Hollie is so good with our Maltipoo Lucas. She has been so great with his sassy attitude and always makes him look like an angel. We love the Per Pawlor.

Impossible to schedule an appointment with and not nice. My mother in law speaks both English and Spanish and she can EASILY be understood but they refuse to put her with anyone else besides a groomer that speaks Spanish. Very frustrating and upsetting after hearing this and will no longer be taking our dog here. Be nice.

Our dog did so good here! Very friendly and it worked out we did the obedience training in the same building with Michael Lobato (Lobato Dog Training). Brinlee said Raven was well behaved and even though her nails were a little long they allowed us to bring her back and Dremel them down. Brinlee was very sweet and did a great job with our puppy. Already made another appointment in 6 weeks :)

Our 7mo old pyredoodle loves her experiences with Brinlee and she always looks great afterwards!

Hollie is the best! Shes been taking care of my dogs for years and always does a great job. She even alerted me to an ear infection in my old, sweet boy that I hadnt noticed. Shes just great!

The best place

They have been great. Sometimes there have miscommunications between me, my spouse and pet pawler, but that s to be expected when we all work a ton. They always groom our pups to excellence. We are extremely happy with their service.

I used to love coming here but the last 2-3 times, I have started to lose trust. They are charging me more than what is on the pricing listed out front and when picking him up, I ve had to either come back or request a second time for them to cut his nails and/or trim his ears. It seems their quality work has gone downhill and they are becoming a bit greedy.

I love the space each groomer has with their pet clients. Our groomer Hollie is patient and friendly with our poodle and does a good cut job. Our poodle likes her and that matters to me.

These groomers are the best. My Dogs groomer is Wendy really sweet lady. She always does such a wonderful job with my Wifes Dog. So set up an appointment and head down there.

I ve taken my dog here once before and they did a really good job, but I m knocking off two stars because I have tried for the last 2 weeks to call and get a hold of them to make another appointment, and they haven t answered one time. I have actually LITERALLY called over 20 times without one single answer or call back. How are you even running your business? Update: they finally text me and for the last 2 days I ve been trying to make an appointment, and they ve taken forever to respond. When we finally did get to the time portion of the conversation, they only offered one single date and one time and were unfriendly and short. It shouldn t be this hard to make an appointment. It should be a 2 minute call or an online thing. We re just going somewhere else.

Recently moved to the neighborhood and have taken my pup Rupert here 3x now. Michelle cut his hair and she is amazing. Had him done in less than an hour and well done/even. Whatever shampoo they use smells really good too. Side note: they cut all the pups hair out in the open which I appreciate. Each groomer seems to be gentle with their cute clients .

Amazing! Our groomer (Gillian) that took care of Rosie was so sweet and really was so patient with her! It was her first time getting groomed - and PetSmart refused to see her - the morning of her appointment and Pet Pawlor was able to get us in same day. PetSmart claimed something about not being able to get her to react well with the clippers. Well, with some good energy and patience Gillian got Rosie completely groomed and looking fab! She I could tell she was fond of Gillian by the end of her appointment. Professional and overall great experience as a customer and for Rosie!! And their prices are great. Thank you so much!!!

I have been taking my dog to Gillian for about 6 months! She is so good at what she does! She takes such good care of my fur baby and always sends me updates on how he is doing. She has bent over backwards to get me in a last minute appointments! I feel confident and comfortable leaving my dog to get groomed. All the workers have always been very nice. I am so happy I found the pet pawlor!

This was our first time. Michelle cut my puppies hair and I could not be more impressed with how it turned out. He was nervous/excited and barking as I was trying to describe what I was hoping we could get him to look like and she nailed it! Seriously I will always bring him back here. Michelle was sweet and calm and was great to work with! We took our dog on a walk later that day and many of my neighbors have the same breed of dog and couldnt stop talking about how great his haircut was and that they needed to go there next time! I absolutely recommend this location and especially Michelle!

If you are lucky to get in... dont plan on getting the services or professional experience you would like. 5 mins before my dogs appointment they text me saying the groomer was at the ER. That was it. I called and texted them and received no response. Negative

First time taking our German Shepherd and Samoyed here. They did an AMAZING job. Michael was our groomer and I will definitely be coming back and referring.

Best obedience training for such a great deal!! We adopted a 9 month old puppy who was not well trained...they fed him from the table, didn t kennel him, let him chew wood, never groomed him...etc. this 6-week training was fantastic for the whole family to attend and so affordable! Our dog is so smart, the training was really for us (not him). We ve since spot trained him to only poop behind the garage. He loves his kennel and is great at obedience training. Still practicing heeling and coming when called. Couldn t recommend this training more to anyone with a dog. Also, Hollie does amazing at grooming him!

Reasonably priced and did a wonderful job on our Golden Doodle!

I took my dog to get groomed. Received a call a couple of hours later saying that she wouldn t hold still and was kind of snapping at them .(Mind you, she is a very well mannered goldendoodle).Told me that they even had three other groomers trying to help and they put a muzzle on her. I got there and she looked terrible. Her face and tail weren t cut because she wouldn t hold still. I m sure that she was scared to have 4 people around her trying to hold her down! Who would hold still when you re panicked having that many people around you. And then a muzzle? When you are trying to cut a face?Any dog would ve been scared to death! Took her down the street to Riverton Pet essentials and they had ONE groomer who finished her face and tail with no problem. And they did it in about 15 min. Also found a bloody area on my dog where they cut way to close. Her body still looks terrible because it s too short. Her face and tail look great because they were done elsewhere. I ll never take her there again. Terrible experience for my poor dog AND this dog mom.

Alex has always done a fantastic job taking care of our bernedoodle Oliver. She is caring and professional and always goes above and beyond when we bring Ollie in for a grooming appointment.

I got my Shih Tzu toy poodle groomed there and they let my daughter who is interested in pet grooming go back and watch how they groomed dogs, it was so sweet and educational and my dog left there smelling fresh and happy to have all that extra weight off of him!

These groomers are INCREDIBLE and so sweet with my fur baby!

we have gone to them a few times and it was ok well this time the groomer claimed that our animal bit her and she lost a tooth a tooth that wouldnt fall out if she bit anyone our other animal has cuts on her and then she tried to pass off her abuse on a bad day

Weve been taking our little dog to Neighborhood Pet P for around 5 yrs. now. The Groomers are friendly, gentle and kind to the dogs and they do excellent work. We always schedule ahead for a monthly groom. We highly recommend .

After going to Petco for years we started going here. What a difference. Not only are they almost half the cost but my dog looks so much better. We use Michelle and she is awesome.

Ive always had a good experience with Natasha, she does a great job grooming my border collie! He always looks so handsome and smells SO good!

My dog is able to jump over the counter, the last time I took him they had him tied up so he couldnt jump. Today my dog was at the door to greet me and not one groomer was paying attention. I stood there with my dog and watched them visit. They wouldnt have noticed if I had walked out! Finally someone asked if wed been helped I said I guess I need to pay for my dog no one was watching! After leaving I then noticed she cut all of the feathering on his back legs! Ive had great experiences here in the past, but I dont feel like I can trust them. Next day- I wanted to call to see if the owner would help with the matter but she was very rude and unprofessional! Whatever you do DO NOT take your dog here if you care about their safety!!!

I have known these great people for many years. Before they even had their actual Pet Pawlor. They have groomed our dogs and even a cat! They have always taken great care of our fur babies. Excellent service and our dogs always look gorgeous!

I take my Ragdoll, Sasquatch, for grooming. He doesn t love them but once they are done he struts around the house like the sexy man cat he is. They are gentle and kind. I first went here due to proximity to my home but now I would go wherever they were.

We ve been taking our family dog, Emma & my dog, Ari here for a few years now & every time it s been me dropping them off, I m astounded by how much our dogs trust Natasha! My dog is very skiddish & anxiety ridden due to her first few months of life being highly neglected. Ari usually despised being around other dogs & nips in an attempt to protect me. But I ve found out every time I go here that my dog has had NO behavioral problems & I m just astonished. That shows you how safe my pup feels with her! Their cut job always looks INCREDIBLE. Our Emma is a Fox Pomeranian & always looks so freaking cute when she comes home, she even prances around like she knows how cute she is! My dog is part chihuahua part mini schnauzer & schnauzers have really funny hair. Her body is black & short hair that doesn t grow a whole lot, but her head is full of whispy, white feathery hair that naturally grows into a Mohawk & Natasha trims it up for me so the Mohawk looks even cuter! Usually I do the Mohawk short so it stays longer but she s out bows in the Mohawk before & it s adorable! I m so happy my dad found her. I couldn t be anymore pleased! Not to mention it s affordable to make your dog look pretty & feel pretty as well as feel safe. This is the place in riverton for your dogs, hands down!

I ve had my dog groomed once and ended up paying a ridiculous amount in vet bills due to his burns. I usually have done it myself but with 4 kids and a full time job I had no time to clean him up. I was recommended to this place and I absolutely love how he turned out. He was happy and such a good boy. Thank you Alex for taking the time on him. We re already rescheduled for our next visit!

Natasha always does the best job with our animals!

They made my dog look so adorable. She had never been groomed before so I was worried, but they took such good care of her. Almost better than how they treated her is the price that they offer for their grooming services there. They bathed her styled her and cut her hair and also clipped her nails and I think it was all about $40 yes. There is no question that I will be taking my dog back there.

For the price you get amazing results! I used to go exclusively to Petsmart, but it ended up so expensive for our Husky. I can have the same things done at Neighborhood Pet Pawlor for half the cost! I cant critique their other services, as I only ever get a bath and brush, but my Husky comes out looking so clean and handsome every time. I can get an appointment there more easily than anywhere else. Its so convenient!

I love this place! Ive taken my dog here three times now. Each time he smells so good and his coat is so soft. I just get the basic bath and the price is hands down the best around. Id keep coming here for this alone. But thats not all. My bulldog is a little crazy socially but they treat him so well and make sure he is taken care of. If your dog is well behaved and friendly, theyll let him/her hang out and not keep them locked up once theyre done. The best way to make an appointment is to text. Ive never had much luck when I call. They always are quick to reply via text. And also will text to let you know when your pet is ready to be picked up. I would recommend neighborhood pet Pawlor to all my dog mom friends.

Today is our second time bringing our Bernedoodle, Molly, in and I m sure she will look and smell amazing! We ve been having issues with her getting matted so easily and they took the time today to talk to my husband about how to help with that. Their prices are reasonable and I love that they let Molly play with the other dogs when she is done being groomed! Molly doesn t dread coming in and I know she s well taken care of we love 30 minutes away, but we ll keep coming back for all of these reasons! :)

This place has always treated our dog good. And has done a good job on our dogs hair.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the establishment with my dog. I had anticipated I would need to book an appointment, and return at a later date. It was a pleasant surprise when she was able to fit my dog in, as she had an opening right then from a cancellation. Buddy (a Wheaton terrier/schnauzer mix) has had issues at previous groomers with irritation from the clippers normally used to trim hair. Mainly on the inside of his hind legs, and stomach. I mentioned that to the lady working at the counter, and she said she would trim those areas by hand, with a pair of scissors. She followed through with what she said, and trimmed it by hand, something Im sure wasnt a simple task with the way my dog likes to fidget. Every request I made was followed through, something I have had issues with in the past, and both Buddy and I were more than happy with the results. Another thing worth noting is that most times, my dog is very uncomfortable when we take him in the first few times, but not here. He was immediately comfortable, and seemed happy to be there, something that is very important to me. Buddy and I will be regular customers here, were so happy to have found a place so close to home, right after moving.

First time and loved my dogs haircut. Great friendly staff. Id recommend them for sure.

Wonderful people that care

Jessica did an excellent job at grooming our Border Collie. She educated us on the different grooming techniques she could use as well as the pros and cons of each. She helped us decide what would be best for our dog. She very timely, we dropped him off at 9am and picked him up at noon. We were very happy with the price as well. We will definitely be going back!

They dont answer the phone, staff is rude and very unprofessional. I have been a loyal customer for years but they are falling apart so Im trying other places and getting better customer service by far. Avoid this place, your pets deserve better...

I had an appointment - they kept my dog for 7 freakin hours!!!!!!!! The constant dryer noise is unbearable for humans let alone dogs! Will NEVER go there again!

I just moved to the area 6 weeks ago and took my 2 dogs in soon after. They were great, did a good job, were great with the dogs and the price was right. Took about an hour. Im taking them there again tomorrow! Great place!
