PetSmart Grooming in Riverton

Today was the very first time we brought our dog over here for bathing. She didn’t allow to clip her nails so the price was reduced accordingly which we appreciate so much. And thanks Roman for taking care of our over dramatic Shiba!

It was our puppies first grooming visit and he was treated like a king. Very caring service. Thank You!!!

This is where I take my dogs. They do a wonderful job grooming and brushing their teeth. My dogs are both extra large, and a lot of places won't take the larger dogs. They fid a great job on their nails, and both my dogs came home smelling wonderful!!

We were about 20min late to our grooming appointment and on the way to the shop, we got a phone call from the groomer saying we would be charged extra late fee, 15$. We took it because it literally was our fault that we were late. The groomer who was taking our dog, Maddy, was giving us attitude the entire time from the beginning and was really impatient with us. She was also the one talking on the phone with us. We understand maybe she was upset with our late arrival. After our dog got grooming, we noticed there was no such item related to late fee but “brushing 30min” on the receipt. We tried to confirm with cashiers (they were really nice and patient with us) and also tried to help us figure out what was going on. The other groomers were also trying to explain to us nicely but Maddy just stood by the side and said: “I said at least 15$ on the phone” with impatience and long face. We were confused and so we also called PetSamrt in other locations. They all said they actually don’t have such “late fee” policy and if customers are 30min late, they will just cancel the appointment straight and no cancel fee either. We just wonder if there is a late fee policy, why on the receipt it didn’t show anything related to late fee item but substituting with other service? Its that legit? We don’t mind being charged for the late fee because it was true that we were late, but we just hope to be charged with legit penalty. If you guys really have such late fee policy, could you please add this one on your website?!

Our little furry dude was one happy pup after his first visit to the groomers!! They were so kind, patient, and helpful during our first experience! We will definitely be back!

Has it changed? Yes! I used to love dining here, but my last visit left me wanting. The entertainment needs to be changed regularly to keep customers interested and the wait staff was not on top of things. I ordered Spicy Edamame for an appetizer and it never came to my table so I asked the waiter to remove it from my receipt. I got 1 drink refill my entire visit. And the rice has uncooked crunchy bits.

I have been taking my dogs here for grooming the last 4+ years. They always do a great job !
