I used to love and come here! But it has became a horrible experience the last few times visiting here. Staff are rude and ruin your shopping experience. The place is dirty and over expensive for what you are buying:( over all go to another marshalls in the area. This has been the biggest let down!

Didnt find what I wanted.

I typically do not leave reviews after shopping. The four stars are for Freda from my experience on, May 3rd. Freda was polite and professional. I would give Two other female employees zero stars due their laziness and apathy to customers waiting in line to check out. They were chatting together as one returned a shopping cart. Openly ignoring customers waiting in line. Freda assisted two customers before me, another directly behind me while other shoppers made their way toward checkout. The store was hot that day, i considered abandoning my purchases and leave. I watched as Freda patiently assisted customer after customer as the two other cashiers continued idling. Despite two other register lights on, Freda was the only person at a register. I typically shop online, however, i appreciate Marshalls unique inventory. The apathy of the two young women, intentionally ignoring waiting customers at the entrance doors was quite rude and unprofessional. Where was a supervisor or manager? I couldnt see either of their name tags clearly as i left. If it was their break, they showed poor judgement. Marshalls really deserves employees who care about their jobs and customer experience. *****FIVE STARS FOR FREDA*****

Great shoe collection for men and women. Similar to the other discount retailers that carry mid range apparel. I did notice that they had more of the higher end brands. I will be going back to this one and spending more time.

I love this particular store. They always have more than what I m looking for and it s always stocked. The line to checkout, is usually pretty quick. My only qualm is that I spend too much money. Every. Single. Time.

Store said they would place my items on hold until end of day but when I got there, all my items were put back way before the store closed. Super disappointed in the staff, showed no apathy. Store manager was very oh well about it

My favorite place to shop!!

The store looks great from the outside, but was disappointed with the inside. The floors looked like they hadnt been mopped in weeks and the overall appearance of the store was disappointing.

My wife and I are out trying to have a fun day, doing some shopping and whatnot. We like to look at clothing together, I like to give her encouragement and she likes to show off. Store employees threw quite a tantrum about us wanting to go in the fitting room together. I get it, mens and women s fitting rooms, but I have never been denied helping my wife try on clothing. They let gay men at Victoria s Secret hand clothing for the ladies to try on, but I can t see my wife in a dress at Marshall s. Lol, I m 2023, too. As I was looking at some heels to bring my wife to try on, an employee made a snarky comment are you looking for yourself with a disgusted, confused look. So what if I was? Either way, let us shop, this isn t Best Buy, we don t need help or want to talk. I will have to say though, the cashier was quite friendly.

New Sandy location that took over Barnes & Noble by the Sandy Target. Huge store with a great children s shoe selection. Only took 1 star off because of a few unprofessional employees. Didn t catch names but around 8:30pm on Nov 27, there were a few dark haired men in the changing room lobby area just throwing profanity at each other and these weren t guests, they were 100% employees. I saw some employees walk over to try and break up the situation but super unprofessional and they need to be fired. I wasn t the only guests that was walking around and heard it all. Basically 2-3 employees bashing and swearing at each other. Everyone else I encountered was great, just not those in the changing room. Anyways I will go back because of their selection of children shoes & everything! Glad to finally see it open!

I went in and they had a nice selection but no employees tried to help me. I stood at the registers for almost five minutes while the older woman up there ignored me and just kept boxing up whatever it was she was boxing up. So I left what I was going to buy there and walked out instead. Gave me enough time to not want it anymore.

Whenever I come here with my boyfriend we re watched and followed by at least one associate who pretends like they re busy but in reality they re following us around and it makes me uncomfortable as a customer

So dissatisfied and disappointed in MARSHALLS! I just yesterday bought a 3 piece comforter set and today I went to put it on my bed. It was missing the 2 shams and now I don t have matching pillow covers!!! So unprofessional of them to not inform shoppers if items in a set are missing! DO BETTER!

We bought toddler clothes and a new set of toe and finger nail clippers. They are very good!

Always has a huge selection of everything. Housewares to kids toys. The best part is evrything is usually the best prices in valley. The store is usually stead customers and is nicely organized. 2 floors to shop around in with both stairs access and elevators as well.

Why is there only ever one cashier and a line waiting when I come in here? I appreciate the deals I get, so I put up with it, but every time I think... Why? Why are there 8 employees wandering around the departments and one at a register?

This is another place that I visit and buy clothes, variety and good prices !! I recommend it, I really like it.

I was disappointed mostly in the prices of Marshalls and only because I can get the exact same items at Ross or Burlingtons for quite a bit cheaper, also this particular store is kind of a weird setup as far as layout goes.

Looks like they are changing it up. The inventory was really much lower than normal. Usually one of my favorite stores. Today was pretty uneventful.

Ive always wondered what this store looked like and had in store to buy. I thought it would honestly be bigger. Pricing is great, but selection of clothing is kinda small. They have really good stuff in the home department though.

I went here looking for sleep wear for my child. They had very little amount of clothing available and was not very organized. Will not return.

I remember when I first moved here I was blown away by there being a two-story Marshalls! Thats not a thing where Im from... however, somehow this store with more space always has the least amount of products (even pre-COVID) and their pricing seems higher than other Marshalls. I still love Marshalls in general, I just will probably never go to this location again unless I absolutely have to.
