I love taking our dog to Camp Bow Wow Sandy. Staff are friendly and love animals. Facility is clean and safe.

Our Great Dane is always happy to visit.. The dogs are well supervised and are kept safe.

We feel our dogs are safe at camp bow wow. I love the web cams that allow us to see our dogs while we are gone.

Camp bow wow is a great place that takes outstanding care of Ellie.

This location has a high turnover rate because of the lack of preparation employees have for the job role. There are consistent issues that are so bad I was told to quit by multiple people including the manager. Someone also told me to be prepared for dogs to pass away on my shift?? Ive never had such high anxiety working anywhere in my entire life, its great for the dogs but I wouldnt reccomend working here. They dont cut checks on time for quitting employees and lie about the pay rate theyll give you on hire. Also, please bear in mind this is the ONLY Camp BowWow franchisee that I have gotten consistently good news about when it comes to dogs!! I saw them perform dog safety checks without flaw! Prioritize meds for dogs who need them on the dot and providing essential information about dogs during shift changes. I wouldnt be more confident leaving my dogs anywhere else!

My pup and I love the team and we have been going here practically since they opened. My dog knows as soon as we pull into the parking lot that he is going to have the best day ever! The staff are so wonderful and seriously love animals. This is the only place I trust for day care (camp). They also have super fun enrichments you can add on for your pup if they need a little extra attention. I absolutely recommend CBW Sandy!

We attempted to do a Dog interview. After reading the reviews and pictures of animals being attacked in the Sandy, UT city facility I decided to call and ask some questions . The staff member gave zero F s And canceled my appointment***** Consumer beware******not only the lack of concern from the staff is beyond disgusting but some of the vicious animals that they screen Are still active customers (read all reviews) By the way, YOU get to pay for your pets injuries So make sure you have some damn good pet insurance. If the owner of this facility review sees this, train your staff to be a professional And have some sort of script when your customers or potential customers call in with concerns. The lack of professionalism is disgusting to say the least.

I highly recommend their training!!! I took on 2 rehomed German Shepherds. I wasnt sure I would be able to keep them both after dealing with some issues causing stress and financial strain. Training with Mark at Camp Bow Wow has given me so much hope and excitement for our future. I purchased one private lesson package of 6 lessons. Life Changing!! I will be purchasing another package to continue growing as a unified team (me and my shepherds). I hesitated posting this as I dont want the trainer to get too busy lol. But Im so grateful I had to share.

Great boarding and doggy day care. Dont waste your time at their clinic tho. They do not have the correct information for arrival times or pricing listed. Was late to work for nothing due to this.

Each person at Camp Bow Wow Sandy truly treats our dog like she is one of their own! Its evident that each staff member builds a relationship and rapport with the dogs and I couldnt be happier. We send our dog for day camp occasionally and boarded her for trips and always have a seamless experience! I recommend CBW Sandy to my family, friends, and colleagues.

It hurts to leave Camp Bow Wow a bad review, we have always had good experiences with the services and the staff. However recent changes to their pickup policy (pick up your pup by 11) or get charged extra left me a really unhappy camper after our pups recent stay. For the first time in 8 years we will be exploring other options for boarding.

Sage loves Camp Bow-wow! She always gets excited as soon as she sees their front door! She drags me towards the door, she gets so excited about going there!

What happens if my dog changes owners? This is a Korean puppy that is very difficult to adapt to. The name is Jindol. I have also tried living in several different dog hotels. But I couldnt adapt well. Cam Bows dog hotel in Sandy was the best. They know the childs personality very well and take very good care of him. I am also in Korea now. I am leaving the dog for a month. I am grateful and grateful for taking such good care of the dog.

I boarded my two dogs here(at the Sandy location)for 3 days. They were so friendly and professional. My dogs had a great experience, and lots of fun too!

Wonderful owners. Can t hope for folks who care more for the well being of the dogs there. Tries to find a way to go the extra mile to take care of their pups. Amazed how clean this facility is.

They are always responsive to my phone calls, have answers to any questions and I feel secure knowing my fur babies are safe and well cared for. Plus they host occasional vaccine clinics which has been so helpful!

We have brought our dogs to Camp Bow Wow for a few years and the dogs have always loved going and I knew they were in good hands. When our dog Desmond passed away I was really moved by their kindness and came to understand that not only did they take care of our dogs but they got to know them and loved them as well. The note they wrote to us when Desmond passed made my heart so happy to know that while he was in their care he was loved. Thanks so much for taking care of our best friends, your generosity and opening your hearts and loving our dogs while they are with you.

I ve been bringing my 6yo Frenchie Max to CBW for over 1.5 years. Full and half day care and many overnight stays. Like any other person, I want my little guy to stay at the best, safest place possible. I ve seen all the other doggie daycares and CBW Sandy is leagues ahead of the others. Clean, courteous and always caring. Thanks CBW Team!

Amazing experience! Our pup was well cared for, the staff is amazing. Love the fact that we can watch on the cameras. Jodie, the owner, is very helpful and responsive!

The employees here seem like they really like their jobs and really love dogs. You can watch your dog in the camera and they spend much of the day playing with other dogs close to their same size. This is my favorite place I ve found to leave my dog when I m out of town.

The Camp Bow Wow staff is super friendly. It s fun to watch the pups have a good time on camera. Compared to other boarding facilities, it s nice when the pups come home without concrete burns/sores on their skin. The boarding process is very quick and easy. Picking up and dropping off our dogs is super efficient. I would highly recommend this facility for boarding or daycare.

These guys are the best. Our dog is an escape artist and though they have amazing upgraded kennels, he still managed to pick the lock (2nd only in the nation they say!). They went above and beyond to get him secured during our trip away and we are blown away at how incredible the staff and the owners are. Thank you so much- we (and Oreo) will be customers for life!

NEVER leaving my dog here again. We have boarded our dog here for a while, but now it is no longer safe. She has been attacked twice resulting in tears in her ears. This last time they had to call us to pick her up and take her to an emergency after hours vet $$ at our own expense after a dog attached her ripping a large hole in her ear, under their watch. They are clearly not screening their dogs well enough, nor providing adequate supervision as they were unable to determine what dog attacked ours. That means that same dog will be allowed to return to their facility. I board my dog while I am gone so I know that she is safe and well cared for, definitely not the case here. Prior to this event she also came home sick with a cough, so badly I had to take her to the vet to get medication. We will not be returning.

My dog loves this place, camp bow wow has been a part of his life since a puppy. These guys are great with him and put up with my pups shenanigans. So thankful

Camp Bow Wow provides a safe, clean environment for our boxer to be when we are out of town. We love knowing she is being well taken care of!

Both of my dogs love playing at Camp Bow Wow. They are so excited when we pull up. They come home all worn out. Its fantastic.

We ve had a great experience with all the staff and really love the play our dog gets everyday! They are super flexible with pickup/drop off times which is great. You can watch your dog live pretty much anytime and when you do they are letting dogs be dogs but cleaning up after them and correcting bad behaviors. We also love the extra little activities they offer and the fun pictures. The only downside is that our dogs hips seem to be extra sore lately and I think it s from the hard slippery floor. I wish they had softer floor.

Overall great experience for us and our dog. Helpful friendly staff that really seem to care about each and every animal.

Front desk is very uninformed, they did not inform me of their spay and nueter policy when I specifically called and asked. They didn t not send me the welcome email after scheduling a meet and greet so I was prepared when arriving. I drove 30 minutes to the facility for the meet and greet, spent 30 plus minutes filling out paper work, with my 3 children and my 7 month old pup, just to find out they would not take her because she has not been spayed (she has not had a heat yet). I do understand the policy, my problem is the staff being completely aloof and uninformed. I waisted my time and energy. Front desk area has an overwhelming cigarette smoke smell also which is not super appealing honestly. I can t speak to how their facility is run otherwise because I did not have a chance to experience it. I will not be returning or reccomending however. Very unprofessional interaction.

Im so happy we found Camp Bow Wow! Our dogs love it there and they get so much love and attention. We never have to worry about them and know they are having so much fun whether its for a day or a week. Highly recommend!

From day 2, when both dogs ran toward the door for their vacation daycare stay, we knew wed made the right decision. The team here is like extended family - EVERY one cares deeply about each dog. Emily did amazing grooming on our Brittany with a perfect field cut, and our Lab loved the special attention enrichments!

We love CBW and have since we first starting taking our boys over 10 years ago. The fact that day camp is an actual full day of play is the best thing ever. They always come home exhausted and, when they stay over for boarding, the staff is always sad to see them go. Seems that our boys (both dachshunds) are super cuddly and affectionate with the staff so they likely spend more time in laps than playing!Thank you for opening a new location so close to our home!

My dog loves it here. We started at Willowcreek and the majority of the staff made it clear they hated my dog. At Camp Bow Wow they love him. He loves it there too. So happy I found this place.

I love being able to drop my pup off and not have to worry. The staff are friendly and attentive. I love checking in throughout the day on the web cam. They clean up accidents quickly and interact with the dogs. Luna says thanks too ;)

Fantastic place for dogs. I have looked at quite a few doggy daycare/kennels in the SLC metro area and trust me, Bow Wow is the best unless you go the in-home boarding route. We have a very very very active German Shorthaired Pointer and this place is indispensable to us during the winter months when the weather is bad. Its SO CLEAN and the manager, Tracey is awesome and really goes the extra mile to make sure pets & owners are happy. Highly recommend this place.

Camp BowWow has been a great outlet to socialize and play with other dogs. I really liked the way they conducted his interview by introducing him to other dogs little by little to see how he would handle it. The webcam is a great way to see him interact during the day. They didn t hesitate to give me a tour on the fly which allowed me to see the cleanliness of the facilities. There is always an attendant in the play yard cleaning up after the dogs. Also, it s evident to me that the attendants reinforce good manners (like not jumping on people) which I appreciate. After only a few visits, they have developed a relationship with my puppy.

With two older littles and a 16 month old puppy at home, Camp Bow Wow gives Tucker not only larger dog socialization, but we love watching him interact via the area cameras. Its addictive for us, and a relief when we see him getting a little human attention as needed also.

I thought all the staff was very friendly and they were very good at making sure my dog was well taken care of.

Hello everyone, this is a public statement about a business here in Sandy. If not allowed please delegate. I m not looking for anything from the kennel as they have proven total disregard or concern. Our dog Jackson perfectly healthy and all vaccinations. Spent July 16, 17, 18 , 19 at Camp Bow Wow on 9400. He contracted a Severe case of kennel cough. He has been put on three heavy duty medications, and put on a three week home quarantine . The business was very slow to respond to our notification. And, to our understanding has not notified other guest owners of this very very contagious bacterial disease that was at their facility during that period of time. We all know and take a risk of our animals being exposed while being kenneled. But when a kennel is notified of such a contagious disease and has no policy or notification of other pet owners or corrective action for other dog owners that s not a professional or caring respectful business .

Im provided with feedback on how my dog did in daycare that day upon pick up, and its been really easy to get daycare and boarding reservations confirmed, even for next-day reservations and holidays.

Camp Bow Wow is an awesome place to take your dogs. The owners and staff are friendly and go out of their way to make their place safe and clean. The minute I checked out the place, I felt this was a great place for our dogs to go to for daycare &/or boarding. Thank you to everyone who works there & especially the owners. In my opinion, your Camp Bow Wow is number one!!!!

We LOVE the sandy camp Bow Wow!! The staff is very knowledgeable about the behavior of dogs and they truly love working with the dogs! We really like how clean the facility is and the hours are perfect for our crazy schedules! Our puppy loves to go play with his friends at the daycare and he comes home all happy and content!! You should definitely check them out, they are great!!

My dog loves this place and so do we! The interview process was extremely well explained and you get to watch it every step of the way. They always have someone with the dogs so your dog never feels alone and is continuously getting the attention they need. They explain things perfectly and give updates when needed. They are great for boarding, daycare, and training!

I started taking my dog here after having a horrible experience at another doggy daycare in Las Vegas, and I couldnt be more pleased. The staff is caring and attentive to my pups needs, and there is always someone out in the yards playing with the dogs. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow over other doggy daycares in the area.

My fur baby, Oliver, loves Camp Bow Wow. The staff are all so friendly and will do whatever they can to assist you. I do recommend calling/submitting your paperwork ahead of any interview, as it would speed up the process. But great place with people who take great care of your pet.

My dog loves going to Camp Bow Wow and I love taking her there. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that my pup gets to run and play but also gets rest time in her cabin.
