So My experience with this place Was good they do a decent job and I Tip really well as I understand groomers have a hard job, mind you I pay $300+ for my two doodles every time (with tip) I call them to let them know 30 minutes before my appointment that I am running 10 minutes late, they say thank you and then call me back and let me know they will be charging me $15.00 for running late. I get it with timing but after 3 years the customer loyalty is shit! They just lost over $1,000+ a year in grooming from me for pulling this BS! There are better places that dont screw you like that for 10 minutes... Not going back and my fur babys will find a new groomer!

I called into schedule for my cavapoo haircut. The person answered the phone told me it will be total of $68 for everything included. My daughter and my husband dropped him off at a time scheduled. And the one they go pick him up they told us that the person booked him give us the wrong price. He should ve charged as a doodle, which is $85 but he s not even half size of a doodle. They told me behavior they charge $15 extra fee Upon check out. I was disappointed with the way this been handled. They should inform the customer that price upfront and if there will be any extra fees. Not at end of the pick up. They did end up wave the $15 fee. But still charged more than $90. Which originally booked for $68. Worst overall is how they handled it So unprofessionally.

I have always had large breed dogs. I adopted Barkley a little 10 year old terrier that had never been groomed before. Julia made him look so handsome. I watched as she groomed him. So patient and caring. I will absolutely be going back with Barkley!

They really followed what I had requested them to do and my golden retriever never looked so handsome. Never will I take my dog to Petsmart or Petco anymore where the groomers don t have patience with dogs. I highly recommend Pet Potential!

Pet Potential was great to accommodate me. I called them literally minutes after adopting guinea pigs, and as a first time guinea pig owner, I wanted to make sure their nails got cut the right way as I hadn t done this before. I was able to walk in and I was done within about 10 or so minutes. They were also super helpful with a few questions that I had.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this grooming establishment based on my recent experience. During my dog s first grooming session here, he developed minor irritation in the rear area, which was unusual compared to other groomers. We understand mistakes happen so we tried again. This time I gave explicit instructions with the front desk that his sanitary hair be left longer due previous irritation. However, the these problems appeared again much worse after the second groom. Immediately after leaning the store, I noticed my dog scooting, which prompted me to bathe his bum at home. To my dismay, after getting him out of the bathtub blood began to pool on my floors and bed due to an apparent nail cut too short a fact that was not communicated to me at pickup. In addition, my dog s backside/sanitary area displayed increasing irritation developing into scabs over the following few days. The condition was severe enough to require a cone to prevent further licking after the first 24 hours. When I contacted the groomer, I was advised to use flour and witch hazel, but these measures offered minimal relief. The lack of communication regarding the injuries and the inadequate response to the irritation leaves me deeply dissatisfied. I hope sharing this experience will assist others in making more informed decisions about their pets grooming needs.

I love their grooming. My dog had a horrible experience with a groomer. Since going to Pet Potential my dog is happy, treated well and the grooming is fabulous. I ve been using them for a year. Trust me it matters where you drop your pet off. The groomers are kind and do a fantastic job.

What I love about Pet Potential is that everything is transparent. You can watch how they are treating your pet, and see the job they are doing. The groomers have all been very friendly and super patient with my dogs, as well as accommodating for parents with dogs with anxiety. I highly recommend Pet Potential.

Tayler did an amazing job with my puppy! She really listened to what I was looking for as far as grooming style and she is so nice. My dog is only 5 months old and she made him feel very comfortable during his groom. It s hard to find a really good groomer these days, but Tayler is just that!

This is THE best place to get your dog groomed. They are people who love dogs and know how to handle them and do a great job!! My dog loves them here. Do not go to petco or petsmart, they do not have any experienced groomers who can handle energetic dogs.

Rachelle do my puppies cut/grooming. she quick to respond to answer all my questions, and concerns. When we walked in she (and the others) were super welcoming and called me and my puppy by name. Rachelle was super quick and efficient but did not lack any of the quality that I was expecting. The store was clean and there were no doggos there that looked scared/nervous/ or hurt. I could tell they all treat each dog like their own. They are also very accommodating for schedules and you cannot beat the price! I ve already got my next grooming on the books. The groomers are actually professional they know what they re doing. They have very good advice. They don t try to upcharge they don t do anything you don t want them to do and I feel very safe and confident my dog will be treated with love.

Great experience for my first time visiting! My bunny really needed a nail trim. I had been looking for a place that offered that service but I was not having much luck. I finally came across the Pet Potential website and I called. It was 6:45 pm on a Friday and they had me come right in! They were quick and made it look so simple!

Ive been groomer shopping for awhile...Finally I found my place to go and my groomer to use. Hannah G. took such good care of my GSD, she was even able to use the dremel on her nails, no one in 3 years has been able to do that. There prices were better than I have been previously paying. Great little shop to pick up treats or supplies. My dog has found her Forever Groomer!!

Christian did an amazing job! Our puppy walked away smelling and looking fresh. It took longer than I had expected (2 1/2 hrs) but overall it was a great experience and I would definitely go there again!

Moved here a year ago with our Golden Doodle. Tried 3 other highly recommended groomers and very disappointed with all of them. They gave lip service to our requests to avoid the poodle look. Hannah at Pet Potential listened and only shaved him where absolutely necessary. She was able to scissor cut him with a little bit longer hair everywhere else. Awesome job. Will not go anywhere else. I ve taken my dog to a lot of places for grooming and this one has more consistent quality outcomes than any other place. I know my dog is being treated well and always looks great after his appointment.

Book ASAP they are all so sweet there. My cavalier needed a total reset on her coat and ears and turned out incredible. Personally know one of the groomers (Julia )but everyone there seems so sweet and the fully groomed dogs looked amazing. Highly recommend.! Will go back.

I cannot be more grateful for the staff at Pet Potential! I took our very very anxious lab in for a nail trim and they treated him with such care and compassion. One lady cut his nails and another one literally sat and rubbed his back and told him how brave he was. I just appreciate the tenderness and patience this place treated our pup with during a time of high stress. Highly recommend!

Excellent Attention

I had them groom my mini Aussie and they hurt her. When I brought her home I noticed that the groomer had trimmed her belly and near her back side so close that she had blood near the opening where she urinates. They also hurt her back paws so that she can not put weight on them. They charged a lot more than what I had been charged at other places. I will be calling them to ask for a full refund. I will never take my dog there and I will never recommend them to anyone. No dog should ever be treated in this manner. It was nothing short of abuse of an innocent animal.

These guys are the best! Ive got a golden doodle and they do such a good job with him. They do it just the way I like it every time and keep notes so that if its someone new is doing him they know just how we like it.

I bring my dog here for nail grinds and the crew always does fantastic work!

Love love love Pet Potential! Not only are Kevin s cuts awesome but he loves going there! We took him to another place a couple times and he had all four legs dug in the ground trying not to go in. I don t know what they did but he was scared to death to go back. I ve never had any issues or problems with pet potential and if Kevin s loves going there, they must treat him really well!

I observe not only how they interact with my two dogs but also how the staff works with and treats other peoples pets while I am there. They are kind and gentle and great at what they do! We have had trouble finding the right groomer for our toy poodle for over a year now. He s older and has some health issues. Either no one will touch him or they would hurt him. Freddie with Pet Potential not only made us feel comfortable, but did a wonderful job with him and made him feel loved and safe. He looks so good! Highly recommend this place and highly recommend Freddie.

Grooming is incredible. Very patient and kind to our pet. The inventory in the store was terrible. One person said they had items coming in and another person said they were not getting any thing else in for inventory. What s up? Are they closing??

On top of that, I have experienced so much doodle shaming at other pet grooming places but I don t receive anything other than the utmost respect. Awesome experience! It was easy to get on the schedule, the groomers were personable and loved both my giant dogs . I did a deshedding on my lab, it looks like he lost 10lbs!

Well it defenitly was one for the books not only did they do a great job on our dogs haircut but they gave us the wrong dog and I had this odd suspicion cause the dog was to grey then called us when they realized their mistake and we went back to get our actual dog and the lady was worried and waiting for her dog. Friendly, professional, and so good with my little doggies! Freddie made sure to earn my dogs trust before she took them from me and was able to grind their nails. One of my dogs has protested in the past and sometimes doesnt allow anyone to do it. So I was so grateful that Freddie helped my dog feel safe and earned her trust.

I love these guys! So lucky to have found them. The groomers are always so extremely nice and care tremendously about providing the best experience for me snd my dog Phatty . They are always so welcoming and personable. If you are searching for a place for your pet I would highly recommended them. You can t go wrong.

We have taken our dogs here a few times and most times do a decent job. My wife had a terrible experience yesterday with the staff. My wife called and told them she would be about 10 min late and on the phone the office girls said not a problem and were nice. When my wife arrive to the store it was a different story. They were not very nice to her, gave her attitude and said we are charging you a $15 late fee since you made our groomer stand around waiting for you and now they have to stay late. (god forbid they have to stay 10 minutes past there mid day schedule) My wife was dropping off both of our dogs while taking care of a 4 year old and a 2 month old child. In my profession customer service is number one priority. You have a job because of the customers you have. Now if I would of seen a younger mom with two dogs, a 4 year old and a 2 month old child walk in I would naturally have an understanding of why she would be 10 min late and seem a little flustered in the moment. But instead these girls and the Manager that was talked to after the fact were more worried about collecting there $15 late fee. I understand rules are in place to be followed but a warning when my wife called would have been nice and even a one time pass of hey no worries on being late this time and we appreciate you letting us know, but next time we will have to enforce our policy of a $15 late fee. That late fee just cost them a customer for the fact of we will go else where being they are not the only dog groomer in town. I dont appreciate you lying to my wife through text stating her review was false and you never charged a late fee because my bank statement says different. I hope that $15 meant that much to you because that was the last dollar you will collect from us. Any future customer you better be on time or else!
