Im giving it one star because if it were up to me I wouldnt give it anything. These people are not serious with the service they offer so if you plan to schedule an appointment you will have to keep an eye on your phone at all hours because they can notify you at 10 at night that they will change it or very early in the morning They already canceled it, haha these people are ridiculous, they expect you to confirm and cancel two days in advance but they cancel you without giving you time at all I recommend not to waste your time here These people are not serious about the service they offer. They ask you to cancel your appointment two days in advance, but they cancel without giving you any time. They are ridiculous. Dont waste your time here.

I left you a good review a while ago, but Ive been asking for an appointment for months and theyve simply postponed it. Today this person wrote to me and told me that he wasnt going to give me another appointment because my dog sheds a lot of hair and since they work in the garage at His house has limited space, so the other times I took my dog because he didnt tell me that, I wonder how now he has so many more clients he is excluding my dog because from the beginning he didnt tell me we dont accept huskies. Everyone knows that huskies vote a lot, so why didnt he tell me this from the beginning and block me, okay, do they discriminate against puppies too?

Our dog is a senior large breed. He is mix with Aussie and Labrador. You can imagine how hairy he is. When I picked him up he was gorgeous. The dog groomer heard exactly what our dog needed and he accomplished that.
