I have 2 mini Schnauzer s Bubba and Susie Q. They are awful dogs for everyone but me. Bubba gets nervous and try s to bite. Susie gets vocal. This place is awesome. I m from out of town visiting and decided to get my 6 month old Cairn Terrier trimmed for the first time. They got me in the next day and she looks great. Back home I would have had to wait for weeks to get in. Guess that s the difference dealing with a place in a big town. Highly recommend them.

The cut was good, but I was charged $165.00 to trim a medium dog. They charged $40.00 more because he wiggled while being groomed. No other groomer has added a charge for wiggling. Imagine if the Dr charged $40.00 because your child wiggled or cried when getting vaccinated.

Easy to book and the groomers care about your animals as their own. Will definitely be taking my Weimer Reiner and Rottie pup back for regular grooms!

Worst experience ever. They dislocated my dogs leg while grooming and said nothing when I picked her up. She had to have surgery and they paid for none of it. If you care about your pets dont take them near this place.

Jen always takes care of my cats and is SO good with them! They are always more relaxed and calm when I pick them up (they HATE carriers) and I love it! Jen is the absolute BEST!

Took our golden doodle Galloran in for a summer haircut. Front desk, Jenn?, I believe was very nice and easy going. I think she s the one I made the phone appointment with and it was also a pleasant experience getting us in way faster than I imagined. Jessica, was his groomer, did amazing with him. Jessica asked what I d like at the beginning, went over everything - up front about any extra costs asking if I d like anything extra or not which I appreciated - was super friendly with great advice for an ear issue we have been managing. He looked awesome at pick up and was happy and not stressed in any way. Jessica pointed out a hot spot he had been having with suggestions on what to do, she was spot on since he s licked that paw for a while now and I had forgotten. Though I admit I haven t check around at pricing with other companies, and BBB was a bit higher than what I pay when I m visiting family out of state, I can safely say this is where I will bring my old guy to be groomed. That Jessica was so attuned to Galloran and he came out happy, smelling great and looking great does it for our family. The entire experience was A++. Thank you for taking great care of Galloran!!

Jen did a great job on my very matted 16 year old cat. She showed me the best way to position him to make combing him easier. She was gentle with him and he was clean and calm when I picked him up. Happy customer!

Took my 14 year old Siberian Husky here for a groom with shedding treatment, sanitary and nail trim. They do a wonderful job and are extremely friendly!! Would recommend for any dog or cat!! Amanda and Tab are amazing at what they do!!

Im giving a 5-star because the staff cares so much about the pets and customers, but I wish theyd put a diagonal step on the entrance because I kept misjudging it while holding the pet!

This place gets my pups paw of approval. The only downside to the new location is the groomer who was excellent with our Pyr is at the bountiful location now...boo. Groomers at the SLC location are still top notch and have earned the paw of approval from Ekko.

I appreciated scheduling service for my dog online. Also, if you know the staff sometimes you can select them. They have welcoming and knowledgeable staff. They are engaged with caring for the animals. I felt a loving presence for my dogs first time. I do wish that the services they provide which are many, had a description and pricing for each service so it was a hit and miss that I scheduled for but I was able to convey at the appt what I wanted done, so it worked out in the end. I will take my pet back to these good people

I ve taken two completely different dogs here now and they ve both received great services. My tiny, friendly, short-coated pup was new to the experience and Amanda helped him feel calm and confident through it all. My big, nervous double-coated girl (with WHITE fur what was I thinking?) has always been happy to be there too and they do great work getting her clean and stripped when the wiry part blows. The new location is roomy, clean, and much easier to get to.

Brought in our Aussie Shepherd, covered in burs and matted, picked up a beautiful princess dog! I thought it would take them 3 hours to clean her up and she was done in two! Also, the price felt fair and customer service was great! Kala was very scared going in, but did awesome and I am sure she feels a lot more comfortable! Highly recommend!

This was our first time using BBB and it will definitely not be our last. My Boston terrier is a scaredy cat and usually no one cuts his long back nail. Not only did they get all his nails done they took less than a hour for his whole groom. The front office staff was very kind but I also loved that the place is so clean. I also over heard a groomer talking with another customer and showing them different fur lengths for their long haired dog. They have two cats just hanging out on the counter, so cute!

Came in for a puppy cut on our toy poodle, the sanitary area was well done but the eyes were left a little long so the wonderful receptionist took him back twice to achieve the desired length there. Great customer service, just wish that it had been done correctly the first time. Will recommend, though, because they absolutely care about every animal that comes in.

Came in for a nail grind. Wonderful staff and the trim was done well. Kinda pricey, though.

I brought my cat in for a nail trim and Jen and the other groomers helping did a fantastic job! My cat gets very defensive when trying to touch his nails, so I ve struggled doing it myself. I even took him to a vet to get it done and the vet techs denied him due to his aggressiveness. I will be bringing him to Jen on a regular basis now!

Dont go here!! I took my dog in for grooming, which I had been doing regularly for the past few years...when he was finished they apparently tried to call and text me (using a phone number that was not mine). When they finally checked the account for the RIGHT number I went immediately and they charged me $15 for each hour that I had been late picking up my dog (even though I obviously didnt even know he was ready. Kayla was apparently the Manager and refused to take accountability for her mistake.

My golden boy hasn t been to a groomer once, and 3 years is kind of a long time to let that slide, forgive me! I believe Nicole took care of him today, and she did amazing! My anxious quarantine pup is tangle free and smelling like a show dog. And while he was certainly ready to come home when we picked him up, I could tell he was well taken care of that morning. This was not my first time here, as I had a senior dog I used to take. My old groomer isnt working there anymore but James did a phenomenal job with my new pup. He was patient, took his time and loved my baby while he jumped on him and was shy. He asked me what I was looking for, and did exactly that. He called me once he was almost done so I could make my way over. I wasnt expecting the price but I would pay it over and over because of the care my dog received.

I ve always had a good experience at BB&B, but today was EXCEPTIONAL!! James did a fantastic job with my skittish Schnauzer!

Our elderly cat had mats and Jen did a great job. Our cat had no cuts or injuries even though shaved pretty bare (except for her head and tail). Friendly atmosphere which I do appreciate. I would go back.

I took my dog Fox to get groomed for the first time with James at Brush Bath & Beyond and I will definitely be going back! Fox was a feral rescue and is very fearful and suspicious of strangers. His talon-like toenails are what finally drove me to get him professionally groomed, but I was nervous that it wouldn t be possible because of how difficult Fox can be to work with. However, James was super patient with him and gave him lots of kennel breaks between bath, brush and nail clip. What was supposed to be a 2 hour session turned out to be a 4 hour ordeal, but James was very kind and professional throughout and didn t hesitate to take the time needed. He even offered to have Fox come in for an additional brush and visits in between grooming sessions to get him additionally socialized to the grooming team and the space. Having a fearful dog has made me so grateful for folks who understand and accommodate Fox s needs - thank you for a great first grooming experience!

As someone who travels with my pups full time it can be really hard to find them groomers who will take them. They got me an appointment as soon as they could and treated me as well as any regular! Shout out to Llyod and the other awesome gal whose name I didnt catch (sorry!) for being so sweet with my babies! They smell and look great:)

Jen did a wonderful job with my longhair cat!! He had been matting a ton and poop was getting stuck to him. She got all the mats out, TONS of fur out, and cleaned up his bum. And he seems happier after his groom, not traumatized at all! I ll definitely be using Brush Bath and Beyond again for my kitty

Although the shop from the outside does not appear to be the best; once you get inside, it is a busy hopping place. Great place, brought my lil chihuahua (Mr scrappy) who is way over do with his long claws ouch!!! So done with him scratching me! He doesn t like other hoomans, however the staff did accommodate, I just pulled a sweatshirt over his head, one of the team members was able to access his long nails effortlessly! I have 2 small fluffy dogs and 1 big shepard and have taken them here several times. The groomers are very sweet and all seem to genuinely love dogs. The prices are very reasonable and my dogs come back shedding less and feeling like silk bunnies.

Jessica did a fantastic job with our Newfoundland/poodle mix. She took the time to understand what we wanted and executed flawlessly!

We were driving from Nevada and they were able to get us in quickly! They were very kind to our dog and made me feel comfortable leaving her there. Our dog is a giant schnauzer and gets groomed every 3 months.This was our first time there and it was the best grooming service she has had! I highly recommend!

Highly recommend their cat groomer. She used to work in their Bountiful office, but has since relocated to SLC. Seriously, we would follow her anywhere. My cat has long hair and she hates water, so whatever magic this place has on getting my cat washed, groomed while still being happy is well worth it for me. We have had other places injure our cat in an attempt to groom her, so I am glad we have a place that can groom her while being safe.

Cost of grooming has skyrocketted in general. Worth it here. Best grooming job of any place ive been other than TLC Grooming

Customer service is lacking, on the phone they introduce themselves, but I have no idea who received my baby (they were incredible!). My baby boy was well taken care of and the haircut and bath went great. I wasnt asked about allergies but whatever they used worked great for his skin. Easy to set up the appointment, quick turn around, I loved the experience and look forward to continue taking Taylor her! Edit; The new place brought a brand new experience, reception was top notch! We felt welcome, and well received. Taylor was treated like a baby, my precious little baby boy. Jessica took him in and did such a great job! Im excited to have her cut his hair again. Five out of five, easily, as much as I recommend Jessica, Id hate to see her booked up! Shes amazing!!

This was my husky-heeler mix s first time at a groomer. I was anxious because he hates the vet office and being handled there, so I wasn t sure how it was going to go. The team at brush bath and beyond went out of their way to make sure my dog felt cared for and had a positive experience, which made me feel so good leaving him. I was shocked at what a good mood he was in when I picked him up! Thank you guys for taking such good care of my baby.

Best groomer in SLC! The groomer took care to come out and greet us and go over what I wanted for my dogs cut. They were prompt and courteous. And prices were so reasonable for the quality of service! Will definitely be back!

I m SHOCKED on how amazing they left my mini poodles I was up front from the beginning and told them they did NOT like being groomed and assured me they would take great care of them regardless. James did an amazing job with our 6 month old puppy Waldo! Waldo is a Mini Aussie and tends to get, shall we say, wooly . James was so patient for our puppy s first ever grooming appointment. And the front desk staff was friendly and answered all of our questions for a first time visit! 10/10 paws (here are some before and after pictures!)

Jessica is such a gem & im so glad I found her to groom my little guy. She s attentive, very personal and she always teaches me. She takes time to explain to me her methods and makes sure I know exactly what I m asking for and what s best for my pup. Before I just got my mini poodle in with whoever, but now I see the value in going the distance and building a relationship with one groomer. We re sticking with Jessica at Brush, Bath & Beyond!

Brought my golden retriever here!! They did such an amazing job for a very fair price.

The people were friendly enough but when they say the specialize in all dog breeds and specifically say Cairn Terrier, I would expect my dog to actually look like a Cairn Terrier when he left. He hair was butchered, very uneven around his face. For $80 they were supposed to have bathed him as well which did not happen. Definitely wont be back.

We ve started going to brush bath and beyond back in August because we had issues with our old groomer and I m so glad we switched! My Honey has been there 3 times so far and James has been amazing always a great experience and my baby always comes back happy and looking good!

Brush Bath and Beyond in SLC provided exceptional care for my dog Gordon. Leo, the patient groomer, earned Gordons trust prior to taking him back to the grooming area making the experience comfortable and I highly recommend them for pet owners with those somewhat difficult to groom furry ones for gentile grooming services.

My baby, & love of my life, Stewart, is a Bichon-Pomeranian mix and has been going to Bree at Brush, Bath & Beyond since he was a puppy. He NEVER freaks out when I drop him off he s actually wagging his tail and can t wait to see Bree It melts my heart knowing that he s in the best care. Not to mention, his grooms are perfection! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!

Very impressed. First time going to a groomer, ever. They were very patient with me and answered any questions I had. My dog had a blast as well. Would very much suggest!

It s dirty and chaotic. The person on the phone was nice but the minute I walked in the door it didn t have a good vibe. The groomer was unfriendly and didn t seem interested in any details we had to share about our dogs. Our dogs left the establishment with clumps of other dogs hair, and only one dog s nails completely trimmed. Initially we were told to plan on 3-4 hours for the 2 dogs (which is pretty normal) but the groomer said she had a birthday party to get to and they d need to be picked up in 2 hours. Seems like the groomer didn t really have the time usually allotted for and was rushing through the services. We were told we could go back and have the nails done by the same groomer but why would I go back? I don t like to leave negative reviews but this was disappointing. The bandana and bow on the dogs were cute, but I don t plan on going back. Recently went to a different location for nails to be trimmed on my dog and didn t have any issues. Sorry but you need to step it up Bath, Brush and Beyond.

We had an ok first experience but booking the second experience was awful. I booked it with no confirmation at all. So I called for confirmation. Their voicemail said to text. I texted. No reply. Day of, they finally call me and say a bunch of you statements we cannot get ahold of you you booked it wrong you need to rebook it. Although I have unanswered voicemail and texts at this point. So I rebook right then via phone with the person that called me. 2 minutes later I get an email confirmation that states the booking couldn t be made and to call back. I call. No answer. I text. No answer. I respond to every text reminder and email from then on saying cancel, cancel, cancel. The day comes and they send me a message that I am being charged for not cancelling. Never again.

Our first experience at Bath Brush and Beyond was great. We called to set an appointment and the owner made time for Archie the same day. The owner herself was the one grooming Archie and it turned out great. There were no issues reported besides some nervousness. The second time, was a disaster. I have questions on how polarizing the experiences were. Archie had an appointment with a different groomer which I didn t think would be a problem given my first impression of the business. His groom was taking a little longer than anticipated so I called for an ETA where she told me he hasn t even been cut yet and it ll be 1 hour 30 minutes. I obviously asked why my dog wasn t cut yet and it s been 3.5hr. He NO issues with the dryer prior during his first appointment. We noticed a ton of cuts. I understand accidents and cuts happen but I expect to be notified of them at the end of the appointment as a quick heads up there was an accident.

It s a struggle to find a good spot that not only grooms cats, but does a superb job! Found this hidden gem about 4 months ago. They have taken such great care of my sweet tuxedo/lion cat (Stache) It s well worth the price and please don t forget to tip!! I watched these talented groomers in action and I m telling you, pet groomers don t get enough credit or praise for what they do! Above and beyond 5 stars!

Sierra has been grooming our high anxiety, and at times difficult, dog for years and has always done a fabulous job! We also bring our new dog to her and he does great as well! Both pups come home smelling great and looking fresh and I would not hesitate to recommend Sierra to anyone looking for a groomer.

10/10 experience!

They cut my dog s foot and weren t going to tell me. It was badly enough that I m still making sure there isn t blood getting tracked all over my home. Not to mention my poor little guy is obviously in pain. They were clearly not going to tell me they injured my dog. I noticed him in pain immediately when I saw him and had to ask what happened. They acted like they didn t know at first, and then after seeing his behavior told me he was cut. That is beyond unacceptable. I will need to be watching for infection and I wouldn t have known to do that if I hadn t been informed. Also his collar was put back on very tight. I wouldn t have noticed this if he hadn t been messing with it like it was bothering him. They gave him a truly ugly style, and charged $80 for the privilege. Easily his most expensive haircut in fourteen years and we re from Cali. Not sure what they re spending all that money on since the facility was an absolute dump. Unclean and poorly maintained with a shady parking situation.

I LOVE Sierra at Brush Bath and Beyond. She has been my dogs groomer for years and I wouldnt trust him with anyone else. She takes time to make sure she knows what you want, is gentle with your fur baby, and does a really great job.

I have taken my pups to Sierra for many years for grooming. Will follow her anywhere. She is caring and through. The staff at Brush Bath and Beyound are welcoming.

I was pleasantly surprised with how kind and professional the groomer was. I was able to meet her before I gave my lil pup for her first ever groom. Even though my pup was a handful, they never seemed frustrated or ready to give up. I knew they took it slow and only proceeded with what she w as comfortable with . I will definitely be coming back!

I can not say enough how great this place is. For over a year I have been turned down at multiple groomers for my sweet old dog. My mastiff has trouble with his hips and can t stand during an entire bath. Brush, bath and beyond took Zeus in with arms wide open and gave him the best treatment. It feels so nice to have found a groomer that I feel I can trust with my sweet boy.

I got an 11 month Bernedoodle who needed a good trim. I googled for great groomers near me, and this place had great ratings. When I called, Lloyd was so accommodating and professional. He got me in quickly. Bree was my dog Nike s groomer and was wonderful, helped me find his rabies record by calling his previous vet, and he looks adorable. I ve made his next appointment! Really nice people, and a professionally run business.

The shedless treatment is legit! I ve never seen Oatmeal more soft and happy!

I was worried because she had some matting on her belly due to her not letting us brush there but Jen made Lucy so comfortable and got her in tip top shape again. Nicole is the BEST groomer ever. She is SO skilled and does a show/professional job with northern breeds. I know this because I m every groomer s nightmare I m so specific about their grooming; I have two Samoyeds and would be terrified if their coats were damaged or cut, or if furminators were used on them. Nicole is wonderful. Both my dogs totally love her, the samoyed boy is completely obsessed with grooming since he started seeing Nicole. I told him yesterday that we were going to see Nicole today, and he was so happy he couldn t sleep!

What a great crew of groomers! We took in a dog that (allegedly) had trouble with being groomed in the past. Not only did Sierra make our little lady feel comfortable she looks better than ever, well be back for sure!

They love my dog and my dog is always happy when I pick him up. No BS at all. They are GREAT!! Best groomer I have ever been to. I have been to groomers out of state as well and nothing compares to Brush Bath and Beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I repeat HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The staff is super sweet and caring and they are very time efficient.

The customer service was awesome and they took great care of my cat with his grooming and hair matting. Super helpful and nice. Cierra was so great and we will be back!

I loved my experience here. From the moment I checked my pup in, to the moment we left I felt like Bantay was going cared for deeply. It was so fun to interact with the staff members and to hear them share stories of how well my pup did. They all seem to really care. Highly recommend. I just adopted my pup a week ago and am so glad to have found these wonderful groomers. I had big grandiose plans for his hair but am glad Nicole told it to me straight of what could be done. Seeing the matting they were able to take off carefully was insane! Anyways, totally recommend.
