating service and comment, I hope the warehouse supervisors take action on this matter since we are in a free country, where we all have rights and even more so if we present our tourist identification.

If I could give zero stars, I would I stopped in today to customer service to try and exchange a canopy that I bought a couple weeks ago that I set up only three times and on the third time today barely any wind picked up and broke the metal frame. They told me that with their new no receipt return policy since it was over $25. I couldn t even exchange it for a new one. This is absolutely ridiculous, and totally unacceptable

The TLE here sucks, my girlfriend came once to her tires rotated and they told us the tires were too bald so we went to the South Jordan gateway Walmart and they told us they didnt know why Riverton said that and rotated the tires. To top it off though I went to Riverton to exchange a battery and they told me the warranty was expired so I waited for payday and I just barely got out of the Jordan landing Walmart after buying a new battery just to find out my warranty was still good for one more day when I went to Riverton dont go to their TLE go to any of the other Walmarts for TLE

My favorite store , everything I need is here, from food to every day supplys and needs Im a Walmart + member which also gives me great benefits discounts, free home deliveries, I get 50lb bags of dry dog food, its easier for me to order it and have it delivered right to my front door,my favorite is the 10 cents Xtra off the Walmart fuel stations, we dont get gas anywhere else now, just pull up to one of their pumps scan th qr code and it gives you that discount I highly recommend Walmart, & Walmart + you wont regret it

Don t bother with pickup or delivery. Tried to do delivery and got message that they couldn t make the delivery so switched it to pickup and it was in a delayed status the rest of the day. So tried for just pickup today and ended up waiting for 40 minutes before I finally got it. I actually got out of my car to see what was going on and didn t even see any employees for over 5 minutes. Just paid for Walmart plus and it s more of a headache than anything.

How do you reach a member of management?? The phone just rings and nobody knows anything. I am so irritated that it is almost impossible to reach someone over the phone. I ve been trying to reach a manager named Sammie. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! You must do better

Went here to pick up something quick. One of the employees backed into me. They gave me there insurance when I went to file a claim. Guess what they gave me phony insurance they never had insurance. Very dishonest!

Do not purchase any kind of vehicle battery from Walmart. I have one that s less than a year old and has gone bad multiple times and will not warranty even with proof of purchase . Go to a credible automotive location or even Costco that has a zero question ask policy on all returns.

I love Walmart. It s the new Target!! This Walmart is super clean and they have a decent number of employees running the check out stands because I hate self checkout when I have a huge cart full of stuff. The aisles are smaller I think than they were before, but it s ok. The toddler clothes are so cheap and good quality. I love shopping for my toddlers shoes and clothes.

Went in yesterday morning to get a new fishing rod for the season (being a newbie, I was a bit lost on what I needed exactly) employee asked if I needed help with anything, so I said I was getting a new rod and needed to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed and he just shrugged saying yeah I don t know anything about that Why work in the fishing/outdoors department when you don t know anything about it?! Or if you don t know anything about it, why not offer to grab someone who DOES

Super busy at this location as a result, later in the day the store looks like someone was giving away free candybars and the place is ransacked. The employees are nice.

Managers are very rude and will cut you off when speaking to them. Horrible customer service. The store is also very dirty, the floors, some of the walls and the bathrooms

Really only needed one thing today, it was behind a new glass case, upon opening it I learned I had to go to customer service to even purchase it as the associate took it from my hands. Left the cart and only bought one thing. Loss prevention is becoming sales prevention.

Excellent Store, they have a wide variety of gastronomic products from various countries, such as household products, electronics, white goods, vehicles, if you need something and at a good price this is the place you should go to and it has a large parking lot.

Ever since they closed the self checkouts and started forcing people to go through the cashiers the wait times have gone up dramatically. I no longer shop here unless it is as a last resort.

Im not fond of the changes theyve made. Its like using the new math from school to try and figure out where everything is. You have to try and think on their level to understand why the changes were made and find what youre looking for. The checkout lines can get ridiculous because they took away almost all regular checkouts and dont put a checker there, then their many self checkouts are shut down most of the time - even during really busy hours. Its infuriating as the lines can wrap around the store waiting for the few SELF checkouts there are. Abandoned groceries and items come from this choice. Again, a new way of thinking must be applied to try and understand this.

Similar to every other super Walmart, but there are definitely some improvements that need made. There are no price scanners, the building is super dusty, and many employees are unfairly treated by managers.

If you like Walmart pickup, find a different store. You will be disappointed if you shop here. My husband waited 45 minutes to pick up our order this afternoon, and in the past I have waited for over an hour. A week or two ago, the line for pick up was 6 cars deep, not including the parked cars. I canceled my order and shopped at Winco. Today was our final straw with this location. My husband because of the wait time, mine because who in the heck puts TOILET CLEANER in the same bag with CANDY! We wont be back.

Trash store always messing up online orders

Make sure that when you re traveling, that even after you shop here, fill your vehicle up with gas at their gas pumps - That absolutely under no circumstances, think about pulling over in their huge parking lot and sleeping for a few hours before you get back on the road. Tried that and had a tow truck driver knocking on our window in less than hour after we parked. This Walmart is NOT friendly towards travelers even after you spend money there.

I sat in my car for 40 minutes waiting for my delivery. I called 3 times and the greeting was from December!!!! I talked to an employee who was going to check on my order 15 minutes ago! This is unacceptable

They always mess up online orders so check before you waste your time going. I just went and as I parked I watched the app take 65% of my items out of my finished order; when I asked the delivering associate she checked and they had plenty in stock and that the fulfillment team probably did not know where the shelf was? Its the only one in the area so keep an eye on your online orders and hope for the best! This location also has some sad produce and is not great about stocking shelves, but the staff are usually very nice and its pretty clean!

This Walmart is starting to get annoying. A lot of the items we purchase are either out of stock, or we have to settle for a different brand. Are they starting to downsize? We went today, and their produce didnt have any green onions. Ive never seen a store that doesnt have them. We will probably just start going somewhere else. Just because the prices are good, doesnt mean we should have to visit a competitor store, in conjunction with Walmart, to get what we need / want.
