I normally dont write reviews. I only do when the place really impresses me or really bugged the snot out of me. You can guess what happened based off of my star review. I found this ramen bowl in the clearance section for $2.50! I love ramen so I was very excited. I took it up to the front to pay for it. The cashier said there is no way that it was $2.50, and then proceeded to try and peel the sticker off for about 2 minuets. This was after they already scanned it and it showed that it was indeed $2.50. After I sat there waiting for them to peel off the sticker, they finally did it and told me, This is actually $6.99.. I asked them why they peeled the sticker off, and they told me that there was no way it was $2.50. It was safe to say that I was very irritated at this. If they can decide that they want to change the price because they feel like it, I will not be shopping here anymore. I recommend to who ever is reading this to do the same.

Return policy is not comparable to other home store. Staff is under trained.

Walked in 6 min before closing to look for one very specific thing- a kids water bottle. I was greeted with Welcome, we close in 6 minutes. Ok- kind of aggressive but I understand. Spent the next 6 minutes hunting through an overcrowded, unbelievably messy store. Just as the woman on the PA finished the closing announcement I found the water bottles- finally- and began searching. At 9:30 EXACTLY a woman appeared beside me along and told me Hi, just so you know it s 9:30 we re closed. I began to ask if these were all their water bottles and she interrupted me again, I m sorry we re closed. and stood by me until I felt sooo uncomfortable. I said Wow, you guys are REALLY aggressive about getting people out of the store. Her response? Yeeeeahhhhh . Maybe next time we ask the customer if they need help finding anything. Trust me- I don t want to be in Homegoods at 9:30 at night either. And it s not easy to find things in a store that s messier than any other homegoods I ve been to. Naturally there were 6-8 workers chatting at the front of the store. Cool. So rude. Won t be back. This store is always in a state of chaos anyway.

I don t like leaving negative reviews. I don t do it very often. This is one of my favorite stores and I found several things I was excited to purchase today. If it hadn t been for the fact I really wanted to get these items, I would ve walked away from the register. I witnessed Trisha W. treat a different customer with disrespect before I was the next one she served. She was insistent that the product I was purchasing was not the price it was tagged, and upon checking it, she announced with frustration, well you re getting it for [the verified price on the tag] today. She then proceeded to stack my china with so much aggression I thought it would crack. While all this was happening, she was barking orders at and insulting other employees. Maybe she is a manager? It was embarrassing to witness. I know I can get these products at At Home, and their location is just as close. This is not the first time I ve had weird customer service here, but it s getting more uncomfortable to come here. I m definitely not about getting people fired, but honestly, I am the easiest customer on the planet to please. I m not asking for any extra privileges or special consideration! All I ask is that you don t break the products I am paying you for, and maybe don t cuss somebody else out while I m giving you money! (HomeGoods, this location could use a little TLC with the customer service training.)

This place is diverse and fun. Theres always things were looking for and other things we didnt know we needed until we walked the aisles.

Great prices on home miscellany with some odd and eclectic selections. Bedding, furniture, kitchen items. Decorative and organizational things galore. No major appliances. A poorly organized clutter filled store but the deals make the hunt worthwhile. Highly recommended.

Train your employees on cash handling! When I overpaid to get a $10 bill back, your employee was perplexed. Its pathetic!

I have a coffee bar in my house and get the majority of the flavored syrups here. This location has the best variety and stock of the Skinny Syrups around and they are cheaper than Amazon.

Honestly the store is great, though the aisles are unorganized. I am more aggravated with the customer service that I experienced! I had called several locations looking for a very high demand product. This location had one left in stock. I asked them to please hold the item (which they said they would for 2 hours). I drove half an hour to retrieve the item only to be met with confusion. The cashier had no items under my name and then called the manager. The manager told her employee that she watched another employee PUT IT BACK and that I needed to go look for the item on the shelf. No help was offered and my item was taken by another shopper. I am a bit frustrated with the whole situation and how it was dealt with.

Store seems to have a lot of product turnover, which is good in terms of moving product through your store. But the store seems to be messy as a result. Lots of items knocked on the floor, broken or missing pieces, and customers just seem to not care about how they treat the items on the shelves.

I like this place than the one in Farmington because it was cleaner and organized. Prices are still too high considering the quality of the items are like Ross.

They had just what I was looking for.

I came here on a Saturday night, it was a bit late, I thought the worker was in a bit of an annoyed mood because of the days work, but the girls name is Emily, she helped me return the goods with her great patience, and she was all smiles , her smile is so warm, she doesnt discriminate against me because I am Chinese and my English is not good, her patience and enthusiasm touched me very much, I am very grateful for her service, and also like this place honeygoods, because they are very friendly.

The store was messier than Ive ever seen a HomeGoods. The workers would push us out of the way so they could get past us, instead of politely asking us to move. The aisles were small, with clutter in the floor. Very disappointed with my experience.

Nice large store! I only gave it 4 stars because it was messy and disorganized. They have an entrance at the parking lot and an entrance inside of the shopping mall as well as restrooms located inside the store. They have a register at both store entrances as well for convenience. Today I was shopping for autumn decor and they had a good selection.

Love this store! You never know what you will find. They are always getting in new stuff! Great place to find decor, dog/cat products. Even dog treats! I always want to redecorate my house when I go here.

Incredibly bad customer service. This review is for this location only. Other Home Goods we have been to and it has been fine. Products are good. This locations employees seem not to care about customers. For example, my wife stood in a long line with three things. When she approached the next cashier, the cashier said, Youll have to wait. She turned and fixed a few items on the shelf behind her. After a couple of minutes, she turned back to my wife and said, Im off. My wife was confused and the cashier told her, Youll have to go to the back of the line. My wife was still confused and asked if she really had to go to the back, gesturing to the long line. The cashier said yes. She was loud. Everyone in line saw this happen and did nothing, which is another reason not to shop in this area. Another cashier came in a few seconds later to replace her. Nobody did anything as my wife was at the back of the line. She set her things down and left. We will not return to this location. I hope Home Goods can address this as they are normally a very reputable company whose brand is being tarnished by this location.

HomeGoods is great. They have so many nice things for your house and to decorate for the holidays! I love coming to the store to get ideas on holiday decor and everything else I need for my house.

You cant go wrong with Homegood finds. So many fun things to buy! My only complaint is the tight aisles and sometimes disorganized chaos.

The stores phone and website posted hours as opening at 9:30. The sign by the entrance states 8:00 am. We arrived at 9:25 am and waited until 10:00 am and they still weren t open. Very frustrating when you have other stops to make and a plan. Extremely inconsiderate of their customers.

This store is usually priced med/high on everything. However, the quality typically outlasts cheaper options available. Would recommend based solely on that, but as a bonus, its very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly as well.

Bought some patio furniture yesterday. When I went to pick it up they couldn t find it. I had the pink slip and receipt. They ended up selling them to someone else. They did reimburse me but I wish they would have looked and found me another set.

Home Goods is normally my favorite place to go. But today it had nothing I was going for Fourth of July decorations and there wasnt anything

I furnish a lot of homes and help style properties for people. I can always find what I m looking for at Home Goods. From faux plants, Knick knacks, wall art and bedding. It s a pretty great one stop shop for fabulous prices. I have found some pretty killer deals on furniture and serving ware. I love wandering through the store. Anyone could find something interesting in this store. Check it out!

Its HomeGoods. You never know what you will find if you go looking there. I always go straight to the cookware section. I once found a $300.00 Staub Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven for just less than $100.00 and I snapped it right up. I just purchased a set of Queen sized bed sheets and pillowcases as they were much cheaper than anywhere else. Good stuff, just cheaper. :^)

I usually visit the one in Tri cities Oregon. This 1 used to be a Dillards department store. Was OK, but not as good as the 1 I visit in Washington. Sadly, the restroom in this 1 is as nasty as the 1 in Washington. I find it disappointing and strange that such a high grade store does not take care of their bathrooms.

Stopped in today around 2. When I was ready to check out there was approximately 10 people in line and only one cashier. Finally someone called for extra help. I know everyone is short-handed, but that was a little ridiculous. I do love HomeGoods and I will be back, but only if I have enough time to wait 20 minutes in a line.

This store is great! It has tons of stuff not only for decor, but tons for your kitchen and every aspect of your house. The staff here is really nice as well! They are very helpful and welcoming.

I have lost my interest in Home Goods. But I find they have some cool art coming in. I wish I had taken a photo of the piece I found. Ill be back, just dont know for how much longer.

Christmas items were marked half off, found a green velvet runner with Christmas items embroidered onto it. Also found some bowls in that same isle. Got to the front and they said the bowls can be used year round so they arent on sale. I said okay, I will just get the table runner then. The cashier takes it to the other cashier as they discuss if it was considered a Christmas item. Said well technically it could be used year round too, so i dont think its considered Christmas. they had no idea and was all opinion based. There were multiples in the Christmas isle. It was 100% Christmas and no one would use that year round with Christmas characters on it. I was buying to use next year. I walked away. Terrible management, these girls are lost.
