Out of 24 check out lanes they only ever have one open and they always have the self check out closed.

This target really messed up family s pick up order tonight. 4 items were missing and one wrong item

Waited 20 min for help getting a computer and asked two employees for help one didn t know what they where doing the other was too busy to after that I went to Walmart to buy a computer

They lock everything up but only have 1 person with keys and he s busy in electronics the whole time. What a joke. Been waiting 15+ min just to get a freakin vacuum. What a joke.

A complete let down. They are always out of stock even when online says its not! Employees say everything is out already so if its not in the store/you cant find it, we are out. Cant tell if they purposely dont care about keeping their online store info accurate. Yet, this person also didnt even check the back/his handheld to make sure they did in fact, not have it. I know how their system works and the guy just said snide comments instead. Very unhelpful people at this location. The ice cream is all melted out of the mochi, open the mochi ice cream package before you buy!

No better or worse than any other Target. From product choices to marketing tactics to store conditions, I m sad to say it appears that Target is on the decline.

Don t expect 2 hours or less for pickup orders. Lately it s been taking 4+ hours and sometimes when I place an order at 4 pm it s still processing the next day. Makes it hard to plan

We went here a lot, and now Im ready to rate this establishment. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. A few items went missing and sometimes mixed up. Either two things happened. They dont care or its a mistake. 3 stars.

Shopping at Target is always nice - prices are a little high and I wish they had more selection of groceries.

This target never has anything in, when I do online ordering I constantly get my order canceled instead of them telling me they do not have it in stock and to check other stores . Apparently they are supposed to let me have that option but I never get it. It s pure laziness and they don t seem to care to do anything about it.

Very aggressive staff. Had an issue at check out and offered to put the item back to make it easier for him, and was rudely told to hold on and then told he would give us $5 off which was more then we would have gotten so we should be grateful, which was not the case at all.

If possible, I would avoid this location and go to other nearby options. Decided to stop by while traveling through Utah, and was shocked at how unkept and trashy this location was. I usually love Target, but this location resembled a Shopko during their final days in the worst way. Clothes and other items were thrown all over the place, and it seemed like over half the store inventory was out of stock. When using the restroom none of the soap dispensers had any soap and there was literal human waste smeared on the toilet seat and walls in one of the stalls. Its safe to say we will not be returning.

I would give a zero if I could. This store is a mess! So unorganized.

I feel really sorry for the employees here, and hated my experience shopping here this morning. Everywhere I went in the store I could hear a manager shouting into the radio giving the employees time deadlines to restock shelves. Everyone seemed super stressed and I couldn t get an employee to help open a case to purchase an expensive item because they were so focused on meeting this managers demands. I mentioned it to the cashier and agreed but looked really worried about someone seeing them say so.

Just waited 10 mins at the deli (was told somebody would be there to help me) after which I was informed that nobody was in the whole building that could cut meat so I couldn t get turkey or ham. I tried to check out with the two other things I needed but the single open line had 20+ people in it, all looking around like what is going on??? I just left my items and cart by the checkout area and walked out. This target just needs to die already and stop claiming to be a functioning store

Target couldn t help me spend money today because I had cash. They said I had to buy more to make it so I don t need change or wait 20 min for someone to go to a vault. Keep in mind this is a $50 for a $32.87 purchase. What the heck is going on with these businesses??

People who write bad reviews due to stores being messy dont get that CUSTOMERS makes the stores messy. Its obvious some people havent worked retail. get a life, Ive gone to this target multiple times and go what I needed and left! people think they are just so entitled to the prefect experience.

The worse target location ever! I ve been living in south Jordan for two years and this target every time I come in they never got produce or dairy, they are always behind and who ever the manager is should not be a manager cause obviously you don t know how to manage the store and to make sure that you are not behind with merchandise l. This target location should be closed permanently I ll vote for it in a heart beat!

I wish 0 stars was an option! Safe to say I will NEVER be returning to this Target. Have had way too many issues with receiving expired products. After reading other reviews online about this store it is a very common issue here. I thought that maybe the first time was just a fluke, turns out I was wrong. After placing different pick up orders I have been given WAY to many expired products. Not just food like produce or dairy with a shorter shelf life but just about every item you can imagine that has a long shelf life. Not just talking about different food products but things like vitamins as well. They were not just expired by a few days either, often months sometimes even a year. I have never had issues like this at other Target locations or other stores in general. When I would go into the store many products were busted or covered in dirt. This is simply unacceptable, do better Target.

Great customer service and very clean but unfortunately very poorly stocked. The light bulb shelves have been poorly stocked for months. If I have a specific shopping list, I usually go elsewhere to be sure Ill be able to get everything. Im not sure how management let it get this bad. I half suspect theyre planning on shutting down and thats why theyre not restocking.

I would not recommend this location at all. Rarely are things stocked and in addition, when items are stocked it s because the products are expired. Yesterday I went in to pick up some macaroni and cheese and found a whole row of expired boxes, dating all the way back to January 4th 2023. Completely unacceptable.

Grant in returns is the absolute best! So helpful, kind and friendly.

Waited over 10 minutes for an order pick up when the employee finally came out to the service desk just said sorry I was on the other side of the store. I don t think anyone is watching over the front end ever!

Absolute great customer service! I forgot some groceries in the store and the security guard ran all the way out to the parking lot to bring them to me.

They always only have one self checkout operating and two lines that are backed up. I ve had to leave carts since checkout takes forever

There s no such thing as a quick Target trip at this store. I ve never seen more than 3 actual check out lines open, and the self check outs on the electronics side are NEVER open. The other self check outs always have a line of 10+ people. If you re not going to staff things, at least invest in more self check outs so I don t need to wait 12 minutes to leave with my two items. Quicker to go to Walmart (with their like 20 self check outs) or to Smiths.

This sign was right above the formula I bought and they wouldn t honor the $20 gift card as noted I bought $120 worth of formula too

Dont buy an infant car seat here or any other baby safety products. I will admit, we made our first parenting mistake. We didnt save the receipt for a car seat that we had bought with cash that we had gotten from a baby shower. That was our mistake. I completely understand why they wouldnt return the car seat. Lesson learned. What we are upset about is they sold us a car seat that had been opened (from the bottom of the box so we didnt notice it) and it was missing stuff. The car seat didnt have any warranty/recall information, no instructions on how to install it and the seat had obviously been used. There was baby spit up all over the car seat. I would have been totally fine using the car seat from an open box if everything it was supposed to come with was in the box and if the seat wouldnt have been used. I just dont get how the employees dont feel like they need to check a product as important as a car seat, but then again this location has been going down hill for years. Definitely wont ever shop at any Target again. Im upset that they didnt care about my babys safety. There was no way we can guarantee that it is safe if heaven forbid we were to get into a car accident. We ended up going to the Super Walmart just on the other side of the freeway. Much much better experience because we got all the warranty/recall information, and the instructions on how to install the car seat in the actual box that the car seat came in. Also the walmart had many more options of car seats to choose from. So yeah for baby stuff, go to Walmart. Youll also save $20 on the exact same car seat.

There are 24 lanes to check out with and 3 are open there are lines at every open lane and self checkout. No one is there to help and those who are working the registrars are BEYOND slow.

Horrible its like the new Walmart.. There was not one checker available only self checkout and the lines were out of control... target must think we work for them too Not get back to work and run those registers like your paid to do What good does it do when you have 30 registers for your workers but not one single worker behind the register.. And all the zombies willingly go to self checkout and work for free

My daughter touched a cart and old lady Kristy or whatever TF her name is decided that she can shove and grab my daughter with force. Then denied it when I confronted her. So watch your kids cant even trust the employees.

No checkout lines open. Only self checkout with both sides of the store at least 20 minute waits. 3rd experience likes this at this location in the evening. Easier to go to Smiths, Harmon s or Walmart within 6 minutes distance for the time spent waiting to check myself out.

I have been shopping at this location for a few years now. There are so many amazing people who work here. They are always quick to greet my daughters and I, and to make sure we found everything we needed. Among the many employees who we have become acquainted with, 2 really stand out to us. Kristy and Jones. My daughters look forward to seeing Kristy and Jones and saying hi. They have gone above and beyond for us. We have many grocery stores that are closer to us, but we shop here so we can see our friends. They make us feel so welcome and I wanted to share that. Also a shout out to Felicia and Anita who are also some of our favorites. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience for us everytime we see you!

Target is the best

This is your typical big box target. The downside to this location is the customer service department is non existent. You cannot speak to a live person one the phone, you must go into the store and even then I found it impossible to find anyone who could help me.

Prices do not reflect correctly. Baby sheets $9.99 rang up $13.99, medicine listed $7.89 rang up $9.99. ONE cashier at NOON on Saturday, long self checkout lines with lots of workers standing around. Bathrooms filthy.

This target put me and my child in danger by selling expired meat. I purchased Oscar Meyer turkey breast on 4/4/23. I made a few sandwiches for my child and husband. Today 4/5/23 I made more sandwiches. However, I smelled something rancid so I looked at the expiration date which was 3/27/23! I am concerned about my child s health. This is so irresponsible of such a big corporation! This target is a complete mess. It s dirty, unorganized, which I looked past it, but now I was sold expired meat. My family ate meat that was 9 days expired!

I get it, places are understaffed, but come on!! Super long lines, one human cashier, lots of ridiculous people taking carts full of kids and stuff through self checkout and spending wayyy to long trying to figure out how to check out AND keep their children from destroying everything around them. No one at customer service. I saw three employees in the whole store. At this point Target should have called it a day

I called the pharmacy and I just wanted to ask how long it would take to fill up a prescription. I also wanted to ask if my insurance was already on file because I believe I ve been here once before. The lady basically said we don t have to tell you how long it ll take and straight hung up on me, what a savage move!

Super great electronics department! I ended up buying two phone chargers from the Walmart on Quarry Bend and neither worked. The staff weren t super helpful either. Finally decided to try this Target since it s very close to my house and I got a lot of help from one of the employees. He told me exactly where I could find the Apple iPhone chargers and even helped me pick out the right one that I needed. He checked to make sure it would work with my phone and even went into the back to grab me one with a longer cable. I will definitely be shopping here from now on for all my electronic needs. This is going to be long - if you dont want the details the summary is that you should never order pickup at this store cause they will choose the things that are opened or pre-used to give you. I bought a very expensive set of headphones that were a little bit of a stretch for me through the app because they were on sale. I had a little bit of Rewards to use on them so I did and chose drive up. When I got them they were not shrink wrapped and appeared to have been opened... since the app wanted me to sign for it I looked inside the packaging to make sure everything was there and the headphones were covered with some sort of dried sticky substance and were obviously used. I did not pay that much for headphones to get sticky used ones but the drive up girl told me I would have to talk to the person inside. Inside they told me that they did not know what happened and that it was not their fault and that all they could do for me was process it as a return since they do not do exchanges. They were not on sale in store... at first he was telling me that they could not price match, then went back on that and said they could. But I still ended up paying more because the rewards are just lost now... he said they might show back up in the app in 3 days but probably not. The rewards were not much but that is not the point. The point is that I had to pay more, and was made to feel like I was the problem, because I would not just be happy with the used sticky headphones that store chose to give me... that it was not their fault they gave me open ones... I have had this happen before at this store, where they tried to give me items that were obviously used and open. I am done with Target, but I am just one person that they obviously couldnt care less about, but they probably wont care what you get either so dont get anything through drive up that you would care about having been opened and used before. Just a warning from me to you.

Target is an amazing place to shop for almost everything you need! We were looking for a carpet cleaner and left with a whole bunch of of clothes, food & home goods!!! Love you Target!!

Super target.

Meh; this location use to be awesome in many ways, but with time it s dwindled in areas. I don t believe it s one persons fault, it s just the direction of the world and where we are headed that s to blame. Understaffed I m sure because the workers can t make an actual living wage, hours are crazy, maybe lack of support? I don t know but it s definitely not the same as it once was years ago.

Basic shopping trip, couldnt find an item and no employees knew where it was. Pharmacist didnt know what mct oil was. Kind of odd.

He then accused my mom that she was bullying him and making fun of his disability which we were NOT, (my sister has cerebral palsy) his name is Micheal and he works at checks out at station 19.

Excellent product and location, however, terrible service! 24 registers closed. 2 very long self serve lines. At Guest Services there was only one guest being helped. When I asked to be helped to checked out, I was told no. They didnt serve this guest. Also when buying groceries for a large family the self checkout is extemely inconvienent.

First time at this target! Its huge and seems organized, the makeup section was a little messy but things were easy to find. Overall, it was a good target and I would go back

Love this store for the variety of merchandise available. It is possible to get really good values if you shop wisely(use the app and available offers). A very enjoyable place to go exploring! My little grandson loves to take his mini Target cart with us.

I went to this location to buy something to BBQ today. Hardly any meat! I found that bizarre since they advertised great prices for what I was looking for. Ill never go back.

Every other target was super quick with order pick up. Except this one. Went to pick up for my wife and there was only one person that was over the exchanges and pickup. Also got a lot of weird looks from one of the workers, (blonde buzzed hair, baggy pants).

A terrible store; they try to staff the entire thing with 2 employees all the time. So you have to check yourself out even with a full grocery load after waiting in 20 minutes self checkout lines

Is this store closing? We went in about a week ago to get a few things and most of the shelves were empty. The meat coolers were turned off and empty. We needed batteries and despite finding at least two displays, they were empty too. The clothing sections were really messy with things on the floor. Targets are usually pretty fun to shop in but this was weirdly quiet and sad.

Target Indoor Starbucks, groceries, clothes, shoes, household items, and decor. We expect to find it all here lol

Im literally at this Target multiple times a week. Today the girl working tbe self checkout on the north side, wasnt the nicest. I was done checking out and she said sometime like, did we already scan that? Referring to a comforter I already scanned. Im not going to steal a $45 dollar comforter from Target. Kinda made me feel like a POS. Do better. Thanks.

There was only one 3. Gecjers working and self check out was closed. The lines were terrible so I just left my stuff in the basket and walked out.

They mostly had what my daughter and I had needed. We were visiting from out of town, and we needed a few things to get us by for the week. The shoe aisle was a mess, though, so I didnt even bother looking for my shoes here at this location.

Absolutely ridiculous, the lady doing my return refunded the wrong person I called customer service and they said they can t refund me because money was already returned it s a joke these people. Maybe if they didn t hire bratty snotty teenagers mistakes wouldn t happen.

Big store lots to offer for any of your needs. Clean and easy to navigate . Staff is friendly amd professional .

This target location is great. It is well maintained. The lines can sometimes take a while to get through but that s alright. The employees seem very helpful. The location and hours of operation are convenient and the parking lot is never full.

Best stock of clothing. They have less trendy clothing and more options for casual and work adult clothing.

Kiss my @ss target, never come here. Just needed a reminder why I shouldnt. 1 checker having a panic attack because she cant get a single associate or manager to answer her calls for help. Its just sad to see what has become of normal customer service. Its almost non-existent compared to what it used to be.

Went in looking for Roblox gcs and they helped me. The cashier checking me out showed me how I could save $30 more dollars by only spending $60. So I made another purchase. Thats great customer service.

The hours are very great at this location. Be aware they are low on staffing and basically only have three self checkout lanes open so there is often a wait.

BRING BACK CASHIERS. At any time of the day there is a forever long line for the self check out kiosks. There are 12 empty and un-staffed check out stations.

This is the worst target I have ever seen. No one is ever working. The lines for order pick up and returns take forever and it is dead quiet in there.

Came in with a budget to buy a webcam. I found it for $80 on the shelf, had room in the budget so I grabbed some cards. I made my purchase in the electronics area and on my way out I look at my receipt and see the webcam is $120. Now having overspent I go to the returns just to return the cards. They don t let me return the cards due to it being a non returnable item and they refuse to honor the advertised price on the shelf. That was 35 minute process and they didn t care to help at all.

25 checkout lanes and I ve never seen more then two open. I ve been in line for 45 min on a slow day. Store management is a joke

THIS TARGET HAS FALLEN! They do not care about your time. The people working in clothes department sit around in a circle gossiping while you wait 30 min for self checkout. They dont care about pulling people form other departments to help the line crisis. They just dont care anymore. GO TO WALMART i never thought Id say that ever but here I am. Go to Walmart youll be much happier when you leave and wont sit in your car writing bad reviews lol PS all these guides leaving 5 star reviews must be paid employees

I ve been to many Targets. This store in Sandy UT is a disaster. No carts, clothes, bedding, etc covered the floor. I ll never shop here again.

i ve like never written a review before but it was PACKED the day i went i was expecting it and stuff like that doesn t bother me but i waited in line to checkout, i ended up changing my mind on an item, i get it can be stressful around the holidays, BUT! the older woman Kathy was super rude??? like i said i changed my mind and asked if i could not get this item and the lady rolled her eyes and was like yeah sure and just continued to huff and puff. continue to throw the item on the register crazy please don t stay at a customer service job if you literally can t be kind to people, leave your job if you re going to be that way.

Hire more employees. Check out has had a five to ten minute line every single time I have come for the past several months. This photo was taken at noon on a Monday.

Every time weve come to this target it will say things are in stock but when we go to the spot it says the item is on the shelf it isnt there. This last time we asked an employee for help and they said they knew how to find it but didnt know exactly where it was so we should talk to his coworker. When he brought us over to his coworker and said the guy told us to talk to him he nodded then completely ignored us for 10 minutes before turning around and finally telling us he couldnt help us. I understand things get hectic but this experience was just horrendous. If you need to shop at target I would highly recommend taking the extra time to go to literally any other location.

I love Target. I have the red card and only the 5% off my purchases. I also really enjoy the options online too. I default to Target before Amazon!

Self checkout reminds me why I spend so much money at Amazon

Its a Saturday just before noon, two registers are open and three self-checkout are open and there are lines wrapped in opposite directions for each. Hire more people and open another register. I personally HATE waiting in line longer than I spent actuall shopping.

Target has turned into Walmart with the wait lines at checkout.

What is the hype with target? I don t get it. Everything is ugly and over priced. Employees are rude and seem racist. I complained to a manager before and they said they would send a $10 gift card for her attitude and never received it. It wasn t even a heated argument or a scene . An employee called her over to help with a question and she was already annoyed, answered snotty and walked away as I was asking an additional question. Even the lady at returns said sorry about that.

I made a purchase at 10:16 on 2/23/22 and just got home and noticed that a swimsuit that I purchased is not in my bags with all my other purchases call 10 times and have not gotten an answer and I live all the way in magna all I wanted was to do my shopping before coming home and then this and no answer worst customer service would not recommend this target

The staff here goes above and beyond to help every time I can t find something or where something is. There s always someone close by to ask and they do it with a great attitude and are so friendly. Definitely worth shopping here!

I ve had a mixed bag of experiences with this Target. They seem to have a good selection but depending on what time I go the service is either really good or completely non existent. So they seem to struggle with the drive up service most stores have perfected it since COVID but this store seems to not considered a priority at all!

Do not use the drive up at this location if you want to have all of your order!!!! Insane! Have had missing items in almost every order. Will NOT ago back even though it the most convenient location for me!

Decent location, with one major flaw. This location is one with the AT&T workers trying to get you to sign up, circling around the tech department like sharks. I tried to avoid them, I just wanted to look at books. But no, both AT&T people tried to sell to me. It makes the store less welcoming and makes me want to shop here less. The only reason I gave it an extra star is because an employee named Abby helped me find a good conditioner. Thanks Abby!

I placed a drive up order at 7:21pm. My husband got off early and got there at 8p and asked if he can just grab the 3 items I ordered. They said no it takes 2 hours! (Very ridiculous) I usually order from Taylorsville location where I never had this problem and the order is ready within a half hour to an hour. As we speak it is 9:40p it still isnt ready for pick up. Its 3 items!!!!!!It takes 2 hours to bag 3 items?????I get better customer service at walmart....and I loathe Walmart. I will never shop, pick up, drive up to this place again. I will pay more in gas to drive to another target with better customer service!

Today I got to Target within 30 minutes of opening to pick up my drive up order that had been ready since last night. Waited 20 MINUTES for someone to come. Called guest services several times & no answer. This should be a convenient process, but it was not.

They had 2 of the 24 lanes open on a Saturday, both the lines are so long they re wrapped around into the aisle and a bunch of employees are just on there phones hanging out. Super frustrating when you re in a rush

They have a large selection of inventory and great fashions on display. I walked the entire store twice looking for puzzles (limited selection) and home schooling supplies. Their selection of home schooling was non existent. The staff was somewhat helpful on occasion but two staff members in the aisles responded with Im not sure, maybe... ideas for where else I might look. The rest rooms were clean, and they seemed to be putting me inventory out. A fair enough experience.

This is THE WORST Target I ve ever been to! There was trash, clothes, hangers all over the floor. I ve never seen a Target this disorganized! Nothing was in its place and display tables were knocked completely on the floor. I thought I was at Walmart!

Ordered 3 storage bins online on 6/2 for pick up on 6/3. I get to target and wait for 30 mintues just to be told they could not find my order. Will never order from this store again.

This place is very unorganized and items were everywhere. When going through aisles you would see clothing on the ground. It was also hard to find certain items, such as shirts and feminine products. Continuing it was very hard to find staff members to help. The prices are way to exaggerated as well.

This target is a literal junk heap. I m talking multiple piles of unfolded clothes all over the floor, clothes piled on top of hanger racks. Things strewn about. It made me so claustrophobic, anxious, revolted that I spent a grand total of 5 min in the store before I couldn t handle it. I went two stores down to Old Navy where they seem to have a much better handle on how to run a clean store.

Thought I was at ross by the way the store looked.

This place is a disaster. Every department needed desperate clean up. Lots of items that were in stock online were no where to be found.

The Sandy Target sure has gone downhill!!! I think we saw a total of 7 employees there, and 3 of them were talking in the front..

Update: This location constantly looks to be under a state of disrepair and neglect. Shelves and softlines are trashed and never recovered. It is increasingly hard to find any team members on the floor to assist guests. In comparison, the local Walmart is able to run a larger store and somehow keep it cleaner and in-stock. What is going on at a management level?

Looks like a post apocalypse with how disorganized, messy, and dirty everything is. It feels severely neglected and not on brand with other Targets. I don t know if it s under staffed or bad management, but if I can drive to any other Target I do.

I waited 20 minutes in the parking lot before work, for my drive up order. I had to leave without my order..needless to say I was extremely irritated.

I went into Starbucks today and forgot to get a receipt, I went to Costumer Service of Target to get a copy since Starbucks didn t have the capability to reprint one. The manager of Target, Stephanie, came out and asked me what happened. She listened to my concern, went into the back and came out with the copy of the receipt! She is amazing!! Great costumer service by Stephanie! Thank youuu!!

Unbelievable!! I ve never seen a store quite like this one! What s going on at the Sandy Target? I felt like I was in the middle of a rummage sale. I turned around and left without even considering purchasing anything. Unfortunately this store doesn t even deserve a 1 star rating.

Not sure what happened to this store but it s the worst target I ve been to. There s a mess in every department. You can t even push your cart through several aisles. Whoever is managing this store needs to do some serious clean up before people stop shopping there. Personally I ll be going to another store until this one gets it together.

This target is terrible. Everything is just thrown all over the place. All of the clothes are just in piles that you have to dig through to find anything. Ive been a couple times now and it has never gotten better.

I needed clothes and im sort of picky so I took like the whole store with me into the fitting rooms and the worker named lilly/Lily was so sweet and helped me so much such a kind girl Im glad that people take pride in there work like Lily/Lilly does! Love her so much she deserves a bonus or pay raise! She was such a lifesaver! Some workers can be so mean and I have worked in retail and its hard work to stay positive all the time!!!!

This location was an absolute mess. The womens athletic clothing was not organized. There was leggings on the floor, thrown over the racks, and zero rhyme or reason to where clothes were, not grouped together, nothing. The women s clothing area in general was disappointing. There was bags and accessories on the ground, the shelves were a mess. The Home decor isles were disorganized. Again there was product in the floors and on shelves where it didn t belong. And don t get me started on the baby clothes area. Zero organization to anything most of the product was on the floor or flung over the top of the rack. I ve always loved Target and appreciated the cleanliness and organization that the store usually have. This store did not represent that at all. It was just a mess overall. I couldn t wait to leave. I now drive the extra 10 minutes to a different location because this one is so frustrating and disappointing at how messy it is.

I rarely shop @ Target because their prices are much too high, they have a bad selection & can t use my prepaid debit card.

the last 3 times ive tried to do shipt delivery with target of course you can only order what they say is in stock.... problem is 75% of what i ordered is never available. i feel so bad for my shipt shoppers because they have the hardest time finding things. please update your stock so shoppers know what they can really get. its been super frustrating!!

This is the worst Target in Utah, the store is always a mess and three times now when I have ordered online and it says ready to pick up I get there and they say they were our of X or Y every time, its just unacceptable, they clearly have incompetent management at this location.

I went to the Sandy UT location.Target has a best selection and style in maternity clothes. I picked out about 40 items- went to the fitting room and there wasnt anyone there. No signs asking to wait. No sign saying carts werent allowed in rooms and because I had so many things I did take the cart into the room and because the rooms are so large I figured this was normal. I went out of my way to hang back up the clothes so it was easy for them to put things away. I needed different sizes for a few items and asked the girl if she could help me find them. She instantly barked at me to bring all items and cart out of the stall, okay no problem but I still needed help finding these items. I asked her and she just said nastly said they would be in the same place I got it from...okay -so I asked could you look on your machine to see if your store does have it in stocks? She said she didnt have one and I could wait for someone but said again they will all be in the maternity section... I dont work here, I know they would have better luck finding something than I would and they would not help. Her tone of voice was repelling. I understand it looks suspicious buying so many clothes, go ahead watch me, follow me, hell ask to check my purse if you want but Im innocent till proven guilty -so help me find and buy! I did not deserve that and they didnt deserve my money. I tried to call and talk to someone and it just rang and rang. Dont stop shopping here but next time your in the dressing room I ask you to leave a mess.

Terrible company they dont train you and if your family get sick on a day they fire you. Not professional at all, they have cashiers sitting while ringing you out. They have same employee supposedly train you but lets just be honest how can they train you sitting in there butts.

Well, I have had few unpleasant situations at this store before, but after today, when I returned two items and the cashier made the return only for one (my fault of course I did not look on the receipt right away), I m rating a star for this store

Depending on what time I pull up to the drive-up, I like that I can get in and out pretty quickly & the employees are always so nice & professional.

The check out employee want very active, just stood there and didn t say a word. Normally they are great but very disappointed in his service. Also, isles weren t very organized

I can always find what I need

Drive up is the slowest target in the valley. I usually hit other targets closer to me but occasionally they don t have what I need so come to sandy. The last few times I ve waited over 30 minutes with no one in sight. No other cars around. One time I ended up having to take my 4 yr old in to use the restroom while waiting and there over 5 Target workers just standing around. After we got back out to our car, the guy who brought our order out was one of the employees that we had just seen inside standing around chatting before we went in and after we came out of the bathroom. Shows a major lack of management involvement or care after seeing previous reviews about this store. Pick a different target. Especially if you don t have 30 minutes to wait for your drive up order.

I love this Target! I have zero clue what the reviews complaining about messy aisles & disorganized store are? The reviews have pictures. I havent witnessed this at this location. I do notice a lot of parents that have multiple crying kids with them at this location. Ive witnessed parents making disasters of clothes. Parents talking on their cell phones. NOT minding their kids. I have kids, I understand kids cry. Why wont parents set a better example of behaving in stores. That complaint has zero to do with Target. Its a big store, big aisles, friendly employees, that seem to be working hard. Great selection of organized clothes has been my experience. Quick pick up orders. Staff is helpful if I have a question. Customer service desk is always busy and runs smoothly.

This store is one of the best in the Sandy area. Well light, aisles are wide and items are categorized appropriately. Employees are helpful and available. There is lots of parking and the store is very clean.

It would be great if Target had more than one checkout lane open. For a store this big, that is pretty ridiculous.

Target bakery hit it out of the park with my son s birthday cake. They didn t have an official Avatar cake but the girl was very helpful in helping me create a custom cake. She did a beautiful job and such a great price almost too low of a price for the high quality I got. Very happy and I will continue ordering birthday cakes from here. 10/10

Not a single open actual cashier and one of 8 self checkouts down... not okay

This is one of the worst Target locations I ve been to in a while. I went there because my local one is so busy and the selection is picked-over, but nothing compared to this one! I found one thing on my list. One. And it would have been less money on Amazon, delivered to my door. Tons of employees, who were dusting and stocking the extremely-bare shelves, or just walking around, though.

Hire more reliable ppl that will answer the phone!

I have tried to give this Target location the benefit of the doubt, but it s obvious this store is not going to improve anytime soon. Order pick up- Either I have missing items or I end up with someone else s order. Two hour pickup time- Let them know you re on the way via the app and still wait 20 plus minutes once you get there. This has happened repeatedly. Can t place an order because the fridges/ freezers are full. Don t advertise the two hour pickup if you can t handle the volume. Get more help and pay your people more.

The polite person, and fast. The Manager came out to see if I needed help, while they gathered my order.

Easy purchase

I am heavily disappointed in the lack of enforcement on masks here. There were a lot of people not wearing masks and target employees did not care and did not enforce THEIR OWN RULE. I hope that you guys take the order that s still In place seriously. There are people out there who are high risk. Don t be so selfish and follow the rule that s been posted.

10 years ago my father told my mother that he was going to go get some groceries at this location. To this day my father still hasnt returned. It doesnt take 10 years to get bread and milk.

Inconsistency in its own policies regarding street dated items. E.g. selling items before the street date and then telling others said item cannot be sold.

Everything was great. I found everything I needed. The staff and checkout person was so nice. I really think she is fantastic. So friendly it was refreshing.

Love shopping at Target sometimes items can be pricey. Still love it just wait for it to go on sale.

Curbside services are fantastic. The staff is always incredibly courteous and helpful.

If going school shopping for 2021, dont bother, sold out of nearly every item, only a couple sizes if they carried it, shelves were a mess. Not a place to go for school clothes this year unfortunately. Oh same on shoes too.

Great staff at this location. This one usually has items in stock even when the other locations in the area are out of the same item.

Terrible customer service.

As Targets go, and the departments I frequent - clothing, this store is messy. The clothes Tables are not tidy. I like a table with nice folded piles, to make finding the size I need faster. Better than other stores, but not great.

I am an avid target shopper. This store is by far the worst store I ve ever been in. First off the women s restroom was horrific no toilet paper to be found anywhere and the toilets were gag worthy. Now for the clothing department. Shelves were empty and what they had it looked like it hadn t been folded and fixed in weeks. Don t get me started on the shoe department. It s sad when other target store associates call the Sandy Target Store the store from hell. Everyone is aware of how horrible this location is. The GM needs to read Extreme Ownership and make big changes because this store is making Target look real bad!

I came in for specific jeans. Levi 541s jet black. No one else has them not even Levis online for the jet black color I needed. The internet said there were 3 of the size I needed at the South Towne location. Its like finding a needle in a haystack. The 541s didnt have a sign were they were. I asked an associate for help and her name was HEATHER. She was absolutely amazing. She dropped everything she was doing and hunted 2 down for me. We even checked the womens dept at one point to see if they got mixed in and they are mens jeans. She was not only helpful but intelligent in her search. She thought outside the box and after maybe 7 minutes she found them. It wasnt easy and she was awesome. The way that she speaks to customers is pleasant and the way that she thinks outside the box is awesome. To look in other stacks of the same color in case they got mixed in. One pair she found in one spot and she found a second pair in another spot. I was in and out of Target in 15 minutes spending over $100 on Levis that I needed for work. Buy her an ice cream... With sprinkles because sprinkles are for winners.

Michael was the sweetest human!! I live a half hour away and would make the trip again for the customer service. Very kind. The store seems to be managed well and is very clean!

Their pharmacy computers were down all day and they turned us away even though we had an appointment. Didnt bother to email or text us beforehand to save us a trip out there, just let us show up without being able to help us

Extremely poor customer service at the South Town Target location. 10130 S State St. Sandy UT, 84070. Manager is unresponsive to associate and customer needs and associate was clueless.

Our cashier, Mariah, was SO friendly and helpful. During the holidays, I have often found many retail employees to be unfriendly - even downright grumpy. Mariah smiled, greeted us and asked if we found everything we needed, helped me when I had forgotten my Red Card and was just genuinely overall happy. She provided great service and I left Target with a smile. Thank you to Mariah for making our experience a great one. We live in Tooele but will drive to the Sandy Target from now on.

Incredibly nice employees! Great items to buy! There were so many employees constantly cleaning or putting away items. Felt like a safe place. One girl (long, brown hair) helped me look all over the store after I dropped an item I needed, which was the last one in stock. Everybody else was very nice with a great attitude.

Preston in electronics was super helpful and friendly today when my daughters macbook needed a new charger. He spoke with me over the phone and invited me down to help us and was awesome, knowledgeable, professional and polite. He deserves kudos for his exceptional service.

Target is clean and organized. The shelves are typically well stocked with quality products. The prices are amazing even though quality is higher than competitors. They carry unique, fun finds, too.

I have called multiple times to ask a simple question and it rings for about 5 minutes and then hangs up on you. No one answers and I live an hour and a half away so have to drive there to get my questions answered. Ridiculous.

Why will you not answer your phone? Calling in for a simple question, coming from Orem. 1 hour drive completely wasted. Could have been solved if you would pick up your phone. Call three separate times, tried different variations of numbers to talk to different departments... Got disconnected each time.

Large well stocked and laid out grocery store section. Very helpful staff, however prices seemed a little higher then the Smiths Grocery (Kroger) store where I usually shop.

I went there in the morning of 12/21, I was hoping to get the Xbox Series X. I ve been trying to get this for my nephew for weeks now and this location was the first I ve seen that had it. The website indicated that they had a limited quantity, and that it was not eligible for pickup or drive up. When I went into the store there was sign that said you had to do an online order and pickup (online said it wasn t eligible). This was confusing to me so I asked the two ladies at the electronic section (one had a brown ponytail and the other had shorter curly hair). They were not helpful at all and could not help explain the confusion, they continually bounced back from having to order online to being out of stock (both conflict with what the website indicated). Being unable to get the Xbox series x I went and grabbed a few groceries, and as I was at the self checkout, the two ladies from the electronic section were walking by complaining about my request for help while also insulting and imitating me. I told them I could show them again what the website showed, and they giggled and walked off. Never before have I felt so disrespected by simply asking for clarification. I would not recommend this location, as it is clear that the staff are unhelpful and disrespectful.

I came to this Target for an item that was out of stock at my local store and was so impressed. The store was clean and well stocked. The staff was happy and friendly. The greeter saw me coming in carrying my son and pulled a cart out for me and even made sure the buckle was undone on the child seat for me. There was quick service for help at the self check outs and each employee I interacted with went above and beyond.

Overall a pretty good Target as far as Targets come, however I once did have a man tell me while shopping for storage containers that I should become a wrestler.
